On sunday[protected] i did shopping in vishal mega mart agra near bhagwan talkiz, there i shopped around for many items and on bill counter around 5 items were not billed by the person as he said these are not in system, also he did the wrong billing and added item twice and billed it twice.
This is very irresponsible behavior by the billing counter staff in vishal mega mart.

      1 month back i purchased tandem stream iron box which price was 499 rs.
      It works fine in starting days, after heating issue will start and burns my cotton dress while ironing, and starches / cotton treads attached to iron box back side. And also heating sensor is not working properly. Inside the heating coil may be a fault or damaged. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

          Sir i have puchased the TIE MRP 99rs but i paid the 100 rupees the sellar can not refund the amount and not give me the bill at the Vishal mega mart muktsar code 152026 and the seller can not give me the bill. The seller asked to the guard he has no bill and going to without cheking. In Vishal Mega Mart the cash counter boy take the amount above MRP. And not issue the bill to custmoer please sir take the strict action i have paid the amount above the MRP.
          No body is there to told that i[censored] try perfume then u have to buy it and the staff was talking like road side illiterate people. And the manager was aruging with us. Rourkela Branch

            I shopping from bulandshahr vishal mega mart and i feel that very bad service from this store because i am stand half an hour in a line when i reached at the billing counter then billing person told me that i don't know how to billing with the credit note. And his senior told him that do i guide then he is told i cannot billing this type of behave doing from customer and also taking nonsense so i am back to home with the credit note because no one listen and his billing person told me no one return your item [protected]

              I purchased tandem gas stove combo from vishal mega mart on 18 nov 2017.. During their offer period, they were assuring that they will provide the service under the warranty period.. Started using it in month of march.. After the use of gas stove (Nearly 1 month) i found defect in the piece as knob of gas stove was not working properly as due to use it get inflamed due to heat and also gas was getting leaked.. I called the customer service ([protected]).. I had conversation with them and they registered the complaint and told me that they will send the person within 4 days so i waited but person reached here after 1 week (Such a long period) with no proper equipment and delayed for repair excusing that he is not having material and will come back again with proper material.. After that he came with material but after his service, gas started again leaking. I tried the customer care again but not getting satisfactory reply... Now i am using my old gas stove..

              In tandem gas stove combo, it includes pressure cooker, mixer, non stick utensils, gas stove.. Also i am experiencing problem in non stick utensils as there is no uniform heat separation and also teflon layer is getting out of it.. Mixer is also started giving problem..

                    I bought two shirts in scheme buy one get one free o n 15.05.18. One shirt wad regular fit and other was slim fit. I gifted one shirt (Regular) to my known. When my husband tried the ither on next morning it was slightly tight. I went vishalmart on 16.05.18 with bill to replace shirt. But tbey people said that we can't change as this is put in zero value in bill. I have to bring other shirt also. How can a customer know that which product is being billed as zero value and which is being billed at full value. I requested very humbly to replace but they totally refuse that they are completely helpless. It was a huge harassment to me. I request to direct them to replace my shirt or give me compensation for harassment. This is totally fraud.

                        I bought a tandem (Induction) cooker 5 lts (Ppc58801) from vishal mega mart karol bagh delhi (Article number[protected] dated 28/04/2018. It is leaking air when we put in for cooking. When we went for the local store they refused to replace saying to put a call to the number on the bill. Those guys instead asked to go to local store. I am pretty much frustrated by the service provided by you. Please get this exchanged or i may have to go to the consumer court. I am planning to shift to bangalore and once i get there it won't be possible for me to take the waste from you guys and come back times and again for replacement.

                              I purchased yesterday ie 0n 8th may 2018 above item from vishal at khandsa road, gurgaon. Product claims to be of sheesham wood. On washing, colour started coming out. It seems that the wood quality is bad and it was colour dyed to look like sheesham.
                              Thus the product is of inferior quality and not fit for use fro food.
                              The product is claimed to be of 5 star quality. This is misleading.

We purchase then stand 30 min for billing. After that we got a gift voucher of bedsit the counter boy told that you will get your gift form customer care desk. We stand around 35 min in desk there is no one in customer care desk. I spoke to store manager he is said he is coming it takes time. His behavior was very rude.                                     I have purchased 3 sets of ladies panty on 30th april and after reaching home i find one pair size less than other ones. Tag was xxl like other ones but it was of small size. I tried to next day to change it with correct size pieces but store manager denied to change it. This small size pair is of no use for me and is as it was purchased with tags. Due to wrong size tag. Please arrange to change it. This is only measured with other pieces not used.
                                    I purchased 4 tandem fans in September 2017 these fans r running very slow in pace on speed 5 of d regulator very much dissatisfied with this product . The product is with 1 year's warranty . I want u to fix this problem.

                                      I purchased two driftwood trousers for rs800 on 8 april 2018.
                                      They were looking good on me.
                                      But i knew less about their quality.
                                      I had to wash one of thenm 15 april 2018.
                                      Soaked it in water for an hour with other clothes.
                                      After washing what i saw was unbelievable... The colour of the new trouser had poured off totally...90 % of the trouser is now washed away.
                                      The original colour was green and now it is light yellow in colour.
                                      It seems that someone had painted the trouser and that paint has poured off with water.

                                      Worst thing is that it had damaged my other trouser too which was in navy blue colour

                                      Now what should i do??
                                      I have two pics with this complaint.
                                      First trouser which is almost yellow in colour is the one which i purchased on 8 aprik and the other one i purchased few months back

When we went back stating the problem the person simply said that it's not our mistake and customer has to be take care of it ... This was the answer given by the manger over there
