Dear Sir/Madam, Location of Store :- Sector13/14, Delhi Road, Gurgaon, Haryana. Incident timings :- 3rd june-2015, 11:40AM to 1:30PM. My Mobile No. is :[protected]. Incident :- My wife visited store on above given timing. She put hre purse in the trolley & move for shopping. after shopping, on the billing counter she found her hand bag open & someone has stollen money from handbag. cctv footage shown for 5 mins only from staff, but found no any picture of her. Staff told that aal area is not covered in cctv & footage was not also so clear. Money stolen amout was Rs. 5700. Now, what should I do ? should I go to police ? should I go to consumer court ? Or should I go to media ? Please confirm, what are the Standards followed by Vishal mega mart for their customers ?

    this incident happened on 3/06/2015 - 8:00pm. I, Dr Himanshu Verma with my parents who are a regular customer of your mega store for past 4 months. we purchased grocery of around 7, 000 rupees. our greviance is rach of our article was checked by security gaurd. this process took around 1 hour. in between all other people who purchased were allowed to move out without any checking. when informed to store manager, he said there was some problem with cashier dropping extra things in some of customers baggage. sir, if this was the case then every customers purchase baggage should be checked and not only the one who has made the bulk purchase. also my parents who are senior citizens had to wait for an hour along with me for getting everything checked. sir, if there are lapses in your system, i don't feel customer should be troubled. also the message which goes into the society is, , the customers are frisked.. and the gaurds think that customers are thieves... the manager doesn't care.. he is totally insensitive and on pretext of system .. he lets ur customers to be troubled.. this is my personal experience, evreytime we go to vishal mart, one or the other customer has this greviance.. and this time it happened to us. other stores are far better placed, the staff is quiet well behaved and sensitive to needs of the customers.       Purchase made on 19 May 2015 at Vishal Asok Nagar branch. There was a offer of Get 3 kgs sugar free on a purchase of Rs. 999 and above. We had a purchase of Rs. 1200. But the gift of 3 kgs of Sugar not given to us. The manager said that the stock has finished.

        Dear Team, This is bring in your kind notice that, yesterday i visited to Vishal Mega Mart, Fatima nagar, wanworie pune, i am the regular customer of that store.yesterday i went for shopping with my family, and want to buy some clothes.suddenly they off the lights and when we ask them why they off the lights? then they rudely reply us that its closing time. behaviour of your store manager Mr Arif was very very rude, he was very rudely said its closing time, and same time your billing person said yes for the shopping but suddenly store manager Mr Arif rudely stop us for shopping.

          I have purchased some personal things... But the cashier named KAALIKA SINGH...in barabanki...talking me abusely and misbehaves with me... All he doing was to complete the cashier work of his relatives...and when I am asked why he was doing so...then he is started to abusing me and the current manager was also against me...and not responded...

            मैंने दिनांक 15 मई 2015 को विशाल मेगा मार्ट से पैनासोनिक का इंडक्शन चूल्हा व् घरेलु कुछ सामान ख़रीदा तथा मैंने उसकी पेमेंट स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया के डेबिट कार्ड से उसका भुगतान किया। उस समय वहां बहुत ज्यादा भीड़ थी जिसमे मैंने ठीक से बिल को नहीं देख पाया था अपने घर पर आकर बैंक का मैसेज देखा तो उसमे मेरे बैंक के कार्ड से ज्यादा पैसा काट लिया गया है। जिस स्टोव को मैंने ख़रीदा था उसकी पूरी कीमत 4695 रुपये थी जोकि छूट के पश्च्यात 2599 रुपये का था दिनाक 17/05/2015 को अगले ही दिन शनिवार में मैं उसका बिल विशाल मेगा मार्ट के स्टाफ को दिखाया व् उसके बारे में बताया। तथा मुझे आश्वासन दिया की यह क्लर्क की गलती से हुआ है आप सोमवार दिनांक 18/05/2015 को आजाईये इसमें जो पैसा आपका ज्यादा कटा है वह आपको वापस कर दिया जायेगा मै दिनाक 18/05/2015 को विशाल में पुनः गया तथा मैंने इंडक्शन चूल्हा वापस करके उसका क्रेडिट नोट बनवाया जिसका न.9R[protected] है मुझे बोला गया की आप आज के बाद किसी भी दिन आकर बचे हुए पैसे जो ज्यादा काट चुके है का सामान ले सकते है हम रूपये वापस नहीं करेंगे ओर्र तभी इंडक्शन चूल्हा ले जायेगा। जिसके बाद मै दिनाक 24/05/2015 दिन रविवार में चूल्हा व् बचे हुए पैसे का खरीददारी करने गया तो उन्होंने इन सबको नकार दिया की हम आपको कुछ भी नहीं देंगे जबकि पिछले बार विशाल मेगा मार्ट के स्टाफ ने ही क्रेडिट नोट पर पेन से लिखकर कहा था और लिखा था की यह चूल्हा 2599 रुपये का है। यह सबके लिए मैंने वहां पर स्टाफ से बात किया तो वह लोग मेरे साथ बदतमीजी और गली गलौज करने लगे, तथा वहां पर खरीददारी की राशि के अनुसार गिफ्ट कूपन का भी भी नकार दिया है जबकि खरीददारी के समय ग्राहक को लालच देकर ज्यादा खरीददारी करवा देते है मरे पास 400 रूपये का कूपन भी था जिसका डिस्काउंट देने से भी मना कर दिया गया। जिसका मैसेज मेरे पास है जिसमे साफ- साफ लिखा है की आप कोई भी कपडा या होम एप्लायंस खरीदेंगे तो आपको कूपन का पैसा काम करदिया जायेगा। ग्राहक का ऐसा अनादर मैंने कहीं भी नहीं देखा है। ऐसा व्यव्हार व् इतने दिनों की परेशानी को झेलकर मेने इसकी शिकायत जागो ग्राहक जागो में कर दिया है जिसका Docket No.:[protected] है। यह सब होने के पश्च्यात मुझे मेरा इलेक्ट्रिक इंडक्शन चूल्हा बचे हुए पैसे व् मेरे समय और बदतमीजी का हर्जाना चाहिए। अन्यथा मै विशाल मेगा मार्ट के खिलाफ उपभोक्ता अदालत में मामला दायर करूँगा।

              dear sir, We have done purchasing of rs. 2003/- (bill no. 039/[protected] dt. 15.05.2015) from Vishal Stoter, Vijay Nagar, Indore and during billing cashier (mr. Raghvendra Yadav) didnot ask our mobile no. and entered bill on some other mobile no. On asking our gift coupon of Rs. 400/- he said it will be on mobile but mobile no. was wrong. We asked him to correct our mobile no., on this he informed that i will be done in 24 hr and we will get SMS. but no SMS came. We went back o store on 22.05.2015 for registering complaint again, then they said they have mailed our correction details to HQ and will get SMS in next 24 hrs, but still there is no SMS. Hence kindly look into this issue and correct it at earliest. As per confirmation from Store, we need to use gift coupon before 31.05.2015, hence looking to short time, resolution of same on priority is highly requested,

                I am very old customer of vishal megamart. I had purchased a shirt (Size-40) on 19-may-15 and I have one discount coupon which was adjusted in same bill. Due to sizing problem I have to exchange the shirt in same store within 7 days with same design (Size-42) but at the time of exchange they people charge me 100Rs extra. They people are doing fraud with regular customer who is not expected from this kind of Big Brands in India. Now I have to move in some other brand and I also convey this message through social media to my friends and relatives. I think if they can do this kind of things with regular customer then they can do anything with new customer. You people should take some necessary action against your najafgarh branch in New Delhi.                   i am having a coupon of Rs 400 wide no 25202164 in my name & which has to be redeem before 31 May . So I visited ur store today to buy something at 9 PM And stand for billing at about 9.30 pm but it comes to surprise when billing boy told that coupon cannot be redeemable after 9.30 pm .when I ask where is this mention as it is not mentioned anywhere in store or on voucher. Then he ask me to talk with manager, so, Then I talk to manager but no result came out of it and I also want to tell one more thing that they are making several announcement on P.A system but nothing is told about this .so I also lodge a compliant in compliant book of your panchkula store that customers are felt cheated an harassed at your end due to non communication of correct facts to customer.

                    Respected sir, I Bharati Kumari r/o chota shimla, himachal pradesh- 171002 is loyal and permanent customer of the vishal mega mart of chota shimla and sanjauli himachal pradesh -171002 since last three years. I bought everything from the vishal. I am entirely depend on the vishal for the my daily needs. You can check the purchases which I have done from the vishal on my Mobile No. [protected]. Now matter is that on the dated 20 may 2015 I purchased a jean from the vishal mega mart chota shimla on the bill no.[protected] for my husband. When my husband tries the jean at home he found that the jeep of the brand new jean sold by the vishal chota shimla is broken. I suspicious about the jeans is brand new because it is impossible that the jeep of the brand new jean is defected. Because every company take double check on quality of their product. when we go to exchange the same jean they refused to exchange the same saying that you intentionally damaged the jeep of the jean. Being a loyal and permanent customer of the vishal mega mart the the words used by the managerial staff is defamation against my character. They keep the jean saying that we give you the jean after repair. It is a joke that the brand new jean will be need to repair. As you know that the shimla is a big city their is enough outlet of national and multinational brands. But we prefer the vishal mega mart for the our shopping needs. In this era of the online shopping we and you both aware about the return and exchange policy of the companies. And we both aware about the customer right against the selling of the defected goods.                       The jodhpur branch issued discount voucher worth rs 600 of rs 100 each value issued on 22 March 2015 and valid for 3 months. Today when we wanted to redeem them the employs refused saying that the validity was only for a month...even when we showed them that it was printed on the back side of the coupon. ..they were rude n refused to give the benefits.

                        I purchased goods for Rs. 3084. As per offer 400 coupon for 2000 and 1000 for 3 kg sugar free however I got 400 coupon only not 3 kg sugar. On ashirwad aata there is clear mentioned moms biscuit free for 10 kg. There is missing on my bill as well. My no. Is [protected].

                          I PURCHASED MISCELLANEOUS PRODUCTS OF RS 2050/, AS I WAS INFORMED OF FREE COUPON OF RS 400/ ON PURCHASE OF RS 1999/ ON DATED 10/05/2015. FIND HERE THE DETAILS OF BILL~ Org Cd/ Bill No-212/[protected].RANCHI, HARMU ROAD BRANCH. I have been told that a SMS will come on my mobile for free coupon benifit. But UNFORTUNATELY I did not receive any SMS.Lter I went to concerened branch.As per staff's word I start to select product of rs 1000 for redeem of my coupon of rs 400/[which is mention in the bill also].When I go to cash counter for billing, after making bill they told free goods is not taking in bill! Then authoriesed person from CONSUMER DESK taken my one hour time in talking with his higher official for redeem of my coupon. Thus I spoiled my 2and half hour for Rs 400/ coupon without any solution. My question is "Is these free coupon schemes are only to make people fool OR realistic.                             Vishal Mega Mart Faridabad, are frauds. offer 100 rs coupon on shopping of 499 and you will get rs 100 off on next shopping of minimum spend 699, but only on clothes that have no discount. Great thing is that there are few clothes that have discount and these are bad quality clothes. Farud! Farud! Theif! Cheater! Dont buy anything from here. Not to recommend anyone to go there.!

                              Hi Team, I have visited nearest Vishal Mega Mart (Dwarka Sec - 7) and purchased goods worth Rs 5400 approx. including all taxes. After goods checking, mart representative offered me discount coupon of worth Rs 750 only. Though at this bill, i can avail 750 (on 3499 bill) and three 100 coupon (on every 499 bill) from remaining. When I escalated this to representative Ravi, he started making me fool. His statement is like if i will purchase goods worth Rs 1500 before 31st this month i need to pay only 750 ( as i have coupon of 750). And if i will claim coupon on remaining amount (i.e. three 100 coupon) then i need to purchase Rs 700 item. This way i will be in lost ( i guess he is trying to fool your customer because if i will claim that coupon than i would be bounded to purchase Rs 700*3 items. another statement, if i want to claim the coupon than i need to repurchase all the stuff.                                 Good afternoon, I Dr Sidhant singh had purchased the goods from vishal mega mart Rohtak on evening of 11/05/15. I went there to purchase prestige 3 liter combined conduction pressure cooker. There i was told by Mr Virender Lohan that I can purchase the items excluding that cooker worth Rs 2000 & i will directly get a discount on that cooker on my next purchase next day. I showed him clearly that if it is possible for me to get on it, as they had asked to purchase 1000 rs item next day to avail discount, he told me yes sir, you dont take this cooker today & you buy it next day to get discount as you dont need to buy any other item next day as cooker prize is 1200 Rs approx. So after confirming from him and two other staff members from there i bought items worth 2030 Rs. But next day when i reached there to buy that cooker, the staff there told me that it is not available as this item comes in discounted one, when i told Mr Lohan That yesterday I showed you that item so many time & confirmed from you, he said he was busy eating snacks & he mistakingly misguided me just like that. He had a vary casual attitude towards the customer complaint, I asked him why you didnt take any pain to tell me clearly yesterday when i asked you about the product, when the management had placed you there to help us rather than enjoying your snacks. Then he told me that it is a management error, and the customer have to suffer. I asked him to give me that cooker at non discounted prize, even than he denied, as my purpose to visit that place is only to buy that cooker & till date I am not having that. That mall has about more than 200 pamplets showing the schemes of discount & not even a single one is displaying that the 400 discount wiill be available on non disounted prize, which is the most displayed pamplet which a customer see & buys things & later on when he claims his reedemed amount he has been shown a single barely visible pamplet where it has been written that non discounted items are availed only. I asked him why you have not put just 3 words on that 200 pamplet that it is available only on non disounted items, then he said it is a management issue. Sir I highly unsatsified from the treatment I got there, and the purpose to visit that place has yet to be solved. Please solve this issue here and as soon as possible. I have attached pictures showing that pamplets which are about 200 in that mart, and a single small pamplet showing that conditions which is barely visible as you can see. I am also attaching the picture of product code of what I went to purchase, plus the phone number of Mr VIRENDER LOHAN as told to me by him

                                  m aaj 10/05/2015 ko anupgarh (raj.) se bikaner vishal mega mart me dopahr aprox.12:25 bje gya aur lgbag 10 min. me wnha se bahar aa gya to wnha exchange policy ( jnha costmer apna saman jma krwate hai ) par khde aadmi ne mjhse meri insult krte huye bola ki kuch bhi nhi lekr aaye bhut se tm jaise log time paas ke liye aa jate hai. to m aapse khna chahta hu ki ya to vishal mega mart wale likh de ki saman khridna must hai chahe aapko like ho ya na ho, meri baat ki schchai janne ke liye recording chek ki jaye, mai blue jean and white shirt me lgbhg 5feet 4 inch hu. mere hath me ek pink color ka bag tha.

                                    Today around 11:30 am to 12:45 pm, I with my wife and 2 daughters ( 11 yrs & 6 yrs) was at Vishal Mega Mart, Sanjauli, Shimla. My daughter and my wife wanted to go to washroom but it was locked and was written that it is out of order ( i have clicked the photograph also). later after 10 mins 2 ladies attendant came and said that since they have just cleaned hence they have locked it. I again asked my wife and daughter to wait for some time more but after 15 mins when again I asked your staff, now they said that since water is not their hence they have locked the washroom. After such iresponsible team reverts, finally I asked your person to call the manager immediately. After 45 minutes of my struggle finally they opened the washroom. When I asked them for complaint book, your team was running here and their to find it. It seems you do not have SOP to keep complaint book at your unit. Finally I had to write on a feedback form ( I have taken the photograph of it). Your store manager entered in front of me at approx 12:30 hrs and even after seeing me also he did not stopped their and neither later came to listen the problem. My suggestion would be : Pls keep customer friendly managers, who is not only responsible for attending customer complaints but also attending customers for up-selling and produce a role model to his / her juniors. Overall, it was my worst experience at your place today and will never suggest anyone to visit there.Kindly ensure that this is not repeated again, so that you should not loose more customers. I am also in a service hospitality industry as General Manager and understands the importance of guest travelling with their family members and it really pains me when some body do not gives his / her best for what they are paid for. Hope this complaint would be taken seriously. However I have spoken to Local police station and have asked them to make surprise visit to your place so that visitor's / customers do not suffer more.                                       The complaint is about an offered free coupon worth Rs 400 with a HH_P_BOWL. I hail from city Mohali, Punjab and my name is Avtar Singh. On 9 May, 2015 i went with my family to vishal mega mart phase- 5, mohali. When we reached at home after shopping i checked my bill where a free coupon worth rs 400 was there and also there was a free bowl. They did not told us about this coupon and bowl at that time. When i called this mart they told me that this coupon was only enjoyed on the non discountable things which will be purchased for more than Rs 1000. Moreover my daughter purchased a kurta from this mart which was worth rs 300 and she showed this price tag to us whether she will buy or not and purchased it. But when we see the tag of kurta at home the tag was of rs 449. I think the employees working here are playing games with people for the sake of their own profits. When anybody called them and complaint them they just make lame excuses. So please it is my request to the head office of vishal mega mart to check out the past records and bills of mohali vishal mega mart. i am very dissatisfied with my last puchases from there.                                         Dear Sir / Madam, Good day. This is about Inefficient Working, Incompetent System and utterly Non Customer-friendly experience I faced at one of your Retail outlets at City center, Madhav Rao Scindhia Marg, Gwalior. It happened on the evening of 02.05.2015. A day before, on 01.05.2015, I did a purchasing of about Rs 1150/-, at said Retail Store, which led to Two Discount Coupons in my name, coupon Nos 33188043 & 22843022, worth of Rs 100/- each. Next day, on May 2nd, I again visited the same Store and did a purchasing of another Rs 866/-. Related Cash Memo details are as following :- {Bill No – 037 /[protected] ; Counter No – 16 ; Cashier No –[protected]/9162} NOW, at the time of Cash Memo generation, I asked the Cashier, Mr Dharmender, to redeem one of my Discount Coupons, No 33188043. He entered the related details into his Computer but the Discount Coupon could not be redeemed. He tried for about 10 minutes but failed. Then Mr Deepanshu, probably the Store Incharge, came there and tried for the same but could not do it. Then he contacted, as he told me, his IT team at HO, kept talking to them for another 20 minutes but nothing worked. While talking to them, Mr Deepanshu even told the person on other side that same problem had occurred in the forenoon as well and one Mr Alok had set it right and had assured Mr Deepanshu that it won’t happen again. BUT, it in fact happened once again and your IT team could not resolve the problem. I waited for about 45 minutes there in the line at counter, with about 25 more customers standing behind me and then asked Mr Deepanshu to forget about the “Discount Coupon” and paid him the Full amount of Rs 866/- and came back home, with your “VALUED BUT NON REDEEMABLE” Discount Coupon. Another Discount coupon, 22843022 still remains non-redeemed and I am shivering at the thought of going back to your Store to get it redeemed. Dear Sir / Madam, the point is not about an amount of Rs 200/-, its about the Inefficiency, Un Clear instructions down the line, Failure of the System, Incompetence of the IT team and Careless and Uncaring attitude towards the customers. Your Staff, at all levels, failed to take Corrective & Preventive measures about a problem which even was noticed earlier in the working day itself, as Mr Deepanshu himself told to your IT Team. On the other hand, the Store Incharge Mr Deepanshu, when asked about by me, had no answer about “How to compensate the affected customer in such a scenario, like this one or when the Company/Store is at fault”. Even Mr Deepanshu could not afford to say “SORRY” to me. He SIMPLY cut the Full cost and handed me the bill and forgot about the incident because, it happened at around 19:30 hrs on May 2nd and I haven’t heard anything from your side till now. This part of yours tells about Utter Non Customer Friendly Attitude of you ALL. NOW, Tell me How you are going to compensate me about ALL this DIRTY experience that I had in your Retail Store, WITHOUT any fault of mine AND How you are going to ensure it won’t happen again to any other customer ???
