Sir, I am Devesh Gupta from Barabanki, U.P. I had purchased a Eveready CFL with our mothely household items on dated 13/07/2014 thru bill no.[protected] (mentioned on Cfl as. VMM-BBK 809*0154 DT.13/07/14). This CFL was fused on march'15. I went to vishal mega mart barabanki and present this cfl on helpdesk/reception counter in front of entrance of shop. TThe security guard recognised tthe signature and handwriting written on CFL body. After this process they start to convince me that this reciept is not in his computer system so we can't exchange this damage CFL. I told him that systems are yours, your employee has entered this reciept in system and your your security personal has written billing details on the body of CFL and if they are not matching then what is my (CUSTOMER's) fault. They were start to try to prove that this purchase was not done from vishal mega mart. In open market, shopkeeper is easily exchangethe damage CFL after veryfy the date of purchase and his signature. The same procedure should be follow here also. If guard is recognising his signature and handwriting then nothing else is required in this matte. it means these people has intention to not to exchange the item and to irritate the customers. This is not only the matter for some rupers, this is the matter of consumer's right. Being a reporter and bureau chief of a reputed Hindi daiy news paper, I am aware of my rights..     We've purchased tea kettle from the vishal mega mart and tea kettle is not working properly.. It takes to much time for the prepared tea.. When tea kettle light is red it work proper but suddenly it light became green.. And after that it take too much time for the red light.. So that we want to how it works proper can u plz guide us!!! thank you!!

      Today as i went to vishal mega mart for shopping, as there is some offer of buy 3 uppers of clothing.So i went up to Balram who is working there as a sales executive for a general query, but unfortunately that guy replied in a very abrupt way that customers are so illiterate that they cant even read the pamphlet. So after this misdeed i asked him to improve the way of talk to customers, just after he came into an argument with me in a tawny way and giving me such a pathetic suggestion that before going out just meet to our Astt Manager Sachin Tyagi, So i asked him to call the manager so that he may help out but drastically that guy after listening the issue replied to me that how could you be in argument with our employee. till this it's ok for me but on the very next moment that Astt Manager put his hand on my shoulder and saying me you cant do this to our Executive and suggesting me to step out of the mart. I said to him that i will complaint about this but that chap replied to me do what you can do. i just want to know is this the way to deal with a customer. Kindly do the needful action.

        Hi this is rajesh from Punjab distt gurdaspur. Actually I have visited with my wife to your store . I bought some articals from there but one of them was damaged . When it billed then security notify that one of the artical is damaged . So told his employe to change it. Then he came to me and misbehaved with me. I am really shocked . Mr Sourabh and Shankar mishra are concerned person please take strict action against them so we can enjoy your services other wise I have to go to consumer court. I have all evidence

          I ordered one shirt from the store in gorgon in sector 21 in which that was written ONE BY ONE I taken 2 of them one was shirt and one t shirt on the same tag...however when I headed for billing girl on the counter said that is not valid as I have taken one shirt and one shirt I asked is it written any where that if both clothes have tag I need to take the same thing ...she has no answer she just we cant do it...I am shopping from last 6 years from vishal ...this is my first time I got such a stupid answer... this is not it ...the air conditioner not working properly the have wall fans ...they must have closed that branch of Gurgaon sector 21 near kapashera...to maintain their image in consumers mind

            Dear sir, This is to be inform you that on 13th April 2015, me and my friends purchase goods from Vishal Mega Mart khata No.-177/219, Garshankar Road, Nawa Shahar (Punjab). Tin: [protected], Ph:[protected]. We also purchased sipper in these goods. In the evening we see the both sippers was leakage badly. On the end of both bills there is mentioned" Return/Exchange from the same store only". So when I again visit to return these goods, The manager of your store shows the terms and condition. In 3rd line there is mention " No cash refund & no exchange on discounted items". I cleared the manager that its not a discounted item, but the manager at the above said store the " it means there is no refund and exchange of goods only". He also said that for more clarification ask from other people because you did not know english. He also says bad words for exchange the goods. I also feel sad regarding this such a bad behave in such places. I also visit regularly at delhi, because I mostly i stay at delhi. For some official work I was there and minded to visit the store. But the manager (Ratan Singh) behave disapoint me. material bill retails also attached for your notice.               Dear Team This is bring in your kind notice that, yesterday i visit Vishal Mega Mart, Sector5 Panchkula, i am the regular customer of that store. but every time we are facing the problem. last time price issue & they didn’t give any positive solution, at that time we suffer due to your mistakes & now again yesterday due to your negligence’s we waste the time & money both and left the things to your store.This is all due to the bad customer service.               Hi, I am a customer of vishal mega mart, I buy goods worth rs 4547 from govindpuri kalkaji, the management is very bad, they show the offers but not after billing they refuse to give, and saying the scheme are close already, but when I buy goods there staff told me abt scheme is still veiled, also I find some place in store abt scheme, that means scheme is still availed, after I talk to manager also but no use at all, also the attitude of the manager also very bad,

              I try to find customer care but on internet not showing any customer care detail

                Hi I have done shopping worth Rs. 3300 from vishal mega mart, Allahabad on[protected] and there was scheme that if I purchase apparel worth 1200 or above I will be entitled a cash voucher of Rs 200. The mentioned voucher can be used anytime before[protected] but when I went to store on[protected], they said as you don't have the voucher you cannot do the shopping. The exact situation is this that when I am through with the shopping and on the billing counter I asked "Am I eligible for a cash voucher" he replied yes and you can do shopping with the cash voucher till[protected], but he doesn't gave me the voucher, neither I know that I will get a cash voucher nor he tells to collect the cash voucher, I thought the bill is sufficient as there was mentioned Rs. 200 cash voucher. On 24th they were saying that you should have voucher, my simple question is that how would I know that cash voucher is to be collected when no such information is conveyed regarding collection neither told, even when I enquired regarding the scheme at cash counter. I humbly request to all concerned to please look into this matter and resolve as soon as possible, because the store manager there gives no sign of relief.                   Today i visited vishal mega mart store at rajpur road, dehradun, Uttarakhand state. i am regular customer of vishal mega mart. After puchasing i returned some cloths due to high rates and they mention discount on it. when i ask for for mail id of manager and customer they said to write on feedback register which no one of his senior check. I think vishal mega mart is the worst store in service and in behaviour. Store manager Mr sandeep kumar yadav miss behaved with me also there store members are also with them. Now i decided to never visit that store and i make sure that none of my friends and relative go there. they don't have gud service and they miss behaved with customers too. i already saw so many compalints about vishal store in this forum. I need strict action againt store manager Mr sandeep kumar yadav.

                    I have been a regular customer of your brand store at tulsi cinema, Lucknow & no such discripency was reported there.I have been transferred here & look forward for the same consumer relations.

                    Though satisfied with the paid products I AM HIGHLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE CONSUMER SERVICES at the store in Muzaffarnagar.I request you to acknowledge the incidence which is highly damaging your brand & take necessary actions.

                      I VISITED VISHAL MEGA MART AT RAJOURI GARDEN ON 12/3/15 AFTER BILLING I HAVE NOT FOUND THE BILL ON ASKING RAM VERMA ABOUT THE BILL HE USE THE ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WITH THE THREATNING TONE AND TO MY SURPRISE ON ASKING FOR THE COMPLAINT /SUGGESTION FORM & PEN TO FILL THE FORM HE SAYS SUGGESTION DENAY KA ITNA HI SHAUNK H TO PEN BHI GHAR SAY LAY KAR CHAALA KRO .I REQUEST HR DEPT HOW YOU APPOINT MANAGERS OF THE STORE WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE MANNERS TO SPEAK WHICH IS THE FIRST PRINCIPAL TO LOOK WHILE APPOINTING . MORE OVER I RETURN THE GOODS AS I DONT WANT TO BUY FROM SUCH A DIS RESPECTING STORE HE AGAIN SHOUTED TERY Rs150- 200 k bill say mujay koi farak nhi padta and told his colleague to put this bill in wrong bill head and pay him the refund.

                        Dear Sir It is very unfortunate to inform you that your extremely rude staff and very unhelpful. 5 days ago I purchase a mixer from Vishal Mega Mart, Rajpur Road Dehradhun. Whose blades of the base and the jar damaged in the first use itself. I requested them for replacement or help me in any other way.Firstly there was no support from your customer desk. When I spoke to the Manager he was busy with another friend of his with Vishal Mega Mart card tagged on him. Even they were not ready to solve my problem just saying that they don't replace electronic equipments. Firstly they are illiterate as they don't know the meaning of warranty. When I asked for their employee ID. I was verbally abused. . I would appreciate if this matter is taken up and a strict action is taken against such staff members and also a proper service be given . I.E. replacement or credit note

                          Sir, I bought a pair of shoes from shoes stall under Visha Mega Mart Tehdi pulia Lucknow.They gave me 6 month guaranty but it toured in only 4 months when i went to manager of V-mart he said i can not do anything and i am not responsible for that.he gave me the number of seller and i am trying to call him for replacement then switched of the cell. So V-mart must be responsible for the product.Kindly do the needful.

                            We reached Vishal mega mart siliguri on 05.02.2015 around 2:30 pm. I need 25 pieces of curtain and each curtain cost Rs. 299. As no salesman was available there, so I asked the cashier "Is there any salesman to help us". He just neglected us. Then I asked the same question to another employee and also said that why cant you provided a salesman to us? He started showing his temper and behave rudely with us that all the salesman had gone for lunch so wait till they come. Then we asked him that how could you left all the salesman for lunch? Then he replied very rudely that its none of your business "mujhe kisko kaise chorna chahiye ye aap mat sikhaiye." Then we left without any argument and without taking a single item.

When I go for toilet a sales executive Mr Naveen try adult activity with my daughter .He give his momile no. to her and ask to contact him alone.After coming back we went to manager & give complaint to manager Mr Arun for necessary action. I want CCTV footage of that event.

                                I bought a carton of “Closeup Deep action” from your Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) store on[protected] via Bill No. 338/[protected]. On such cartonTotal net wt. is mentioned as “450g+150g Free=600g(4 Tubes)” and MRP is Rs. 240/-. On opening of carton we find 2 Tubes of 150g each (Total =300g) hence total deficiency of 300g in such pack. On[protected] I contacted to your Local outlet for either fulfilment of deficiency or return back such carton. The Manager concerned deny to do anything. It’s cheating by adopting unfair practice.

                                  आज 13/01/2015 को मेने विशाल मेगा मार्ट फेरोजेपुर से चिल्ड्रेन clothing और कुछ घर का जरूरी समान लिया। मेरा बिल 1555 का बीएन जो मेने कैश पेमेंट किया इसके अलावा मेने मेरे मोबाइल नो पर अर्निंग बोनस पॉइंट का बेनीफिट लिया जो की 100 रुपये था।जेसे मे बहरा निकला आपकी मैडम ने मेरा बिल चेक किया आर मौजे मेरा समान दिया जिसे लेकर म घर आज्ञा घर आकर मेने समान चेक किया तो उसमे बिल नहीं था और अक बचे की ड्रेस ली जिसमे उसकी पर की वूलेन की पैंट नहीं थी जो की childset था अँड एक लेडिज purse जिसकी zipज़िप टूटी हुई थी.।मई 5 मिनट बाद वापिस ज्ञ तो व्न्ह के मैनेजर ने ये कहा की बिल लेकर आओ ।मेने बताया की बिल आपके यन्हा रह गया था.।उसके बाद मैनेजर ने खा की एचएम ये नहीं कर सकते जो कर सकते हो कर लो।और बड़ी अजीब तरह से बात करने लग गया.।आर उसने बात करने की बजाय मौजे बाहर जाने को कहा.। 1.1. अब मै एक बात पूछना चाहता हू की बिल की डिमांड इसलिए की जाती है की शॉपिंग का प्रूफ होता है।वो यदि चाहो तो आप टैग से अपने सिस्टम मे चेक कर सकते hoहो .।(यदि करना चाहो तो ) इसको अक बहाना कु बने जाता है 2 मे विशाल मेगा मार्ट का रेगुलर ग्राहक हू पर काफी बार मेने देखा है की वो सही से ट्रीट नहीं करते.। 2 3. ग्राहक सेवा का मतलब होता है आप हर हालत मे अपने कुस्त्मेर की प्रोब्लेम सुनने की और हल करने की कोसीसी करो.।आज कम्प्युटर का युग चल रहा है और आप कुछ भी हल देखना चाहो तो बिल हो या न हो इससे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता आपके पास इतने सिस्टम है की आप चेक कर सकते हो की ये आपसे परचेस हुआ है या नहीं.। 4.प्रोब्लेम सॉल्वे हो या न वो बाद की बात है आपके मैनेजर को बात करने की तमीज नहीं है.। 5.॰ जो मेने क्लोठिंग ली उनका code है 24008622 और 35007055code hai

                                    being a regular customer of your mart at silchar, a bunch of salespersons are indulged in eve-teasing and misbehavoiur with me.earlier i complained with the manager against one pritam at which he strangely supported that guy ignoring my complain.unfortunately today evening the same was followed by others as such i have decided againt shopping at silchar vishal megamart. hope you take actoin against them so that other customers are not harrassed... rinky

                                    They didn't give salary properly, i am part time worker, my salary is 3600 but they give only 2950. they are cheater.
                                    Company give refreshment (Money) for employees, but didn't give us, they are so greedy.

                                      I have always preferred Vishal Megamart on VIP road Kolkata for a few products over The celebrated Big Bazar, and 3 other shopping malls just beside it. But for some one year or two it seems that none of the employee are paid enough to do their alotted job for when told to behave one of the senior employee explained me of the tyrannical owner. From the floor managers or the billing man to the baggage counter persons. There is not only one to point out because they are all thoroughly untrained failing even to behave well with customers. Not a single employee is ready to help effectively. It is not always the product a customer would visit a place next time. Please do take some measure.

                                      Quite surprisingly with the next visit I made to the Vishal-Megamart VIP rd. Kolkata, more or less every employee was cooperative excepting the arrogant gatekeepers and one particular billing-man always insisting everyone on buying carry-bags even if one does not need one. BTW, enough improvement to make people feel better. Thank You.

                                        Myself Dilip. I bought one Pillow (Cost - Rs. 649/-) from Vishal Mega Mart Ajmer on date 25/12/2014.When I open the Pillow, I had noticed that it is totally uncomfortable. So I had decided to change the Pillow and but the other one of same cost. When I went to Vishal Mega Mart, Ajmer and talked to the Manger, first of all he wasted my time for around 1 Hour, then he refused to change it & told that he can't change the thing of Rs. 199/- and customer should think before to buy. On that I had said him that it is not of Rs. 199/-, it is of Rs. 649/-. I don't think if the customer buy the pillow, they will try it on the shop laying on it.
