I am the regular customer of vishal mega mart. Today i had gone to your store
For shopping. Due to sunday there is rush of customers. At 3 pm only 2 bill counters are functioning and after repeated request
No one is listening. After much hot talk the manager came but not given any satisfactory reply. I am sorry to say that i will not go to your store again and discourage others not to go to vishal.

Maine nangloi ke vishal mega mart se ek formal trouser buy kri thi... Aur sath me 2 undrwear li thi but billing ke tym mujhe call a gya aur m undrwear ki billing krana bhul gya but jb m bhar jane lga to mujhe yd aaya billing ke bare me but jaise he m piche muda to guards ne checking ke liye bola to unhone bola ki maine chori ki hai aur fir manager ko bula liya... Fir maine manager ko bola ki mujhe dhyn ni rha bill krana but usne police wale...

On 3rd june 2019, i made some shopping of rs. 731 and swapped my sbi atm card at pos machine but the transaction got cancelled and the money from my account was deducted and also the bill was not generated. So, on counter i had to return the items. Its been 1 month but my money is not refunded and also the mart manager is not responding me properly and not helping me out. If my complaint is not resolved then i have to file police complaint....

I purchase clothes from Vishal megamart and when I go to billing counter I have given my debit card for payment, my payment has been deducted three times and the cashier was saying from here the transaction has been cancelled, I checked my passbook also the balance has been deducted from my account 3 times. The manager was saying it will be automatically come back within 48 hours. But...

At frazer road branch of vishal mega mart at 9.15 pm the manager along with other trial room incharge and the spot boy staff did not want to work at all and they harass the responsible person like me. As i has visited the clothing section and selected 3 full shirts and 2 half shirts and when i went to the trial room, the trial room incharge had stopped me and allow only 3 shirts at a time good but as i was alone in the mart and kept 2 half...

On 08 may 19 i purchased items of rs781 at vishal megamart chopasni branch jodhpur, which i paid through my sbi atm card. That day my 1416 sbi reward points were redeemed, which i came to know today when i checked my points status. My mobile number with you is [protected]. After 4 months it stopped working since it was in was in warranty period i took it to vishal for either repair or exchange but they didn't entertain me at all. I have to complaint about vishal mega mart executive behaviour he in front of me given 12 bottles of roohafza in one bill and denied me to bill only two bottles i requested him that i want the same for my home but repeatedly he denied.please take a serious action .

I went to this store to buy some clothes for me.
The salesman at the clothing department of "BRINK" outlet refused to show me the clothes. When I myself started to look for the clothes, he said and I quote what he said "Mai aapko ghar par bulane nahi aaya tha yahan aane ke liye". This was such a rude behaviour from the salesman. I checked my bill care fully so i feel that vishal mega mart take extra 45/-
Many customers not check his bill so i think vishal mega mart very bad things..

One o[censored]r stuff said not to check item or if chech then scheduled the item as per as it... This is not a complex rule so i object then i go to the manager and he is laughing and nothing apology for the incident happend for his stuff.. Your stuffs are not eligilble for their jobs or you dont give them propper training... They dont know how to behave woth their customer.. Please take a necessary action against it its my humble request.....
