Visvesvaraya Technological University — Transcripts not sent to WES

I have applied for VTU transcripts on 16th August(application no. VTU2323580) and its been more than one month and my transcripts are not sent to WES. I have been following up with eddts through email and call but they are not responding. If they provide any tracking number, I can track that but no response from eddts. This is urgent and need your help.

I have not got any solution for this. Are you facing the same issue?
Yes, then what will be the solution? they dont replay for email or call.
