Dear sir/madam,

Today (08.12.2019) i along with my fellow traveller reached at igi airport t-3 at about 5.30 onwards to travel delhi to trivandrum vide pnr no. Ntvpc6. When we reached at vistara economy counter after being a long queue the employee of vistara refused to board us. Then i made so many requests to them but without any valid reason they roughly behave with me and abused in filthy language and embarrassed a lot and send back to us. Reason does not know.

Therefore it is requested that please take action against the staff concerned and informed to why not allow us to travel the flight while i reached the airport on time.

Please look into the matter on seriously and inform the action taken report along with my ticket charges.

My flight no is uk886 visrara in which unhygenic food was served to us even after complaining tha cabin crew staff was not cooperating and blaming us.

      I have booked flight from goibibo for delhi to pune vistara uk971 10:25 am 25 nov. And reached there before 10:05 but unable to get the boarding pass on time. After this i went to vistara booking counter and reach there at 10:10. After lots of discussion they agree to move this ticket to evening ticket 5:25 pm and i am agree to pay the extra 2650 rs.
      But after 10:25am they says the seat is not available and this ticket is also not cancel. I have paid delhi to pune 14928 rs. Now i am unable to get this ticket to move to other flight. And not able to cancel the ticket.
      Why i am bear all the 14928rs i want my money back and amount for the next booking flight which is approximately 10000rs. These airlines are looting indian customer. I have seen at the booking counter.
      If any travel require for this complaint to resolve to delhi all will be bear by vistara otherwise i will registered complaint in high court.

      Why we indian are looting by these cheap company.
      Vistara has lost my baggage with valuable s and very important documents and lukewarm respond is coming from their team member and not talking the matter seriously disgusting staff members my flight number is uk721 and want the matter to be resolv as soon as possible or I will need to take some legal action against you Vistara team

        Having sent a detailed mail and reminder of the whole incident (Enclosed below) we were never acknowledged and no receipt of our complaint was registered. Forget about reimbursement, customer support at air vistara do not have a basic courtesy of responding back to such a serious complaint about their rude staff and problem faced by their customers.

        Background :
        • we had a booking of 13 people (Consisting of 4 senior citizens and 3 children aged 3, 12, 12) on two pnr nos. Jyuuhv and jzu87w for travel on 03/11/2019 from delhi to indore
        • being a large group, we checked in early online on 01/11/2019 (As soon as the check ins were opened by air vistara)
        • we reached the baggage drop queue at 5.30 am for the flight no. Uk-913 departing at 6.55am (So close to 85 minutes before the flight time)
        • we were all standing in the queue waiting for our turn and finally our bags were tagged by the counter at around 6.25 am (After standing for almost 55 minutes and 30 minutes before departure)
        • after this we proceeded for security check and urgently rushed to boarding gate including putting the senior citizens in an airport vehicle.
        • we reached the gate at around 6.50am, the aircraft was still at the gate but we were not allowed to travel
        Problems faced on account of air vistara:
        • no one attended or guided people in our queue for any kind of priority assignment
        • no announcement was made in the baggage drop queue for prioritising the departure of passengers for any flight that was to leave shortly
        • the counter was clearly short staffed, there was no one to assist the lady at the counter regarding baggage tagging. She was requesting the boys from other counters and also her female colleague at the other counter to help her in tagging bags
        • the lady at the counter was facing system hangup / lock down / non-access due to which she was having to call again and again for unlocking of her system
        • it took her almost 10 minutes to clear us and our bags (Despite the fact that we had our printed boarding passes with us and all our ids ready)
        • since the poorly functioning counter had already consumed most of our crucial time both in the queue and at the counter – we were expecting that someone from the airline would be there immediately after security to attend to our large group and coordinate with the boarding gate – but no one was there
        • there was absolutely zero assist from air vistara at all points
        Air vistara staff’s tactics/responses :
        • you are supposed to be here 20 minutes before departure
        O the fact that you have cleared us only 30 minutes earlier from your counter – thereby leaving us just 10 minutes to clear security and reach your gate (Gate no 51) is irrelevant to air vistara’s staff
        • we called your no. The customer rep at the gate kept repeating “we called you” and gave us a wrong number on which they called.
        O the fact that the mobile phone would be under x-ray scanner at 6.40 – is not even in the list of air vistara staff’s first 50 reasons as to why customer could not respond
        O when everyone is rushing to the boarding gate, do they have the time to check their phones for missed calls?
        • the aircraft departure cannot be delayed
        O that is fine but who caused the delay? And if we would pick up the phone then would it have been fine to delay the aircraft?
        • we were met at the departure counter by mr dinesh mathur who had pretty ‘stiff behaviour’. We explained the whole narrative to him and he told us to go onto the counter where the needful would be done.
        • we were led to mr azad mishra at the ground counter: this person is a pioneer in customer neglect, and off course he doesn’t give a damn about customers.
        O we had a long discussion (In bits & pieces, as his phone plays much more important role than customer standing in the front with him) and outlined all the above facts to him. There was another family who missed same flight but he was treating them like abandoned cart, so we knew what to expect.
        O he vehemently kept denying the above mentioned reasons for delay saying that it is our job to reach the gates
        O he had no explanation of why the counters were working so slow or why there was absolutely no assist and no announcement at any stage.
        O he had no explanation of why it should take close to 1 hour in the bag drop queue
        O mr mishra kept pretending that he is checking the timings stated by us – but he did not do it even till the end
        O instead of realising the state of our state of agitation – he kept giving veiled threats to call the security, wow!! We immediately became abandoned carts, of course no surprise.
        O mr mishra deliberately kept going away from attending us or resolving the issue – to use delaying tactics and to test the patience of the group
        O deliberate time-wasting tactics were employed by him. Even the lady (Ms jyoti gupta) sitting at his counter said i do not have his number (Is that even possible) and did not call him to the counter
        O though we clearly asked mr mishra to refer us to someone senior who had the authority to take a decision on this – he gave us judgement that there is no point doing that, because he knows what will be the decision by anyone at senior level. Wow free astrologer at the counter.
        O mr mishra said that since we were travelling on a lite fare – he could do nothing for us
        O it was clear from mr mishra’s behaviour that regardless of the fairness of our situation – he will not take an unbiased decision about his staff / airlines’ incompetency as it might probably result in someone getting fired or fined by air vistara.
        O highly unprofessional with very rude and arrogant behavior. We stood their waiting for him on the counter after he asked us to wait as he was busy with other boarding, when he returned asked us “why you guys are waiting” i told you i can’t do anything for you.
        O i forgot to mention “the gem of airline customer support” at the counter ms jyoti gupta, it seems that she has learnt her rude behavior & working from the best mr azad mishra. Her qualities were: being arrogant, pretending to be unaware, but as soon as mr azad came she had all the worldly explanations that why we should not stand there.
        O just humble request if any senior person from air vistara reads this message “please do not hire or post people like them at least on the counters “where there is a maximum requirement of customer support and these people are useless.

        Resultant:
        • due to air vistara staff’s behaviour we had to rebook the whole journey with air asia for immediate travel on the same day and spent an additional rs 80, 000 approx
        • we had to spend additionally on meals at the airport for everyone
        • the kids and senior citizens were without food/water for a long period
        • we were unable to understand our mistake and therefore the whole group faced severe mental anguish and trauma due to their staff’s behaviour

        Questions and request to air vistara :
        • what was our mistake??
        O we paid up in advance
        O we checked in time
        O we reached on time
        • we had great belief in tata group’s ethical working but this experience and their response was totally unethical
        • it seemed that being on a lite fare means that we will be discriminated against
        • kindly investigate this fairly and in detail and punish the errant staff regardless of their cadre
        • in all fairness there was no fault from our side – so we request a complete reimbursement of the expenditure that we had to incur (We will provide all details if required) on account of poor working by your staff at that point of time causing us to miss our flight
        And please have the decency of acknowledging customer complaints as it is highly unethical not to even listen to your customers while your staff is making them miss their flights

            I had a trip with you on 18th oct'19, to new delhi from kolkata with flight no. Uk-708 (Mr. Sumit gupta, pnr - m25rnr). On basis of this flight i had to catch another international flight from delhi at 4:55 am (Gf 131- pnr k6hm28).
            On my arrival in kolkata airport i came to know that vistara flight is delayed by 4 hours and in the counter nobody could assure me it won't delay further.
            I had to rush to book another flight with air india (Scheduled at 20:30) and that moment i received no cooperation from anyone at vistara, rather i was shocked to see the rudeness of the people sitting at the desk (Specially i would like to mention about ms. Sweety). However, i was committed for 100% refund. They took my pnr and ask me to leave. As my flight was abt to taken of i had to leave.

            I cancelled my tickets of 17th march(e-ticket number 228-[protected]) delhi -mumbai and 19th march(e-ticket no.[protected] and vistara confirmed to pay me full refund as well.I did not receive any refund whereas i am recieving messages and mails from vistara stating that i should reach airport on time to board the flight

                Hi,

                Hot tea water spilled on my lap, however cabin crew and staff was insensitive. I would have expected some first aid treatment. I am burnt badly however would request you to please take my complaint seriously to handle any such future mishap on the flight. Request to add this as part of crew training. Also saw that tray is not proper when person infront leans chair then behind's tray is slanted. This makes this dangerous as chance of food spilling is very high.

                For my complain customer service response even pathetic, I shared picture of my burnt mark, I had this mishap on 6th October 2019 and today on 16th October 2019 I am still recovering and my burnt is only 30% healed.

                  I have been chasing to get a revised eticket for both pnr of my and family travel to mumbai to goa n visa versa and i am following up since a mth now but have only received incomplete resolution.. Even though the email sent to nodal officer email still no response to provide complete resolution. I am just looking for reissue or e ticket for the complete family traveling both ways, is it so difficult to be managed by back office. I just fail to understand how much time it takes to resolve such non crucial issue.

                    I was not offered my complimentary hot meals during my flight from hyderabad to new delhi on july 24, 2019.

                    I contacted vistara customer care and they gave me the service number as tct[protected] but i didn't get the correct response as they told me that the cabin crew has offered the meal to every passenger. Then why they didn't offer to me?

                      Refer my ticket no for query 6374320 dated 11 june 19 and 6388885 dated 27 july 19. I travelled in past vistara flight uk969 from gau to del on 16 june 19. And my pnr was rrbs6h for reference. That flight was delayed by 55 minutes on that day which hampered in my service as i am a defence personnel. For which i requested them for a short delay report mentioning like pnr, date, flight no, departure (Original & estimated), arrival (Original & estimated) only. Because that was not informed to me in email also which would have helped me. By submitting to authority, which will regularise my service interruption. But after 16 days no response was there from their side. So, please help me out in acquisition of a short delay report as soon as possible to continue my service uninterruptedly.

                        I have booked my via flights from Jaipur to Goa, first flight from Jaipur to Mumbai by Indigo and the connecting flight I received is Vistara from Mumbai to Goa. The booking made from Go Ibibo in single stretch as appearing over site.
                        The layover time between both the flights are very short which may result to miss my next flight from Mumbai to Goa. When I asked vistar to arrange something for my Layover as the another flight is from Terminal 2 International airport and I cant reach their in such a short layover time by collecting my luggage from belt to the another airport, they clearly denied and told to me that they do not have such policy. please ask to Indigo. Indigo also declined the request by telling that as you have a first flight with vistara so they has to manage your transport And ask me to arrange the same by my own. As I'm travelling solo, how can they even think that I may be able to manage this in such a short layover time.
                        Requested to please let me know is there a way can some one come to the Terminal 1 Mumbai from Vistara and collect my baggage to transfer terminal 2 international airport with facility to arrange my intra transfer between both terminals as layover time is not sufficient and my flight might be missed due to this. It is neither mentioned anywhere at the time of making booking that customer has to manage their own transfer from both the locations. As domestic terminal 1 is far away from international terminal 2 and by collecting luggage from belt and taking a cab to international airport might raise the chances of my flight miss.

                        I request to you please help me out if there is any way vistara may help me.

                          I had my flight to gau scheduled for 1:35 p. M on 22.07.2019. I reached the airport at 12:40 p. M and tried to self check in at the kiosk but was unable to print my ticket as the system had some error. I was told by the kiosk supervisor to check in at the counter but due to overbooking by the airline i was not allowed to check in even though i reported 45 mins prior to departure. I would like to have my money refunded as i was not allowed to check in even though i had reached on time at the counter.

                            Luggage bag broken due to wrong handling by vistara staff
                            I boarded flight vistara uk976 with e-ticket[protected] /booking reference myj9xm from delhi on date 3-july-19 time 1310 to amritsar & once i reaced amritsar i found my luggage case open, my tsa lock broken this is really a bad experience with such a good brand. I asked the staff present at the belt but nobody took any initiative to take care of the scene and instaed took photo of the same. Even i have the photo of the bag with me.

                            Who is responsible for such handling even after paying good money to airline. Please revert with action plan.

                              Vistara is one of the most worst airlines. I had booked my ticket from chandigar to delhi on 14/06/19 at 11.40 hrs and keeping in mind the travel time there was my connection flight from delhi to bagdogra on the same day air asia at 14.30 hrs and suddely there was a message that the timing has been rescheduled at 13.30 hrs. And on top of that i reapeatedly called the toll free no of vistara [protected] but there was no response only i could hear was the music while i was on hold for half an hour. Now i have lost my connecting flight as well. Vistara is fully responsible for the loss which has been incurred for my travel. Now on i will also make it a point that i will never travel with this hopless airline and also will suggest all the passengers not to even think of flying with this worst airline. I will make sure not to give my reference to any of my friends and family to travel with this third grade airline.

                                    Please reply me there cheated me and there will not refund the money. I paid huge amount my family have so mamy problems. I step to wrong way please consider my situation. We are the middle class family we can't handle that situation so please refund my money as early as possible.                                       Sir i am vishal i am receiving a interview call by vistara airlines and they wiil be charged ₹15000 for the registration fee which is refundable. But before the ₹ 3500 was put in for the jobs india carrier company which is refundable. Next day i am receiving appointment letter by email and then call me and he said to me your final payment in pending ₹40000 for your training fee which is refundable on the same face to face interview. I am tremble for this payment. But i want to cancel this transaction and for with all interviews. But now i want to refunded my total ₹18500 amount.

                                        This is regarding the flight cancellation from chennai to kolkata. The flight uk-733 dated on 28/04/2019 at 7:05 am got cancelled. It is a huge carelessness from vistara airlines to not compensate it with an alternate flight. I want to change the schedule of my flight or want an immediate refund to processed in my bank account.

                                        1. There is no registration records related to Vistara Airlines in India now.
                                        The posible name of the aircarrier is TATA SIA Airlines

                                        2. Please attach:-
                                        2.1 - e-ticket or
                                        - PNR along with the receipt / invoice,

                                        2.2. Notificaton of change of schedule or of cancellation of the flight, which is stated in your complaint

                                        3. Express, what do you want, in 1-2 sentances,
