being a regular customer of your mart at silchar, a bunch of salespersons are indulged in eve-teasing and misbehavoiur with me.earlier i complained with the manager against one pritam at which he strangely supported that guy ignoring my complain.unfortunately today evening the same was followed by others as such i have decided againt shopping at silchar vishal megamart. hope you take actoin against them so that other customers are not harrassed... rinky

Very Bad Behavior of management

By Bad-luck, i am employee of Hisar Vishal Mega Mart Store.

They didn't give salary properly, i am part time worker, my salary is 3600 but they give only 2950. they are cheater.
Company give refreshment (Money) for employees, but didn't give us, they are so greedy.

    I have always preferred Vishal Megamart on VIP road Kolkata for a few products over The celebrated Big Bazar, and 3 other shopping malls just beside it. But for some one year or two it seems that none of the employee are paid enough to do their alotted job for when told to behave one of the senior employee explained me of the tyrannical owner. From the floor managers or the billing man to the baggage counter persons. There is not only one to point out because they are all thoroughly untrained failing even to behave well with customers. Not a single employee is ready to help effectively. It is not always the product a customer would visit a place next time. Please do take some measure.

    Quite surprisingly with the next visit I made to the Vishal-Megamart VIP rd. Kolkata, more or less every employee was cooperative excepting the arrogant gatekeepers and one particular billing-man always insisting everyone on buying carry-bags even if one does not need one. BTW, enough improvement to make people feel better. Thank You.

      Myself Dilip. I bought one Pillow (Cost - Rs. 649/-) from Vishal Mega Mart Ajmer on date 25/12/2014.When I open the Pillow, I had noticed that it is totally uncomfortable. So I had decided to change the Pillow and but the other one of same cost. When I went to Vishal Mega Mart, Ajmer and talked to the Manger, first of all he wasted my time for around 1 Hour, then he refused to change it & told that he can't change the thing of Rs. 199/- and customer should think before to buy. On that I had said him that it is not of Rs. 199/-, it is of Rs. 649/-. I don't think if the customer buy the pillow, they will try it on the shop laying on it.         Dear Sir, we had buy one paint 34 west from vishal mega mart nit 1 no. market. when we trying the same his size was bigger than existing size. When try to return the same in vishal mega mart they dined to change the same and arguing us discounted items will not rerun or exchange. And i said to him if we take this paint but that is not my use my size is 34 and sale us bigger size. My concern is they trying to arguing us and not agreed to change the paint. Please help us.           I had purchased one Nos. Blazer from Vishal Mega Mart Bhiwani Unit on 27th Nov 14 vide bill No 300/[protected] (attach). Very Next day I worn this Blazer at my relative marriage ceremony away from Bhiwani. Stitching of (Rt side underarm) removed. However, when I returned back Bhiwani on 02 Dec 14, visit your Bhiwani unit and met Mr. Arun, told the story by showing defective piece. He ignored our complaint & misbehaved us. His comments were :- (a) We are not responsible once item carried out of from Shop. (b) You may take legal action (c) We have not any tailor for repairing neither we pay any charges of repair. (d) We are not having any contact No of our superior officer. I have logged complaint in Register taken photographs alongwith Mr. Arun Ji and one another person on counter. I wish to approach Media, but at last movement I think I have to approach Complaint Cell of Vishal Mega Mart. You are kindly requested take necessary action for replacement of defective item.               पिंजौर, कालका में विशाल मेगा मार्ट और ईजीडे जैसे बड़े शोरूम या कहें मॉल खुले हैं लेकिन इनकी हरकतें देखिए मंहगी चीजें बेचते हैं फिर भी लिफाफा नहीं देते लिफाफे के अलग से 6 रूपये काटते हैं। चाहे आपने 100 रूपये का सामान लें या हजारों रूपयों का। अरे रेहड़ी वाले से 10 रूपये की मूंगफली भी लो तो बेचारा गरीब आदमी भी मूंगफली लिफाफे में डाल कर देगा, हलवाई के पास से भी बड़ा डिब्बा मिलता है लिफाफा अलग से लेकिन बड़े मॉल वाले कितनी कमाई करेंगे-- जागो ग्राहक जागो अपना हक मांगो। लेकिन विशाल मेगा मार्ट ईजीडे वाले बिल्कुल लिफाफा नहीं देंगे 6 रूपये काटेंगे ही

                Today I visited Vishal Mega Mart at Sonepat Road Rohtak and I have Purchase few Items And The Bill No is[protected] when I reached the billing Counter Mr. Jai Parkash was dealing with the Customers and iwas standing in a Queue when my tern Comes instead of Billing My products he was billing the products of a Girl Infact she was not in a Queue and when I object HE USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE TO ME also said that from now onwards I WILL NEVER GIVE ANY SCHEMES TO YOU AND I WILL MAKE SURE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE FROM MY STORE, also a scheme of 6 Pcs Cup on purchase of apparels was also denied By Mr. Jai Parkash And for that reason I complaint Mr. Virender Manager Store regarding this But a satisfactory response was not received by him . i am a regular customer of Your store and few times before i was noticed that Mr. jai parkash was biased in dealing ang he will give unwanted attraction towards female custmers and for those custmers if a male customer ask any thing did not give proper response that behaviour was not expected at your store so kindly maed sure that such bad character will not take your store led down and take Strict Action Against mr.                 with a heavy disappointment i lodging a complaint against one of your staff, Mr. Akul Deokar, designated as manager in your kurukshetra located store, who misbehaved with my sister. on 21st of oct we went to your store for shopping, there we did the shopping of rs 3600/-...my sister was having some confusion regarding your gift voucher...so regarding this when she inquired from your manager mr. Akul Deokar he started humiliating her by making comments on her english...furthere when i interfered in between then in a very indecent way he tried to attack physically...this is not expected from the staff of a renowned organization like VISHAL...kindly take necessary action against mr. Akul Deokar, manager kurukshetra...otherwise we will be compelled to go to woman cell of haryana police against him...

                  Hello, I bought two under garments from vishal mega mart, yamuna nagar, Haryana and i wrongly picked 80cm instead of 90cm.When i went to replace it then mart staff said to me that this is not under the policy of replcement. I want to say that if it is company policy then its totally wrong because some time we bought things with wrong sizes. I think you its not a game of small or big ammount but i think its a thing to right and wrong. If you will take step on it then fine else i will go ferther because i totally dispoint with this rule.                     This is Vinod Kumar On Sunday, 28.9.14 I went to Vishal Mega Mart, Gumanpura Kota Had some grocery items and went to the cash counter. The billing clerk, listed the items in computer and the bill was of Rs. 211. I handed him Rs.300. He asked for the change, which I denied. He asked me to buy some other things, in which i was not interested. So he denied to sell me the products. I think providing change is the responsibility of Seller not the customer, how can you deny your services to a customer, who is willing to pay for that. What about my time which I spent over there in the store collecting the various grocery items ? I went to the management, there they have some arrogant people, who handed me a loose feedback form. Such a big enterprise, running stores all over the country is not having a complain or suggestion register. I think the responsible persons in Vishal Mega Mart should look into the matter. I don't have any proof with me otherwise would have filed a case in the Consumer Court.

                      Dear Sir My self Naveen Kumar im regular coutomer of vishal mega mart and do purchashing at ferozepur city malwal road opp . bdo office punjab. on 23-sep-2014 of evening(20:32) i buy new shows.after two days when i try that shows at home with shokes i feel they are bit tite. on 26-sep-2014 im with my wife we again vist to vishal mega mart for shopping and changing the show size at that time Mr Palwindar Singh the manger start dealing with us when i ask him sir change my show size he behave very rudely the way of tooking to us that is very rude. he dont know hw to took to a customer and hw to deal when a lady is with someone thats very rude. In this competitive world where customer is to be treated good, Vishal Mega Mart Manager is behaving like that.im not accepitng something like that for vishal mega mart.Hopeing for good replying from ur side.                         Dear Sir, Today 4 Sept 2014 we went to Vishal Mega Mart for eatable purchase. At cash counter we have observed one customer was struggling for wrong billing for one item charged 4 times ( 15 Rs. Items charged for 60 Rs.) We thought let check our billing & we did at CASH counter itself. Bill No. is 223/[protected] / Counter No. 3. There was 2 No. Items wrongly billed. Highly charged more than MRP. In india it there any regulation for auditing of these chitter ( Vishal Mega Mart ). Furtunately i have cross checked my bill & found worng billing. if hav'nt chekced, that mean Vishal is enjoying my money. Which is very serious issue.                           I am constrained to point out that on 16th Aug 2014 we have purchased kids garments for Rs.2000/- approx from Vishal Mega Mart Ferozepur Road Ludhiana in the late hours at about 9.00 pm. When we saw at these at our home we found that the size of some clothes were not proper as we requires.Next day We went there and requested them to exchange the some trousers and give us of big size for the same amount and the same type trouser say size 24" instead of 22"of the same prize. We are very old customer and am Manager of State Bank of India. We have purchased more than RS.8000/- and other item a few days ago. But They refused to do so then we contacted Mr.Yoges, Head supervisors but he is so non co-operative person that I can't explain. He has evasive attitude and is making fool the valuable customers. Such type of employee who has lack of knowledge and does watch the interest of his institute should be expelled from such type important & decision taking job. These persons have little job knowledge and harasses their customers He told us that their system does not accept the Discounted items whereas he was accepting the returned items of some customers and was refusing the other.We therefore request to instruct him to exchange our clothes with some other trousers of same type and same price of the big size.

                            Sir i had done my internship from vishal mega mart agra. My internship had completed on 15th july but till now they are not providing me my experience certificate. Store manager Mr. Alok Singh had given me a written certificate on a piece of paper and saying that it is the only certificate you will get.I want my experience certificate as soon as possible.

                              I have purchased 3 bras of 34b size from vishal mega mart sector-7 dwarka delhi, but none of the bras was of actually 34b. They all are of small size and not even two bras are of same size. When I went to return them, they refused to do so and talk very rudely and inappropriately about its size. Can u tell me whats my fault if these bras are not of standard size.so my suggestion to all consumers is please dont buy things from vishal mega mart that are related to size

                                I with my family visited vishal mega mart located at udhagamandalam tamilnadu at about 4.30 pm today and I was at the mens section looking for a Jean and t-shirt and my wife was at kids section searching for our kids dress. In mens section all the sizes were mixed and the employees were simply roming and chatting. Finally after an hour or so we purchased dress for the kids my wife myself and some household items and took it for billing. And the cashier told the total was about 3500.00. And when I was about to pay my wife found that there was some defect in her new dress and wanted to change it and she was searching just because the cashier said her to search one of the same price because once if its billed they cant do anything and I to started searching and we could not find another so when we asked again he said the same. So got frustrated and returned everything we purchased and came out at 7.00 pm after arguments. Really a first bad experience shopping in my entire life.

                                  I am regular custemor of vishal megamart franchise store operated by m/s swediv sangam sales & services pvt.ltd harhar mahadev chowk nh-31 begusarai.i had purchased goods on 15august 2014 an amount of rupees 4327.00/ bill no-29746 but shop doesnt given any discount or scheem.but according to newspaper every vishal mega mart has given discount on purchase on 15 august.on another side they had written on board that 3% discount on purchase of[protected] but they didn't give, when i ask counter boy he said this discount will given on next purchase.

                                    I purchased few items on 4th of August 2014 and have been charged Rs 59 for not buying any biscuits. When I cross checked the bill with the products I couldn't find the 1st product in my bag as per the bill attached. Moreover I did not add it in my cart. This is the 7th time when I have been charged extra like this. I know 5 more customers who faced the same issue.                                       Inform you dated on 14.4.14 form Vishal Mega mart Jorhat, Assam purchase the 6 set of sun flame cooker for gift to some our collegue.After that one of Cooker suddenly defect on June"2014.After that I giving to you Jorhat Vishal dated on 6.6.14 for repare.But as per service your Vishal office many time return to you for not still done. Finally dated on 27.7.14. So I receive the stock two month later.And as per your policy 1 year warranty period.So I inform to your staff for giving me two month guess period for warranty.Beacuse two month let service from Sun Flame. But your staff asked me Manegers are not in office.After Manegers come to office after discuss I will inform you.But Still not any call coming to me from Visal Office. As per my opinion Vishal is very good reputation regarding service to customer . Because of these reason I something confuse. Plesae look at these matter and solve it as soon as possible.

                                        I have purchased some of items from Vishal Mega Mart Palwal Store on 19th July 2014. As per display, there was a 50%discount mentioned on Basket i.e MRP INR 199/- But the discount was not given at the time of payment. After reaching the Home, I checked the bill. I was surprised for not mentioned the discount which was printed in Basket item. Immediately I went to Vishal mega Mart Store Palwal. After looking the bill, Store incharge has acknowledge their mistake. Around 1 hours waiting, discount amount was return to me. I was surprised to see their services. I think no customers check the bill copy whether printed discount given or not. I would like to high light this case to Sr. Management for taking the action. Regards Rajesh Mittal M-[protected]

                                        This is in reference with my visit to Vishal mega mart at Minar Gate Palwal for some of my purchasing & I was shocked to see the atmosphere of your store that would resist any family person or some gentle family to come to store.

                                        It is an instance of about 08:00 to 08:42 (my billing time) I visited your store to buy some clothing for my showroom staff. No body was worried there to attend the customers. I asked the persons walking there whether the are staff (not being in uniform). then I asked them for my product & the person pointed out my product location.

                                        Further there was one more family was buying there & a few boys (may be known to their sales boy).The boys were looking for T-shirts & the sales boy was serving them but thing pinched me was that the boys were trying the t shirts openly in the store & no body (including sales boy)was there to ask them to use changing room.

                                        I selected my articles & came for the billing at ground floor. Both of your POS were on but no one was there on counter for billing. I looked here & there for somebody & waited there for the person.
                                        there came a person on the second POS a sat down unworringly stretching his legs, I asked him to for billing he casually replied " mere pass aaoge tabhi to bill banega, humare pass yahan aao to hum bill banayeinge". When I asked him this is not the way & can be complained, he replied he is not afraid of any complaints.

                                        This experience was so disappointing that I simply told my family not to go there for shopping & hope no gentle family will visit the store after seeing such a Rural atmosphere

                                        The instance I discussed coz I was expecting corporate culture from such a big institution
