I am pained to share that today i visited your ambala cantt branch and had very bitter experience at billing desk. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to redeem my points after the billing was over. The executives were passing the buck to one another saying redeem facility was not possible at counter no5. I was sent to counter no 6 where again i faced prolems for payment as paytm was not allowed at that counter. I went to mr chkaraborty[protected] at customer longe but of no use he was very rude and asked me to wait for another quarter of hour. Ultimately i was sent to counter no 2 for the billing.
It was very unprofessional and cannot be accepted in todays cut throat compt in retail. I hope u will look into the matter and try to improve customer experience.

    Mr. Tiwari (Employee of the vishal mega mart in jhansi) & mr. Jha (Manager of the vishal mega mart in jhansi) are very bad person. Both are very rude & never talk softly to the customer. I purchased kattle (August'17) of tendom brand & that has 2 year of warranty. After that kettle is out of order within 6 months. Then i went to vishal & i complained about kettle to mr. Tiwari he told us i can't help that matter u go tendom service centre and i call tendom service centre and the respose is... U should go there where u bought that kettle and again i came vishal mega mart (Jhansi) and again meet mr. Tiwari and complain about that matter and kettle on 2nd feb'18. & he said that kettle will be repair 10-15 days & i will inform you by call & told us... U give me warranty card" xerox or if you don't mind then can give mme original warranty card but there was not xerox shop so i clicked picture on mobile and give him original warranty card. But he didn't call & i went after 20-25 days and meet mr. Jha and inform that about whole process. Mr. Jha told us i will be give you kettle after repair within 2-3 days. But mr. Jha also not give any response. After few days i went vishal mega mart again and both are shouted on us and mr. Tiwari told lie that u didn't not give me warranty card. And both mis-behaved with us. And mr. Tiwari mis-used my contact number that i provided to check the status of kettle.
    Vishal services of jhansi is very very poor and both don't know how to treat with customer and also how to behave with customer.

    I bought x men fairness creams in 2017 .
    As it is mention on creams that expiry is after 3 years of MFD date. But now it smell very wiered or I can say very bad n I thing its expire now.
    N I want to return it otherwise I will complaint in consumer forum

        I m a privileged customer of vishal mega mart store at itachali nagaon purchased items for Rs 3000 as forced by the customer care cell to achieve a free gift consisting of a bottle of Jam, Pickles and tomato sauce. As by norms I have received a bottle of Jam and a Pickles on the same day. But due to unavailability the bottle of tomato sauce was not handed over to me and request me to collect it on another day. After my hectic schedule I visited the customer cell but they never gave me the same due to unavailability. Today they behave so rudely that I can't explain. If the gifts are not available then why should they force me to buy for the target amount. This type of stupidity is not fare for a brand like vishal. Kindly make necessary action against the person who misbehave me today.

            I purchased led lights 14w instead of 9w due to your confusing labels. And your manager made me compulsorily take it as it is billed.

            Upper shelf. Rs. 179 for two bulbs 9w
            Next lower shelf. Rs 179 for one bulb 14w

            How could a customer distinguish between these two?
            It means your store is now cheating customers by showing confusing rate levels.

              Dear sir,

              I have visited today your najafgarh store i have taken a jeans from sale kyisok on which one plus one offer is there, but when i reach to cash counter they told me that this is on same mrp, i request to change but after 20 min no response from them. Their response is very poor and i will never go their again in future and suggest others also not to go there.
              Kindly give proper training to them to treat people.

                I bought a cookware set from your dibrugarh vishal mega mart with bill no. 119/[protected] with product no.[protected]\3917/freebees.

                The service in the mall is 0 and they have no information what they are selling. They sold me a cookware set which is non induction set and of inferior quality.

                While going for exchange on the very next day they told me it cannot be exchanged as it is consumer durable product.
                Sir I bought 15 led bulb[protected] which guarantee was 2 year replacement. And now some led bulb not working. When I went to visual mega Mart to replace that led he told me that there is no change now and[protected] date is mention in there systems

                  I was buying some things from vishal mega mart. I kept my bag at the given place. When i came back after shopping my bag was not there. The officials of the mart refused to take any responsibility. They began to blame me for this incident. I'm a student and can not suffer without my bag and other important documents in it. My bag was very costly. And moreover i was disappointed due to harsh behave of the officials. Please do something. I have taken a written statement of the guard present there that he would be responsible for the loss. But i also want the officials to accept the fault and feel sorry. There were no cameras at the place meant for keeping customers luggage, and the manager said that we don't need cameras there, customers are responsible for their goods. And he also added that his father is the deputy commissioner dc of the city. I'm feeling helpless. Please give me the penalty. I can not suffer a loss of about 3500 rupees. Kindy take action.                     Please cheak i purchased led bulb on 28.01.2018, and product is not as expected. The light of the led bulb is too low. U can't see enything in this bulb light even not in near the light. I didn't expect this from vishal mega mart.

                    Because i don't like the led bulb i want to return or exchange the led bulb. So i go to store for exchange and manager of the store completely disagree to return or exchange that product. I didn't accept this from vishal mega mart.

                    I want to return or exchange that product. Request you to please return or exchange that product as it does not exactly suit a brand store.

                    I purchased every iteam from vishal mega mart because i trust the brand name vishal mega mart but this is not accepted from vishal mega mart. Very poor quality product this time i purchased

                    And in led bulb cover not showing any watt of led bulb.

                        I have made shopping of 2000 rs on 25 jan18. On counter at the timing of check out i came to know that there is hole in one piece. Then cashier make the credits bill. My orginal bill have been taken. Now i came to home my one child cloth piece is taken mistakenly of 2_3 yr instead of 5_6 y. I came back for replacement. But the manager has rudely denied. He said that you have no bill whereas bill has been already taken. And said your will is one time used whereas it is by defect than and there. This type of service will definitely restrict me for shopping in vishal mega mart in future.

                            I have visited on 05.01.2018 at 8.45 pm to vishal mega mart indore annapurana road. A box show rs. 129/ and so many winter inner and lower contain in that, i choose a inner and go to bill counter but counter manger mr. Sandeep said to me that this inner is rs. 279/ not 129/.
                            I said to him that you indicate rs.129/ why you charged rs. 279/, he denied and to pay 279/. I gave him to rs. 500/ he returned me 220/ and a chocolate i told him please give me 221/ not a chocolate his behavior
                            Is rude and said that return the goods and ye lo tuamahare rs.500/
                            And give me one rs. Change or accept a chocolate. I refuse.

                              Me and and my wife was a regular customer of vishal mega mart fathebad road agra, there was a small parking area which managed by two parking boy over there, one who is taking bills he is very rude person, he took my bike forcefully put dump inside with group of bikes, which causes damage to my bike, and when i told him why he putted inside, he rudely talking with us, like a local gunda. It is ashamed for those people who is running this much of big vishal mega mart,
                              At least they should provide good parking area with good people not gundas.
                              Kindly iam requesting to concern people please take an action especially that parking gundas, who are exploiting the customer and misbehaving.

I use this pant minimum 3 times in 1 month period .Now the pant is damaged . So I give a righteen complain to vishal megamart puri. Please return my pant .minimum 1 month period it will damaged. So I complanedon't to you. Imediately you don't return my pant I take a ligal action against you.

                                    Its really pathetic to see such a customer dealing staff in your vishal mega mart shop sonarpura branch .Myself anita kumari working under ministry of defence..and a regular customer of vishal mega mart. today on 21 dec 2017 at 20.00hrs, i was at billing counter were this girl employee id 9002191 name annu kumari was standing, she was in a hurry to close t counter, she firstly said she will billed tn for 10 mins she makes me wait counted the money and after that told me to go to another counter arrogantly..when after goin to another counter i complaint the biller counter 2 about her rude manner and misconduct...she came back and started shouting abusing and passing personal comments other employees told her to stop..and i ws totaly surprised .. i contacted manger of the branch and ask him to take my written complain..he tried to convince me not to lodge complain and try to safeguard her by saying she was in a hurry., she didnt know about me, local people are like tat only etc..for the nxt 30 mins the manager tried me to convince but as that lady has crossed her limits and said something which goes beyond my self respct...i said him tat i ll file t complain .he had given me a visitor book to write that complain which i think was not authentic way.. tatsy i complaining it here too and attaching the copy of my bill and pic of tat complain book.its really bad to see such a behavior of tat girl and the manager too who was safeguarding his employee in such a manner which will encourage her more.My bill no is 131/[protected] dated 21 dec 2017 /20:18:36, counter 2, sonarpura branch, varanasi

                                      I want to changed it.

                                      But have lost the warranty card of bag.

                                      When i visited to same store they are not able to do any help without warranty card.

                                      I hope you can't ignore your warranty on behalf lost warranty card as per your brand standerd.
