I was denied boarding for my vistara flight. My flight pnr for travel on 11 may is W3B38P. It was a Delhi to Srinagar flight. Departure time was 16:05 . I reached igi airport T3 airport at 15:20 (45 minutes before departure time), but I was denied boarding.
The staff was very rude. I cried and wept in front of them for half an hour but no one listened.
I will NEVER travel in vistara again.

    They didn't​ allow me to board the flight from DEL to BLR UK-811, 17th April 2017 even though I was in the airport 45 minutes prior to the departure time. They wasted my time first and after few minutes of arguments said that I am late and gates are already closed. I am a frequent flyer and this has never happened to me as other airlines never do this.. Horrible experience..I am never going to fly with you #Vistara and will post my complaint on all social networking media asking everyone not to choose your services as your keep such staff who do not care about anyone's urgency or anything but just their arrogance and stubbornness!
    I thought you would be a nice option to travel as you hold nice figure in market but didn't know that you keep such staff in your family too!! To hell with you and your services. You lost an honest customer. Wish you all the best..

      I have made of booking of vistara flight on 10/04/2017
      The flight timing is today 7.30a. M. Morning
      The pnr of the flight is 3dpr4q... Flight...
      According to vistara customer care the flight is cancelled by the travel agent but yesterday i have cancelled only one person booking his name is kamal thapa in this pnr,,, today morning the vistara flight person not make a boarding pass of the passengers they said that the flight has no destination and it will be cancelled by travel agent..
      The passengers will not able to go on its destination and the customers total harass by the vistara group.
      I want a answer to know how it will be cancelled
      I will send you some images of the flight...

      Vistara person said that in your ticket there is no destination where u have to go. I dont know why they have to do with his customers...

      In the image the booking status of the pnr there is only one person cancelled by me... And the other 8 person cancdelled by the vistara.
      Passengers need answer...
      And i want my money or another day booking ticket

        Want to cancel my ticket as I am not traveling due to some unavoidable circumstances . When I visited to cancel my ticket online, I found that airline cancellation charge is Rs. 4240 per head. This is a huge amount . In ticket value of Rs-. 11874/- for three tickets., So, actually I am getting nothing. I am a middle class people and such a huge cancellation charge is applied then how a person will survive . I am not able to understand how Airline works ? Really very bad experience of Vistara . I thought this is a new airlines and having tie up with Tata then their service will better. Such a bitter experience is never hope. Hope you will take necessary action and help me to get better refund.
        I booked up & down ticket (from CCU TO ANDAMAN AND RETURN) for 3 passangers having AIRLINE PNR No- ROFCRK of which I wanted to cancel the return ticket of VISTARA AIRLINES. There is also written REFUNDABLE on the ticket. Now you think how much money I will get. If my respectable money will not refund I will complain in Consumer forum. I booked through VIA Airlines. They told me I will get total Rs. 600/- in return. So, till now I have not cancelled the ticket. Although I have already booked another ticket on desired date.
        Its shame on airlines, how a middle class will survive. How a person will survive this is a big question ? We cannot think about flight after such bitter experience.

          Details of my booking done on 14th Jan 2017 are as under:

          No of Pax: 6 Route:BOM-DEL-BOM : Mum Dep: 23Feb 2017 & Return 26th Feb 2017

          Booking done for 6 ticket when screen was showing rates as RS 2776/ Ticket but booking done as follows
          2 Tickets charged @ Rs 2776 ( as shown on the screen)
          4 Tickets charged @ Rs 5630 ( Changed at backend without any warning/ POPUP information to me)

          When contacted Make My Trips, they admit it is technical error but refuse to provide a refund. Since the Revenue is for VISTAARA, request you to liase with Make My trips and arrange for a refund, for the overcharge which is due to no fault of mine.

          I spoke to Miss Divya Sethi, Sunil Kumar, Jasmeet Kondal, and Bhrat Tiwari from Make my Trips and my complaint number is Reference ID:[[protected]]_

            Tickets were booked for 3 senior citizens from Mumbai to Kochi. Booking Ref: UK/7JHVLY for March 12, 2017.

            Yesterday, we got an sms stating that the flight has been cancelled due to operational issues. Today, I called on your Toll Free number and they said that since booking was done on November 10, 2016 and since payment was made by cash, we will not refund the money. To top it the customer care fellow said that its a non refundable ticket. But i believe non-refundable rule is applied if the customer cancels the ticket and not the other way round.

              I had booked a Round Trip (Delhi to Varanasi) in Oct-16 for March-11/2017 & March-15/2017 (Air Vistara-UK-831& UK-993). Today, I received a text saying that Vistara are not going to provide service on the above date and location. I had booked the ticket almost 6 months prior considering my schedule and finance. Now, they say they will only refund the amount and tickets for the above date and location are 4 times costly which I can't afford.

                Hi,

                I had booked a flight (PNR no ZQ2BHF, Trip ID [protected]) on Vistara UK-868 from DEL-GAU for 10:20 AM, February 4th. The Flight was cancelled by the Airline without citing any reason just 12 days in advance. On requesting a cancellation via Cleartrip's cancellation portal, i was to receive a full refund of the ticket amount - Rs 4, 700 as compensation. However, the airline has returned none of that amount - Which means i had to pay the full ticket price for a flight that was cancelled by the airline! Besides, i will also have to pay around 2000 extra for the next flight that was suggested (but not automatically booked) for me. In view of the trouble this has caused, i would like to know the reason for the same.

                I demand an explanation or full refund for the same, failing which i must bring this up to the Consumer Forum for addressal.

                  I, Biswarupa Das (PNR 69QAFN) would like to register a complaint againt each and every employee who was taking care of the boarding procedures of Vistara UK-838, KOLKATA to GUWAHATI (DEPARTURE TIME 1.20PM) on 28th December 2016 at gate no. 19.

                  Situation is:.

                  I was waiting in the line for boarding after completing all the needful procedure.Once reaching the final gate where they checked my boarding pass and kept half of the ticket tag, which is suopposed to be with them and they returned the rest of the tickt to me, only then they brought to my notice that I did not have a airline tag on one of my bag.So I was asked to get it from the security counter.(MIND YOU SIR, WE WERE ALREADY LATE BY THEN WHEREAS WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BOARD BEFORE 1.20 PM BUT BOARDING PROCEDURE CONTINUED BEOND 1.20PM, WHEREAS AS PER RULE EVERY CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO GET ENOUGH TIME SOLVE ANY GATE HUSSLE.)

                  While getting the tag, I unconsciously dropped the boarding pass there at the secutity counter and returned without it.When the asked for the boarding pass at the gate I failed to provide them but they did have my ticket tag with them which proves I misplaced it after the final check and not before that.After searching for sometime, one of them got me a duplicate ticket but inspite of that they cancelled my ticket without any explanation.I was all alone there and this was my first experience in this flight.They did not react towards mr for around 10min and I was standing helpless there.On asking them what should I do further one of the employee instructed the other to get out of the airport without any explanation.

                  Sir, I see no reason why my problem was not addressed and while I was standing right infront of the gate why I was not allowed to board the flight inspite of having a duplicate flight ticket.They asked me arrange for my own tickets and said they wont provide me with any refund, which utterly against the law.

                  Therefore sir it is my humble request to you to take strict action against such unprofessional and ill mannered employees plus the flight service and help me get my flight cost back.I am counting on your support so that no such harrassment happens to any another student like me in future.I am willing to file a case as well and take any step to get justice.

                    I had made 2 separate bookings of 2 tickets/booking, for my family of 4 on Nov19th to fly from Mumbai to Bangalore from PayTM on Vistara Airlines.
                    The booking PNR numbers where,
                    PNR1# 72WGUP (PayTM Order # [protected])
                    PNR2 # 72SOK2 (PayTM Order # [protected]).

                    Flight Timings and Details were as below,
                    Vistara UK-850
                    BOM 21:50
                    01h 40m
                    BLR 23:30
                    Sat, 19 NOV 2016
                    Sat, 19 NOV 2016
                    Mumbai - Chhatrapati Shivaji InternationalAirport Terminal - 2
                    Bengaluru - Kempegowda International Airport

                    My father-in-law was in ICU at KDAH in Mumbai.But his condition deteriorated before we could depart and he passed away on Nov 19th that night around 9:20PM.As a result we had to last minute cancel our flight.

                    So we initiated the cancellation process immediately, but Vistara only agreed to pay partial full refund that is on only one booking which is PNR1# 72WGUP (PayTM Order # [protected]) and not fully refund the other booking.Justification they gave is on humanitarian grounds.

                    Well I've been consistently following up with both PayTM support and Vistara airlines.Till date they have now refunded even for one PNR1 which they agreed, let alone the other booking PNR2(which I feel they should have also fully refunded that amount).

                    It's been a nightmare following up with both Vistara Airlines and PayTM customer support, all the time explaining, etc, etc.And to hear their excuses that it's being escalated.

                    Can some action be taken here, to get some customer justice and not suffer at corporate monopoly?.

                      On 6th October I have inadvertently booked ticket for my family for the sector Kochi - Mumbai, without realizing that they have already booked the ticket through travel agency for the same Flight (Vistara UK996 ). When my wife got the SMS regarding the new booking she immediately informed me about the previous booking then I contacted the customer relation number and informed them about the mistake and requested for remedial action and they asked me to cancel the ticket and accordingly I have cancelled the ticket (all this happened just within 2 Hours after the new booking). Unfortunately Vistara forfeited the entire base fair along with a cancellation fee of Rs. 118 (Rs.5802 out of the total amount of Rs.6900). As per Vistara rules if a passenger cancell the ticket with in 24 hours after the booking there is no penalties and charges.

                        I had booked a flight from mumbai to cochin (pnr - 8ctq7f) for the 2nd september’16 on the 18th june’16 and today after almost two months i get a message stating that the flight has been cancelled.
                        Though i was offered a flight on the 1st september - i was denied the cancellation charges for the train that i had booked on the 2nd which was par of the extension of my travel.
                        I did write to vistara to get the refund processed however for my train journey which was declined up front stating that they would be responsible for airlines only and not the train journey while they are refusing to acknowledge that the train had to be cancelled due to flight dates being changed

                        Please ensure that i get a refund of the cancellation of my train tickets which was to be cancelled due to flight cancellation

                        Hoping to hear from you soon

                        Had got a call from Abhijeet ([protected]) confirming that a refund would be processed and had asked me to call back once am in an ATM for which he would activate the voucher for redemption into my SBI account, however whenever I called him he would either be busy or does not respond to calls - am still waiting for the refund

                          I got my ticket cancelled due to j&k disturbance and i was assured by vistara air line that full refund will be given to me, but from last 40 days a trying a lot but they shift their responsibility on travel agent (Tss) and travel agent shift it on airline...
                          I hope some concerned will read it and help me out.
                          It was my first experience with vistara airlines but sorry to say it really disappointing. Someone rightly said that "first impression is last impression"
                          It is quite pretent to bring in ur kind notice that today i was travelling from Jammu to Delhi via srinagar By UK 790 when i collect my bag i found that my numeric lock was missing.

                          I had very bad experience with Vistara, by mistake I booked my family's tickets 2 times and realised it immediately and informed the mistake to them within 30 minutes still they asked me to cancell the booking and forefited the entire base fare along with Rs.118 from the taxes and made a profit out of the cancellation. Greedy Airlines except Vistara all other airlines at least refund the full taxe component.

                          So I booked a ticket on 15th January 2017 at 4:24pm. I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Amritsar for 31st of January 2017 instead of 21st January. This was a genuine mistake and I realised it like in a minute. I called the customer care of Goibibo through whom I had booked my ticket they asked me to Vistara Airlines. I had a word with Vistara and NO REFUND is provided. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND VISTARA AIRLINES TO ANYONE.
                          I have booked one way ticket through Yatra .com for 1st.Dec 2017.on 04/08/2017.But due to some unavoidable reason I want to cancel my ticket.But Yatra.com inform me that refundable amount is nil.First I could not believe it. It is unbelieveable.Vistara is cheating .Why do not they inform before booking that no refund amount will be paid if you cancelled the ticket.Aviation Ministry is aware of this fact?
