On date 4/3/2019 I had purchased goods of amount 1574rs rs from vishal magamart of durgapuri near moujpure.
They taken double payment one from my Hdfc cards and one payment from phonepe when I have complained to the main person. This amount is already deducted from my account but the refused that we had not received but but this amount was already deducted from my icici account.
When request to please provide me the ur statement of that date of purchase he refused to show. I had called to Customer care no of icici they give reference no of transferred amount to vishal magamart.
.You are requested to do needful to return my amount.

Dear sir,
I am your regular customer. I had been purchased tandem cooker 3 ltr of rs.1199.00 on 21 jan 19 but i hardly use it and it start giving me trouble from the day one so i return it on 13 march 19 (Return slip no.436862) since i was busy so i was not able to come early in your mall for returning the product. But the store manager said that you haven't use it properly so i can not return it.
so i had to complaint compulsively in consumer forum. My complaint no. 1216495.
kindly take an action towards it as soon as possible.

Yesterday i purchased total items for rs 6322 at vishal mega mart patel nagar, while paying staff asked me if i can pay cash but i never carry cash for large amount shopping so they opt me another option for paytm. I loaded cash into paytm wallet said amount provided them otp.
Twist came here when their customer service manager told me server is down since 2 hours & suggested me to credit back my paytm wallet money to account or pay in cash, i was not having too much amount in my account.
In paytm wallet rs 6322 is total waste as i use very less paytm for payments or shopping.
Paytm levying me charges 253 rs to credit into my account.
My question is i was at vishal mega mart patel nagar dehradun for savings at my purchases. I was in loss to 253 rs + car petrol charges. It took more than 2 hours late night for waiting their servers up.

They have account with hdfc bank and they were not providing me account number for neft / imps.

They did not took money into their staff paytm wallet from my paytm wallet customer service manager was not helpful to me as he can do this.

Not only this time at vishal mega mart patel nagar, previously also few months back same issue of server down happens. Its was my 3rd time shopping here and this time shopping amount was huge for me.

They must announce and display at their store at various place that no credit debit card payments will be accepted after 6 pm. If having issues with paytm payments they muat have any alternate way so that customer will not suffer loss with money and time.

Here I'm sharing my woes and complaining regarding the facts that is cultured in Vishal Mega Mart, Itanagar, AP. According to my experience whenever I paid bill (by cash), cashier makes excuses of not having change n if we say to credit in our Visual's a/c, their reply be "Ho jaiga", "Kal anaa" etc. Once I asked to the cashier how u'll credit in my a/c without taking my m no. He didn't respond, I got so pissed off n was about slap that cashier...
Hoping this complaint will curb such malpractices in ur organization.

Recently i bought two shirts of driftwood brand from your gwalior store. And after just 1-2 washes their color started fading at a very fast rate, moreover the print of the shirt is almost gone, the service of the shirt had short time span,, it is not possible to wear the shirt anymore because of its faded appearance, and these shirts are not at all worth buying, because the work on the shirt is too temporary whether it's about the color or the print... These shirts didn't really meet the expectations of the customer and they are actually a waste of money... Being such a big retailer you should not cheat the customer with these type of products and i really want you to take some action regarding these types of product and if not then please stop selling such low quality clothes...

I purchased crazy racing 27mhz toy but not checked during payment due to rush at ciunter. But reaching home found not working then today afternoon i visit your outlet at bahu plaza but they refused to entertain my complaint instead asking me it is damaged one and it's your mistake you didn't checked at the time of payment. I want to bring in your kind notice that it was already 10 when i reached home and in the morning i don't find it right time to replace so i went in the afternoon but the incharge person is absurd that he was of his own opinion and suggestion which irritates me more.
He said i can't do anything do whatever you want.
I am also attaching the video of the product. I hope you will look into the matter otherwise i have to knock some other doors for replacement of my product.

I ve purchase yellow hippo baby suit from vishal imphal kakwa. It was 99 only and i[censored] buy 3 u wil get it 1free i bought it and i'm upset wit the quality as well the worker who there as the receptionist she is totally not mend for receptionist how can dey put dem in the job without looking as her personality. The quality is that cheap that it remain as a hole becoz of the security tag and when i complain abt it the receptionist didn't response properly and c jst went do her own work. I'm completely upset about it

I visited Vishal store @ Bikaner. I choose some top/t-shirts but Trial room was out of service. When tried talking to staff the response came, "we have put notice - TRY AT HOME." So do you expect your costumer to buy clothes, try at home and revisit for any trivial issue, no matter how far he/she has come from. If you want to deal in clothing, please provide basic facilities for this.
In addition to that, a issue that I have faced more than ofter at your store, they mention offers/prices on the board above rake and when you take goods they bill them with different amount saying "offer/prices changed" or "products may have misplaced" even though I choose from the rake that contains atleast 20-30 pieces of same product, what a chance of "misplacing" THE ENTIRE RANGE OF A PRODUCT?
So, you better stop considering your customers ### and treat them with respect and try to be helpful.

I bought tandem pressure cooker.i was not satisfied with it's colour.i went store to exchange it with another colour..but they didn't hear you.i do online contact but customer care do misbehave.he said why you bought from vishal you should buy thing from any other stores .i will advise people not to buy anthing from vishal mega mart.such a disgusting store..they will never do co-operate with you

This company invites everyone for more job for bran company vishal mega mart and allure with good salary but it is completely a fraud one as it neither pays anyone for the job done instead it says that the project is not upto the mark.in some cases, the company does not even receive the phone call of the employees after the receipt money done. The company even contacted me after i had shown an interest to work with them but as soon as i researched about them found that this company is totally a fraudulent one. It follows certain procedures to offer a job. You would first have to register by paying an amount of rs.3000 and after that you would be allotted an assignment and every now and then you would have to pay rs.3000 in order to get new training. They kept contacting me for about 4 days for the job. Alas, i am not in such situation of being cheated. So, friends be aware of this company. I bought 3 t-shirt s rs. 399/- with offer buy 3 get one free. But forth to shirt i got, whose price is also included in my bill as r's. 387.93. My bill no. Is[protected] dt[protected]. Kindly refund.in my bill price of all t shirts are added. Also i bought two shirts in offer buy 1get 1 free whose amount is also added rs. 485.16. It's a fraud with customers.

I bought a tenderm immersion rod from vishal after 1 month it is not working. Then i talk with store manager he said me i will repair it or replace it with in 7 days. After 25 days i go back to store to get my immersion rod he said it it not repaired. And come after 2 days then i repair it. Such a wrost service by vishal staff they don't now customer handling and not provideing after sale service

This is for your kind information that, i am visited the store which is located at jack paul building, raja n l khan road, hospital road, midnapore-721101 on 28.02.19 near about 2115 hrs and after shopping i have been reported in billing counter no-8 near about 2130 hrs, the billing person billed the items except the 02 items i. E. (I) discover the world & another is (Ii) first picture book & when requsted him about exigency about the requirement of purchase that items, he replied me "this not possible to billing now, you may visit later" but when ask about the complaints & suggestions book he denied about the existence about the this type of register/ book. After that i want meet with the immediate supervisor of this store then he suggested me "his chamber located at 4th floor of that store". But when i try to meet with him in 4th floor an security person attend myself and told this is not possible now "our supervisor has been left his chamber due to elapsed the schedule time" but he deal myself and try to billing again but finally they are in vain to billed the aforesaid items. Lastly when i pressurised about the complaints and suggestions book they provided me an registered which have no any authentication.
Finally i have registered my complaint but i don't now about existence of that register.
Kindly look in to matter.

I am a good consumer in your reputed shopping mall since long time. I went to your shopping mall located central road, silchar, assam-788001.
On 12/02/2019 at around 6.15pm and had collected 1 item from third floor. After that i went to your billing counter for billing purpose. I was there with a rs. 500 note as i don't have change for payment then your counter personnel told me not possible to give change in this counter so you have to go ground floor counter. Then i went to ground floor counter for billing when i reached just to counter (Counter no.49) the counter personnel told me the same thing he can’t give change of rs.500. Then i feel it is my dishonored because why they not told earlier to take change before entering the mall. Even they do not mention my mobile number in the bill so that i could get loyalty points.
*the mentioned number in the the bill is not mine.
Lastly one advice it’s better to hang a banner like,
“please do not enter in vishal mega mart if you do not have change”
Therefore i request you for necessary action because this bad behavior was un - expected from your reputed organization. So, i am waiting for your suitable necessary action.

Dear sir,

I purchased eating staff worth 1000 rupees from vishal mega mart phagwara punjab, most of the packed items when i opened were smelling like the stock was very old out of the one namkeen packet when it was opend it has most dirty smell that i have even had in my life from the namkeen in my life. I thought to show it to the manager but they recused to return it and started misbehaving with me. It was the worst expirence i had in vishal megart. It is making fool of the customers. It seems that they are picking up the product from garbage and making it to look beautiful in there shop to attract customers. The worst retail outlet of the planet.

SIR,

This is to inform you that I have purchased a Safari Magnum trolley from the Vishal Mega Store on 12 December 2018 which covers 5 years International warranty. On my purchase I didn't inspected the Trolley thoroughly and i went out of station for 1 month when i came back I found that there was a sticker in the trolly with bar code upon it and the sticker came out a bit, but when i saw it closely it was pasted intentionally so that the hole or damaged side of the trolley gets hidden. When i enquired about this in the store they said bring back the trolley we'll exchange and when I took the trolley there they just simply said they are not responsible and they'll not return. On calling the incharge of their store he without even listening to me straight forward denied by saying 99% of our customers are happy its not a big deal to ignore rest 1%. So, I don't know who gives him such stats to be so confident about the 99% happy customers what I want my matter to be solved.
So I want you to involve in this matter and try to resolve my query its been only 1 and half months, otherwise there would be no faith upon the consumer courts or any other complaint court by any consumer in the future.

One month ago i purchase a tendem brand juicer mixture grinder from muzaffarpur bihar store. Now when i tried to use it 2nd day after few minutes this tendem brand juicer mixture grinder stopped working and thereafter not working.
As per sales terms its covered under warranty.
