Dear Sir/Madam

with reference to the above mention subject in this regards before 2 days we purchased some appraisal and our item at the time of billing when we discuss with our reward points to deduct at the time of billing then the cashier reply that for you reward point you can shopping only in afternoon 2-4 PM. but when we see in every area of Mall than we found that this type of term & condition not maintain any ware after not receiving suitable reply from cashier regarding Reward point we have not discuss of Gift Voucher of Rs-500.00/- to the cashier and billing our purchasing products.

After that when we discuss with the member of Member desk regarding gift Voucher and reward point then they replied that at time of bill why you could not discuss with cashier and burn your reward point and benefit of gift voucher.

After that when we discussed with Mr. Praduyaman Ji ( Store Head) regarding the above mention matter and request him to clear this matter then he can not reply properly and can not solve this matter and also not assure me regarding mistake of cashier. Except when we are demanding for complain register for this type of cheat then he wait me & my family member ( with 9-10 month child) approx 15 minute and after that he provide me visitor's Suggestion Book (Airplaza Retail Holding Pvt Ltd) not provide complaint register.

When I says that I want only complaint register to registered my complain then he replied that we are not maintained any type of complaint register in our mall. when I says that it is compulsory as per Consumer Act and we will complain to your head office regarding not satisfying reply from your side then he replied that sure you can do. They were not feeling and type of guilty or mistake.

After all above happened we offered that when we purchased some other appraisal more than 500.00/- rs then they can benefit of our Gift Voucher in our next bill in same day. Than they can not agree for this. After a long discussion with you desk member we are not satisfying.

From last 1 year we are regularly shopping form Vishal Mega Mart. But this time we are very disappointed from the behaviour of Staff member and Store head.

    Hi, Yesterday, I purchased a table top cover of plastic from Vishal mega mart, Ansal Plaza Vaishali sector-I ghaziabad UP-201010. Product has manufacturing defect and clearly showing issue, but they dont exchange and said we dont exchange house hold items. My amount is not too big but its about the behavior they have! They have faulty products in store and saying why not seen everything, what rubbish if we have so much time they we can brought it from footpath! Please do something or suggest me what i can do for this! Thanx Navneet

      i purchase karyana goods on 03.05.2014 for more then 1000 rupees on your vishal mega mart kunjawani jammu and they provide me gift voucher of rs100 valid up to 30.05.2014 and when i again purchase karyana goods to redeem the gift voucher then they refuse to redeem by saying only valid for apparels please look into the matter and correspond me accordingly other wise i have other options for the redress and redemption of the bill and also the compensation for the harassment by your mega mart.         I really disappointed with my shopping experience at Vishal mega mart shopping center Khanna Punjab venue. I was travelled 40 km to visit vishal mega mart khanna, Price of the products was display on the stall are different from billing counter. We had confirmed price twice with staff before purchasing, but at the time of billing they charged very high from the price tag. Some product are buy one get one free scheme but at the time of billing scheme was not available . all these thing are for misguide the consumers .Biggest thing was that when we asked for the complaint, they did not hesitate to provide us the complaint book .Staff was looks like brunch of crook. No one is ready to listen us .I think they don't want customer satisfaction at all. We are not going to recommend any of our known to go there .

          While a visit to your store (dated: 27th April Time: 7:45 PM) situated at Paonta Sahib (H.P) one of the billing person ill treated my family as we were standing in a que at the store waiting for our chance. but the person was busy preparing bills for his knowns out of turn, when asked he ill treated us the complaint was done to the Manager present at time but nothing came out as the person was not listening to him.             DEAR SIR, MADAM i am vendor i m living in Bathinda I m doing business to long time i have Good relation with other company store manager like easy day, best price and reliance but i have heard / saw first time your company store manager who demand percentage. i went on your store on 23 April 2014 near about 9 pm then i saw stock of lays then i started talk with manager regarding for buy all case of lays. But he did not give me response. then i ask to him custmor care number then he said i have no custmor care number . Many time i did request to him for give stock but he did not deal with me . After few mint i did talk with him again then he said i have sale all stock to another vendor but i[censored] want buy give me good percentage then i totally shock. When i ask to him about percentage then he demand RS/ - 1 per pack he said which vendor i have given stock he is giving me 0.75 per pack i[censored] want whole stock then give me more percentage to that vendor. 15 days ago i had bought 300 case of 500 ml frooti. to your store its totally bad for me that i did not record his conversation in mobile . many days ago i did talk with that vendor then he told me that store manager take money for give bulk stock on good price he also told me that he has paid 1000 Rupess for buy atta maggi in jan month he has bought near about 120 case of maggi . i want you take action tommarrow other wise i will talk with lays stockiest of Bhathinda regarding that. And also talk with stockiest union. i want action as soon as possible. one thing more if he he has booked order of lays then tell me why rule are not same for all vendor. last time when i bought frooti then store manager said i[censored] want bulk stock then book your order with full payment now tell me is he has booked order with full payment ? if yes then show me bill early morning . bcz if store manager has booked order with payment he should bill that item after few hour to come on store ground .but untill no one bring that stock ... rule right should be equal for every one. that thing proof he get percentage.make contact with me to given down my mobile number as soon possible. thaks for read my complaint i hope u will take action . from mittal [protected]

                  My wife is a regular visitor to your Megamart at Berhampur. Most of the times, staffs at cash counter are not responsive as they are supposed to be. They are not at all courteous, donot have professional approach atleast towards female customers. On 5th March, 14 afternoon, even the parking staff misbehaved while she was parking outside campus. She wanted to go inside only to ask whether any single particular product available or not while my son was besides vehicle. when it was brought to manager's notice, he remained silent. And she felt very embarrassed at that particular moment.
                  You might have noticed, after opening of few other malls at Berhampur, number of customers at your megamart started decreasing. That is mostly bcz of points, whatever I raised, not bcz of qualities, price etc.

                    i had been to vishal mega mart to purchace some food products for myself asking the attending person to tell the exact discount of the product at VISHAL MEGAMART MANGALCITY STOR INDORE ON 31012014 .It took me around 3hrs to collect the articles .After choosing the goods, I went for the billing section. THEN the person told the discount which was displayed in the product was not given, then I had to contact the person concern but there was as such no satisfactory reply for the same.As I had wasted so much time in the store but had to come without any product so please take care of the same so that coustomers are not harresed

I have purchased a Bag on February 10, 2014 from vishal mega mart of Nangloi branch, amount 699.00 Rs. Next day I saw same bag sell outside in 200 rs. When I reached branch & complain about it, the people handling this kind of queriies he said, " Manager says, I'm not invited you to buy here. I'm attaching you bill and please take action ASAP But this experience i would like to never go this store & tell everybody never go to this store.                         Sir, With due respect, i purchase an induction cooker on June 04, 2013 from Vishal mega mart, near Madhubani park, Moradabad & no guarantee/warranty card was given by them. On December 28, 2013 that induction was found deffective due to which it stopped working properly. So applicant went to V-Mart Madhubani Moradabad but they were totally refused to provide any type of help to the applicant, copy of related documents are attached as Annexure 1, 2 & 3.                             I purchased two jackets (winter clothes, mens wear) from Vishal, Paltanbazar, Guwahati, Assam on 03/01/2014 amounting to Rs.3050/- in total. The two jackets were similar and of same brand. Before purchasing, I tried one jacket and found it ok. On that basis I took another jacket. When I came back to home, I tried and and found that the chain hook in another jacket was missing. I went to Vishal again on the same day and intimated the same in the exchange counter. The lady sitting in the exchange counter called the concerned person and then I requested that person to replace the jacket and if he is unable to replace than kindly fit one hook that was missing, which they could have done easily from their repairing counter. But the concerned person told me that "since you have purchased defective items so no replacement or repairing shall be done". I was amazed by the response of that person and told him "is that your customer retaining policy", he got angry and told me to get-off immediately. Thank you VISHAL MEGA MART. You will go a long way with this kind of idiotic sales or customer handling person. Thank you.

                              Sir, i have purchased Winter Churidar legging of Rs 299/- on 29 Dec 2013 at Vishal Mega Mart Ghanta Ghar Alwar Rajasthan...and billing the same through SBI ATM card...the amount has already been deducted from account ...but the amount deduction copy from swipe machine not exit...but amount deducted from account...the salesman told me that machine has jumped ...you will again pay Rs 299/- for the same item...and Rs 299/- which was erronously deducted from ATM cum debit card will be refunded to you in next 24 to 48 hours but the same has not refunded so far...please help me to refund my amount Rs 299/- txn id 495075...my phone number is [protected] and name is Dinesh Kumar Sharma from Alwar Rajasthan...

                              The purchased tandem glass stove from Vishal mega Mart vaishali nagar Jaipur and within 6 months suddenly while I'm cooking and the top glass had been cracked itself even know very well about the glass safety but the quality was very poor you people make fool to us please don't play with anyone's life it can create a major accident at my home

                                For over a year now, Vishal Mega Mart in Allahabad, UP has been keeping only candy in the change drawers in place of coins. If you need change for anything less than 10 rupees, you will be payed in candy unless you ask specifically for cash, at which point they will have each cashier empty their pockets until they finally scrounge up enough money to give.

                                I know, this is India - sometimes shops don't have change, and give a sweet or something instead of change in case of emergency. But to stock your cash registers for over a year with only candy, that is cheating - a sneaky and clever form of fraud, actually.

                                I worked in retail internationally, I know how it works...you buy candy wholesale for 50 paise, and sell it for 1 rupee, thus making an additional, un-noticed, hidden-from-taxes profit with each sale.

                                The manager in the Allahabad shop knows that this is the policy...and insists it's not cheating or wrong because Vishal gives you cheap prices in the first place, "so there is no issue here." Yet that does not make their illegal act pardonable or okay.

                                Even if I wanted to follow that line of reasoning Yes, there are cheap prices sometimes. But it was not advertised as "100 rupees for this item and 6 candies, " it was advertised as "This item for 94 rupees."

                                  On dated 18/12/13 we have visited Vishal Mega Mall at Sonipat City, Near subhash chowk, Haryana .we have purchased coil water heater having the code no [protected].When we use it on same day that was not working, we will go next day for replacement but not got proper response from Manager ., they balm to us, you didn t use properly, we didnt understand what technique is required to use Water Coil, We don t have spare of time to go many times to resolve this issue . Finally i have lost and take decision we will never go to Vishal Maga Mall to purchase any thing . I m requesting To Vishal Mega mall authority pls be polite if such is happening with any customer, atlest give proper response .My bill no Thanks Ravi Roy

                                      This incident happened at sonipat vishal store today 1 dec. My bill amount was 1765rs. I was taken two pullovers for my daughter, which was placed with 50% flat offer rack. I confirmed the offer from the sales boy, but as i reached to counter, he charged with no discount. I complain to mr shakhar suman, who say he was line manager, for that but nothing good thing happen. They say only sorry...even their is no complaint book or feedback reg . This all, make annoy me...my time as well as money was wasted by vishal mart . Hope this will improve in future. If this will repeat, i will go consumer court.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a Tiffin box worth Rs. 309 from your Udaipur (Rajasthan) store vide bill no. 022 /[protected] dated 23-Nov-13. When I opened the box at home, what i found is one box cover is broken & I reached at vishal store for replacement. But, the security guard told me that since you don't have the box of the item (having bar code), we cannot exchange it even though i was having bill & debit card details with me. It was very rude behavior with me. I used to purchase many items through Vishal store & it is very trusted brand & such response will resist me for future buying. I argue many things but the guard didn't allow me to explain anything. I can’t explain how rude it was. At the day of buying, We throw the cover box in dustbin near vishal store itself as we purchased many items & we didn't have enough space in our vehicle & i found the item faulty after 2 days. That was the case. Please help me to get exchanged my item. The same incident was happened with me at V mart but there i got exchanged my item without any arguments.
