As per chandigarh court order u can't not charge for carriage bag.U do charge for carriage bag with 3 different rate charges for different size.I did shopping in vishal Mega Mart on 1 June 2019.when I was asked for carrying bag I said I will take bag if not chargeable.I was charged even after my refusal to pay.After billing when I saw bag was charged I asked why it has been charged then I referred court order to cashier.To resolve my grievance I want to talk to manager but he never came to talk to me.This cause wastage of my money and time.If manager was not available to talk to me they can easily say manager is not available right now.But they made me to wait.This also caused inconvenience to other consumers in que.I was not at all happy with the treatment done to me and extra charges of carriage bag charged to me.Redress my grievance as soon as possible.

Yesterday I went to Vishal bhangel Noida and I bought 1nos baby Johnsons kit after that I came to the cash counter for the billing I was the 2nd customer in the que one lady came to from other cash counter and she want to billing before me I said her IAM the first than your no.that time cashier Nisha she was told me she is already in 2nd counter que so I have to wait and she is the first I told her no dear IAM the first she came from other counter but the cashier Nisha says very rudely to me mai cash counter band karke Chali jaungi karwaate Rehna fir bill than I ask her name she said IAM the new joinee and name is Nisha and after that I ask where is your manager she said kya kaam h manager se mujhe btao or waise bhi koi manager nhi h abhi after few seconds she said yes manager hai wo Uppar milenge aur unka Naam Amit Agarwal hai aur apna Naam bolne lagi me Nisha but she didn't wear any name badge or Vishal uniform kindly look in to the matter how to talk with the customer plz trained your staff it was burst service from the vishal mega mart staff.

Sir. .i am rohit. I am from Ambala city.
Sir mai aaj 17/06/2019 ko 9:30 pm mai aapke new open vishal mega mart prem nagar near hdfc bank ambala city mai gya hu or vaha ke staff ne mujhe enter hi nahi hone diya. Or time aapka 11:00 pm ka hai vo kehte hai ki hmne billing close kr di hai plz aap kal aana... Ye kaisa staff hai or agar aisa hai to time 11:00 pm Ka kyu rkha hua hai..

I have to complaint about vishal mega mart executive behaviour he in front of me given 12 bottles of roohafza in one bill and denied me to bill only two bottles i requested him that i want the same for my home but repeatedly he denied.please take a serious action .

Today only at 10:35 pm i went there but he did'nt allowed me to take two bottles saying me that we are not getting the same stock in huge quantity bull [censored] at the same time cases were going under basement i think he will definately black them in market at higher price.

I went to this store to buy some clothes for me.
The salesman at the clothing department of "BRINK" outlet refused to show me the clothes. When I myself started to look for the clothes, he said and I quote what he said "Mai aapko ghar par bulane nahi aaya tha yahan aane ke liye". This was such a rude behaviour from the salesman. When we told him to apologize, he said that he won't. This further raged my anger as I have come to purshase something not to listen to such a crap from anyone. I told him that I will complaint to the manager. In response to this, he very rudely said and I again quote what he said "mai bulata hun manager ko tum kya bulaoge".
The manager arrived only when I created a scene by openly addressing the crowd in the store about this behaviour.
When the salesman was asked to apologize, he refused to do so. The manager instead of taking any action against him asked me to shop for something else. I mean seroiusly WHAT THE [censored] . I don't know if this is how they run the store.

And this review is an open address to all the VISHAL MEGA MART salesmans and managers that they should respect the customers.

I accept that "aapne hume ghar pe aake nahi bulaya tha par agar aisa hi behaviour raha to ghar pe aake bulaoge to bhi koi nahi aayega"

I purchased lifebuoys hand wash nature care
Rate mention 130/- but vishal mega mart take 175/-
I checked my bill care fully so i feel that vishal mega mart take extra 45/-
Many customers not check his bill so i think vishal mega mart very bad things..
Kindly check his bill care full...

One o[censored]r stuff said not to check item or if chech then scheduled the item as per as it... This is not a complex rule so i object then i go to the manager and he is laughing and nothing apology for the incident happend for his stuff.. Your stuffs are not eligilble for their jobs or you dont give them propper training... They dont know how to behave woth their customer.. Please take a necessary action against it its my humble request..

On 18 may 19, i was with my wife and visiting vishal mega mart nagpur, maharashtra, n finding a place for parking my 2 wheeler that time no one can help me to park after that i can park my vehicle and given my bag the boy who can give me a token, after that one of your employee came to near me and said me"you cannot park hear ur vehicle park that side i was said to him there is no place to park 1st u can create some place then i park there he was argue with me n ordered me to take ur bag n go out of from hear we cannot give ur permission to entered inside the mart, an he tell that boy to give his bag, n the boy give me my bag and i was leave that place...!!
Is this the proper way to dealing with ur custmer..?? It is the culture o[censored]r vishal mega mart to talking with customer... Saloute to u vishal mega mart...!!

I have picked up a 2.5l pepsi from the shelf which clearly mentioned rs. 72. But at the counter the guy denied that the offer existed and cancelled the product from the cart. Why do they have it on the shelf if it is not what they are offering. It was not the first time but this time i am really pissed off by their service. They just kept saying the offer expired today. Then why don't they do their job and change the offers.

I was totally shocked by rude behaviour of staff mr. Anil verma (As claimed by him) as he continuously tried to defend his staff who denied to reveal her name who wasnt cooperative when asked for assistance.
It was such a disappointment and disgrace that the security guard denied to call the manager inspite of the chaotic circumstances.
After this situation i would definitely think thousand times to visit vishal megamart again.

Dear sir /Madam,
Regarding above I would like to inform you that Vishal Mega mart charging of Rs 14 of carry bags which shows not more then Rs 5. As per rule if any costumer purchase commodities from your store then it's ur responsibility as well as company policy to provide carry bags.
Court order also regarding provide carry bag as per customer policy so please do needful otherwise I ll complain in Consumer forum

Today i went vishal mega mart, bikaner, rajasthan. The person who was standing on entry gate was very rude and said. Madam ap tameez se raho... I was surprised how can he talk to his/her customer. What kind of language he was using. Its not all about 1 person. It spoils the image of vishal mega mart and please sir time to time check this branch because nothing was proper... Changing rooms was dark because light was not there. They said we have already sent mail. And so much garbage was there even people was feeling uncomfortable because of catons and ac water was leaking continuesly and even by leakage trolly bags became wet. It was discussed. Please pay attention.

I was told to come and get the stuff amount adjusted with some other items but however now i have been told that it will take around 7 to 8 days for the same. We are not going to do it right away.
I had a very bad time misleading customers and not valuing their time.
I would in future restrict myself from purchasing from any of your stores if i don't get refund.
No Adjustments, i striclty need my refund of the amount of Rs 849/- as soon as possible.

Vishal mega mart, charkhi dadri... After purchasing the 3 items from the store they did not gave any carry bag for the items
... Instead of it the staff members start arguning against me... When i say them if we purchase some items from any store they give us carry bag... They donot charge any ruppes... For it... Then how will a person will carry the itnes from the store to home... On vehicle

I would like to inform you that Today I visit your shopping mall I am unsatisfied right now because I bought a Jean's Rs 999 and shirt cost Rs 599 despite of giving me back Rs 2 which is remaining but they also charge rs 10 for carry bag what does it mean, You have not right to take a charge for carry bag what about rs 2.Hence solve this matter as soon as

I purchased some clothes which were found defected and sensors attached with them,
When i visited the vishal mega mart barola/near sec50, cashier shouted and misbehaved for their mistakes,
I then requested to call his senior he again started shouting,
No supervisor was available to handle this pathetic situation,
And the worst part was that i was sent to their managers room (Manager refused to come to the floor)

Finally my return was cancelled by them that today is the last day (Their 15days policy)
Wheras it was 14th day from the purchase date (3rd may)

I had done shopping on 28th of may for which i had firstly paid through debit card but payment was not accepted due to some technical errors therefore i did cash payment. But thereafter i received a message from bank either regarding deduction of payment. So many days have passed but i am not getting appropriate response from them. They are asking me to wait for so many days and now they have started misbehaving too. Such a pathetic company.

Pathetic experience, security guard name mishra. Timing around 3 pm mis - behaved as i was with my 4 year kid and he is having his tropicana juice which he was drinking. He was so rude and asked me strong forward yaha bahar khader ho jao andar allowed nai hain when i asked is it a protocol or what and requested him to call manager on duty. I was so disappointed and felt like if my son is drinking a juice i can't be allowed inside... Its something like which unexpected. He keep commenting madam mere complain se kuch nai hoga... I dont want to prefer this place again in my life..

During the billing time a dispute rise in the price of price. For checking they took the product for some inspection but they were taking too much time so I said to remove the product and do the billing. The price of product was 250 but the counter by mistakenly discounted 25 RS only not 250.
But now I have paid 225 RS and do not have the perfume too.

Vishal megamart meerut 3 store.. Sm kuldeep chaudhary forcefully my resume submit. Today night 10 o'clock my shift end... Resume submit because my shift 1 to 10... Nd sm force 2pm to 11 am shift not managed i am not accepted... My footwear section clean nd recovery.. Full... Nd lawer... Pajama recovery clear dryfit tshirt colour wise clear recovery burmudha clear recovery...1 to 10 clear time punch not late coming office but my resume forcefully write nd submited.. Not my handwriting... Sm kuldeep chaudhary write nd send... Plz solve this job nd my section love it... But sm not working me..1 to 10 shift..
