I had travelled from Raipur to Delhi on 28/11/2021 with 3 checked in luggage bags. On arrival at New Delhi airport, I had received on 2 bags on the belt. Third one was missing for which i had file PIR at the Vistara luggage helpdesk but I have got no response even after 13 days and multiple reminders by mails and calls. I have been highly traumatised by my loss and the careless sloppy service provided by Air Vistara. The lady at the helpdesk had promised a compensation within 24hrs but it proved to be a prank! I want my bag back!!

      Got an invitation for interview of Cabin crew for Vistara.

      But when travelled all the way to Delhi, I was told I am over qualified for the job.
      If that was the case, vistara shouldn’t have sent the invitation in the first place.

      It was complete waste of money and time.
      It was very misleading.

      The attached image is not a valid invitation or the interview for a position from the employer.
      Each air carrier has its registered address and business address.

      The reputed employer, like an air carrier, invites a candidate for the interview by notification of
      - the full name of the employer,
      - the name of the officer,
      - the contact number,
      - the name of the position, which the candidate had applied for previously.

      If such minimum particulars are absent in the notification, the recipient of the text message must conclude (the image) that he/she, likely, became the victim of fraud.

      Fraud is an attempt o[censored]nidentified group of persons to assure the victim to pay sums from 2000 till 20000 rupees to the account, which look similar to the account of the air carrier, but not a valid account of the air carrier. After the failure of the notified meeting, the victim is expected to make a call to a fraud maker.
      If you have not make such call, you are well done.
      If you have not paid for indefinite service to the scammer, you are well done.

          Hi,
          I was travelling back from Delhi to Bhubaneswar on 29th Nov2020. Flight# UK781. It was scheduled by 5:50 pm. but it got delayed almost 2 hr. Boarding started late and flight was there in Runway till 8 pm. I believe it was okay being delayed with a valid reason. But ultimately the passengers get suffered. In the mean time, i was starving and asked a crew member for some food at least a biscuit or cookie. the crew member just gave me a bottle of water and said will check and get back. But even after that she never attended me for my request. This was really pathetic behavior, attitude or is an instruction from Vistara airline management not to help the customer. I believe, I did not ask anything beyond the service. If the Flight got delayed, who will be compensated?? I really have a bad experience this time. I was in an impression having good service and hospitality by Vistara. Probably, that is wrong concept. I definitely not encourage others to avail such option.

          There are no valid rules in case of delays or cancellation of the domestic flight in India.

          The rules of the DGCA of ministry of civil aviation prescribe the air carrier to provide the passenger with sufficient quantity of drinks and snacks, if the air carrier delays its flight for more than 2 hours, less than 4 hours.

          Scheduled departure is the time, when the aircraft starts taxing from the tarmac or from the station of the airfield.

            I was with my wife and child and put in the Special Queue of Air Vistara check in. The queue is reserved for people with infants and old folks. However, Air Vistara was least bothered about keeping the sanctity of the queue intact, anyone was joining the queue and sone were even clogging it by getting their complaints resolved. The Vistara ground staff was least bothered about guiding this traffic to appropriate channel. In fact one of the Vistara lady was hawking their membership program shamelessly without doing an iota to help the passengers. I complained about this but nothing got done. Eventually when I reached the window - I complained to a guy called Mohamed Shahrukh. This uncouth discourteous goin shouted back at me to the effect my child got scared and thought I was getting arrested. The other Air Vistara goons stood by like this was a normal and correct behavior.Not one person tried to correct this Air Vistara thug. I complained to the manager of this Mohamed Shahrukh but she was least bothered. All around a pathetic experience with Vistara and I have ensured that they are banned in my household and we do not book with them ever again.

              Rude staff, due to rush in line I was five minutes late to reach on check in baggage. They said u can't board the flight, I request very rude staff

                  Hi,

                  I'am ex cabin crew of spicejet and this is to bring to ur notice that someone claimed to be Deepa Chadha from vistara n took 9k from me for joining kindly note the contact no n lodge complaint and investigate as well cause this may put the reputation o[censored]r airline down if this person continues to do the same with others as well..there are 2 contact no..one is deepa chadha and other is abhishek gautam who claims to be best friend of deepa. Below attached are the people who contacted me.

                    I had a very bad experience travelling to udaipur with my family( PNR 56EZ2S). We had to virtually run with my elderly mother and young son. No help from the ground staff, we were left to fend for ourselves. I had to run a good half a km from arrival to gate 60 for the connecting flight. When I reached the gate and asked for help for my family who had been trailing me, Mr SUMIT BHARADWAJ ( ground service) very rudely told me that's not the job of the ground service, I should ask GMR( the airport operator).

                    I am disgusted with this level of service to customers who pay extra for better service.

                    I would absolutely NEVER ever fly with thieves like this.

                    Mr. Bharadwaj should be taught some manners and empathy, maybe that's that's part of his job too.

                    PNR 56EZ2S does not make any sense, until full relevant conditions of the services are visible precisely.

                    The additional assistance, if such required and offered by the air carrier, can be ordered by a passenger at least 24 hours prior to the departure of the first flight.

                    The lonely fact, that, the possible passenger accomplished with the family members, ran about 500 meters, does not disclose the violation of the air carrier or anyone else in providing of the air transportation.

                      I was selected for job in vistara .it was a fraud work. I even tried to get help from the vistara airlines but they didn't . It is around 3 lakh . I cancelled my profile and was said that i would get my amount refund . But still haven't received my amount and also the people are not lifting my call.i hope for a help from you .

                              Dear sir
                              It’s very painful to experience the irrational Behavior of vistara staff at T3 terminal at boarding counter. My daughter when arrived there for boarding pass was shocked to learn that she is not allowed to board because of want of RTPCR report. She had no clue of this norm since it was not mentioned in the ticket and more so no such message was passed. Least the air lines could do was to send a simple message to all passenger to carry the requisite documents to board flight for Bagdogra. I being in Army sitting at the remotest place felt helpless to reach out to her rescue. A pathetic experience with Vistara. It needs to be investigated by you and communicate to me for cause of such torture.5XKSTH was the PNR no. Refused to even reschedule the ticket when she reached booking counter. Please reply

                                Vistara is not refunding my money for a ticket dated 27th June 2020. I was to as per covid 19 policy relevant at the time when I was supposed to travel, and I was told by customer representatives repeatedly that AUTOMATIC REFUND will happen if I don't cancel the tickets by 31st March 2021. I have been calling for the past three months asking for refund. I have provided all bank details, mailed the custrelations, special services and the contactus mail IDs many times. I have been asked to always wait for another 48 hours for confirmation mail from th #Refunds department to which the case has been escalated to. But no response from their side.
                                I have been on hold while calling the helpline for 45 minutes and even 1.5 hours. Do you care about customers in general? Are we supposed to enjoy such fraudulent behaviour? If you plan to not return our money, atleast make your intentions clear rather than make a fool out of customers for three months. We can take up th matter legally.

                                  Since 200721 was trying to change dates of travel from Srinagar to pune due to medical emergency but was not able to as everytime i called to helpline for days they would ask me to wait to connect with supervisor and would keep me waiting for 15 mins and then disconnect the call. This happened at least 20 times in 3 days.
                                  They dont reply to mail with medical documents sent as asked by them.
                                  Pathetic airline and worst service
                                  People should avoid this airline in especially the critical time like these.

                                    Complaint about job fraud

                                    I got a call for an account executive job in Vistara airlines . HR asked me for 3 interview rounds and for that she said you have to pay 2000 rs. Which is refundable. Later I discover that they are fake and I immediately called her for a refund but till now I don't get any money back.
                                    Kindly resolve my issue ASAP....

                                    I was supposed to travel on 18th July 2021 from Sharjah to Guwahati with PNR- J79P69, which got cancel due to covid restrictions as per CUSTOMER service. But now they are not even refunding my money instead they are giving me some ### option of having a open ticket till December. If a person is booking a flight for 18th July 2021, that means he need to fly on the same date and not to have a ### option of open ticket.
                                    I had high hopes since it belongs to tata group but my first experience made sure that this is the worst option ever to fly.

                                      I booked a flight for my mother for an Ahmedabad - Delhi flight. I was charged $73.00 for a Premium Economy ticket. Later, I decided to buy an upgrade to Premium Flexi for which my credit card was charged an additional $18.00. However, upon enquiry, I found out that TATA SIA AIR VISTARA did not upgrade my ticket.

                                      I sent an email to custrelations at Air Vistara and got an email (possibly auto-generated) and then from their Cust Relations Manager assuring me that my query would be resolved in 24-48 hours. I kept receiving a copy of the exact same email for the next 4 days once again with the same script assuring to resolve my query in 24-48 hours. In the meantime, I kept calling Customer Relations to see what the hell was going on! They kept me on hold for 30 minutes the first time and 45 minutes the second time and each time, I had to hang up as I had other work to attend to.

                                      If there is one thing that the Cust Relations Team does not know, it is how to treat and serve their customers.. Then I called up again today and once again, I talk to this Cust Relations Representative and he keeps asking me for a ticket number for my query. Supposedly after filing a customer complaint by email, you are supposed to receive a ticket number which is inconspicuously buried in one corner of the email. They keep telling me that despite providing them all other relavant details including PNR/Booking Ref number they cannot somehow locate my email.

                                      This has been one of my most frustrating and irritating experience with any airline so far.

                                      STAY AWAY from AIR VISTARA...so much for being a TATA group airline
