I missed my flight from delhi to mumbai, sept 27, 2017 trip id[protected], pnr no is kzm4sq. I was late due to heavy traffic on the way, when i arrived, i found one long queue. I have contact to the counter and show him the ticket but they said your flight uk933 have already take off. I asked for other option but they refused. They did not book my ticket other flight & not refund any single rupee to me. Therefore request you kindly refund the payment as per rule.

    Hi, recently i had purchased air tickets for delhi - ranchi and ranchi - delhi for travel on 7th november, 2017 pnr no. Tcmldf in the name of sushil kumar mangal,

    The dealing by air line staff and journey was more than pleasant and i thank for the nice services rendered.

    I being a corporate employee of ntpc limited needs the invoice or receipts etc for the payments made in the purchase of these tickets. As i received the journey ticket with pnr on mobile, i am unable to claim my journey expenses from my company, please help. Thanks

    When i take up this customer care through mail they have responded to take a travel certificate from vistara at a cost of rs 300/- per travel, i have responded that my requirement is not travel certificate as i am already having my boarding passes, but to this they have still not responded within so called 72 hours which have lapsed two times by now.

    Is it some avoidance of taxes like gst by vistara by not issuing the payment receipts or complete air ticket

      Checked online for vistara flight uk977 delhi mumbai on 20th oct. Arrived on said time as per online checkin boarding pass. When tried to checkin luggage i was asked to half my baggage and rest take as hand luggage as there luggage quotr seemed to be over limit. Some more staff pooled in sweet talked delayed me at the airport and then suddenly asked me to board next flight with the baggage also forced me to pay 2000 inr. All was done in the preyext of helping me and accomadating me as a good gesture.
      Next flight was after 2 more hours and was further delayed by one more hour. My guest who i was supposed to meet in mumbai already left for dubai and i lost a great deal of business because of the vistara staff.
      On writing to customer complaint i got a dissappointing response pointing all fingers at me and saying i checked in 5 minutes late add per the staff report.
      If i was late why would your staff ask me to board with hand luggage and why would they initiate procedure of boarding and stop after wards. Why would the counter be open and i saw other passengers still boarding.
      This is cheating and consumer violation when i have a paid ticket why am i suppose to pay more and board a delayed flight. I demand immediate full refund of my ticket for my lost business and time

        I was travelling by uk738 from guwahati to delhi on 11 october 2017 and virender sehwag was also travelling in the same flight. As i was in the economy class and sehwag was in the business class i asked almost all the air hostesses in my flight to get me his autograph as this was once in a lifetime opportuniy. Despite me asking them again and again they just told me that he was sleeping everytime. I was thoroughly disappointed as i just wanted the autograph not even a picture still they ignored me and didnt help me. It was the wordt experience as a fan waiting for 2 hours that too in vain. Hope they sont do this to anybody the next time

          We were waiting at the airport with an autistic child for the third member of the party that was travelling. The minute this guy heard that we couldn't leave the child alone and board the flight, he decided it was too late for anything and kicked us off the plane and got our luggage out and everything. Note that in less than a minute the person who was to take over the autistic child would have reached and all would have been fine.

          Please consider twice the humanity of people you hire for jobs that require sensitivity.

            It is a substantiated service. I had to cancel a ticket whic was booked for rs4278 and they said only 600rs will be refunded. 3663 rs will be lost and for cancellation i had to call their customer care number [protected]. I waited for 35mins over the phone to get connected with an executive and she sounded like blaming on me for cancellation. She sounded rude and said n really pathetic service, i really advise all of you not to opt their service. I disconnected the first call and dialed again to cancel the ticket..

              I travelled from bangalore to lucknow via new delhi on 26 august 2017. Flight took off from bangalore at 9:55 am and reached delhi around 1 pm and then i was given new boarding pass for flight at 16:15pm though my connecting flight was at 13:40pm. I was not asked for any waiting lounge and any food as this reschedule changes. And on reaching lucknow, i found my baggage is broken and treatment of employee was also very casual and i didn't got any immediate help.

              I am very dissatisfied with the service.

              Kindly take my complaint and provide refund for my broken baggage.

                1) i was traveling yesterday from bangalore to delhi on 22nd august'17 by uk 812. My seat number 18a. Vegetarian food supplied to us was full of chilies. When i complained to ms kalpana (Air hostess), she could understand but what can she do. No grudges against anyone but you need to ensure that food supplied to public should not be full of chilies.

                2) earlier my frequent was uk[protected] and now it has been changed to uk[protected]. I have no clue why it has been changed. I hope all my points have been clubed together.

                3) i think you should start flights between delhi - raipur (To and fro).

                  I had booked a ticket with pnr oi3mu8 which was refundable and i paid 5400 rupees. When i called them to cancel they advised that i'll only get 600 rupees back. This is really insane. I had cancelled tickets in the past from another airlines as well and they only deducted around 2500 rupees. I'm expecting at least 2500 rupees to be refunded.

                    Sir, i was booking two tickets for my friend and his sister from jammu to srinagar on 12.09.17, but accidentally entered date of 10.10.17. Just at the time of booking as i saw it, i tried to cancel transaction but that did not happen and my account got deducted by 2500.00 and ticket was booked. I then called vistara and told them to shift my booking to 12th of september and there was no difference in fair also. But what they said shocked me. They told me to pay date change fee of rs. 9600. Kindly help me.

                    My complaint says resolved. But I have not seen any resolution. Vistara has not even contacted me. Nor did paytm. I only want my money refunded. Kindly help me.

                      I have booked airticket through your website to travel from srinagar to kochi on 06 aug 17 for my wife anju p. Pnr is kfzoc3. During booking your website demands more than one letter for the last name. So that i was compled to add peethu instead of p as last name for my wife. Now it bocome security issue as a airport like srinagar. I have contacted your customer care ms poushali to solve the issue afterthat i have paid 1000/- to change the name. Its purely wastage of time and money for me. Forwarding my grievances...

                        I was suppose to board the flight from pune to delhi in uk-998 vistara airlines but i was not called for the luggage scanning and when went and asked the airlines, they refused saying it wasn't their responsibility. And i was not allowed to board my flight since they denied luggage check in.in a conversation with the manager over the ground : air hostess : chefali, i told her my friend was out so if cant check in my baggage, i would send that with her but she denied and did not allow me to board my flight. She didn't even checked my tickets although i reached airport early. What is the use of paying your hard earned money for a safe flight and you get all harsh and rude behaviors from staff. I have to cancel all my consecutive flights just because of a stupid hostess who did not even allowed me to board.

                          I am travelling from Mumbai to Delhi on flight number UK960, with my grand parents who are both senior citizens. Due to health issues they are unable to carry any hand luggage; we very kindly requested the senior management at the Mumbai airport (Sahil and Vineet, and Christy) to let them check in their hand carry, but clearly they had no respect for the fact that that my grand parents are senior citizens. Even worse, they just said that they (Vistara) don't care whether one is a senior citizen. We have never seen such unempathetic staff!
                          Never fly Vistara! Never let your parents fly Vistara!

                            My son and my wife travelled by uk847 to goa on 25.6.17 the crew was hopeless and didn't had nonveg briyani so didn't served them and when asked for tea / coffee they said will take sometime to serve in the meantime they arrived goa
                            Same day 12:10 flight air asia i travelled was awesome so much to offer and variety they had
                            So next i suggest this tata flight is hopeless and pls don't travel by this as they don't have anything to offer
                            Paid 1/2 the price for air asia but was 👍

                              I have had the misfortune of travelling on vistara airline from ahmedabad to delhi on 18.06.2017 on flight no. Uk-966.
                              My booked baggage liberty make has been severely mishandled to the extent that it's handle (Which was of very good quality and flexibility) had been broken.
                              When the same was brought to the notice of vistara airline staff at ig airport delhi they tried to avoid the liability on various pretexts. They also banked upon the signatures of one of my co-passanger which were taken on the pretext of baggage not containing any power bank or other prohibited articles. However on persistence the staff realized that airline was at a fault and pir was prepared. The vistara staff at airport was totally inapt in their work and lacked professional commitment. They kept on passing the buck and wasted my precious time.
                              However the woes did not end there. On 19.06.2017 one person stating his name to be gopal visited my house and asked to takeaway the bag for repair. He did not carry any authorisation from vistara and also did not have any identity proof. He also did not carry any receipt-book to issue an official acknowledgement for taking away the bag. Calling to vistara airline office did not solve the issue as the official concerned did not have any knowledge about the procedure. They repeatedly asked me to handover the bag to the said person without seeking any receipt or official acknowledgement for handing over the bag.in the meantime the said person left.
                              The vistara airline staff has mishandled the bag causing it damage which is absolutely not possible in normal course of handling. The damage to my bag is such that repair is not an option and only way out is replacement.
                              Further they have caused me undue and uncalled for inconvenience due to inefficient handling of the matter at the airport and subsequently.
                              I send a complaint on 19.06.2017 which was acknowledged and on their request for further information a copy of the pir was sent to them.
                              Till date there has been no redress.
                              Going by the mess up created by vistara airline it appears that it is a call for going to a court of law and seek damages for the loss as well as for the harassment, inconvenience and other issues including an apology.
                              I am really perturbed.

                              The complaint is approaching its first anniversary. Thanks to Vistara for that. Had it resolved the complaint we would have missed the opportunity to celebrate the anniversary.

                                Regarding my flight no uk736 from amritsar to mumbai dated 4th june 2017 with vistara airlines.
                                It is so disappointing that during my travel with vistara airlines, my valuables were stolen from my luggage. It includes my 2 watches. Guess and casio edifice costing 26 thousands, which are stolen from the luggage and empty boxes of watch are left.
                                When my luggage came on belt number 1 at mumbai airport, i noticed luggage seals were broken so while checking i found my two watches are stolen from luggage and only watch empty boxes were there.
                                I have given complaint at the same moment to vistara staff. It was also confirmed by vistara staff that at amritsar ur luggage weight was 15 kg and while checking at mumbai it was 14.6 kg.
                                Even after 2 weeks of investigation all i got response from vistara is "airlines is not responsible for the loss and it is as per our tc".
                                My ques to vistara airline is. What is your responsibility then to steal valuables from luggage? If our luggage is not safe in airports then where it is? Vistara says do not put valuables in luggage, what if we put that u steal that?
                                Airports where cctv are at every corner, you are not able to find the con who is doing such act?

                                This is no where written in tc that airlines will open the luggage and steal things.
                                Please lodge complaint of theft and harassment against vistara airlines and i need compensation for the same.

                                  I have booked flight for bangalor to kolkata on uk-838. Vista airlines cancelled the flight due there service issue. They also promised that they will fully refund the booking money. But they hv not done. 1 month is over since cancelation msg i hv received from vistara. I booked through smarbuy - goibibo service. Now all these company are blaming vis-vis.
                                  I hv called many times to smartbye, goibibo, vistara customer care but still now i have not received the refund. It is really pathetic service. I should not booked using smartbye or using goibibo or vistara flight.

                                    My name is prabhakar sharma, i booked my air ticket from vistara airline the journey date is 11/06/2017 at 3:40 am. I reached airport at 3:10 am due to long route between my home to airport. When i ask them to allow me to board at airplane they said you are late we allow people to board before 45 minutes. I tell them my situation that i have to be on that flight but they keep denying me to help. I ask them to talk to their official but they refuse. They are not in the mood to help the girl out there behave very rudely. Atlast i convince them till 3:30 but they refuse and said the doors are closed. And i missed my flight.
                                    The said airline has charged me Rs.477 as UDF at Delhi, while the UDF is Rs.12 only, while processing my refund request and crediting Rs.1019 to my accont through MakeMyTrip.

                                      We three travelers, supposed to fly from del to bhubaneswar by vistara flight at 6.40 am. We reached airport, well in advance. As we were new to the t3 terminal in delhi, we stood in the line with our on line boarding pass in hand to drop our luggage at the counter. But as the time is drawing near, no air line staff called for priority checking. Normally all airlines do so. We got the chance to drop the baggage, by then it was 6.10am, they denied that baggage belt stopped and they can not accept the luggage. We advised them to send luggage by next flight. Persons at the counter bluntly say no. We argued why were we not given priority checking. No answer. This the trick airlines play for make money with out carrying the passengers. As were standing in line, it is the responsibility of the airlines to get us boarded the flight. Air line measurably failed here.

                                      We asked what about the refund. They said no refund is permissible, as we reported late. No body there to listen. Assistance is zero at delhi international airport by vistara. Vistara staff at counters did not know much about rules. Confusing advises given by different people. One advised to come once again two hours prior departure of next flight, ie.in the evening, if seats available the can give another ticket by charging rs.2000 per person as penalty. When we spoke another person, he said, it is invalid now a the case of "no show up". No one there to advise.

                                      So ask airline to refund the amount as per refund rules.

                                        I was denied boarding for my vistara flight. My flight pnr for travel on 15th may is 5xbm5q. It was a kochi to delhi flight. Departure time was 5.35. I reached kochi airport at 05:00, but i was denied boarding.
                                        The staff was very rude. I cried and wept in front of them for half an hour but no one listened.
                                        I will never travel in vistara again. And also i suggest to all my colleague never travel with vistara, it is worst airline
