Dear authority,

I was purchased mosquito killer bat from vishal mega mart on 03rd july 2016. but i am not satisfied with this product. when i approached yesterday for replace this product with another one, than they straight forwardly denied for the same. i was trying to understand sales person over there that this product was not fulfilled my requirement for what it was purchased. so replace the same with another product. but they are not supporting me and after a long discussion they denied to replace the same. where my concern is for replacing the same item with any other product rather than refund of money. so its not a big issue with any departmental store. if the same product was purchased by me from outsiders than it was relapsed by them very easily.

This is also informed you that they support me to replace one item but not above one.


So its my humble request to concern that please grant me to replace the same item with any other product at vishal mega mart, jammu. also attaching bill for your kind reference.

Hi,

I have purchased purit cartridge on dated 25-june-2016 and time:19:37:15.

I have wrongly choose cartridge 23 litter behalf of 14 litter. On next day 26-june-16 i want replace the same with other one but mart staff response this is electronics goods as per condition point no 8.

How it is possible purit cartridge as electronic.

For me it is not useful.

Dear sir,

I have purchased juicer mixer grinder from your outlet on 16-aug-15.
Now liquidizing jar has leakage and the same i have informed on 23-jun-16 at vishal mega mart rewari customer care team physically.
Customer care person reply me first you have to raise concern on toll free no then you will come at outlet.
But during purchasing of juicer they said if any problem during warranty period you directly came here and we will solve the problem.
Moreover i called customer care no which is mentioned on warranty card but there is no response and no one pick my phone.[protected] & [protected])

This mail I am writing to express my dissatisfaction towards the services I are not able to provide.
It's really surprising that nobody picks up the phone from last 15 days I was trying to get in touch with you however I have not received any appropiate response.
I had purchased a Tandem mixer which carries 1 year guarantee which was supposed to be expired on 17 June 2016 on 3rd June 2016 mixy was out of order though I tried calling then and asking for some article number of the product which was required while logging a complaint, somebody says you should have the bill then only we will be able to help.
This is typically a harassment of customers is this the way you guys are running your company.
Please provide me some appropriate solutions else I will escalate this further.
I am fed up dining so many numbers funding then from Google and just dilemma do we really have that much time to waste that is to when nothing is coming out as a solution.
Really awful services you are providing.

I visit vishal mega mart ferozepur city punjab on this date 19-06-16 at this time 7pm. But there is no staff member available for billing&cash counter and then i meet sm of this store he says i am not responsible for no person available at billing&cash counter and other staff member amrit sodhi abused me and try to slap me. Sm of ferozepur vishal mega mart and second person amrit sodhi is responsibel of billing&cash counter says cheap words and abused words. Kindly take strict action of these two person (Sm and second person amrit sodhi) urgently anotherwise nobody can visit ferozepur city vishal mega mart store in future. These two person will take intoxication of duty time. Kinldy take strict action on priority basis.

मैं दिव्यांश सिंह कानपुर उत्तर प्रदेश का रहने वाला हु, कल दिनांक[protected] को मैं कानपुर जी. टी.रोड स्थित विशाल मेगा मार्ट गया जहां मैंने 1296 रुपये की शॉपिंग की जब कॅश काउंटर पर खड़े केशियर से मैंने अपना मोबाइल नंबर बिल में ऐड करने को बोल तो उसने मुझसे अभद्रता की और कहा की चले आते है भिखारी पॉइंट्स के चक्कर में नंबर ऐड कराने नहीं ऐड करेंगे नंबर जाओ जब मैंने उससे एक प्रोडक्ट की जानकारी मांगी तो उसने कहा दिमाग मत खाओ जो लेना है लो और जाओ यहाँ से जब मैंने कहा की मैं तुम्हारी शिकायत करुगा तुम्हारी सब हरकत कैमरे में कैद हो रही है तो वो बोल कुछ नहीं होगा मेरा जो करना है कर लो, तभी विशाल मेगा मार्ट के मैनेजर गार्ड के साथ वहां पर आये और बोलने लगे की यहाँ से भाग जाओ नहीं तो अभी लात घुसे मारके यही गिरा देंगे ।

I bought a yoga mat from guwahati ganesguri store on 11th june.. After reaching home i found that there was a small diffect in that mat.. So next day on 12th june i visited the store for exchange... At the main entry gate when i asked the security where i can exchange the item... Kuljit roy who introduced me as the store manager started blaming me that i did the diffect outside and started justifying his point along with his another colleague.. He was simply misbehaving and arrogant... Finally he refused to exchange by explaining unconvincing company's exchange policy...
The point is not that he refused to exchange. The point is kuljit roy arrogance and misbehave...
The cost of the mat was only 200/- which i left in that store and promised myself that i will never visit vishal mega mart... Will stop all my family members and friends.

I hope you will look into the matter and arrange a refreshment training for the mentioned staff kuljit roy..

Date was 9th June 2016 we want to store in govindpuri 6th buy rice and dal there was offer then when we reached to billing counter they charged different price for rice so we just buy dal when we returned home we check we saw they given us rice at the price of agar dal. It was late in night so next morning we reached store and complain so the behaved very rudely and said its your mistake not ours..now we will never visit to any of vishal in any city..his see everything...u will get back what u done

Today I was at vishal store Fethabad road Agra where I bought FMCG good worth Rs 2000 and grocery when I was on the bill table the operator was not able to decode the grousery code for more then 15 minute as she was new to job . When I requested the asset store manager Mr. Nazir to help us out he came up saying that it's not his job and his answer was to drop all the grocery what we had collected spending 1 hr in the store and we had to do it!!

Toady i go to vishal megamart rewari for buying some grocery, he is not aware about the discount of products so he is giving all that ptoduct on mrp. And on bill payment, they are not giving any change instead they are giving me some candies. When i asked for change he said, that i[censored] want change u have to wait and then he was taking next order nd make me to wait for change.

Yesterday I have purchase a shirt from vishal mega mart pitampura. My registered num is [protected] a lady missHema who is cut out my bill she has not removed the sensor from.d shirt today mrng when i go to the store for removing the sensor guy Mr sushant was very rude and not ready to remove the sensor lady miss Hema said it is not our fault there is lots of work. Both r reacted like same i think.its my big mistake that i have done shopping from vishal mart in.future i remember that i will not purchase any kind of.product from vishal the pathatic service given by staff and if there is no resolution of my problem. Mr sushant said do what ever u want i will not remove bcoz i know company cannot take any kind of action. Is this the reason staff is behaving like that.

I am mohanjit singh from delhi i purchased some cloths from govind puri store today at the counter sales man make a bill i ask for discount which is on dislay he said. After make full bill automatically bill will b reduce and charged from my debit card he take a half an hour to make a bill after we recived a bill there is no discount which display on second floor on items after many discussions one helper came and said no discount on some brand i told why u put there they have no answer said sorry i am very shokked only that is not enough we purchased cloth above 6000 rs know i will newer visit again my no is [protected]

I purchased vest of 80size for my son of 10years old. The vest of 80 size is meant for 12-13 years boys. As the products with is not of standard size I approach your Raipur store for exchange which was not entertained by the persons at Raipur store. I request you to direct your manager at Raipur to change the product as the specification is not as per the standard specification. I was purchased a ladies wallet from vishal store sector 14 gurgaon. The price tag on the wallet was for rs 99 but the amount charged for the same item in the invoice was rs 199, which was incorrect.
Please find the attached invoice copy and wallet's price tag. Please do the needful.
As i pay the bill amount through card so kindly return the excess amount viz. Rs 100. If any other information is required let me know about that on call on [protected].

Today in the billing counter around 8:15 p.m., the employee there was encouraging two defaulters and on disapproving of it, the employee himself reacted badly and the manager was not Available in his cabin. I have been a regular costumer, I must say that this was extremely disappointing. A strict action should be taken in this matter..

I had purchased wonder fresh 3. Packs through bill no 377 from Kashipur vishal mega mart, I had used one pack and it's quality is very unsatisfactory so I had complained to the Kashipur store but they didn't done any thing so I want to attract you attention on the quality of products and also about the complaints handling of Kashipur store, hope it help in quality improvement

I am manish singh from bhagalpur bihar.and I want miss behave complaint against your staff..I went to your mart today for shoping I pick two t-shirt and went to trail room and I selected one t-shirt and started to carry that to me and I put another one to the basket which was placed infront of trail room but ur staff named mr. Roshan told me to hang that one to the place from where I carry..whel I told this is not my duty ur staff told me that u have yo do this..

On 21st April afternoon while I was standing in the queue for billing counter on Vishal Megamart at chatra sangh chauraha Goakhpur the employee on the other side Mr Kishan Tiwari started billing the person who came after me. When i interrupted he neglected it & continued billing the same person who was behind me . I was having infant wid me who required feeding that time he also neglected the same. Such a rude behavoiur and after all that drama he was smiling as if he know that nothing will happen though i misbehaved and not even a sorry was conveyed from his side. Pathetic condition of Vishal Megamart in terms of customer realtionship. Nowdays there are seprate line for ladies and allas Vishal Megamart is not following the queue rules whatelse we can expect. Will never buy any product from there and will convey the same to friends and relative

This is jyoti juneja, i made purchasing of some around[protected]/- on 6th april 2016, with few product i had size issue, i went on saturday i told them i have lost bill but tag n everything is there, they denied that its saturday not psbl, i came back, when went today ur guard was very rude, then i given my no. At counter for bill no. Then ater getting it mr satyendra raj chandra started blaming me that ur no is wrong its ur mistake u should have checked. N starting talking rude giving threatening that camera is on, i agree camera is on n watching but not listening, so this kind of pleasure i had with vishal mega mart, u should write there that for everything customer is responsible, this was my last visit to vishal mega mart . This complaint is also not valuable for u people, u will listen to ur staff, not an issue, i have left all product at ur branch only sector 7, keep it as gift from my side,
