Myself Pushpendra Kumawat.I bought one pair shoes from Vishal Mega Mart Beawar on date 17/10/2010.When I tried to put shoe in home i felt that soal of both shoe is not same so there is difficult to me for walk with shoe.When i went there(Vishal Mega Mart,Beawar)then he refused to change it & told that he did not change that material because it is on discounted price.So please take this matter seriously.Your aim should be only Customer satisfaction.Not to rigid some thing like that.

    Sir,
    I purchased Soyer DVD player 1000 from Vishal Megamart punjabi bagh ,new delhi Vide sa bill number[protected], on[protected]
    for rupees 1099/-. I have been playing Brand new sri krishna Tele serial VCD from moser bear and found that some scratches are appearing on brand new vcd after playing for first time on this Soyer DVD player on this account i have stopped playing dvd . The Soyer DVD player is under six month warranty. as per booklet provided. nowi humbly seek your advice and guidancein this matterand please ghet this issue fixed . I have purchased this soyer company product for first time in my lafe and this issue is making me feel bad.
    I have become a dissatisfied customer due to it. please send your technician to fix it.
    Please get this issue fixed

      Hello sir,
      This is to inform you that the unfair practise and behaviour are adopted by vishal mega mart,welcome metro station delhi 53,which hurts the sentiments of customar. I purchased a digital camara(kodak c142) on 21 August
      2010.Today i went to vishal mega mart to exchange the cable ,that connects the camara with lcd(t.v.) because the salesman had given us the another modals cable.There ,guard told us that the sales man who sold us the camara had gone somewher so we called the manager regarding this problem. The manager,Mr. Vivek came and without listening anything he just started misbehaving with us. I want to write in his words "jab aapako pata tha ke hamare salesman ko product ki thik jankari nahin hai to aap yahan aaye hi kyun ,main aapki jagah hota to vishal m.m. jaise ghateya store se kuch kharidata hi nahi. " when we asked him to behave properly he said" meri complaint karoge ? kar dena main kesi se darata nahi hun aur mera naam Vivek hai."Apart this he abused me (that i can't write).
      I request you to take action against mr. Vivek so he could not misbehave in this way with other customars and appoint salesman having proper knowledge of the particular product.

        My self Lakhwinder Singh. I was an employee M/s Vishal Mega Mart Pvt . Ltd. in Ludhiana 2. My punch card no was 8641.Now This company's manager Sumit Garg has hold my salary of june. From head office through by mail my salary is 910 Rupees.I have resigend this company from june 29. But when i asked from manager about my salary then he said 4-5 days salary we cann't give you.

        Respected sir please help me abut this matter.I hope you will take action very seriously.

          Sir, I'm Ritesh Gupta from Lucknow want to ask with u that u guys think that customer is a fool becoz twice in ur store they tried to make me fool during sale scheme. Yes sir I'm talking about ur store which is in patrakarpuram at gomti nagar there on 19 of last month they have done such a rubbish job that they should be punished for that regarding to kids cloth whichwas kept in middle of the flour with sale notice board and when i took it for billing they had not given me scheme on that item I said nothing to them then I saw there a banner of haier's LCD tv + water dispencer for 14999 I asked for that scheme many times then I promised to the manager of the store Mr sanchit that tomorrow i will collect It then he said ok and on next I was having some complaints regarding scheme which they accepted accept LCD they said that this scheme is not valid then I said u should tell me last day only that time u were saying ok now what happen and sir after that ur store in Raebarelly same thing happen related to cloth which my mom had selected for my bro so sir when this problem will be going to solve or will not be happen to customer can u tell me and how will u appologise about that big mistake that ur staff had done towards many more customers like me but they don't know that I'm not going to leave it like that I want ur reply so reply as soon as possible I'm waiting for ur reply my no.             On 27th of june, 2010 we went to VISHAL MEGA MART and we bought a dress of 7 year old girl dress. We asked salesman if there will be any change in size we will come tomorrow. Next day on 28th june, 2010 when we again went there for change in size of dress then they refused to change it only because of the reason that we don't change WHITE CLOTHES and we checked it that its nowhere written that white clothes will not be changed.
            Plus he is saying that there are spots on dress because o[censored]s and he is not changing that dress.

            Please kindly see into the matter and provide us with appropriate solution to our grievance.

              My wife purchased a carpet from its Kolkata, VIP branch and after 4 days when she went to return the carpet and get another one in place of that then they said that this is a fancy item so it cannot be replaced. But the main thing is that at the time of purchase there was no banner or message board that these fancy items cannot be replaced and when she told the manager regarding this then he replied that they would put the message board but still they cannot replace this. So dear friends beware from such type of cheating.

                I have purchased one Shoe from M/s Vishal Mega Mart, Kanpur on 11th Apr’10 and I used this shoo only for two days because this shoe is having some manufacturing defects and I deposited this shoe to Company on 14th Apr’10 and one representative named Mr. Akhilesh ([protected]) committed me that he will exchange my shoe on 16th Apr’10 but from till date I am running behind him and they are not responding me properly, even today 18 Apr’10 when I enquired from Mr. Akhilesh he started abusing me and told me that to come on Tuesday 20 Apr’10.
                I cannot take leave anymore because I already took 2days leave and my salary for one day is INR- 1200.00 Per day. I spend INR 2400.00 and mentally harassment.
                Please give me the Justice.

                  I want to make a complaint against Vishal Mega Mart, Sec-14, Gurgaon Haryana.

                  At billing counter mostly there are 40-50 people in a single Que. And suddenly the cashier leaves the counter and put the close board in front of the counter. and ask people to stand in some other que.

                  People who were standing in que since last 45-60Mins again has to wait for 45-60mins in other que.

                  Kindly take a proper action against them so that the time of customer is not wasted. Adequate amount of counter should be there so that people don't have to wait for such a long time. And if the cashier has to leave for somewhere proper info shoul be given to customer that this counter will be closed with next 20mins or so.

                  I want to make a complaint against Vishal Mega Mart, Civil Lines, BATHINDA
                  At billing counter there is inadequate chiller i.e.(coins of 2, 5 etc..) and staff members did not bother about it and compel to take toffees for Rs.5 or etc. or to take product. Kindly take a proper action against them so that the customer will be satisfied.. Adequate amount at counter should be there so that people don't have to suffer .

                    I am a regular customer of Vishal Mega Mart and do my purchasing at SBS Nagar Nawashar Branch (Dist- Shaheed Bagat Singh Nagar), Punjab.

                    On 09.april-2010, I have purchased articles worth Rs. 1029/- from Vishal Mega Mart Nawashar and made payment.I have noticed that the Kids lower which we have selected from basket on sale each item rupees 39 only billed 199 rupees. after query teller at that time present on counter said this item is not in sale.
                    I requested him if not in sale then it is expensive i have not to purchased the same please return it.

                    As i have alredy paid before seeing the bill. He refused to returned back and said if you want to returen the same you have to come in the morning at 1100 hrs to 1400hrs.

                    When i had refused to take it out from your show room but they had ignored my request.I was also agreed to shoping somthing else of same amount but nobody listened me. Children also with me and It was taken at least 1 hours and we had suffered very much for the same.

                    At last one senior person approched by me and i had requested to resolve the same and he said to the teller for adjust the money for other shopping.At least after instruction 20 minute late he adjust the money and i had to purched somthing else which i had not required.

                    Conclusion:
                    The behaviour of staff members were not good.

                    In this competitive world where customer is to be treated good, Vishal Mega Mart is behaving like a dictator and has restored to barter system.



                    In the future i am not going to visit your Showroom again.

                    today on[protected] at around 16:00PM when i visited vishal mega mart,at the time of billing a Tshirt which was marked 119INR when was put by me on the billing counter the cashier argued about the cost of the tshirt and inspite of the barcode attached to it they said it of 199INR. when i complaint about it to the manager he with his staff,instead of finding the truth started blaming me that i m the person who has changed the barcode and rate strip .they abused with me and regret to give me the complaint book.if i have done that all mess,if, then why would i have gone to the manager after being refused by the cashier.
                    moreover this hppnd wid me 2..wen i went dere on the day of diwali at kanpur centre of vishal mega mart the manager dint allwd me 2 enter the mall n said dat the mal is closed...moreovr he said dat its da order frm higher authority 2 close the mall bfre time.kindly tel me abt dis mattr dat hv u orderd somthng lyk dis or nt???

                    Hi today I have purchased some clothes from vishal mega mart ansal plaza vaishali Ghaziabad. there was an offer of purchasing 3 t-shirirts 4th will be free.

                    I have selected 4 tshirts with paint and asked to billng lady, is this offer will apply. she told me yes. once I purchased then offer was not applied. So I called floor manager he told me once you purchased I cant do anything for you .

                    I was telling that no issues if you can't return money just issue a credit note of that clothes, which I want to return I will come and purchase some other item next time.

                    But he refused and told nothing can be done.

                    And mis behaviour of floor manager I faced.


                    SO I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. Very bad thing at this time when every one wants customers at theie stores. I competitive environment vishal mega mart will be fail. Due to these type of guys at store.

                      I bought a CFL light of 15 w CFL form vishal mega mart in rs 49 , MRP price is 135 on dated on 20.02.2010. but this cfl light is fused.

                      i want to know how that possible a new CFL fused.
                      it is not possible for me to change the CFL through Vishal Mega Mart.
                      reason is petrol 200
                      half day cost 500
                      total 700

                      This Vishal sucks! I too lodged a complaint after facing a similar situation.

                        I am a regular customer of Vishal Mega Mart and do my purchasing at Khanna Branch (Dist- Ludhiana), Punjab.

                        Each time we purchase some article from Mart at Khanna, the Tellers at the payment machines do not return Rs 1/- or Rs. 2/- and inspite of that they give toffees. In this way they earn atlest Rs. 200/- to Rs. 300/- daily by giving toffees inspite of returing petty cash.



                        On 21-Feb-2010, I have purchased articles worth Rs. 271/- from Khanna Mart and made payment of Rs. 500/-. They teller had to return Rs.229/-. But the teller returned Rs. 225/- and 4 Eclair Toffees inspite of returning Rs.4/-.



                        When I was refused to take Toffees from the teller, he argued with me to accept it or bring loose money.



                        When I asked to meet Store manager, he argued that he himself is manager here.

                        I asked him to show his ID proof, he refused and said we do not have any ID proof here.

                        When i insisted to meet the Branch Manager, he said he is not here.



                        The behaviour of other staff members was also shoking and they were supporting the teller present there.



                        In this competitive world where customer is to be treated good, Vishal Mega Mart is behaving like a dictator and has restored to barter system.



                        In the future i am not going to visit your Showroom again.

                          i have been a regular customer of vishal mega mart..bt recently i got a shock whn my sister was harrased in public.!..my sister was as usual was shopping in the mart .., while going out thro the exit gate , she was stopped by a beep sound .!! .actually she bought a purse frm vishal a few dayz back , but a in the counter didnt took the price tag out after receiving the due amount.so due to that the tag remained in my sister's purse .my sister then was mentally harrased,and was counter questioned.A stupid salesgirl took her to the "trial room".,and checked her several times .the incident took place in the VISHAL MEGA MART,JORHAT.as my sister is not so fluent in assamese she was not able to make her understand .the fukng sales girl started misbehaving with her .i am sorry for the words but those who dont evn know how to treat the customer they should be called ### ..!!! my question is that even after paying the money why should a customer should suffer like this .!!!!.. i am really sorry to say that vishal suckss..!!!.

                          I visit your Mart but at my particular District the behaviour of your employees along with M.D.is
                          rediculous.They are careless towards customers and they handle the Mart in ARBITRARY
                          manner.So I would request you that please take care of Buxar branch so that the customers

                          Greetings!!


                          This is in regard to inform you that I had purchased one
                          sweat shirt on 26th Jan, 2015 from Vishal mega mart outlet based at Uttam
                          Nagar.


                          I approached the concern person Mr. Hemant Pandey to
                          exchange the sweat shirt in "L" size. He took the sweat shirt and
                          asked me to check the size of new exchange sweat shirt in the stock.


                          When I didn't get the size, then I asked the person to give
                          me back my original sweat shirt. He said that credit note has been generated
                          already, so I may not get the sweat shirt on same day itself.


                          Next day, when I went to the store at 9:30 am to pick
                          up my shirt, store was open and floor manager and cashier were available,
                          but again the concern person has refused me to give my shirt back despite of
                          making me wait for 45 min.


                          i am not sorry for the words but those who dont evn know how
                          to treat the customer they should be called ### ..!!! my question is that
                          even after paying the money why should a customer should suffer like this
                          .!!!.. i am really sorry to say that vishal suckss..!!!.


                          This has repeatedly caused mental harassment to me and
                          unnecessary inconvenience.

                            Vishal is doing really poor not in customer services but other areas also..
                            on 1/12/09 i purchased there of Rs1986. when i was standing in the que for paying a customer came and argued with the cashere that he has been charged twice for his purchase, he came to know about this as he received a text msg from his bank about his payment.
                            now when i was paying with my card they took some time (bit longer) , i asked the cashere that "i hope u haven't charge me twice. he staight forward said no."
                            and now after one month i received my bank card statement it shows clearley that they charged me twice for that purchase
                            i don't no wheather they will give me my money back or not....its really very pity on the condition of the retail store in our country...
                            and there staff is really horrible , no customer services at all

                              Sir i purchased a jeans by your showroom which is in jalandhar punjab. and i was told that it is very good branded jeans but before first wash jeans is leaving his colour.. and it is looking very old and cheap so when i went to your showroom they people didn't listen my concern.. So i have to complaint here please sir do needfull....... i purchased this jeans with Rs.698

                                recently in august i bought from vishal mega mart a equity electric kettle after few days it stop working i went to vishal mega mart for repairing they kept the kettle and said to come after few days
                                when i again went to vishal mega mart to get my kettle they told me that it can,t get repaired so i now feel cheated by the vishal mega mart i want justice

                                  Vishal mega mart at ansal plaza, vaishali, ghaziabad has the worst management any store can have. The store manager called Vishal does not know how to behave with the customers. After selling a defected product, when we asked him to provide us with a credit note, so that we could purchse any other product of the same price, he not only argued over the product utility but also dared to abuse and hit my husband in front of all the customers and staff members present at the store. Later instead of saying sorry for what he did, he disappeared from the scene. He is the WORST STORE MANAGER EVER, that VISHAL MEGA MART COLUD HIRE. HE calls himself the highest authority of the brand. A BLOT at the companies reputation, he represents theh management by showing CRUDE AND ILLETERATE BEHAVIOUR towards THE CUSTOMER.

                                    Hi! I have bought a Kodak Digital camera C-140 in 4799/- INR rupees on 10/10/2009, when next Day i had visited the nehru place and other Market i found that which is already available in 4200/- Rupees only with all other bundeled packed like memory card and charger,this is chaeting with the customers.anybody can help me out this, why Vishal People is charging so much charges for the Kodak products,

                                    Vishal Mega Mart — Merchant has debited more amount than purchase amount

                                    I have done shopping of rs 299 but the (Vishal meha mart merchant) has charged me 2999 then he gave void receipt for me and he told me the amount will get credit to my account within 24hrs but still now amount has not been refund to my account.. so plz help me

                                      mr. ajay godake senior staff member of this mart misbehaved my husband. we had to get a few clothes alterd they had been lying with the company for more than three days, but they did nothing. Infact when my husband raised his voice against this mr. ajay started shouting at him and misbehaved. we had been a regular customer of vishal mart, but now we would recommend others too to be prepared for the misbehaviour.

                                        my wife purchased a banglle set from ,mohan coporative store on 2nd oct , whan i see tham , I found that some cristal is missing in it ,immediatiely i went there but i found ( saterday-sunday ) is not for exchange , on 5th oct i show it at exchange counter they give gate pass to me but the person is standing at jewellery counter is refuse to change it ,and also told for coming after some days
                                        my wife wants to wear that bangle on 7th oct because this is our festivale ,but the person behave like a street boy

                                        I leave all the bangle at the counter + bill + gate Pass

                                        Pls do the needful for this matter
