We had our Vistara flight from Abu Dubai to Bangalore on 27th at 00.15 (Lay over in Mumbai )
But during boarding the flight in Abu Dubai, someone has picked my phone in the queue and I realized after seating. we tried searching in Airport and inside flight too but no Luck.

I did informed the security but they said if they find the find they will send in next flight to Mumbai later no response from Vistara.

they asked to raise complaint in Mumbai but after reaching Mumbai they didn't accept my compliant, instead they asked you need to logged the complaint in Adu Dubai. (How do we go back to Adu Dubai now?)

They are not supportive and non responsive.
I lost my phone and they didn't even accept my request to raise compliant.
Worst experience during layoff.

    PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VISTARA.
    I had booked a flight from mumbai to Delhi, 22nd jan 2023- UK 952. For my mother- mrs Prem Sethi.- 78 years old.
    We had booked in a request for wheelchair assistance for her as she has severe osteoporosis and has undergobe several operations, including spine surgery. I had got a confirmation mail regarding the same. But, to my utter surprise and disappointment, the vistara people at the airpirt were of ZERO HELP/ ASSISTANCE.
    We were stranded at the airport, waiting for the wheelchair, for almost 45 mins. That too after contacting the service booth at gate no 2 and gate no 1.
    Finally, with no choice left, she had to walk jnside and even push her bag trolley on her own.
    it was such a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
    After checkin, she was given the assistance after waiting for an hour.
    Then, to top the harassment, the assistant ( who was pushing 2 elderly people together), just left her stranded in the wheelchair in front of some other gate only. She realised it when it was way past her boarding time. HOW PATHETIC IS THAT!!!

    WHY IS VISTARA PROMISING SUCH BENEFITS TO SENIOR CITIZENS WHEN THEY DONOT INTEND TO ABIDE BY THEM????????

    VISTARA NEEDS TO BE DRAGGED TO CONSUMER COURT.
    I WILL DEFINITELY NOT LET THIS PASS BY AS THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE.

    YOU can pull out all CCTV images from the airport and check.

      I recently travelled on UK255 on 31st dec and received one broken bag .
      The bag is hardshell which makes it unrepairable and of VIP brand .
      I filed a complaint but the agent is giving only 100aed compensation while the bag cost around 500 aed.

      Please look into the matter

        I booked two standby tickets which were unused and cancelled before hand only, it’s been about 4-5months now and I haven’t gotten a refund yet.
        Please look into the following details. I have talked to the customer care multiple times and am completely fed up.
        In case this doesn’t get resolved, I would unfortunately have to file a case against this mishap and non support.

        I have been mentally worried and cause a lot of inconvenience. This amount matters to my life a lot and it has been such a bad customer experience for me

          Dear VISTARA,

          I had done my last call on 29th Nov and I am getting response of that you will get call back for solution of your beg damage is 24 HOURS but still I am not receiving any calls from your side and it will continue since my first complain call.

          Know on should reply me till now from your VISTARA. This type of services are you given to your customer ? That’s why you have a email id of [protected]@airvistara.com

          This is called pathetic service to given from you to your customer care.

          I had called on this number of [protected] of minimum 4 to 5 times but no one would give proper answer.

          I had given you all the proof of my damage beg with the sent you all the photograph and still you have not curtesy of answer my query and not resolve your complain which I had shared with you.

          This is pathetic services from your customer relation manager side.

          I HAD ALREADY SHARED MY FLIGHT NUMBER, PNR NUMBER, MY BOARDING PASS OF FLIGHT with your customer relation email ID.

          Photos of my damage beg is not getting attached because of size i had already shared all the pictures of my beg damage to your email id of [protected]@airvistara.com please check.

          Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

            Address: TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. Intellion Edge, Tower A, 9th and 10th Floor,South Peripheral Road, Sector – 72, Gurugram, Haryana - 122101

            My checked in baggage was returned in a broken condition on 11th Oct 2022 during my journey from Chennai to Mumbai on flight UK822.

            Date of Incident: 11-Oct-2022
            Reference: UKBOM11635
            PNR: JFOYRM
            Solution requested: Cost of a new bag approx. Rs. 5000

            Sequence of events as below.

            1. On 11th Oct 2022, informed at the Mumbai airport baggage counter on arrival and they registered the complaint and shared the damage report under reference UKBOM11635.

            2. I was informed that I will receive a call to pick the bag on 15th Oct 2022 from Chennai office and they will repair or replace it in 7 days.

            3. Since I didn't receive any calls on 15th Oct. I contacted the Mumbai office on 19th Oct and 21st Oct. They responded the case was closed on their side and Chennai office will do the needful and for assistance I have to call customer relations.

            4. On 19th Oct I send an email to customer relations with all details including the damage report, as they informed over the call.

            5. I couldn't get any information for my emails and calls after that, finally I tried to escalate the matter to nodal officer and appellate authority via email id provided in the Vistara website.

            6. Since I could not receive any response, I raised the complaint in AirSeva on 7th Nov 22 with reference SM214372 and I got an incorrect response from Ms. Pooja Paul that bag is under repair and will be delivered. But the bag was never collected for repair, and it is still with me.

            7. I further tried to escalate via their Twitter helpline and another email shared by customer relations but other than saying I will get a response from Chennai airport team there is no credible effort or action was taken from Vistara end.

            I request your help to get a new bag which would cost approximately Rs. 5000 considering the unexplained delays, so that I could buy a new one instead of waiting indefinitely.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I booked one way ticket from Ranchi to Delhi on flight UK752 for two passengers - ARUP KUMAR BISWAS and SONALI SEN BISWAS. The online booking was done on 10/10/2022 but the flight was cancelled on 27/10/2022 and instead of the morning flight, we were pushed to an evening flight which was not convenient for us as per our travel plan.

              I cancelled the booking on the same day (27/10/2022). But so far I have not received any refund for the cancelled flight.

              My booking reference number is Q5B9D4 and my case number is 14424874.

              Could you process this refund to my bank account? I used net banking for this reservation.

                Bag Tag No. 0 228 UK 248913 dt. 3.11.2022

                Flight No. UK-271 Departure 11.30 a.m. on 3.11.22 from BOM

                Brief particulars:

                I handed over my bag to Vistara Airlines on 3.11.2022 around 7.35 a.m at their ticket counter.

                After I boarded aircraft, Airvistara staff ( Mr. Phalgun and Mr. Dylyn) came in aircraft at 11.25 a.m. and informed me that some objectionable electronic item(power bank) is found in my bag. - this Power Bank was kept in Manual Diary and was detachable from the Diary.

                Since bag contained objectionable item, my bag can not be loaded in the aircraft.

                However, they suggested that their staff can take out objectionable item from the bag and the bag will be sent by the next flight( as present flight can not be delayed to pull out the item from the bag). Accordingly, I had authorized Airvistara staff to open the Bag and remove the Power Bank .

                When I received my Bag ( thanks for the same) next day on 4.11.2022 at Male Airport – I found Power Bank and Manual Diary were missing. It seems inadvertently they did not detach power bank from the Manual diary and removed Powerbank + Manual Diary from the Bag. Even my daughter hemal bhavsar from her email id -( bhavsar.[protected]@yahoo.co.in)emailed to you immediately on 5.11.2022 which remained un responded till date. ( almost 7 days passed)

                While I contacted Lost and Found Property Department they told me to contact respective Airlines - Airvistara - since it is checked in baggage.

                I would therefore request you to look in to it and return the Manual Diary which is non-electronic item.

                  On Nov 6th I purchased two one way tickets for me and my partner via Vistara Airlines website. Although I entered in both of our names:
                  Colleen Dray and Nicholas Douhovnikoff, both tickets came back in my name. The reservation number is PNRMK29JN. I was unable to correct this issue on my own, so I sent two requests via email to [protected]@airvistara.com and another one via their website (as I was instructed to do via their US office) on Monday, 11/8. They told me that it would be three to five days for a response and I have yet to hear from anyone. Their phone number is supposed to work on WHATSAPP, but it is not registered, so the only way to call them is to place a very expensive international phone call to India. I simply asking that someone from their company contact me via email, so we can resolve this problem asap. I have traveled the world with a variety of airlines, and have never had an issue like this.

                      In mubai airport vistara web check in problem because server down. So vistara flight closed and i could not taked boarding pass. I could not travel in vistara UK-843.                         On 23 July 2022, I booked a "flexible" Vistara flight ticket for Delhi to Kochi for 12 August 2022 by paying extra amount for a full refund ticket. I cancelled my ticket on 7 August 2022, expecting a full refund of the amount. However, as of 27 October 2022 the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. The Airlines has not provided a satisfactory tracking number using which the transaction can be tracked by the bank. Even after 3 months of follow up the Airlines has only provided a vague notepad file as proof of refund, which is not a valid invoice.

                          MMT does not want to entertain any wheel chair passengers or senior citizens as they do not have any services for them
                          Air Vistara is least bothered about serving a Senior Citizen or a Wheel Chair Passenger and makes sure to avoid them in all possible ways
                          Air Vistara does not have any “POLICY” for Senior Citizens of Wheel Chair Passengers
                          Air Vistara is only for the younger people who are completely physically fit
                          Air Vistara cheats passengers by charging them for seats and then removing it without informing them
                          Air Vistara cancels a seat allotted to a passenger at the time of booking and removes it as per their own decision or choice
                          Air Vistara sells the seat to another passenger for premium, selling the same seat to 2 people and charging them too. In other words double selling
                          Air Vistara does not even talk about refunding the money charged for the seat
                          Air Vistara calls the Wheel Chair assistance as a FREE OF CHARGE service, but charges it in another way
                          Air Vistara claiming to be such a big airlines does not have anything like Customer Service in place at all
                          Air Vistara’s purpose of keeping a customer on hold for 30 minutes is to ensure that the customer gets frustated, tired and disconnects the line and does not call up again
                          Air Vistara does not have any system where the history is maintained of a PNR, so one has to call up and repeat the whole story again and again, more like a in-house play or strategy
                          Air Vistara does not have any call back policy to address a customer concern in their own committed time frame
                          Air Vistara does not have any hierarchy in place where a customer can request to talk to a Senior person
                          Air Vistara expects all passengers to go through their entire websites, terms and conditions and all the finer prints on the website before booking or making a journey
                          Air Vistara wants to upsell their business class in this way because they surely send mails to upgrade
                          Air Vistara and MMT both believe in only one thing - MONEY and how to cheat a customer
                          If anybody is flying Air Vistara or booking tickets on MMT, please always expect the most uncomfortable experience and least assistance from them (exception for Mr. Sumit Pandey who was still the most helpful)
                          Air Vistara has no value of time of the customer and it seems that the customer is one of the paid employee of Air Vistara
                          If you book a ticket on MMT and flying on Air Vistara, then you surely are in a no-mans land as both will not take any onus and do nothing about it except for blaming each other

                            Worst airline experience. For the first time I took air costars from london to Delhi. Lost my luggage. No update since then. I even tried contacting them a lot. No one is giving any solid response. I’m tired of continuously contacting them. I have lost all my items. I even placed a complaint on twitter and even there they just asked me my details and left with no update.

                              I have been requesting and following up with vistara team and requesting them to consider my request to reschedule an on hold ticket booked in April 2022. I couldnot fly as per date because my doctor strictly told me not to due to medical reasons.

                              I sent an email as well but no response.

                              I completely understand the process but still requested to make an exception request to please check and consult once again with management.

                              It is a huge amount for us and only due to my medical unfitness, I could not go to my in laws and start my married life.

                              I am 41 and got married on 20 Feb 2022. From then I have been waiting to go to my husband and start this new chapter of life.

                              Only on humanity ground, I humbly with hands folded requested Vistara team to kindly make an exception approval in my case

                              I really need your help and awaiting a positive response from you please..

                              During this whole period after my marriage, I was alone here while my husband went back to london due to his work and old mother to take of.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I had booked a ticket 2.5 years back, as due to the pandemic, all flights and travel were abandoned by the government.
                                  Almost 2.5 years have passed since this incident, and still, I have not received any refund for my ticket. I have called customer care many times and raised the query still no response.

                                  Please refund my flight ticket along with the interest amount for 2.5 years.

                                  Please resolve my issue as soon as possible, or I have to take the help of the consumer court.

                                    I would like to raise a complaint against Vistara mishandling and damaged luggage during my last travel.

                                    I travelled on 22 August from Delhi to Bangalore, I checked in with one cabin bag and when I landed in Bangalore airport, one of the wheel of my bag was damaged but I didn't notice at the moment and left the airport without raising any complaint.

                                    I travelled again by Vistara on 27th August from Bangalore to Delhi, and during my check in, I mentioned the incident to the Vistara check in desk crew. Somehow I covered damaged wheel with duck tape so I can travel back home with sound luggage. She added a damaged sticker due to one wheel was covered in tape and I requested her to handle my luggage very carefully.

                                    However, when I received my luggage on Delhi airport. I received my luggage in worst condition as another back wheel of my bag was missing and the zip was broken, and the plastic of bag was teared apart. Also some of my stuff was broken.
                                    I am requesting a necessary action and refund for damaging my luggage.
                                    I have been sending numerous emails, but Vistara customer service didn't take necessary action. moreover, I am only receiving automated response and seems like they dont want to resolve the issue. I have provided all the pictures to them through email but they are not ready to accept their mistake.

                                      Baggage Damaged during my travel

                                      Date of Incident: 10-Sept-2022 I choose a flight from Del to BBI using Vistara airlines. My booking reference number is LFLMJF.

                                      When I received my baggage in Bhubaneswar I raised the concern to the Vistra customer service personnel, Please find attached the complaint receipt too. The filed complaint reference number is BBIUK10088.

                                      In my baggage, the security lock is broken along with that my zip chain is also...

                                      I have gone through so much trouble since yesterday because of you guys, my amount of 41797 INR is deducted by air Vistara - via hdfc netbanking. The booking ID provided yesterday on calling customer care was QNPD89 . They told me I will receive a ticket in 1 hour and its been 18 hours, now i contacted them again and they said unfortunately it got cancelled as they didn't received the payment, when i gave transaction ID they said they received the payment, but it was late as some trouble happened, so we cancelled it and we will refund in 24-48 hours. Also I checked with bank they said payment was successful via same payment gateway at air vistara site.
                                      Please let me know when you will refund my payment, you have money still you can't book my ticket. Give my money back and also i want ticket with same payment.
                                      WHY YOUR EXECUTIVES ARE LYING IF YOU CAN'T BOOK TICKET. AND THIS IS HAPPENING I AM EVEN A CLUB MEMBER.
