Hey yesterday i purchase 2 tshirt from vishal mega mart which is in mahavir enclave but when i wear one of them at home i found some issue with it and i mistakely untag it. I found some raffu on it, could you please change it.

    Your security and manager don't know how to behave with a customer.
    They were talking in a very threatening way as they were about to beat.
    Look into it sir or else they will be get beaten badly someday.
    I was with my wife so i remain silent. The incident was happened on 10 december in kolkata baguihati vishal mega mart.

    Vishal mega mart Vaishali nagar has no tags on items as well as very non cooperative staff. The billing counter herself suggested to file a complaint for lost tags and lack of staff in housekeeping and other sections. They are unsure about price and charge anything random.
    He totally igonore me while billing. Giving service to others who are not even in the queue while complaining to him . He miss behaved . I don't know his name

      Sir, you one of the sales man in sanjauli mart was behaving unprofessional with your regular customer who is me. First of all he was living all the customers candies in lieu of change hoti rs.9/- when asked him to remit me change totally refuse and said go where ever you want to go. He also denied to take rs.500/- and return me rs 401. Which embraced me. When i complaint his behaviour to so called manager. He said that. कर ली तस्सली हो गया अब भागो यहाँ से। this type of nonsense is not expected from the professionals of your reputed mart. Take stringent action against the culprit. Details of my bill.           Resolution - either you refund my money or adjust it with your store items

          I was on the counter to pay the bill and asked the cashier to swipe my card.
          He was not doing his job properly and swiped my card thrice also i got messages from my bank that i had made some purchase but the store keeper/cashier didn't wait for moment and swiped the card back to back and didn't receive the receipts.
          Then he asked me that the money will be refunded to you till tomorrow and now you pls pay the cash may be there is some problem with the server.

          I paid cash and went away.
          The next day when i went there and asked then that the amount has not been refunded, they asked me to wait for 3-4 day more.
          I did that too.
          I had visited the store four to five times but the amout has not been refunded yet.

            Four items shown in free item list but only two free items (Lunch box and blanket) provide by vishal mega mart, fraser road branch. We ask to gatekeeper and cash counter employee for another two free items (Pressure cooker and thermal). He say computer wrongly insert free items (Pressure cooker and thermal) this offer suspended previously. Please treat it most urgent.

              Yesterday i went to vishal mart ajmer, as i entered i went to fridge as i wanted water bottle for that one water bottle i was standing at billing counter for 15 min, there was only one lady was there and other counters were empty and also that lady doesn't understand the customers line if i was standing first she is supposed to get my bill done first but she did not, she did the filling of customer who was behind me.

                The cashier has provided me a receipt with my order's details and assured me to get my money back within 2-3 days.

                It has been more than 10 days, the amount has not refunded. After several attempt to call customer care, it is not connecting at all.

                    Yesterday dated 11/11/2017 I had purchased a Belt from Vishal Mega Mart Sivasagar, Assam but the belt didn’t fit for me. So the next day when I went to exchange asking for a slightly bigger size they refused to do so. According to them no exchange was allowed on belts. The stuff also argued and was rude with me. It seems that they do not care about customers. I will cheated. Moreover in the bill there is not written anything regarding any such condition of no exchange.

In bill it is mentioned that items no[protected] is free by method by one get one free.The mentioned item was under by one get one free But the employee have not given free items to me .                         I shopped at main jaitpur rd, hari nagar ext., badarpur, new delhi located vishal mega mart mall on 11-nov-2017 which bill no is[protected].
                        I had to buy shampoo but by mistake i took conditioner. Next day, i went to mall to exchange it to shampoo. But their executive denied to exchange.

                        Never buy on Wat they write its all a cheat I was really cheated and above all the receptionist OMG... Very moody and aggressive

                            This compalint is regarding vishal mega mart aligarh store at sodhi's complex. The staff is always busy on phone calls and never provide information and did not assist. The staff is very rude and does not care about customers. Every time we visit the experience is very bad. Such type of behaviour is not good for company's goodwill. Also the staff at billing counter did not provide any information and always ready for arguments and to fight with customers. This is a request to please deploy a good and experienced staff.

                            The bitter truth.

                            There is no training provided to employees for a better customer service. HR is very week. HR is always busy in recruiting not making & grooming quality people.

                            Head office is least bothered about the happiness index of employees.

                            Less number of staff which creates high work pressure on staff & they have to work for 12 hours.

                            Last the most important point SM is only busy & focuses on to complete his daily task given from head office.
                            This complain is regarding to vishal mega mart gt road aligarh. One feamale staff misbehaved with us for trial clothes. After that behaviour we couldn't purchase any item. And we will never go this store again.

                              I navdeep singh worked in vishal mega mart nawanshahr as a head cashier. I was reigned from the company after that i was applied my pf from last 10months. Too munch delay in pf. I have already twice times submitted the pf form to the vishal mega mart new delhi head office. But when i call to the pf section they did not gave any response. I ll called up vishal head office so many times but nobody give me proper information. Sir i am in panic i will get my amount or not. I need your help if you will take the appropriate action.                               My name is mahesh i worked as a Sr.associate(Head cashier) after reign 14 months i applied for my PF 3 times i have sent my but no replay waited for 5 months no response and i have tried to apply online old account not showing for clime i have contacted them so many times at least transfer my EPF to current company for that also no replay.and that to MY DOE they updated wrongly.as per me i have completed my notice period also and i have sent my physical resignation letter also no response because of manager negligence i am unable to do any thing

                                  Todya, first time i went to vishal mega mart, nangloi store,. I bought items amount 2548/- and also bought bag cost 8/-. When i reached at gate, i see guard inder pal, check bought items in very bad manner like scrap collect.
                                  I say him donot make this kind of practice, but he say i have no time, and his behaviour very irritating and manner less. After that he say i donot check your items, you go cash counter and take stamp on this bag.
                                  Than i go to manager chamber but manager on lunch, one other person listen my problem and make call to gaurd two time i feel that that gaurd is not respond properly to that person. Than he say you go heck items sir, now gaurd check items properly. When i reach again checking gate, he make argument with me and i not check your items, than other gaurd on duty he say, sir i checked my items.
                                  I also make compliant in compliant book of store. This kind activity of gaurd inder pal damage your bussiness and godwill, becouse in future i donot make any purchase at your store.

                                      Our company purchased bulk gifts from vishal mega mart sector 14 gurgaon. I wanted to exchange one steam iron with some other item of higher value. Store incharge refused which at any cost is not acceptable. Please refund the cost of the same or exchange.
                                      Why even our company always purchase in bulk on festival occasions that your store is not taking into consideration. I am gm of the same company and i want to exchange the iron steam given to me purchased from your store during diwali with some other electronic item of more value from your store

                                        Dear sir, today 31/10/2017 anout 12pm i went to vishal mega mart at 31/9 hosure main road rupena agrahara bommanhalli banglore-68 and bought a sando it was of 199 rs buy one and get one free i did not notice that it is in the offer of buy one and get one free
                                        When i went to cash counter girl was at counter taken money and did not tell me that it's one free also
