I had booked an air ticket with pnr nurwcx. It was cancelled many days before the travel date and bank account details for transfer of refund were shared with air vistara customer care through email on 14th february, 2019. The refund amount of rs 3640 has not been credited in my account so far in spite of repeated requests to air vistara customer care.

    I got message from bwjobsss portal to my mobile number
    And i applied for that
    They asked to deposit 2500 for registering fees and 10000 in pnb punjabi bagh branch in favor of abhinav kumar.
    Later they called and torture for deposit so i did later no response
    From that number
    I registered complaint in tamil nadu police.
    Waiting for the action.

      Dear sir/ madam,
      This seller had contacted me over phone on february 5, 2019. He said he saw my query on indiamart and is a manufacturer of women’ clothing. Post that he had sent many pictures of garments and their details with price. He requested to place an order and i asked him if the garments he would provide would be exactly same in terms of quality and appearance as shown in the picture and he guaranteed the same. Upon this, i placed an order for 8 garments for which i made 100% payment in advance amounting to rs. 5, 382 on 8th february, 2019. This total amount includes courier charges as well as i asked him to send the materials via professional couriers. He said he has sent the materials on the next day after payment and when i asked him to sent me the courier receipt he started avoiding my messages and calls. After repeated follow ups he sent me the tracking number for india post which is cheaper in amount than the amount i paid for private courier agency. He said he will refund the excess amount and he did that only after repeated reminders from my side. Finally i received the materials on 23rd february, 2019. The materials were of cheap quality and not good like the pictures he sent me online (Whatsapp), when i called him to inform this, he told me he will call back and did not call. Later i called him again and said that i want to return my order and need a refund of amount i paid. He is not allowing me to return the garments saying that his company policy does not allow returns. Im a grieved customer and im looking for justice. Everything i mentioned here is true and i have proof of all the communication as well as bank transfer details. Kindly consider my application request and grant me justice in this case, thank you.

        Like the traveller from australia, we also were treated to similar experience of cancelled fully paid up trip from chennai to kochi in january this year, which we came to know only when we turned up at the airport! We lost out on our hotel bookings in kochi (We had to pay the cancellation fee) because we couldn’t get there for no fault of ours! Though the airlines paid us the fare back, there has been no credible explanation for failure of communication and no compensation for our ordeal. Never trust vistara ever again!
        Thanks for sharing!! This is important to know- they can't treat customers this way!
        I'm paid 10700 rupess as initially and now they call me and pay 18000 for security amount this will refunded. Now I'm realise this is a fake call now how I get my money

          I, manesh kumar temporary resident of c-i/64, dda flats, hastasal, uttam nagar, new delhi – 110 059 would like to inform you that i travelled from delhi to kochi on 6th january 2019 via uk 881, seat no. 22f and pnr wnqn6u, when i reached kochi and checked my check in baggage and noticed rs. 10, 000/- missing (Which is kept in a sealed envelope inside bag in a diary) same time i informed to duty officer of vistara and complained your duty officer at the time and he provided the duty officer number for further query.

          Also would like to inform your notice that my other check in baggage seal broken and search for valuable by security staff, which is sealed by your check in staff at counter. I think this is happened in delhi airport.

          Whenever i call for the status of my complaint, no proper response and told you have to contact the security staff as they are not responsible and i filled the feedback form also the same time but nothing is happen so far.

          Finally i received mail from that helpless.

            Hi,

            I am Mallika Dey and my booking code is S6G6LY. I have traveled from Kolkata to Munich on 21.12.2018.

            I had a flight from Kolkata to New Delhi with Vistara (UK 708) on 21.12.2018 at 8:20 p.m. This flight got delayed by more than 3 hours because of which I missed my Lufthansa connection (LH 763) from New Delhi to Munich scheduled to depart at 01:50 a.m. on 22.12.2018.

            I was not offered any alternative flight from Kolkata to New Delhi so that I could get my connection.

            Now when I reached New Delhi, I even agreed to fly to Frankfurt (LH 761). However, I was not allowed to board the flight as I reached the check-in desk just under 1 hr to the departure at 3:30 a.m. There was no proper communication between Lufthansa and Vistara for my boarding. I just had a full 45 mins of harassment.

            I was not confirmed for any suitable alternative flight to Munich even the next day. The Vistara personnel provided me with no confirmed hopeful alternative.

            I had a flight to Rome from Munich on the 23.12.2018. So I could not go on waiting depending on a group of disgusting Vistara staffs. I bought a ticket with Aeroflot to fly from New Delhi to Munich.

            I was told at the airport by a Vistara staff (Debasis - Kolkata in-charge) that I would be refunded the money of the Lufthansa + Vistara flight.

            I have written repeated emails to their customer relations but they just do not bother to reply. This is very appalling that this airline can put TATA's goodwill at stake so easily. I am not going to let it go very easily. Either you reply or I will just go on blemishing Vistara's name in every forum I can and I am sure you will lose more money than you owe me.

            As I live outside India I know very well what kind of impression Indian domestic airlines have on foreigners. I would suggest not to aggravate your bad reputation any more and do some good to yourself.

              I recently had a very frustrating and extremely costly experience with vistara airline. I feel that i am owned compensation from vistara airline for my expense.
              I am foreigner (South korean native) that’s why vistara airline is harassing me. I can’t talk in english or hindi that's why my company employee mr. Firoz alam contact to vistara airline executive but after 2 months vistara airline executive said to my company employee firoz alam you are not authorize to talk to me.
              I would like to lodge a formal complaint concerning the unprofessional behaviour of vistara airline executives.
              On november 8, 2018, i took flight number vistara uk-976 from ahmedabad to delhi. It was a direct flight, my checked baggage was damaged. Vistara vendor has repaired my baggage but after repairing got worse. That’s why i did not accept baggage from your vendor. Therefore, your airline have talked with me in ahmedabad to replace my luggage with american tourister but my luggage is of calvin klein. How can i change with american tourister? My luggage is more expensive than american tourister. We would like to bring to you kind attention that after 10 days suffering at your vendor and vistara airline office ahmedabad after that vistara ahmedabad said that mailed to vistara customer care, vistara customer care executive will resolve your problem. After mailed, vistara airline had offering compensation value rs. 7, 500.
              I repliled to vistara as per your mail i can't understand why vistara are offering inr 7, 500 for damaged bag but as you know my bag is of calvin klein and my baggage market value inr 36, 196. Your compensation value is unacceptable i am requesting from you, please see the market value of my bag. I request you full compensation for the bag that was damaged. After that, i didn't get any reply from vistara airlines but already emailed to inr 7500 unaccepting the value of your compensation. But i have received the same reply after i have been calling vistara airline for 15 consecutive days. As per vistara mail vistara don’t give more than inr 7500 for damaged bag.

              What a nonsense reply.
              If i had a bag of inr 5000, still you give me inr 7, 500.
              I request you again. Can you explain to me why are you offering inr 7500 while my bag market value of inr 36, 196.

              My suggestion for you
              I will give you inr 7500. Please give me a bag of calvin klein brand and same size bag.
              Either you give me 70% market value of my bag otherwise i will give you 30% market value of the bag and you give me my bag.
              I am suffering for about 2 months i am request you please consider my problem.

                I booked my ticket yesterday but by mistake i mentioned there my nick name but same has been confirmed within ten minutes with vistara airlines and make my trip customer care. I requested them please change my name but they did not agree for this. I will lose my whole amount. My flight is from ahemdabaad to delhi. I sent my all the documents like as my id proof residences proof. I request you that please change my name in ticket. My pnr number is taqo4z.

                If possible please change it i will be very thankful to you for this

                  I manoj kumar patawari (Frequent flyer no. Uk[protected] was travelling from delhi to mumbai on 3rd jan 2019 by uk943 and boarded the flight at 7 am but landed in mumbai at 2 pm. I had a return flight the same day being uk988 from mumbai to delhi at 8:55pm but the same was resheduled to 01:40 am and i had to cancel the ticket. I bought another ticket of flight uk902 which left mumbai at 10pm.
                  In the whole process i not only suffered physical, mental and workloss but also have to pay more for the flight which i took then the ticket i cancelled due to flight being delayed. You are requested to refund the whole fare or atleast the difference of fare paid.

                  There is no full e-ticket seen at this site, as it is not the air carrier site.

                  Nobody has a duty to respond on unidentified requests / complaints.

                  If the flight was delayed you are entitled on standad compensation + other incurred losses.
                  The author can submit the writen / electronic complaint for the exact compensation,
                  which is addressed to the air carrier with exat request,
                  if the author knows the procedure, the exact request, the sum.
                  Otherwise the passenger (the author) is entitled to hire a legal professional.

                  If the complaint for compensation is not succeeed with 15 days (no satisfaction),
                  the author can bring the civil suite to the local Indian court in your state, via laywer or by himself.
                  Chargess for legal assistanse start from 10000 rupees for such type of cases + own efforts.

                  There is regional Department General of civil aviation (DGCA), where the author can submit the complaint in addition. If they have woken up, in 30 days they must respond according to the procedure.
                  If the seravnts of DGCA know their own procedures.

                  Time limit:
                  such types of claims can be submitted to the court not later than 2 years following the flight, or the date of the reply of the service provider, or the flight.

                    I booked a flight of bangalore to ahmedabad for 9/01/2019 but there is a strike on 8th and 9th of all the drivers all over india. I am a student. Since there is a strike how would i go to the airport 20 km far from my college? I don't have any personal transport. All the ola, uber, public transportation is off on that days. I told to the customer care about that. But they refused to do the refund. My main point was if other airlines like indigo was giving the refund to its passengers then why can't they. Hence please help me in this matter.

                      I hereby lodge a complaint that the vistara airlines seem to have cancelled the booked & paid flights with pnr: urabwg, booked on 29th october 2018, with e - tickets 228-[protected] & 228-[protected] for me & my wife to travel from chennai (Maa) to kochi and has not notified us regarding the flight cancellation.. Our e-tickets were e mailed to our e mail on 29th oct 2018 & also an offer was sent to upgrade to business class on 10th november 2018 to the same e mail address. Yesterday (18 dec 2018) by chance, i went to vistara website to check up the flight details and found some warnings. From sydney (Australia), i phoned to the vistara assistance, who told me that the flight from chennai (Maa) to kochi has been cancelled.
                      If i had not gone to vistara booking website, i would not know that the flight has been cancelled and there is no other alternative flight by vistara to travel from chennai to kochi. We are at sydney. We have already booked through a different airline to travel from sydney (Australia) to chennai and from there to go to kochi by vistara air, by flight uk734 at 13:45 on 27th january 2019 from chennai. Now there is no such flight uk734 from chennai to kochi at 13:45 on 27th january 2019 and there is no alternative flight by vistara.
                      We have booked & paid for hotel at kumarakom at a very high cost and booked for cab too. If i had gone to chennai without knowing all this, i would have been in great trouble. The vistara air has not sent me an e mail even now, in spite of requesting the lady at the phone enquiry as well as sending e mails to vistara air. So far, they have not bothered to send me any communication and now i have to look for a different airline without any written communication from vistara. When, vistara air have cancelled the flight, they never cared to inform us.
                      We are travelling from sydney to chennai by singapore air & planned to go to cochin by vistara air on 27th january 2019, as booked above.
                      But the flight has been cancelled and we are left with out any notification regarding this cancellation. If i had not noticed by chance yesterday (18th december 18), you can imagine what would be our plight.
                      I fail to understand that no body has even now replied my email of 18/12/18 and my request over phone on 18/12/18 to confirm by e mail. Atleast if they confirm the status of the booking in writing, we can try to make alternative arrangement.

                        Hi sir i am serving in indian air force which is a high standard defense. My flight was from delhi to srinagar on 02 dec at 1025 i checked in at 0850. My entire luggage was given to them but at last moment my luggage was hold saying that there is power bank in your luggage. I requested to either return me or return to my relatives waiting outside but vistara staff didn't bother. Why didn't they inform me well in time about that and why didn't they return my so costly item.. Still there is no update my luggage. I have reached srinagar without luggage.. Now how will i report to my unit without documents which are in bag and my uniform too. Who will pay for my power bank??

                          They committed to change our flight to next flight with payment of 1000 per person n last minute they denied to give us tickets because of which we payed higher losses to us as our connected flight to Singapore was lost.

                          Hi. I am very upset on the behaviour of the Crew member of vistara airlines because of the irresponsible behaviour and misbehaving with me n my family members. They manipulated us very well and misplaced or theft my bag from staff check in centre.
                          Despite of many calls their is no responsible action taken as of now after 18 hours of incident.
                          It was a vistara airlines employ(assigned by Parul sharma) who took responsibility of bringing my bag to boarding gate 56 in flight Delhi to Lucknow UK 998 departure time 4:05 pm. Which was misplaced by the vistara employee and moreover I was pressurised to take my flight without my bag by blackmailing me of closing the boarding gate.
                          It was very irresponsible and insulting behaviour causing mental and financial harassment by crew members of vistara airlines.
                          I need a strict action and want my bag at any cost worth Rs. 50, 000/- with my utmost precious stuff.

                            On August 21, 2018, I was upgraded to CV Gold for 3 months. Also, there was a condition that if I took 6 more flights, starting from 21 August, 2018 I will be retained in the CV Gold. Today morning I checked the App and saw that I have downgraded to CV Silver. So I called up the customer care and was informed that I have taken only 5 flights in the period instead of the mandatory 6 flights. When I informed and gave the complete information of the 6 flights that I had taken during the 3 month's period time, I was told that one of my flight was booked using CV Points and was not considered in the 6 mandatory flights.

                            If you refer to my mail below, sent on September 12, 2018, I had specifically asked if the flight booked using CV Points would be considered in the mandatory 6 flights. Also If you look at the reply from Mr. Sumit Kumar Arora, he has clearly mentioned that the eligibility criteria are either the Points gained or number of flights taken. No where there is a mention that flights booked using CV points will not be considered.

                            The cancellation charge is more than 70 % and you get 30 only percent of the fare back.

                              I booked 2-way (Maa to cok) vistara flight for our christmas vacation through yatra.

                              I planned my christmas vacation long time back and booked tickets 8 months back i. E. During march-2018 but now (Nov-18) after 8 months i am getting an sms that flight is cancelled.

                              How can i book flight with less than a month for christmas, as all o[censored]s know we dont get flight tickets in reasonable rate.

                              We cannot book train tickets as well, as we can don advance booking of 4 months earlier.

                              I want vistara to re-schedule my flight tickets and bear the extra money for new flight ticket.

                              Note : i am flexible any time on same day.

                                It is intimated that I traveled from srinagagr to jammu on 04 august 2018. Flight take off from srinagar Air Base Airport at 12:30 pm arriving jammu Airpport at 01.20 pm on same day. I was not asked for any waiting lounge and any food as this reschedule changes and on reaching Jammu, i found that, my luggage is broken and treatment of employee was also very casual and i didn't got any immediate help.

                                I am very dissatisfied with the service.

                                Kindly take my complaint and provide refund for my broken luggage.
                                Today I had my flight uk817 from delhi to bangalore. I had put a lock on my luggage before submitting it and when I got it back, the lock was found to be broken. An amount of Rs.10, 000 was missing from my bag. when I informed the crew, they didn't take my complaint seriously. I am very disappointed with the service and shall never fly with you again. Kindly Look into the matter and also provide refunds for the same.

                                I am also sending a copy of complaint to the ministry of airlines.

                                  Unfortunately, I had taken a Vistara airlines flight from new delhi to Kolkata (07:30AM) on 06 september 2018 (UK747, ticket no-[protected]).I have checked in my luggage form Delhi airport, but could not find in Kolkata.I have logged a complaint to vistara executive at Kolkata airport on same date.They have given me 4 days time to trace out my luggage, but after 4 day they have given me time of 10 day, and in this period I have called them about 10 times and every time the have given me a new date to trace out the luggage. Now 13 days passed but I can not see any progress in this matter.It was a official trip and I had have to attend a project meet in Kolkata, but I could not attend it because all the necessary things was in this luggage bag.
                                  I have suffered terribly, since I was not carrying any hand bag with me.

                                    This is regarding my flight booked for 25th august from delhi to hyderabad at 14:55pm with PNR number WQH500 with vistara. Due to city traffic i reached the airport at 14:28pm along with my mobile boarding pass, as i was aware of that i am late so i directly approached to their help desk in airport at 14:31pm to ask if i need any print of boarding pass or can proceed with mobile scan code pass and asked for their help but instead of helping me and guiding me that you do not need print as i was having scan bar they wasted my crucial 15 mins by saying that nothing can be done because boarding was completed and you can not board in as we can not generate boarding pass now in-spite of i was continuously telling them that me that i am having boarding pass. while conversation and requesting, at 12:43pm i received a call from boarding gate conveying me that gate is about to close and mam, u can board in if checked in but i was misguided by desk staff and advised to take next vistara flight after 3 hours. It was a hurting experience and harassment by the vistara staff and made me to miss the flight, waste the money and time. i need refund and compensation for the wastage of the time, money to purchase ticket in emergency along with mental harassment. what is the need of web check in if on reaching time also staff members are not letting the passenger to move towards the gate and give harassment.

                                      We were having flight from Delhi to Amritsar on 26 Aug 18. It was rakhi festival and huge rush was there.somehow we reached on airport 45 min before our flight, but the vistara representative we're very rude and they waste our time in just stupid things and didn't give us boarding passes. It was very urgent for me to reach Amritsar on time but they didn't listen any thing.on the spot I have to take another flight for same day which cost 10, 000 rupees.Even they refused to refund the money.kindly look into the matter and refund the money for 2 tickets with PNR no PW9P29 as early as possible

                                        I had a flight from portblair to chennai on UK834 on 15th july 2018 which was cancelled after a delay declation of 1 hour due to technical problems. Though vistara provided accomodation until next day for the alternative flight the delay created forced us to miss our connecting flight from chennai to bangalore with spice jet resulting in an additional delay on another day.
                                        Airlines staff instead of providing alternatives refused to assist us with connecting flights and also did not provide timely information. Apart from financial loses of 15 thousand at the very least the mental and physical strain caused by thee airlines is very diappointing
