Hello I parched kids shoes on Vishal maga mart at GT shore Jaipur on date 08/14/ 2016 after that I went to GT again on date 08/21/2016 for shoe change purpose due to size issue . store keeper changed it without any fall. and I replaced it to with shoe for 3 years kid. although my daughter age is 2.5 year. And again I went to there on date 08/25/2016 for change same product for same issue, , size is note combatable But when again i went to store showroom to change same product for same issue they denied to changed my product. it only Rs.200 product. please help.. what should i do..

    We had purchased some item on 14th aug-16, where some product was in 20% off discount for sale of 3 piece, but my bill was skiped and i was visit to vishal mega mart store nangloi for know the purchas details but madan gopa was said i can not confirm and they have not any details about purchased if i not gave bill, alos he has abused me and said "jo karna hai kar lo hame kuchh nahi hoga"

      Dear vishal mega mart,

      We have purchase two formal shirts (Men) and other accessories on dated 02 july 2016 (Vishal mega mart –nangloi new delhi). And check the all materials was good conditions at the time of receiving, after some days we have found one shirts defect after using and the thread is break at many spot at the cloth,

      And i also visit with cloth to vishal mega mart –nangloi new delhi on dated 15 aug 2016 and discussed the same issued to available team but not found any positive response.

      O please check the attached image and resolve it. Otherwise we have going to consumer court.

        Talk the supervisor he says

          I visited VMM - Vaishali on August 15th and was standing in the que for billing but a gentleman came in who was known to the that billing counter executive and got manged to billed the items without Que. When I tried to inform the Floor Manager about this incident the reply was - "So What" and started shouting on the floor which was never expected from a responsible person like Floor Manager. I warned him about this complaint and he was OK with it. It seems they have no fear of customer's complaint and running their own rules.
          You guys prefer your known and relatives over your customer. So please open a separate billing counter for those. Please do not think that customer are fools. Your business for this particular unit has already gone down to half. From two floors to one floor but still your team is not open to accept feedback which is sad. I'll escalate this on every social networking platform to make people aware not to visit your Vaishali Unit until you fire illiterate and third grade people from there.

            I have submit my bag on counter before entry in the vishal mega mart kota under guidance of security persons they give me token for bag deposite. But after purchasing and payment when i go for receive my bag on entry exit counter i saw my bag but inside the bag my umbrella is missing. I ask to security but they did not give me satisfy answer, i ask to custpmer support but they did not give me satisfactory. Pls solve my problem to sercure any baggage. And who is the responsible for it.

              I visited vmm, wright town, jabalpur and found that none of the employees there were helpful or supportive. They were not at all listening to my issue or ready to help me with it. The issue was with the price in the kirana item, i. E., chana dal. I request to please rectify the solution for better service and reputation for the firm.

                Yesterday, i visited the vishal mega mart which is situated at narela delhi -110040 location, i was purchasing bady food for my child but i noticed that lactogen 2 product name, expiry showing on the product aug 2015 and expire aug 2016, i called store manager mr rakesh and said this is an expired product, he replied to me this product is expired on 31 aug 2016 midnight, so we sale it and he ordered to your causal staff to put this product on location, that time i am feeling very helpless, this is my humble to vishal mega mart responsible senior manager pl replace the product on urgent, otherwise we rise this matter to consumer court.

                  I have purchased some loose items like pulses, rice, suger from mega mart baddi. During checking it was found that measurment of items wer e included the weight of paper bag which is 12 gms and 5 gms was increased on account of rounding off. Thus we are loosing 17 gms on every purchase. If 1000 customer are supplied under weight then 17 kg. Of item cheated from customer on each item. They have more than 70 items in this catogary thus they are giving ton of material less in account o[censored]nder weighing

                    I am coming your retails outlet -Bahadurgarh from being . last 29th July I have come & buy some material in this purchasing we have ask your billing team ( Counter no -2 ) After AXE Salveloosan but he have billed by mistake saving cream .

                    when I had know about this mistake we have come again to replace the same they are Misbehaviour & not responding properly .
                    they have keep my bill also .

                    they are create lot of drama when ask complaint register & not provide to me .

                    After this accident I am feeling, Buying from Vishal Mega Mart is a my wrong discussion . Now I am expecting you are take care on customer Satisfaction along with his sale .

                    on 6th Aug i bought umbrella from Vishal mega mart Jalandhar city, which is located near BMC chownk. There is some defect in umbrella. Today i went to Vishal mega mart, they told umbrella is not a durable product, we will not change. I am your valuable customer. This is small thing, request you to change the umbrella.

                        There is nothing for guest satisfaction and guest services.

                        Me rakesh vishvkarma, visted to your vishal mega mart store at managal city indore @ arround 10:02pm on 01st of aug'16 for purchasing some food items and snakes.

                        As per displayed your store timings is till 10pm only but we requested to the guard at entrance door for taking some snacks and food items in just 2 min. But they denied for entry and when we again requested to your team members some one came to me and with very bad communication or poor words he denied for entry after 10pm.

                        We know very well what is customer services.

                        And entry time will decreased with 01 or 02 hrs at the time of festival season.

                        So why you can not allow to entry in store to customers for only 5 min more than closing time.

                        This was example of vishal mega mart customers services.

                        We will never visiting the vishal mega mart store in future.

                          I bought brand new prestige granite cookware set from vishal mega mart, mohali, punjab. After using it for 2 days i came to know that the omni tawa base is not flat completely due to which my prestige induction cooktop is creating a humming sound. I took back the complete set of omni tawa, kadai and frying pan to salesman to replace the defected item because vishal mega mart claims to replace the defective items within seven days. But the salesman didnt replace it and told me to call the prestige service center. I told him to replace it because i bought it within seven days of purchase but he argues that he is not responsible for it and i have deal with it myself. I felt so much fooled that time. I was unable to understand why vishal mega mart sell fake or defective items, why they make false claims of exchange. Why all the cartons were opened and sealed again with air plaza tape. I always feels that they remove original spare parts from original packaging and then they resealed it again. Because i did not found spare gasket and pressure valve inside packaging of my prestige pressure cooker. Now i suggest all my friends not to buy anything from vishal mega mart because they dont take any responsibility after selling a defective product. And steal customers gifts and spare parts. Very very bad experience. I pray vishal shut off soon
                          if it is possible to give less than one star i must give it. after having very bad experiences with vishal mega mart i always suggest my friends and neighbours not to purchase any items from vishal.

                          I have very very bad experience with vishal mega mart, phase 5, mohali, punjab. I have purchased philips mixer grinder cum jucer in january 2016. The salesman in vishal told me that they would replace the product within 7 days of purchase if any manufacturing defect found. But when i use mixer juicer it suddenly start leaking from bottom only after 10 days o[censored]se. May be it is fake phillips product sold by vishal or may be it is a used product that is resold to me. I complain about the issue to the vishal store but they said we cannt help you please contact customer care of phillips. Vishal is such a low grade store because they never gave any support if you got faulty piece of item. I dont know why do they sell fake products or used products. Why all the product carton seals are opened and then resealed again with air plaza packing tape.
                          I have purchased Axe signature deo from v-mart, buxar, bihar-802101 but it was duplicate but charged original price of 250..One of my frnd using same product but have long lasting effect...lots of product are duplicate there plz take action over it
                          Store timing is 9 am...bt they are not allowing us to enter.its 9:17 already...hard to wait...false timing...

                            I brought a small bag costing rs 179 from vishal megamart (Siddhivinayak associates, located near bus stand jhansi). The product was such of bad quality that the same day the stitching got loose and belt got detached. We went the next day and talked to manager who refused to exchange the bag. He told us that the product is damaged and cant be replaced. We tried to convince him that it is a manufacturing defect but it fell on deaf ears. How could these people show such an irresponsible behaviour?

                              This is to inform you that i have purchase an iron on dated[protected]. I check at home then facining likage problam in iron & i am going to your mart on dated[protected] for replace but no replacement. I am not use this iron & replacement time is increase because i am not free & my house & mart destence is aprox 40 km.
                              Your employee recieved iron and give me slip & tell me wait for call. Sothat i am waithing for call but i have not recived any call. Why unuse product is not chage imidaitly.

                                I am amit rana,


                                19 jul-2016 i purchased one pair of loto shoes from vishal maga mart rewari (brass market) branch which is of worth 999 rs.

                                I just used these shoes for 2 days and they got damaged.

                                After 2 days i went to megamart branch for registering the complaint but the staff present there refused to logged a complaint.


                                They told me to contact with branch manager who was not available that day.

                                Next day i met with him but he also denied to accept this. as per him it is my fault that i used these shoes roughly for two days.


                                I hope you will take action against my complaint.

                                  Vishal mega mart under vishal loyalty program offers points on purchase of products & when customer want to redeem they start listing terms and conditions u can't redeem on discounted items whether discount is offered by vishal or by sole company...

                                  Vishal should study competitors policy & review its policy...
                                  Experience at vishal is always worst
                                  Worst experience all time at vishal
                                  Worst experience @vishal mart deoghar, Jharkhand.water leaking from ceiling, AC not working, staff not cooperative, it seems they are running PDS shop. Items are priced reasonably well but due to all these cons always try to avoid going there.

                                    Please consider this email as an escalation against two of your employees/stuff working at vishal megamart store, anshal plaza, vaishali, ghaziabad. i went to your megamart last saturday dated 23rd july’2016 in the evening with my family and kid. while i was doing my billing one of your employee rushed to me and started saying that i have to purchase a toy which i didn’t want to. the employee was started misbehaving with me and with my wife in front of other customers and other stuffs and started forcing me to purchase that toy. the only fault from my end was, that my kid has picked that toy from some places and that was in my trolley/basket. when i denied to purchase that particular toy that employee started shouting at me and asked the guy which was there in billing counter not to do the billing of any other products which i was supposed to purchase. while i asked to call his manager the person called another guy who seems not like a manager but they both claiming that they are the owner of this store and they are the ultimate decision making authority from vishal megamart end. they both misbehaved with my wife and with me, perhaps, they did not allowed us to purchase/bill any other products. we have to leave your store with empty hand whereas there were around rs. 2000 – 2100 product which were there in the bucket and we were supposed to buy those from your store. while i asked their name, they denied to say their name. after asking multiple times they did not disclosed their name, that’s the reason i cannot mention their name in this email but i have their photo with me. i am attaching their photos for your action.

                                    I am not sure whether they are the owner of that store or they are just employees of vishal group like other employees but they don’t know how to behave with customer, nor they know how to behave with ladies. whoever they are but they are representing the big brand called vishal group. it’s a very bitter experience not only for me but also those customers standing in the billing counter and listened the misbehaviour of your stuffs. they did a loss of around rs.2000 – 2100 of vishal group as they did not allow us to purchase any other products. do you really think i’ll ever visit your store after getting this type of misbehaviour? there are lots of stores in vaishali like – big bazar, more and many more i’ll prefer visiting the stores where the stuff know how to behave with a customer.

                                    After having a horrible evening i am writing this email and i want disciplinary action against both the guys. if they are partners of vishal group then its bad fortune to you and if you keep these two guys deployed in your store i. e. vishal mega mart then they are going to ruin goodwill and brand value of vishal. i was a frequent (weekly) customer at your vishal mega mart and i’ll never ever visit your store nor i’ll recommend any other friends or relatives to visit vishal mega mart in case i do not receive/see any positive action against these two stuffs. if you are customer centric and want more and more customer then please consider this complain and take some action against those stuffs.

                                    VMM Vaishali is their worst unit. Misbehavior is in their culture. Thats the only reason their business has gone down to 50%. They had two floor earlier now they have only one and the reason is the same "MISBEHAVIOR".

                                      Your parking person is so dumb and illiterate, he dont even know how to talk with someone, he is filled with ego. he gave me parking ticket on which he himself wrote rs.10 instead of rs. 5 which was already printed on the ticket and started arguing with me that i have to pay 10 at any cost. to whomever it may concern, it is not about the money those who come to vishal for shoppin can easily pay 10 or even 20 for parking, but it is about right and wrong, what that guy did was not respectful. you should do something for that, i hope it will not happen with others in near future.

                                        Yesterday i have done purchasing from vishal mega mart beawar of rs - 5358/- & there was a scheme that with purchasing of rs 5000/-, 5 kg basmati rice pkt was free.

                                        But on 5 kg rice pkt it was clerly mention buy 1 get 1 free.

                                        But it was not provided.

                                        Please clear n arrange to provide the benefit of buy 1 get 1.

                                        It is repo of our std vishal company.
