I have purchased 3 sets of ladies panty on 30th april and after reaching home i find one pair size less than other ones. Tag was xxl like other ones but it was of small size. I tried to next day to change it with correct size pieces but store manager denied to change it. This small size pair is of no use for me and is as it was purchased with tags. Due to wrong size tag. Please arrange to change it. This is only measured with other pieces not used.
I purchased 4 tandem fans in September 2017 these fans r running very slow in pace on speed 5 of d regulator very much dissatisfied with this product . The product is with 1 year's warranty . I want u to fix this problem.

    I purchased two driftwood trousers for rs800 on 8 april 2018.
    They were looking good on me.
    But i knew less about their quality.
    I had to wash one of thenm 15 april 2018.
    Soaked it in water for an hour with other clothes.
    After washing what i saw was unbelievable... The colour of the new trouser had poured off totally...90 % of the trouser is now washed away.
    The original colour was green and now it is light yellow in colour.
    It seems that someone had painted the trouser and that paint has poured off with water.

    Worst thing is that it had damaged my other trouser too which was in navy blue colour

    Now what should i do??
    I have two pics with this complaint.
    First trouser which is almost yellow in colour is the one which i purchased on 8 aprik and the other one i purchased few months back

    Purchased stuff worth rs 733 and there was an item marked with buy one get one free but when we went to the cash counter they actually charged for both the items . When we went back stating the problem the person simply said that it's not our mistake and customer has to be take care of it ... This was the answer given by the manger over there

      I have purchased some item from your bareilly store i have troubled from your cash counter they give me a recipt with extra cost which is different from my product cost and they miss behaive with me.
      It can be done by many customers so it's not small issue its a very big issue.

      You have collected lots of black money with this if you can't take any action then i have to take any other decision..

        This is to inform that i wanted to say that i had come to vishal megha mart yesterday for purchasing of grocery items. Meanwhile for billing there was a men standing behind me who i don't know whether accidentally or intentionally tried to push me from his side and as a result i felt something unsafe and shameful act.
        Hence i would request that there shall be two queues for males and females separately at billing counter!
        Do consider my complaint if you wish me to continue shopping from your mart in the future!
        A separate queue, reservation or segregation of communities has made this country what it is today, exploited, taken advantage of and ripped apart. For such instances action should be taken right on the spot, look straight into that person's eyes and say it loud to stand clear, so that others hear it and he is under watchful eye of other people standing in line, if still misbehaving give one tight slap and call security.

        Stand for yourself as your safety is in your hand first.

        Just my thoughts, that's how my sister's and neices are groomed.
        I have purchase some biscuits and Maggie noodles. They charge double CGST and SGST
        When check the biscuits and noodles price
        They are included all taxes then why we pay GST

          While checking out i notice that there was an offer for casserole when buying more than 3k. I bought for 3.5k. So i asked for the casserole to the man in charge of giving out the offers. He denied without reasonable grounds and told me nothing. Just no no no. I bought for 3.5k. Casseroles were there behind him. But he didn't give me. And he was quite rude. It was an embarrassment for me. And i no longer feel like ever stepping foot in any vishal outlet ever again.
          Today i have visited the vishal mega mart, ganeshguri. But there have no free parking facility available.

            Worst experience at vishal mega mart. There was no proper management of trial rooms at mangol puri vishal mega mart. Trial rooms were filled by their own stocks. When i stood against this, the salesman started speaking in high voice. He called the manager there. And the manager without listening my perspective, taken two policemen there thinking of putting me down. Such a ghatiya staff i have never seen in any shopping malls. Please dont shop at vishal mega mart. They should teach something to their staff first. Very disappointed.
            The senior mangager has no etiquette how to deal with the customers. He just bring the police without listening the side of the customer. And has no way of talking with the customers. Please replace for the goodwill of the vishal mega mart. This all happened at the MANGOL PURI vishal mega mart.

              I bought a mixer/ grinder on dec 2017 but after a few days i made a complaint in the mart, they gave me an unvalid no and i tried calling them up but on all the no they provided as well as the no. i got from the internet. The mixer which i bought is leaking when i use it and it has a burning smell so i am pretty sure they sold me a defective or a low quality product, i wanted to resolve the matter nicely but they didn't response.

              After shopping at bill counter person said that if you pay bill more than Rs 1000, you will get 1kg of Sugar free, then I pay through Paytm. But at offer receiving counter, manager said there is no sugar left, then I said' what about my offer's, then he angerily took my fill and misbehaved with me and my wife too.

                The manager mr. Rajender singh behavior is not acceptable at any end.. We were simply asked him to clarify the discount we were getting on the products we bought, as i am indian army officer and having defence relaxation over few purchase. The guy said very rudely "ap operate chadne ki koshish na karo bade bande ho to apne ghar me ban ke raho humare saamne jada bhonkne ki zarurt nai he. After that i asked him your complaint number.. He told me about your sight and said in punjabi that"aapa kison to nai darde aa "and also said bde aye or gye tum jese complaint wale.. I am requesting you kindly change such staff or else strict action will be taken by our end.

                  I am siddarth dwivedi goes to vishal megamart rewa today with my sister .I have purchase item amounting RS .990 .erroresnsly my sister forgot to Bill facewash .nd put him on her jeans .after his pass the get .guard abuses him very badly nd lady guard use the word like chor ap log ka kaam hi chori karna .nd senior employee also abuses him nd snatch her item .nd so plz take action .my sister is innocent she errornesly put the face wash on his jeans pocket .if she is thief why she make purchase of 990 RS item .we r regular customer. So plz take immediate action .otherwise I will go for consumer forum nd make manhani dawa for insulting him

                    I were in vishal store fatehabad rode just 4 min ago and i need basket to put my item which i bought from vishal suddenly i saw a employe having basket and i asked him to give this to me he directly said no and pick items from basket give items in my hands.
                    This incident is happende in first floor in front of changing room thats why i didnt buy anything from there

                      A few days ago i went to your mart at aligarh uttar pradesh. There are g+2 floor but there are no proper ventilation and no cooling system like ac or fan. When i complaint about it to floor worker they told me that they are helpless. I also complaint it to store incharge after billing, he answered it very badly. He said that store is not his property. He do not know how to behave with their customers. Hope vishal mart officials will take necessary action against the culprits.

                        My friend, aditi khedkar, visited vishal megamart on 20/03/2018 and was wrongly held at the counter for about half an hour. The counter person claimed that he was out of change but the person standing next to me was immediately provided with his balance. The above-mentioned counter person was named "praveen". The bill generated for mobile number [protected] is numbered[protected]. Please look into the matter with utmost sincerity. Hope you take appropriate actions to rectify this problem.
                        I tried directly contacting at "[protected]@vishal.com" but their server wasn't able to recieve my request. Please revert to me at "abs. [protected]@gmail.com".

                        At checkout cashier said that they can't give us the discount on bill by loyalty points because their internet is not working.. they asked me to wait .. I waited till 30 mins .. then I call to customer care.. name Chandrakant he answered me he cannot do anything regarding this.. such a bad managment by vishal.. didn't expect that .

                          I am surender singh, i have purchase some products on 05 feb 2018 from your uttam nagar store. The total bill was below rs 300/-, your sales man advise that to buy more items so that your bill can be more than rs 3000/- and you get a gift voucher of rs 500/-. Than i have advised to buy 04 led bulbs together to become your bill more then rs 3000/-. I have done it for rs 3056/- and i have provided a gift voucher of rs 500/- saying that you will get discount on next purchase. Today (26 march 2018) i went to buy some garments, at the time of billing your sales man say that you can only redeem this voucher on rs 2000/- or more.
                          2. It was not inform by any of your staff during handover of this gift voucher to me, neither inform nor display at any where in the store that it will be applicable on purchase of rs 2000/-. This gift voucher was club with staple to the bill only. The term and condition was not inform by any of your staff during handover of this gift voucher.
                          3. Now i am inform that it is written on reverse side that you can redeem it on rs 2000/- purchase only.
                          4. Now as a customer first of all how i have to buy every month more than rs2000/- on garments, secondly if this condition was inform earlier than why should i have to buy more then rs 3000/-, because i am not in a position to spend more than rs 3000/- on every month on purchase of garments.
                          5. It is requested to redeem this voucher on purchase of low amount bill to avoid harassment of a customer.in future such terms and conditions be inform to customer or display these specific condition before given to customer.
                          6. As help to customer give me fruitful response otherwise i will go to consumer court by giving proper evidence of such type cheating with customer by vishal mega mart.
                          7. I was having faith in vishal mega mart since long time as i always buy my need from your store.
                          8. Think positive and response.

                            I shopped at vishal megamart, ganeshguri, guwahati on 24.03.18, bill no 339/[protected]. The bill amount was rs. 4293.55. I earned 2 gifts, one iron and a gift voucher. I was denied the iron and the gift vouchers were not given as the shop did not have the vouchers. When i argued for the iron, the person mr bhakat kalita who claimed to be the manager, spoke very rudely in front of the other customers, which was very embarrassing and denied the free items as per the bill. I request you to provide the gifts at the earliest, such that the matter stops here. Further the pos machines were also out of order and everyone was forced to pay in cash.

                              I wanted to purchase surf excel but it took around 45 minutes during 9.30 pm to 10.15 pm at vishal megamart near bahu plaza, jammu. Please check cctv footage of above period of cash counter near entry gate. The executive was not aware where the free item is kept. He has entered 500kg dal instead of 500 grams dal (Photo attached). After intervention he corrected the bill this also can be checked in your system.

                                  Vishal mega mart tandem gas stove

                                  I bought tandem two burner gas stove on 21th feb, 2018.. After one week of installation got disastrous result., the quality of the material was very poor.. The knobs of the unit came out of the instrument on regular basis and also have manufacturing defect in the knobs. Also the glass of the unit not properly installed.

                                  The after sale services are worst, the company dont even provide the exact solution to the problem.
                                  And replacement warranty for 3 years on the product but they dont even listen after a week.
                                  Its totally wastage of money
                                  I dont want to keep that gas stove anymore, replace my product with another brand.

                                    We bought a thermo flask in feb 2018, hardly used it 2times and the cup joint broke wen we went asked to replace, the manager told they don't have guarantee for some products but y can't they tell customer wen they buy it. Fooling the customer please don't go to akshay nagar vishal megha mart, no replacement no refund we left the product there only.

                                      We bought an electric cup on 24.02.2018 for rs 349 at sonarpura outlet varanasi. But after closed pack found that there was not connecting plug and wire. Any how on complain we found wire. After one week it was gone out of order. Now dealing persons are good behaving to us. They are compelling to go outside to repair. Vishal mega mart is not responsible.

                                        Dear Sir I m a regular customer of your mart since last ten years and fully satisfied with your services but this time a have bad experience at vishal mega mart at Brass Market Rewari.
                                        I make shopping of about 4000/- but one item was not of our selected list and i returned it after billing instantly at the counter. they gave me slip of 199/- saying that in the next shopping the amount will adjusted. on the next shopping about a month later they refused to adjust the amount saying that the validity of slip is expired. i requested many times for the adjustment but the store manager behave rudely and said do what can i do the amount will not be adjusted.
                                        Sir it is my humble submission that solve the issue at the earliest or finally i have to move to consumer court.
