Today i bought many items from vishal mega mart mall frazor patna (Bill no[protected] dated 3rd nov 19).in all my items there were two harpic bathroom cleaner with mrp 168 and offer was on buy of 2 litre harpic get 500 harpic free. But the frazor road patna vishal meda mart charge 636 for two harpic and 81 for 500 ml. This is cheating.

Hi, today i have asked for 12 rs for carry bag. That should not be charged. Vishal mega mart have to provide carry bag at no extra cost. I asked the available guy on counter 7 firoz and he said that we have to pay the amount. He cannot provide this free. As per my knowledge this should be free. Please ler me know how can i raise this case in consumer court.

Hi - we bought tandem speakers from vishal mega mart, karnal. The product turned out defective within 2 months. We filed first complaint on september 13 but till now nothing has been done to resolve our query. We have been going to the store again and again and no respite. We have spoken to the customer care representatives multiple times but everytime they say we will send an email tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. First we followed up...

I am really upset with the behaviour of product checking guard at main gate in najafgarh, vishal. He was very disobident and very rude in his behaviour. I complained regarding this to the senior staff but he did not take any action. I hope after reading my complaint u all will be more serious about this and about ur business. Hope to get back with a better solution....

Very bad customer service. I came for an exchange. The biller asked me to get a credit note from a person who was not there at his seat. After waiting for 20 minutes the person came and asked me to get original bill from the guard.in the exit when i was searching for guard, the security said "madam samaan leke kahan bhaag rhe ho"!!!
This the way of treating customers. Instead of "may i help you" attitude, you people harrass and insult...

Today i purchased few items from vishal mega mart and because it was instant plan i couldn't take any carry bag with me. When i asked them
For a carry bag they charged money. Now as per rule they should not charge any money and give carry bag for free. Still they charged ₹14.
When i asked them not to charge as per rule, they denied and finally generated a bill of carry bag also....

The tandem iron we bought worked well for almost 3-4 days but after that one day while i was ironing the clothes the automatic light stopped but it was a usual thing as it stops when overheated but it stopped working after that. I thought may be the electricity is on inverter so it stopped but there was nothing like that. I even tried one day after but it did not work after that incident. I have done some shopping at the sant pura modi nagar ghaziabad store on[protected] vide invoice no.[protected].37 pm. The store has charged a sum of rs. 14 for carry bag. When i asked the cashier about why they are charging for carry bag, she said i have to pay for it else they can not give carry bag to me. I have a complain regarding tandem home entertainment. Multimedia speaker 4.1 tau1320c.
The home theater system have a lot of problems it's not working since last few weeks and i am very upset with it. The warranty period are also running period. Till 12/02/20 the warranty period expired i had purchase it from vishal mega mart on 12/02/19.

I purchased clothes from gurdaspur, punjab store on 2-10-19. Today my husband went for exchange and the billing staff dropped one item during billing n did not bill it. Then he tokd to get one more item as 400 rs. Was balance afterwards when he saw that he had dropped one item, he then told now you have to pay for this. I bought the grocery but just after an week when i supposed to use my rava i found its allready crossed it's expiry date and it contains lots of mites. All the staff is so rude too. Worst mart i ever visited, they neither provide any discount moreover selling the worst quality product. All my biscuits are also broken, they selling the worst quality product. Your staff in hubli are very rude 😠 don't know to respect customer. Person named yuvraj at hubli store harrased us for no mistake of ours, took inside and checked without any reason for the beap and not verifying for the reason for it. Yesterday i purchased parle biscuit gift pack worth mrp rs. 150 on 20% discount on purchase of 3 or more showing their board. I purchsed 4 pack of biscuits n some other iems. At the time of billing i didnot match the price n when i came home n match the bill. Then it came to know that they give only 10 % discount @ rs. 135/- insteed of rs. 120/-. Security person at ludhiana sec 32 vmm are very irresponsible. My activa is at hardly 15 steps away from entry of vmm. Security person does not allow plastic trolley to take their which is infront of him. Instead he take 1ltr patanjali oil bottle from trolley and told me to take activa at gate. Which is not possible as entry is about 5-6 steps up....
