Travel Insurance not able to add against my PNR

Address:Neelancheri Kandiyil house

Im the Vistara club member[protected] and received one welcome voucher of premium economy flight ticket and redeemed that voucher against KZ7SLJ and the traveler name is Muhammed Hijas.

Normally when we travelling any transport (bus, train, flight) there is an insurance default added or we can add by ourself against the ticket.

Here I'm not able to add any travel insurance against my PNR KZ7SLJ.

Retro Claim

Airport/06 Towards sultanpuri terminal

Dear sir

I am traveling daily on this route but on this month due to Route change i am not able to travel i am boarded at Avantikaxrigh currently bus are depature sultanpuri terminal but on the month of December bus departure at Rethala Metro to IGi airport please change the route again me and 20 passenger are suffer due to changes and 02 things no bus available at time 15:30to 16:30 please arrange the AC buses on this time...

Refund

Perhaps we in the US are spoiled, but when an airline changes my flight number and scheduled arrival time by more than 2 hours, it would normally be within reason to expect a refund. No such luck apparently with Vistara. Flat out refusal from them. This is the second time that an Indian Airline has done this except that the first one (Indigo) didn't refuse the refund. Never again for Vistara nor "My Trip.com"...

Refund Amount - Money deducted but no PNR generated

I tried to purchase a ticket from the Vistara website with the transaction dated 22 Jan 2023 which got failed due to a gateway issue.
Air Vistara was informed of the same on 22 Jan 2023. A service request was created by the customer care team on the same date but till today, 19 Mar 2023, I have not received the amount that got deducted from my account....

Payment not received

I submitted so many complaints against my missing baggage and called VISTARA customer service million times but never received any compensation. It’s about more than a year now and I haven’t received my luggage yet. They are not even replying my emails. I received an email for bank details for compensation about 10months ago. And I am still waiting. This is so garbage customer service....

Damaged luggage

Hi,

This is to notify that my luggage was manhandled & damaged during my travel with Vistara on 2nd March 2023. I had filed a complaint with Vistara Delhi ground staff and they had shared a damage report with me.

However, it is over 9 days and no resolution is in place. Please find attached the details along with the photographs of my torn luggage. My luggage needs to be replaced.

Miss behavior of Mr. Surijit Singh at IXB airport.

I am the frequent flyer of VISTARA holding SILVER membership UK[protected]. I had my award tickets booked for my families under the PNR number PCWAAV & PDBX3D for 3 X pax. In order to reduce the number of handbags we limited our stuff into 2 X handbags weighing 19 kgs.
Due to full flights, the counter staff insisted us to send our handbags in the check in. He weigh it as 19 kgs and ask us to pay 5 kgs extra above 14 kgs of 2 x handbags....

Fare mismatch with Credit card receipt

Address:T3 Terminal Delhi Airport ticketing counter

I had bought the tickets from the Vistara counter at T3 on 26th of Jan '23.
The fare charged was INR 7935 (Credit Card Slip) and the receipt I received was for INR 7585. (attached)

There is a difference of INR 350 which I am unable to match with the CC Charges.

As of now, my client has refused to make the entire payment due to this discrepancy. It is affecting my business but Vistara doesn't care. br...

Money deducted but no refund back

I tried to purchase a ticket from vistara website. Unfortunately 77k money got deducted but no ticket is reserved. Then I wrote a mail to them for refund. Initially they did not reply for 5 days and on 8th Feb they said apologies for delayed response. They said in 7-10 working days money will be refunded . Today is 21 Feb. No mail, no money. I am seriously thinking of filing a serious case on them for such negligence. Amount was huge 77k.br...

Misbehaviour of officer mr mohammed karara haidry

It was very bad experiance travelling with vistara.officer incharge at the time of luggage’s boarding was fighting with every passanges. He was not giving any preference to old age people and special child also.He was very rude with all the passengers.

Lost baggage

UA1 (SFO — SIN) on Dec 17 and then UK116 (SIN — DEL) on Dec 19.
4 bags were checked at SFO all the way to Delhi. All the 4 bags were delayed. Created a lost baggage claim with Vistara: DELUK14852. Vistara gave only 5000 Indian rupees for delay. Vistara delivered 3 bags on 21st December. One bag with tag number[protected] got lost. After 25 days, Vistara is giving 400 USD (20 USD/kg for 20 kg). Provided full list of items inside...

Lost One Plus 7 Pro

We had our Vistara flight from Abu Dubai to Bangalore on 27th at 00.15 (Lay over in Mumbai )
But during boarding the flight in Abu Dubai, someone has picked my phone in the queue and I realized after seating. we tried searching in Airport and inside flight too but no Luck.

I did informed the security but they said if they find the find they will send in next flight to Mumbai later no response from Vistara.

Harassment faced by a 78 yr old female

PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VISTARA.
I had booked a flight from mumbai to Delhi, 22nd jan 2023- UK 952. For my mother- mrs Prem Sethi.- 78 years old.

Broken baggage compensation

I recently travelled on UK255 on 31st dec and received one broken bag .
The bag is hardshell which makes it unrepairable and of VIP brand .
I filed a complaint but the agent is giving only 100aed compensation while the bag cost around 500 aed.

Flight refund!!!

I booked two standby tickets which were unused and cancelled before hand only, it’s been about 4-5months now and I haven’t gotten a refund yet.
Please look into the following details. I have talked to the customer care multiple times and am completely fed up.
In case this doesn’t get resolved, I would unfortunately have to file a case against this mishap and non support.
