I have a complain regarding tandem home entertainment. Multimedia speaker 4.1 tau1320c.
The home theater system have a lot of problems it's not working since last few weeks and i am very upset with it. The warranty period are also running period. Till 12/02/20 the warranty period expired i had purchase it from vishal mega mart on 12/02/19.
Bill no: 30636/3725.
So, i request kindly provide me service. To my door step.
Ur coustmer care no. Also not give me a useful service. As i am unable to contact with it.
Therefore, i am here to write a complaint regarding it.

I m shashank and i went indore mangal city vishal mega mall.
Aur maine dekha ki sugar par 34.90 ka price likha tha and ek bag ka 99 ki chit lagi thi jab maine billing karvai shakkar ka price 38.90 and bag 199 unne add kiya puchhne par kaha ki yahi rate hai mai floor pe gaya photo le kar dikhane k kie ye rate nahi hai to unne call kr k vo price tag badal di and mujjse kahne lage ki yhi price h bhut der tak meri bahas hui thi unse, ek bar phle v hua tha offer dekh kar hmne saman kharida tha aur unhone billing me koi offer ni diya aur utna hi paisa chukana pada.
Yadi koi action nahi liya jaega m meri puri family friend circle koi v vishal nahi jaega maine ye bat sb ko bata di hai.
Yaha tak kia apka anparh sellsman tag change krne ko marketing kah raha tha.

I purchased clothes from gurdaspur, punjab store on 2-10-19. Today my husband went for exchange and the billing staff dropped one item during billing n did not bill it. Then he tokd to get one more item as 400 rs. Was balance afterwards when he saw that he had dropped one item, he then told now you have to pay for this. He was not ready to return the extra purchased item. And was frequently telling that it was my husband's fault. He argued a lot with my husband. I am very much annoyed with his behaviour. He intentionally made my husband wait for long time for rebilling. I will never visit your store in future nor i will recommend anyone to shop from vishal mega mart. Worst service ever.

I bought the grocery but just after an week when i supposed to use my rava i found its allready crossed it's expiry date and it contains lots of mites. All the staff is so rude too. Worst mart i ever visited, they neither provide any discount moreover selling the worst quality product. All my biscuits are also broken, they selling the worst quality product. I want you to take strict action as soon an possible.

Your staff in hubli are very rude 😠 don't know to respect customer. Person named yuvraj at hubli store harrased us for no mistake of ours, took inside and checked without any reason for the beap and not verifying for the reason for it. Infact your staff without proper knowledge, after billing had not removed sticker on the product which we bought so beap had come. This person took inside and started checking rudely and talking rudely. Even after coming to know their own mistake they don't have courtesy to apologise for making such an embarrassing situation and insulting us for no fault o[censored]s. That idiotic person is not even accepting his mistake and scolding us in return.

Yesterday i purchased parle biscuit gift pack worth mrp rs. 150 on 20% discount on purchase of 3 or more showing their board. I purchsed 4 pack of biscuits n some other iems. At the time of billing i didnot match the price n when i came home n match the bill. Then it came to know that they give only 10 % discount @ rs. 135/- insteed of rs. 120/-. Total loss of mine is rs. 60. You can check also cctv footage of the vishal mega mart hoshiarpur. So pls make necessary action against vishal mega mart n give me my money back.

Security person at ludhiana sec 32 vmm are very irresponsible. My activa is at hardly 15 steps away from entry of vmm. Security person does not allow plastic trolley to take their which is infront of him. Instead he take 1ltr patanjali oil bottle from trolley and told me to take activa at gate. Which is not possible as entry is about 5-6 steps up.

I have made purchase on 29 september 2019 you sector - 77 vishal mega. First staff have taken payment by phone pay for rs. 1821.00. Bill not generated on printer and they told me payment is not successful but the amount is deducted from my account. They told me you pay by credit card if it is double payment that will be refunded to me and i made the payment by credit card. I contacted thrice to the staff for refund by they is no response till date.

Please take necessary action to refund me rs. 1821.00. Transaction id of phone pay is n190929125903211895350.

Sir i bought some products from bishal mega mart barasat store at 20 th september 2019. But after shoping the store charger me rs 13 for carry bag but as per rule any shop can not charge excess money for carry bag it is totally out of rules. Now i requests you kindly take necessary action for the same issue. Due to this reason i want to launch a complain. Scan copy of the bill attach with it.

Today on 29 sep 2019 i purchased clothing items from vishal mega mart for which i paid total of rupees 808/- and when i saw my bill i was charged rs 12/- for carry bag. It is the duty of the retail store to issue carry bag for its customers and when i asked the billing desk person he said the carry bag is not free and i have to pay money for the carry bag. Kindly look into the issue because as per my knowledge and as per law it is the duty of the retail store to issue carry bag for the items purchased. I am attaching the pic of the bill for your reference.

I m harsh kushagra from noida, uttar pradesh today 28 sep 2019 i visited vishal mega mart at noida sector-76 branch with my family.
We done all our shopping from that store and when we visited on billing counter the power of the store got cut off and there was no backup for the power cut problem and they said to everyone that they should leave their products and leave the store as their will be no billing that will be done onwards and this is happening again and again and almost every time i visit the store this problem occurs and it happens between 8 p. M. To 9 p. M. At night and they also misbehave with the customers and instead of providing help and support to the customer the staff of the store misbehaves and become uncooperative. There is something suspicious is happening and no manager or senior authority is ever present at this time in the store.
It is a shameful for this much big brand to provide such high level of dissatisfaction among the customers. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible

I m anshul gupta from panipat, haryana. Today 27 sep 2019 i visited vishal mega mart, g. T road, panipat branch with my family.
We done all our shopping from that store and when we visited on billing counter there was no any staff member for doing billing. All the billing counters are empty only one staff member is doing billing and so many customers were standing in a queue. When we asked for other counter for billing no any person answer us for billing.
So i have a complaint vishal mega mart has a big chain and no staff in panipat branch for billing.

I did shopping at vishal mega mart hospital road tezpur assam on 8 sept 2019. Total bill was 960. First paid through sbi card. The person at bill desk told me that transaction was not successful as bill did not generate. Then i paid cash. I informed them that money is deducted. They told me that the money deducted from my card payment will return to account. But it is not till today

Really a rude talk by customer executive after i mailed of my refund. First of all i return a product to their store as discussed with one of my vishal customer care for returning product, on 08.09.19 and no refund inititated by my vishal till 22.09.19. After a long wait i mailed for same and revert comes that refund initiate and wait for 71 days. I again mail for same that why i wait for 71 more days for that call comes from vishal executive that this is wrongly written its not 71 days it is 7-10 working days. After that i confirm from executive why it is late they rudely talk and didnt reply in good way that it is my mistake that i have to take inititate for same. But as per my vishal customer executive which i earlier detailed for returning process that i have only deposit the return product and after 7-10 working day my refund will come but as per return call executive this is my fault and she rudely talk to me.

This is to inform you that, i am a regular customer. 90 % shopping i do from vishal mega mart. Happy to say no complains for the [products i purchase.

But on 21 sep 2019, i visited your franchise store to complain and return the product. We talked with the asm of that store. The way he talked and behave was so rude and unprofessional. While returning the product he started arguing and talking like, we are the culprit.

Please ask your senior level people to talk with the customers politely. The behaviour of that asm can impact the brand name of your esteemd company.

Vishal mega mart at distt mandi himachal pradesh is charging extra money for carry bags which is in violation to the court rule. They charged me rs 25 for 2 carry bags which clearly is against consumer protection laws.. Above this there staff is so non cooperative that they don't listen to any grevience. So kindly take action against them so that such people start following some rules and regulations and stop looting customers

As a loyal customer of vishal mega mart i would like to bring to your notice about the quality issues which i faced recently with my purchases from vishal mega mart located at kakwa bazaar, imphal.
1. Zahidi dates: the quality of dates from this brand seem to be expired as round patches (Fungus type) were found on the surface of the dates but upon inspection the month of manufacture and expiry date seem to be ok.
2. First crop cornflakes: the cornflakes packet gave a foul smell when opened!! Again upon inspection the date of manufacture and expiry date seem to be ok!!
3. First crop mango juice : the first crop juice comes in two types i. E. Alphonso mango and plain mango. This juice taste so stale like an expired product!!. Again upon inspection the date of manufacture and expiry date seems to be ok!!.
4. Kitchen table multicolor wipes which comes in pack of 5 at a price of 99. It is so below quality that upon 7-10 days o[censored]sage it gets worn out!!!..
There has been a rumor going around if the products sold are repackaged!!!..
Therefore, i hope this issues are solved at the earliest!.
Ps: never faced this issue earlier at any stores outside manipur!.

I have got a shirt in vishal mart shirt is looking good i have got it but i washed the have listed her colour in this time she look very bad i am able to use this shirt again because she looking very bad so i want to refund in my account because you have sale a wrong product. So please resolved my issue otherwise i will upload all photo's in twitter, instagram and all social media

I have purchased a stainless steel airtight tiffin box some days before. It has mentioned on the lid that the product is airtight and leakproof. But neither it is airtight nor leakproof. It's totally leakthrough. Only dry food can be carried in it. Now it is useless for me. Bad experience. I am not satisfied with the product named RAVENN REVVO Tiffin container.
