    Vistara have modified it's flight from Raipur to Delhi from evening time to early morning time. I booked the evening flight only because I have to finish up work diring the day. But, now they are not providing me compensation for another ticket or night accomodation.

      Club vistra membership information given at their site is misleading. i've been interacting with their customer support and appellate authority for past 15 days and getting only templatized responses and no acknowledgement of the wrong that they have done. i wish to raise this issue to consumer forum to intervene and stop this practice.

        I am writing to report an unfortunate incident regarding my recent flight with Vistara on UK 879 from DELto HYD on 26th May'2023.

        Upon retrieving my checked baggage at the destination, I noticed that my suitcase, which had a prominently marked "fragile" sticker, had been mishandled, resulting in significant damage to its contents. Unfortunately, one of the fragile items inside the bag, the liquor bottle worth 5K, has been completely broken beyond repair.

        I would like to bring this matter to your attention in order to seek assistance and a resolution. As a loyal customer of Vistara, I have always trusted and relied upon the excellent service provided. However, this incident has left me disappointed and concerned about the handling of delicate baggage.

        I kindly request your immediate attention and appropriate action to rectify this situation. Specifically, I would appreciate:

        1. A thorough investigation into the mishandling of my baggage and the circumstances that led to the damage of the fragile item.
        2. Compensation or reimbursement for the broken item, taking into consideration its value and the inconvenience caused.
        3. Assurance that measures will be implemented to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future, ensuring the safe transport of fragile items.

        To facilitate the resolution process, I have attached a copy of my boarding pass, baggage claim tag, and photographs clearly depicting the damaged item as evidence.

        I trust in Vistara's commitment to customer satisfaction and its willingness to address this matter promptly. I kindly request a response within a week to discuss the steps that will be taken to resolve this issue.

          Good afternoon,

          Mumbai to Varanasi

          Flight number: UK621

          Departure time: 1:20 pm

          Arrival time: 3:40 pm

          Mumbai Airport Gate number 65A.

          I wisht to write this complaint in reference to the complaint I had made to the Vistara Airlines and Mumbai airport on 27th may 2023.

          I submitted the following complaint to the Mumbai Aiport's Vistara airline and Mumbai airport on May 27, 2023, which is as follows:
          This whole incident occurred at 12:45 pm or 12:50 pm at gate number 65A on 27th May 2023.
          I and my parents were traveling from Mumbai to Varanasi today which is May 27, 2023, and the gate number was 65A. Each o[censored]s had our trolley bags which altogether makes it 3 trolley bags. The departure time was 1:30 pm and we began boarding at around 12:45 or 12:50 pm.

          The gate number was 65A and the flight number was UK621. When our turn came to board the flight, there was one female Vistara staff aged 50+ years in a black coat who all of a sudden came and stood at the gate, and started instructing us that "Why did you carry such huge bags? You are not supposed to carry such big bags on air." "You will not board unless I check the weight of your bags." She pulled the bag from my mother's hand and stopped her.

          These are the exact words she used and snatched my mother's trolley bag from her hand. Then, later a male baggage handler came and threatened us that he will not let us board the flight unless our bags are weighed. We told the female Vistara staff and the baggage handler that we have already checked the weights of our bags at home and at the airport before boarding at the check-in counter. At the check-in counter, we told the authority that we wish to carry our bags and that's when she checked the weight of our bags and let us take them. To this, the baggage handler said we are not your slaves, you are the slaves right now so you cannot board the flight unless we tell you to, and unless we check the weight of your bags. You will need to check in the bags and not carry them. He threatened us to not board the flight.

          The female Vistara staff appeared above 50+ years was in a black coat, had a fairer skin tone (do not mean to judge anybody by their color, but I wish to mention this as the employees did not have an identity badge), and had heavy makeup.

          This baggage handler was a Hindi-speaking man, with big eyes, a bald head on the front, 5 feet one inch, and a bit stout (I do not mean to judge anybody by their color, but I wish to mention this as the employees did not have an identity badge). The baggage handler said that you people who board the flight are our slaves and you need to do as we say. You will not board the flight until I bring the weighing scale and check your

          I answered back at him that we have checked the weight of our bags and said that we cannot threaten to not board the flight. I also asked him to behave himself but he did not stop and the female Vistara attendant kept supporting him and did not stop him.

          We have come to Varanasi for just one day and why would we carry many things with us? Nobody would want to pick up heavy bags and place them above the seats on the flight. People don't carry the entire household with them everywhere they go via a flight that is just 2 hours away from a certain destination. Our bags were of the accurate size and we always carry these bags while traveling through Indigo, SpiceJet, and other airlines, but no airline staff has ever told us to weigh the bags during boarding at the gate and threatened us to not board the flight unlike in Vistara.

          Today morning on 28th May, 2023, a Vistara staff member called my father. He handed the phone to me and the Vistara staff told me that the airport authority of Mumbai airport addressed my complaint to Vistara ground staff appointed at gate 65A on 27th May 2023 and the deputy manager of Vistara airlines. Instead of telling the truth, the baggage handler and the female Vistara staff at gate no. 65 at Mumbai airport accused me of abusing them. I asked her do you have proof of the abuses and told me what abuses did I use? She said the ground staff did not give them the proof. I told her to pass on my message to the ground staff of vistara at gate 65 which was appointed there on 27th May, 2023, that I will reach the higher authority of Vistara Airlines and complain about the incident as well as the baggage handler and the Vistara female staff. I had to argue with the baggage handler and the Vistara female staff because they threatened us that they will not let us board the flight unless they weigh our bags. If it was somebody else was in my place even they would have argued with them because we pay for our flights and not letting us board is a crime on behalf of the airline ground staff. But in the process of argument, I could not abuse because my parents were with me and I cannot abuse them in front of them as it is unethical. Rather, the ground staff called us a slave and told us that we have to listen to what we said.

          A baggage handler had no job at the gate. His job is to only handle the baggage of the passengers yet he was at the gate and threatened us to not board the flight unless he brings the weighing scale.

          My mother was carrying her small purse as well as one handbag which only had food and one trolley bag which is of the size that always fits in the compartment above the seat. She cannot check in the handbag which had food and yet was forced to stop and not board the flight until her bags are weighed. I was carrying one trolley bag that also fits in the compartment above the seat, and my father was carrying one trolley bag only. We always carry these many bags only when we travel by indigo and SpiceJet, but nobody told us to check in the trolley bag, purse, and handbag which has food. Telling to check in trolley bags is ok, but commenting on the size, and forcing others to check the weight of all bags at the gate is wrong. They are not supposed to do that at the gate, because it was already done at the check-in counter and we were allowed to carry our bags with us because it was under the permissible weight and that food cannot be checked-in.

          It is unfair to accuse passengers of abuse without proof. When I asked the female staff today on the phone call, she said they do not have proof of you abusing them. Then on what basis can the deputy manager not take action against the ground staff and accuse me of abusing them?
          If I had to abuse somebody, I would have done that many times in the past as I am a frequent traveler. But, I never felt the need to complain about any ground staff at Mumbai airport because they are all good and kind to us. This is the first time I got this experience with the ground staff at Vistara gate no. 65. My parents have traveled via Vistara twice before, but they never met such ground staff and baggage handlers. The Mumbai airport was sent this complaint from me, but adequate strict actions have not been taken against the behavior and comments, and allegations of the male baggage handler and female Vistara staff at gate 65A Mumbai airport on May 27, 2023.

          I humbly request you to look into the matter and take strict action against the baggage handler and the female Vistara staff at gate no 65, Mumbai Airport, on May 27th, 2023 t 12:45-12:50 pm.

            We missed our vistara flight from B'lore to Hyderabad on April 29, 2023 due to road traffic jam on Mr. Narender modi visit in Bangalore. We were on jam packed road for almost 4-5 hours and reached airport around 15 min late.

            Vistara didn't provide us any next available flight as it was also fully booked... IN this case being regular customer we are asking for refund, waiver.

              Hi Team,

              This is regarding booking reference number WPQBZV.

              Was speaking to Chitra Singh ( a customer care executive ), who kept me waiting on the call for more than an hour without any resolution despite of the resolution promised to me on the earlier call by another customer executives ( Ashish who had resolved the query a day before and mentioned that the ticket in the next two hours the day before ) since there was an error made by the customer care executive of Vistara and that the tickets will be issued in the next two hours ( please go through the call recordings as evidence ). It is very shameful of the kind of service provided by Vistara customer care. Going back on your words is a very shameful act and I have lost trust in Vistara. Please look into this matter and provide me with a resolution at the earliest. Further, if this is the level of service which Vistara has stooped down to then I do not mind exposing this on social media and also further escalating this to the senior most management of Vistara and Tatas.

                Hi Team Vistara,
                This is really upsetting that my baggage was not loaded by you in the flight I was travelling. I flew yesterday (03 May 2023) from DEL to BOM on flight number UK927. My PNR is 6HX4RQ. My flight timing was 9:30 AM and I submitted my luggage at 7:30 AM (text attached).
                I landed in Mumbai somewhere around 12 PM and received a message that my luggage was not loaded due to unavoidable circumstances and I was instructed to connect with the Vistara Staff. I contacted the staff but they were unsure why it wasn't loaded. I raised a complaint (ref # BOMUK13291, copy attached) and they mentioned it will be delivered to me by the evening and shared a number with me ([protected]). 
                First of all, no one called me and updated me about my baggage, which was not loaded by you. When I called, so they answered a few times and mentioned they are checking with Delhi team and after that they stopped answering to my calls. See, the number of calls made by me (screenshot attached) and now they have blocked my number. 
                I am here on a business trip. My clothes and important document files are there in the check-in luggage. Since it is not there I will not be able to present these documents without any fresh clean clothes.

                  Dear Air Vistara Customer Service Team,

                  I am writing to express my disappointment with the way my baggage was handled during my recent flight with your airline. On my flight from Mumbai to Kolkata on April 28, 2023, my baggage was mishandled, resulting in complete damage to my bag.

                  I would like to bring to your attention that my luggage was handed over to me in an extremely damaged state and broken beyond repair. I was shocked to see the state of my bag and it was extremely distressing to go through such a situation.

                  I reported the issue to your customer service team at the airport, and I was offered a compensation of Rs. 5, 000 for the damage caused to my belongings. While I appreciate your efforts to compensate for the damage caused, I would like to bring to your attention that the compensation amount of Rs. 5, 000 is not sufficient to cover the loss incurred.

                  I would like to request you to review my case and reconsider the compensation amount. I hope you can understand my situation and take the necessary steps to address my concern.

                  I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

                    Im the Vistara club member[protected] and received one welcome voucher of premium economy flight ticket and redeemed that voucher against KZ7SLJ and the traveler name is Muhammed Hijas.

                    Normally when we travelling any transport (bus, train, flight) there is an insurance default added or we can add by ourself against the ticket.

                    Here I'm not able to add any travel insurance against my PNR KZ7SLJ.

                    So i want the compensation for the above issue.

                    Kindly sortout the problem.

                      Dear Concern,

                      I am (Sanjeev Kanda), the frequent flyer of VISTARA holding SILVER membership UK UK[protected] & my wife, Mrs. Renu Kanda holding frequent flyer No. UK[protected]/BASE, have booked 2 Tickets of Business Class, for travelling from Delhi to Chennai on dated 12.04.2023.
                      Airlines & ticket details: UK[protected]/SILV-UK839/ET No.[protected]Sanjeev Kanda) & UK[protected]/BASE-UK839 / ET No.[protected].

                      But it was the worst experience, we just faced direct humiliating & insulting situation at the time of food choice, when the flight attendants, Ms. Pragati and Ms. Sharuti, told us that business class food had been finished & they could provide us only economy & premium economy class foods which were left with them. How is it possible..? Because only 8 passengers were there in the Business Class.

                      It's unbelievable, I never expected this kind of behavior from such a reputed airline. What an explanation to this, who is responsible for this situation, why finished even though having only 8 passengers.

                      We have paid for the Business Class facilities/ amenities/ convenience and the food is included, it is not free or complimentary given by the airlines, then how & why the food got finished.

                      What is the explanation for this ...? Why not take any action against the Airline...?

                        I booked and travelled on Vistara flight from Delhi to Ranchi and back to Delhi from 17 to 20 March 2023.

                        I tried adding my FF number during the web check in but it did not get registered. Then on 21 March I wrote to Vistara about the retro claim. I have not received any reply. I called customer care and was asked to claim retro points through the website. There it says that reto claim can be done only within 7 days of travel so now these tickets are not valid. But, this is not my fault. Vistara customer care did not respond. Even the customer care over the phone did not help.

                        I want my retro claim.

                          I am traveling daily on this route but on this month due to Route change i am not able to travel i am boarded at Avantikaxrigh currently bus are depature sultanpuri terminal but on the month of December bus departure at Rethala Metro to IGi airport please change the route again me and 20 passenger are suffer due to changes and 02 things no bus available at time 15:30to 16:30 please arrange the AC buses on this time and 05:45Amto 07:00Am hope you solve my problem soon

                            Perhaps we in the US are spoiled, but when an airline changes my flight number and scheduled arrival time by more than 2 hours, it would normally be within reason to expect a refund. No such luck apparently with Vistara. Flat out refusal from them. This is the second time that an Indian Airline has done this except that the first one (Indigo) didn't refuse the refund. Never again for Vistara nor "My Trip.com"

                              I tried to purchase a ticket from the Vistara website with the transaction dated 22 Jan 2023 which got failed due to a gateway issue.
                              Air Vistara was informed of the same on 22 Jan 2023. A service request was created by the customer care team on the same date but till today, 19 Mar 2023, I have not received the amount that got deducted from my account.

                                I have a booking transaction dated 22 Jan 2023 that got failed due to a gateway issue. Air Vistara was informed of the same on 22 Jan 2023. A service request was created by the customer care team on the same date but till today, 19 Mar 2023, I have not received the amount that got deducted from my account.

                                I have called their customer care team more than 10 times, and each time they mention that the amount will be credited in 5 working days but to date, I have not received any refund.

                                  I submitted so many complaints against my missing baggage and called VISTARA customer service million times but never received any compensation. It’s about more than a year now and I haven’t received my luggage yet. They are not even replying my emails. I received an email for bank details for compensation about 10months ago. And I am still waiting. This is so garbage customer service.

                                    This is to notify that my luggage was manhandled & damaged during my travel with Vistara on 2nd March 2023. I had filed a complaint with Vistara Delhi ground staff and they had shared a damage report with me.

                                    However, it is over 9 days and no resolution is in place. Please find attached the details along with the photographs of my torn luggage. My luggage needs to be replaced.

                                    The Vistara staff aligned for repair is not showing up and misbehaving on call. It is highly unexpected from an airline like Vistara. My case needs to be picked up on priority basis. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and replace my luggage.

                                      I am the frequent flyer of VISTARA holding SILVER membership UK[protected]. I had my award tickets booked for my families under the PNR number PCWAAV & PDBX3D for 3 X pax. In order to reduce the number of handbags we limited our stuff into 2 X handbags weighing 19 kgs.
                                      Due to full flights, the counter staff insisted us to send our handbags in the check in. He weigh it as 19 kgs and ask us to pay 5 kgs extra above 14 kgs of 2 x handbags. We requested him that the bags allowance for 3Xpax is 21 Kgs in total and we have only 2 hand bags which weighs 19 Kgs only. However, he was not listening to us and literally fighting with my wife and daughter (student) and threatened make it either 3 pieces or pay for 5 extra kilos, if not he will offload them from the flight.
                                      Paid for all 7 Kgs extras.

                                      As a loyal customer of VISTARA, I felt so insulted and pity on the customer relationship training of VISTARA. I have always been advocating VISTARA to my family and friends and recommended in the loyalty programed.
                                      Now I feel VISTARA is flying excessively higher than our expectation.

                                      Customer care and relationship training is highly suggested for the staff like Mr. Surijit Singh of IXB airport.

                                      Now I am thinking to cancel my next flights.

                                        Address: T3 Terminal Delhi Airport ticketing counter

                                        I had bought the tickets from the Vistara counter at T3 on 26th of Jan '23.
                                        The fare charged was INR 7935 (Credit Card Slip) and the receipt I received was for INR 7585. (attached)

                                        There is a difference of INR 350 which I am unable to match with the CC Charges.

                                        As of now, my client has refused to make the entire payment due to this discrepancy. It is affecting my business but Vistara doesn't care.

                                        Have tried calling the customer care number on the ticket received but it keeps getting disconnected after listening to their hold music. Their number given by Delhi Airport CC is switched off.
                                        Vistara customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
