Dear concern

I am bimlesh rana i am the customer vishal mega mart i entered the stopped around 9:20 p. M but the housekeeping told me and when i answered the first floor housekeeping told me there is no entry store has been closed so kindly suggest me what is the timing of cloth store i discuss with store manager he told me that store closing time is 10:30 p. M.
The store location in nangloi
M bimlesh Rana I entered in store the housekeeping told me no allowed entering in first floor then I discuss with store manager store manager told me the store will be closed around 10:30 and 11 P.M but I entered 920 P.M so kindly suggest me what is the timing

    Our company purchased bulk gifts from vishal mega mart sector 14 gurgaon. I wanted to exchange one steam iron with some other item of higher value. Store incharge refused which at any cost is not acceptable. Please refund the cost of the same or exchange.
    Why even our company always purchase in bulk on festival occasions that your store is not taking into consideration. I am gm of the same company and i want to exchange the iron steam given to me purchased from your store during diwali with some other electronic item of more value from your store

      Dear sir, today 31/10/2017 anout 12pm i went to vishal mega mart at 31/9 hosure main road rupena agrahara bommanhalli banglore-68 and bought a sando it was of 199 rs buy one and get one free i did not notice that it is in the offer of buy one and get one free
      When i went to cash counter girl was at counter taken money and did not tell me that it's one free also
      But when i reach at gate for going out then security ask that it's...

      I have visited above mentioned vishal mart on 19th oct 17 at around 0500 pm hrs. While entering into the
      Mart i have given one package to your guard and he handedover one token (No.7) to me. After billing i forgotten to collect the package from the guard. After one hour around 0700pm i again come back to your mart to collect my forgotten package. But mart was closed and one guard was available at the door and i enquired about my package. He searched the cupboard and told that package is not available in the cupboard and tomorrow you can collect from mart when mart open. On 20th, again i visited your mart and enquired with mart manager about my package and after searching he told that no package is available with him. The token no.7 is available with me. You are requested to take up matter with mahavir enclave vishal mart and handedover my missing package to me at earliest and it will improve your goodwill among the customer.

        I m general manager of my company at gurgaon. We procured bulk gift items from your store at sector 14 gurgaon. I wanted one steam iron to be exchanged with high price item from this store. The store manager refused. Need an urgent solution.
        Out of bulk purchase made by our company from your store i want to exchange one steam iron and want some other item more than the value of one steam iron.

He was submitted my resignation letter without my permission and then suddenly he told me that you are fired from the job without any information and warning to me. He was generally use to me in the time period of festival so, i kindly request to you please take a serious issue of me and take a right judgement of all this and my one more last request is that plzzzz give me a my salary on 1st of november of this month and according to protocol of company my relax amount give me though a final process of 45 days.

            Today dated 22/10/2017 i had purchased shirt from vishal mega mart tinsukia, sale offers but the shirt was not fit for me regarding size. After 20 mints when i went to exchange asking for a slightly bigger size they refused to do so. No exchange was allowed as per them on sale products. I got cheated. Never ever i visit again to this mart. Please help me replace my product.

              Vishal megamart in dimapur where manager don't have any manner to talk and helpers are just busy in their own work if we customer ask as then there will be no action or help... On diwali occasion we baught 6 tea set and out of 6 one was tea sets one set was damaged and next day when we went to exchange it then e manager misbehaved so we want a action against them it's a request and and at last they said ki bahar dhake maar ke bhej denge

                There was a purchase of rs.2530/- against bill no.073/[protected] from counter no.1 dated 18.10.2017 from cashier no.[protected]/51457 at 20:42:11 pm in which item code [protected]\9619/diper was bought which i tried to return dated 21.10.2017 at 17:00 pm but i was refused not to return or exchange by available manager mr. Pradeep. I am a regular client of vishal but such things decreases our moral to be with vishal. If item can be exchanged or returned it is a part of service which should have been followed and expecting the same, please do the needful.

                  It was simply cheating with the consumers. As they given an add in a news paper that india gate basmati rice is selling at rs.285/- (All inclisive). So i visit the vishal mega mart store at sodhi complex 2 in aligarh (Up). Than i went to the grocery section and found the india gate basmati rice was kept with the given price tag for rs. 285/- so i took that packet from the mention section, but when i went to the counter, i have to wait at least 25-30 min. For the billing of ma product. Whereas only 2 counters were open out of 6-8 counters for such a fest day like diwali.. Even after 30 min. When i have given ma packet of rice for billing the cashier told me that the price of the packet was 299/-. How it comes to 299/-. Whereas i took the packet from the section mentioned with 285/-. Pricetag.. So i told the same thing to the cashier and he just called someone from fmcg dept. And i was just waiting that someone ll come and attend me for the same. But than still i have to wait for 15-20 min. Than after asking again and again the cashier told me to talk with the person who was handling the help desk. I told him about the incident after that also the fmcg person came after 10-15 min. Later. And again went to check for the product in the same section. And he came back after 10 min. And informed me that the rice packet that i took from the section of 285/-. Price was not for rs. 285/-. Even he took an other quality packet of rice and trying to confess me for that packet is for 285/-. So i ask that it was not kept anywhere in the section that mention. Rs. 285/-. And than after wasting my one hour in your aligarh store i decided to left from there as well as nvr evr shop from your store. It was simply cheating with the customers where you kept the high price product in place of low price mentioned product, so the customers ll take the product and when they ll go to the counter you took the high price and when any customer ll come to query at the same time take the another product from somewhere else that u kept behind the customer range for just increasing your sale vishal mega mart is cheating with the customers. It was my worst experience with vishal mega mart at aligarh (Up). Now i ll never ever visit to any of the vishal mega mart store. Even i ll prefer to all of colleque to not to shop with vishal whereas easy day is the best choice to get shopping for groceries...

                      Sir mene kuch saman liya tha vishal mega mart se toh mene us saman k liye debit card diya counter pr peyment krne k liye pr unhone mujhe bola ki aap ka card ni chl rha toh mene saman wapis kr diya or jb mne phone mai message dekha toh meri payment ho gai thi mtln us saman ki payment ho chuki thi mai ek hafte se chakar kaat ri vishal mega mark wo phle unhone mujhe bola ki 24 hrs mai aa jyga balance but nhi aya mai fir gai unhone bola ki 48 hrs wait kro or mene wait kiya pr fir ni aya balance or mai fir gai toh unhone bola 72 hrs aise kr kr k mujhe chakr katwa re hai or bol re hai ki aap bank mai report kro or bank wale mujhe bool re hai ki payment ho chuki hai toh wo balance wapis nhi milega mai kya kru?? Wo payment wapis kaise milegi mujhe jo cut ho chuki hai bina saman liye
                      Same problem i am facing now .on 16 oct i am in rajouri garden vishal mega mart . They said me the debit card didnt work but payment was deducted from account but they are said sir we dpnt get any payment then i given 2000/- rs and now after 24 hr they didnt return back my account . [protected] it is customer care number she doesnt know how to talk with customer and also she didnt have any solution .and now she saying payment will be return from that store or wait for 10 to 11 days .                         So I along with my husband happened to visit VMM indore for buying gifts for our parents for diwali...we choose around 6 things to purchase in about half an hour...it took us more than 1 hour 2 get d billing done...and no...there wasn't any unimaginable rush or something...dey were just plain slow...trust me dis happened to me 4 d 2nd tme...hence...guys [censored] really wanna get customers...train ur billing guys...ur service s simply Goin 4 a...

                        Hi, mam /sir i am from, aizawl mizoram, and i had visit, aizawl store for marketing. But during i make some marketing, i hear some discussion of staff, about promotion.

                        When i had hear that kinds of this, a get very angry about negative promotion.

                        One of the staff, (John) is directly promoted to senior associate, he has no experience, and he had no section in the store, he take a round, and shouting to the staff.

                        As i'm a company employees, please solved the problem for the staff, they make complained to the store manager, but no action is taken.

                        I suggest you that,

                        Promo down from senior associate, he is not fit for his rank.
                        And no manners or politeness.

                        Please solved my problem and let me know the answer again.

                          I bought the clothes from vishal mega mart lucknow n i used my debit card and it decline 3-4 times so they told me to pay in cash. I paid cash 865 rs but my debit card debited 865 rs 2 times (Total 1730 rs). I want my money so i req u to my cash is credit in my account. They told me to wait for 48 hours, it will be back but today is the 3rd day of the working hours of bank.

                            I m not satisfied with urs wear items, ek time tha ki jab bhi muje jeans lena hota tha to mai kabhi bhi koi options nhi search krta tha sirf vishal megamart jata tha or full satisfied hota tha.. But ab wo baat nhi rahi apke brand me driftwood or mavis ne to jo rahi sahi kasar bhi nikal di..
                            In dono brand ke mene kam se kam 10 pairs purchase kiye hai in kuch 1 sal me.. Jb pehli pair liya to uska color bahut jaldi...

                            Its very unfortunate but i am almost a regular customer of vishal in any place in assam like in jorhat, guwahati etc...

                            Today on 2nd of october at 8:10 pm, i visited the north lakhimpur branch of vishal megamart to buy a pronto travel bag of orange colour.
                            But its very shameful that i was not able to buy it from vishal megamart because the company attached ticket containing the barcode of the bag was missing. Also, the person responsible for the luggage department dilip bora... Was unavailable since evening.
                            How come a brand as yours maintain such irresponsible staff.
                            Most shameful is that, after this incident i contacted the manager of vishal megamart, north lakhimpur regarding my query as it was very urgent for me to buy the product, but the manager instead of solving my problem, he tried to avoid me by arguing me to buy it some other day which is very disgusting.
                            Plz solve this issue i. E., customer's issue.

                              This is second time i complaint for your product of gas stove. This problem is occur two time and your complaint no. Is not working. Plz solve my problem. For whom we complaint then no one here we
                              I'm frustate to call your employees but no one help us. All are say this is wrong number. I have many problems when i bought your product of gas stove. [protected]

                                I did shopping from vishal mega mart agra at fatehabaad road on 17 aug and i used my credit card for payment but the saleman told your card is not working and please pay cash.. So i used cash for payment.. But now in my credit statement i was feel to get myself fooled coz payment of rs 249. Was also did by card too qith refrence no 96240729
                                Please do the action on my complaint as soon as possible

                                  When i visited the vishal mega mart at dibrugarh and tinsukia both of the malls had their trial rooms locked... Why? Yes we can exchange products if we have our bills but it's not possible to take garments without trying them... Stop keeping garments just open a departmental store better... You people can't provide a good service... You like cheating on people... A sum of 5 rupees is also a big deal for us people...# close the stores in dibrugarh and tinsukia... Cause ur customer satisfaction is in a minus scale... Or else learn something from big bazaar at least
