I had made 2 separate bookings of 2 tickets/booking, for my family of 4 on Nov19th to fly from Mumbai to Bangalore from PayTM on Vistara Airlines.
The booking PNR numbers where,
PNR1# 72WGUP (PayTM Order # [protected])
PNR2 # 72SOK2 (PayTM Order # [protected]).
Flight Timings and Details were as below,

My father-in-law was in ICU at KDAH in Mumbai.But his condition deteriorated before we could depart and he passed away on Nov 19th that night around 9:20PM.As a result we had to last minute cancel our flight.
So we initiated the cancellation process immediately, but Vistara only agreed to pay partial full refund that is on only one booking which is PNR1# 72WGUP (PayTM Order # [protected]) and not fully refund the other booking.Justification they gave is on humanitarian grounds.
Well I've been consistently following up with both PayTM support and Vistara airlines.Till date they have now refunded even for one PNR1 which they agreed, let alone the other booking PNR2(which I feel they should have also fully refunded that amount).
It's been a nightmare following up with both Vistara Airlines and PayTM customer support, all the time explaining, etc, etc.And to hear their excuses that it's being escalated.
Can some action be taken here, to get some customer justice and not suffer at corporate monopoly?.
