Hello,

We would like to share an unforgettable experience we had on one of your outlet.

On 29june we shopped for amount of rs.2141 for which we received a discount voucher of rs500 which we were told it can be redeemed within 1 month. We requested to put the date in writing along with validity time which was done. The billing executive denied signing as he said there would be no problem. (I believe you have security cameras and can verify who it was as i dont remember the name of that person)

Coupon and bill information has been attached for your reference.

Today we visited the outlet and encountered 2 issues

1. We were told by the billing counter personnel at the time of billing that the voucher has been expired and we had to redeem if by 15july which was really annoying even after getting in writing. After multiple requests and debates we were told we can redeem this voucher which felt like we have won a battle because explaining to your billing executives is not an easy task.

2. While point 1 was achieved with lot of efforts we went ahead with shopping and bought apparels worth rs597 and upon disbursement of voucher we got informed that we need to do a shopping of rs2000 and then the voucher would apply.

There is no mention of such a condition on the voucher and when we reached out to manager, vineet, he re-iterated the same statement.

We were not told of any such conditions and neither they are mentioned on the coupon. We had to leave with disappointment as never expected such fraud from a branded store.

    Vishal mega mart of dharmanagar branch is taking charge for non plastic carry bags where as the other branches of vishal like agartala are not charging for the same.

    As per guideline of goi (Ministry of environment, forest and climate change) this is unauthorized.

    As per rule a company can charge only for plastic carry bags to reduce its use but it can not charge for a paper made or a cloth made carry bags.

    A consumer buys the products from a store & it's the duty of the store keeper to give a good service to take the product rather charging extra for a carry bag.

      I buy a dove shampoo on 22 july from vishal mega Mart rajpur road dehradun but by mistaken i pick dove conditioner because they put shampoo and conditioner on same section but paste a lable of sampoo only because of this taht confusion happen but when i saw in bill i realize that i pich wring product so next day i go to store for exchanging the product, but they very rudely say no and talked me very rudely as like i do a offences to do a shopping in vishal mega mart.
      And they not exchange the product. So i want to say please help me out.

        My iron has stopped working after six months of purchasing and the toll free number does not work nor does the alternative vishal megamart's number. Please note my problem and give me a code number through which i could exchange this product or repair it as it has a warranty period of 2 years. We went to the mall itself to sort the issue but they asked us to call the toll free number which was provided but the number is not working so we would really appreciate any help from your end and we need this exchanged or repaired as soon as possible.

          I bought one article from karol bagh vm. It was defective and when i went my near vm store at uttam nagar they refused and behaved very roughly by their manager. It was clearly mentioned in tc at back of bill that can be exchanged at any vm store in 14 days. But they refused to do so. They are cheating customers. Disappointed much.

          Is this complusory to pay for shopping bag??
          Today my mother go for shopping at SILCHAR VISHAL MEGA MART, dist-Cachar, Assam. They took 14 rs for carry bag..When we shop from market they did not ask for extra money for carry bag...& they don't have change money they ask for candy...is this your policy to fool customers...

            Today 11-jul-2019 i have purchase some items. I found that i purchase chana kabuli medium loose 500g but they charge me 1kg. I have invoice bill receipt.
            Highlighting about amarpali circle vaishali nagar jaipur vishal mega mart. There always so much rush thus i can not see all items details and believe that counter person is expert in his work but i was wrong.

            Simply want refund rs 34/- to me. I also have bill copy

            Appreciate positive action.
            I have purchased some cloths and shoes at June Last week from Vishal Sikar Road Branch, Jaipur. They gave us voucher of rs. 500/- with validity of 15th July against purchase of amount around 2000/-, . I lived Vaishali Nagar so after a week I visited Vishal, Vishali Nagar branch and purchase some cloths for value around 2100/-. When I gived a voucher for reanimation it's not working. They told us voucher is locked from Sikar road branch. Staff was calling to Sikar road and told to voucher unlock, but after so many call and waiting around 45 min. voucher is not redeemed. I was very shocked and my mother around 75 years old was very disappointed. They told you have to go Siker Road branch because you purchase from there.
            Next day I have call to Mr. Sandeep (Asst. Manager), Mr. Mandeep ( Manager) and Mr. Dinesh, Sikar road but no one were received my call.
            After a lot of trouble I visited dated 12 July, 2019 Sikar Road and show the voucher to Asst. Manager Mr. Sandeep. He told us why you are come here voucher is invalid and it will take more time. He called to Mr. Mandeep but he is not picked up phone. I was again very disappointed. They are not give me proper answer. I was came around 15 km. from there. My voucher is not redeemed form both the branch.
            I request to you please look the matter and please do not issued the fake voucher to the customer you will lost your customer and take action to the non cooperative staff.

            Vishal mega mart hojai charges money for the name of carry bags (S_B_P_SHOPPING BAG) which is illegal . When I asked about it then they told me that this is legal for them and they charge from every customers of Rs: 14/-. But on my knowledge the Hon'ble guwahati high court give a verdict that charges for name of carry bags is illegal .

              I am an central govt officer & regular customer of Vishal Mart. The previous experience was very bad with your Hubli store.
              I.e June 9th I purchased one pressure cooker o[censored]r own brand from Hubli store and very next day it z found defect. I visited and the defective was repaired instead of replacement. But after next use the defect occurred again I visited same repair did.
              But the iteam is again found not working means un safety and defect so today I visited & requested for replace or change to another brand product.
              The manager spoken very unparliamentery and telling to go to consumer forum with warranty terms and conditions.
              So this is found very bad experience to shop with such a good brand. And how the manager u people recruited and trained in such competition market.

                For shopping. Due to sunday there is rush of customers. At 3 pm only 2 bill counters are functioning and after repeated request
                No one is listening. After much hot talk the manager came but not given any satisfactory reply. I am sorry to say that i will not go to your store again and discourage others not to go to vishal.

                    On 3rd june 2019, i made some shopping of rs. 731 and swapped my sbi atm card at pos machine but the transaction got cancelled and the money from my account was deducted and also the bill was not generated. So, on counter i had to return the items. Its been 1 month but my money is not refunded and also the mart manager is not responding me properly and not helping me out. If my complaint is not resolved then i have to file police complaint.

                        At frazer road branch of vishal mega mart at 9.15 pm the manager along with other trial room incharge and the spot boy staff did not want to work at all and they harass the responsible person like me. As i has visited the clothing section and selected 3 full shirts and 2 half shirts and when i went to the trial room, the trial room incharge had stopped me and allow only 3 shirts at a time good but as i was alone in the mart and kept 2 half shirt outside the trail room infront of the incharge and i requeted to give that 2 shirt he denied and kept at the floor and after wearing my cloths i went outside the trail room the incharge told me to take the 2 shirts which has been kept by him in the floor that's was to insulting that i don't forget for ever this kind of humiliation in your store, hence i am requesting to take action against your trail room incharge and the manager also from whom i had complained but he didn't take any action and told to me that it is an usual case,

                            I have purchased tandem electric iron from vishal mega mart located in uttarahalli bengaluru on 15/01/2019. After 4 months it stopped working since it was in was in warranty period i took it to vishal for either repair or exchange but they didn't entertain me at all. They told we can't do anything u talk to customer care. While calling to customer care got to know that it's invalid no. It was clearly written on the warranty card that vishal mart is responsible for any fault within warranty period and purchase this product due to vishal name associated with this product but they are denying and no response from customer care. Please help in resolving this issue. It is cheating from vishal mega mart n if this continues to happen nobody will believe in vishal. Moreover they r deteteoriating there brand and mkt value like this by fooling and harassing their customers. Pls resolve asap.
                            I had bought black coloured jogger after using it 2 times then It is not in the same condition in which i had bought it . Its clothes has caught dust particles. Its cloth has became rough and stuff of cloth has become rough and catch dust easily, it looks bad when i wear it. So please take strict action nd replace it or refund me

                                  I am very regret to inform you that... The behaviour of staff is quite admirable but the behaviour of security gauard of sis agency who use to stand outside is worst..
                                  She was checking and verifying she found 2 children belts which we thought, that is with clothes. But she said that is extra... For that we agree... But she said we took three extra clothes of children for that we shown bill... Even though she said we stole... For that she abused by using singular words... Her behaviour was not at all good... So plz take proper action... Otherwise you loose your customers...

                                      Hello. I'm harbinder singh, i visited vishal mega mart khanna outlet
                                      With my family at about 1530 hrs for shopping purpose but i was insulted
                                      By a staff member named jasveer when i asked for help about carrying bag. He misbehaved and used abusing language and falsely accused me of something i didn't even say. He is not deserving /qualified for this
                                      Job on the help desk.

                                      As a customer, i want strict and immediate action against that employee.

                                      I shall be greatly thankful if you consider my complaint.

                                        Yesterday i went to vishal mega mart nainital road haldwani branch to exchange my product. I bought a back pack from safari section. And the back pack is damaged. When i told the representative of safari section to replace the bag then instead of telling to register the complaint and do the further process she misbehaved with me and said that you have damaged the piece and it can't be replaced. Her behaviour is fully dissapointed me and she argued with me a lot. It is very frustating that when you buy a piece and it is damaged. The lady representative does'nt helped me. They are their for customer help not to argue with them.
