There is store open in our city Sangrur state Punjab. But nothing any parking space. And all vehicles of consumers standing in front of street. Your store open in residencial area. Where all have vehicles and main entrance covered by vehicles. So we are facing big problem. And security guard not instruct to any customer for parking Kindly resolve our issue.

    On[protected] evening, I purchased articles worth Rs 2070/ from newly opened Chaura Bazar, Ludhiana store of Vishal Mega Mart. I made the payment by credit card. I signed the receipt the credit card payment.The employee then told me to take 4 kg sugar from other counter as it was a part of the scheme. I got my mobile number and name noted on that counter then I returned. All this took approx. 5 minutes after the credit card transaction and I was there at store for 5 minutes. Next day I was not in city and I suddenly required my card then I recalled where it is. From Vishal Mega Mart, I did not see any effort for returning my card. When I visited the store after 3 days, one of the senior told there is no credit card and he has full faith in his employees. When I insisted, another senior came with the card. My credit card is still with them. Kindly do the needfult

      Today, we went to Vishal mega mart-Prestine Mall, sector 31, Faridabad (Haryana). After shopping when I was paying my bills, my sons sipper was kept in the basket. The Vishal Megamart guy asked me about it but when I was paying my bills he just took it away. After billing, when I looked for it and asked him, he told me that he is unaware of it. I then requested him to look for it. He told me they cannot and mentioned me to check myself in the customers trolley. I did that and it took about 15 minutes for two o[censored]s to go through the whole store. We then requested them to announce it, they told us, they cannot and told me that he would bring a mike and I announce about it myself. I agreed to it also but then they tried to tell me it will also not help and I am wasting my time as someone may have taken it away. I asked the guard and he told me he has not seen any such bottle going out. I kept requesting them to announce then but they kept telling me that it will not help. He told me, he will not bring the mike and I can shout, if I want to. I then started announcing aloud and they asked me not to do so. I told him to bring the mike and they refused and asked me to go to police station and report to them about me loosing Rs 50 sipper(the vishal mega mart staff at the gate Mr Dutta and others then laughed aloud). I then got angry and asked them to bring the mike and stop making fool and fun of me. After almost half an hour of the Vishal mega mart staffs making fun of me, I started shouting on them to bring the mike as I want to make an announcement at any cost. One of the Vishal Mega mart guy(Mr Dutta) then asked me to stop shouting and took out the sipper from a basket kept behind him at the gate itself and handed it over to me and started laughing aloud and telling customers at the gate that I am shouting for this Rs 50 bottle. The other vishal mega mart employee made fun by saying that Mr Dutta must be taking it for his kid and again all the vishal mega mart employee at the gate then laughed aloud and told me " chal de di na teri bottle ab chal nikal le". I told him this is not the way to talk to the customers and My wife then told them that we would complain this to the managment, customer care of vishal mega mart store. The vishal mega mart employee then replied "yahan to aise hi chalta hai, aana hai to aao. Jyada ho to managment kya thane ja kar shikayat kar do". Then one of the customer at the gate itself told me that it is a regular scene here and wrong billing and such instances are regular here. Many people have stopped coming to vishal and rather prefer nearby Easyday store. We then left the store talking our belongings and the sipper stolen by the vishal mega mart store employee. This thing not only happened with me but I have seen such type of behaviors with other customers as well but it happened with me today, I felt very humiliated as my family is with me.

        This is inform to you, I purchase 2 trouser in Karol bagh Store on Date 1/09/2013, and in 2 date both touser get defect in back side. Regarding the same I visit in Karol Bagh Store Delhi nobody take seriously this matter. Floor team member provide me a contact no. [protected], I call him but i am not getting any positive response. Floor team member told me this is your mistake you use this trouser roughly.I want refund or replacement. Please take action. Purchased item invoice copy attached below.           Dear Sir/ Madam My name is Ramesh Singh, i am a very regular customer of Vishal mega mart Mahipal pur Delhi, on average i spend around 3 to 4 thousand on every month for shopping from vishal mega mart, yesterday 29/08/2013 i do 1165 rs shopping from the same Vishal, its really shocking for me when i open my beg on of my t- shirt still got the sensor itself, next morning i visit vishal mega mart to remove that sensor , 3-4 staff tried to remove that sensor , at the end one of the staff got success to remove that sensor but doing that my t shirt torn , please change my t- shirt, and give your kind notice towards it.the behaviour of the staff give me a lot of pain. regards Ramesh Singh [protected] my bill no is =096/[protected]

            dated 27-08-13 at 12:20 pm at vishal mega mart bareilly (u.p) only one billing counter are open and staff sunting here and there in vishal mega mart and also other coustumar faceing this problam . then i"am requsting to open other billing counter. anyone staff are not listing and advise to me get out from here and you have no right to entred here its our mega mart.

              my billing date and time is 13 Aug 2013 18:38:40 and my bill no. is 300/[protected], counter no 1 cashier no. :[protected]/HH19VC001 it is mention on bill that "exchange/return within 7 days with cash memo and price tag." but when i return a shirt on 12:15 on[protected] he refuse to do that, as per billing date and time 7 days were completed at 18:38:40 on[protected],their senior authority person Mr. Malik misbehave us and said "jao kahi bhi case file kar do mera koi kuch nhi ukhad skta m yhi ka local hu"

              At vishal mega mart bhiwani on 10th feb2014, a senior authority named jitender has a poor choice of words, when he was contacted on phone he said 'jo kar sakte ho karlo' .just want to know is dis d way to speak to a customer..dis person has to b sacked as soon as possible.
              Employee named jitender does not know how to talk with a customer..something has to b done about it..else it vl tarnish the image of vishal mart image everywhere not only in bhiwani.
              I purchased a beauty product from vishal mega mart, Hoshiarpur, Punjab. Instead of a body moisturiser i mistook cleansing milk. Next day when i went to the mart to exchange the product as it was taken wrongly, they said no exchange on beauty products and its on clothes only. They futher said that it has been mentioned backside of the Bill. But we receive the bill after we have paid money. So now how could we get the above description before paying for the goods. Vishal Mega mart's manager must specify certain notifications/ exchange policies before getting things, not to harrash the customer. Its cheat. My Bill No. is 301/[protected], Dated 28-Sept-2014.
              i m not giving on detail my product exchange whatever that and doesnt matter for mony .but i m not go ever to vishal mega mart at haridwar center.

                This is to share a horrifying experience in Vishal Mega Mart Lucknow (aashiana Store). At the first step there was a misleading advt too attract a customer even when there was no stock. When I brought this to the notice of an employee, he instead of giving a response( apology was a far flung expectation), challenged that he would find the product. When he was not able to find the said product at the price quoted, started raising the pitch of his voice in order to give a threat message. I requested him for his Id card (which he was not wearing), he very confidently asked me to escort him and he would take me himself to the complaint register. He took me to a store room ( and started behaving very erratically. he threw away his id card from his pocket and started saying that he would resign from the job and also threatened me with dire consequences. The manager of the store instead of pacifying and reprimanding his employee was after me to to settle the issue and talk to him. I was quite shocked to see this kind of behaviour in this competitive world of retailing. But one thing is for sure, whosoever is reads the post, I sincerely request to refrain from any kind of shopping in Vishal Mega mart. the behavior of its employees is scary and horryfying.

                  I purchased some items from Vishal megamart Bhojubeer Varansi on dated 28/07/13 and paid Rs.473.Whenever I checked bill then I found that one item P.Bucket which was not purchased by me while they charged Rs.79 for that. I asked to manager he checked the bill and items and refund the money and tell sorry. Again I checked the bill I found they have charged extra money Rs.32 on cold drink while it tagged with 50% discount.

                    We used to be a regular customers of Vishal Mart for over years in Hyderabad. On July 24th at Vishal Mart, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, I bought 5 bermudas (shorts) for me and my son with a bill of Rs. 758/-. Out of 5 shorts 1 was best fit and others are not. As per size on the shorts tags were also WRONG. As they are wrong size, we took the four to be exchanged (FOR CORRECT SIZE). When we got there with bill and the shorts with their tags we were told that the shorts are considered as (PERSONAL PRODUCTS) and cannot be returned or exchanged for correct size. Hence I request that as per my knowledge the personal care products are perfumes, creams, sanitary products, swabs etc.. What shall I do with unfit shorts (bermudas).

                      I have purchased a trouser on 07.07.2013 but due to size problem i have gone to alwar store for replacing that but the staff of vishal mega mart have been denied for replacing that sir i belongs to delhi but purchase this trouser from alwar so its not possible that i will go alwar particularly for replacing that trouser so i have gone on 27.07.2013 but store staff said that we will not replace this, so pls do the needfull sir,..........

                        Today we harassed by floor manager of vishal mega mart. Today we shop near about 3002 Rs/-(. Bill No-067/[protected] , Counter No- 03 , dated - 12 th June, Cashier No[protected]/HW03VC003 ), we purchase near about 32 Item, in which 2 RUGS having a offer of " buy one get one free" . the cashier input the same item twice. and charge us double the amount. when we return home and tallying the items with the price tag we found that 300 Rs is taken extra from us. and when we told this matter to the floor managers they are literally shouted towards us and reply that they wont returned our amount and its our fault. They told that they drag us from the mall and not refund our money. they also said that we have thousand of customers and we don't care about this little matter.

                        Its really very bad experience and we never thought that this type of behaviour from a very renowned organization like VISHAL MEGAMART.

                        We hope that in near future this type of experience should not be faced by any other customer.

                        From my opinion I think Manager should be polite in nature and understand the customer problems , but this two things are missing in present Manager of -

                          I went to the store on Tuesday[protected] and did a shopping for 4500 rupees and as per their offer on every 1500 rupees shopping 2 Kg of sugar of free, so i was entitled to get 6 Kg of sugar.

                          However sugar was not available so the manager of the store singed the bill that 6 kg sugar is pending and i need to call them up to check the availability

                          Now on Sunday when I am calling the number mentioned on the bill for the manager (Deepak Sharma,MOB# [protected],[protected])he is not picking my call and disconnecting the line.

                          Is this the way Vishal Dealers behave with their customers

                          It is really unacceptable i am really annoyed, Its not about the sugar its about the customer service has been offered

                              Today we faced a bad experience in our life
                              we went for shopping in Vishal Mega Mart i purchased a purse and paid bill and while crossing security
                              it beeped and security caught us and checked purse they didn't removed a tag its their mistake
                              so my brother said to that guy you have to be careful about this. then he started something different words," hey go out" like that
                              we started to ask sorry for his behaviour and he started reverse on us and coming on us and shouting
                              i was supposed to complaint against the employee but they throughed us out of the store.
                              i said i will complaint to police but these people(so many employees) said "go go and complaint if you can".
                              i don't know how to complaint and take legal action against them please help us
                              we never faced such a situation in our life
                              their service is very poor and they don't know how to treat consumer.
                              i feel like hell today

                              In this days also people are suffering a lot by this kind of situation like gundas and rowdies are making us shut our mouth.
                              i feel ashamed of such a business people.
                              i don't have confidence that vishal mega mart people will respond to this because i have seen lot of complaints against them in this forum but no
                              reply from them. i should just think that i made a mistake by going to that mall.

                              Vishal Mega Mart — very poor service

                              All the counters were non-functioning except 1. The operators were roaming around and not sitting in their counters. There was no supervisor who could be notified of such dismanagement. Such dismanagement were observed many times including today(5.6.2012) afternoon.

The rate of each bag is Rs. 175/- i.e. per kg being Rs.35/- as evident from the sticker affixed on the bag . The content of sticker is "[protected]" 5KgX35=Rs.175/-". As such, the cost of five bags i.e. 25 kg should come at Rs.875/-. But, in the said bill, the cost of five bags has been charged at Rs. 1125/- and thus Rs.250/- has been charged in excess of actual price. More funny thing is that against the code number of the product ([protected]) the item of rice has been shown as MACRONI in the bill, though on the date I did not purchase any macroni on the date. The bill and sticker on the bag has been preserved by me. Thus I have been charged Rs.250/- in excess over actual price.

                                    Sir,
                                    I would like to bring to your notice on the ill behavior shown by the manager of Vishal Mart near Silk Board, Bangalore.

                                    I am a regular customer at Vishal Mega Mart and Big Bazaar. I had purchased clothes worth of Rs 1890/- yesterday and returned home. Unfortunetly I had taken a wrong size of shirt for myself. I called up the store and Manager Giri picked up the call. I asked him if i can come immediately to replace the shirt, he said the Mall will close now, I can come tomorrow.

                                    The next evening I went with the bill and shirt to replace, but the security stopped and started to say "No Exchange". I spoke to a supervisor who said that the billing system is not working and I will not get any exchange. I told him that I came from far place and traveled through Bus, so its difficult to travel everyday, I told him that I don't even need the bill in exchange. But he refused. In a short while the Manager of the store Mr Giri came and on the face spoke "I will not give you exchange, do whatever you want to do". the entire crowd was looking at me. I told him politely again, but he refused to talk. I am not sure if he was in some personal stress or something. I told him that i will go to consumer courts if he speaks the same way again. For which he replied, "even if the father of consumer court comes, he will not be able to pull his hair" (in Hindi).

                                    Surprisingly we are still living in a country where customers are not valued for the purchase they have made. Moreover being abused just for asking exchange. Personal problems should not be shown at work. I am not sure if this complain goes to any senior person. But I would be happy if someone replies and lets me know how we tackle these kind of merchandiser in our country.

                                    vishal mega mart has bad customer relations i too faced a problem with this guys, they will never reply.i felt like a hell whole day by the way treated me.
                                    i hope their management is very poor.i can say only thing to people.never go to that store they think that consumers are slaves and this managers are showing muscles.

                                      I purchased a dress(Suit) from ur esteemed branch of Karol Bagh, Delhi for my wife from her birthday. When i gifted her, she put on dress but it's the size of M, but my wife's size is L. So i want to exchange this suit again by taking L size of the same suit. Ur executive told me that i[censored] want to exchange this suit then please come within 7 days. I was busy in my office, so my wife went to Vishal Mega Mart, KarolBagh, Branch of Delhi. After 4 days when she went to exchange her suit with taking same suit of L size, then ur executive told her that this suit can not be exchanged as it's a part of Offer( One lagging free for taking any 2 suits) . But the main thing is that at the time of purchase ur executive not told me that this suit can not be exchanged. I was not sure for my wife's size so i had already confirmed with ur staff that suit can be exchanged or not and ur staff had assured that within 7 days, u can exchange ur suits. There was also no banner or message board that offer items can not be exchanged and when she told the manager regarding this then he replied that they cannot replace this.
                                      It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and exchange this suit from M size to L size.
