I have purchased voltas AC on 17 apr 16 in chennai trade centre expo.After several follow up we got it delivered on 25th .Till now no one turned up for installation after several follow ups

called up purasai branch manager and service head who are responsible for delivery and installation.there is no response.

Please dont purchase from vivek in future.very worst experience

    I have bought a Voltas 1.5T Split AC from Viveks on 16-Apr-2016. It was delivered on 23-Apr-2016 after calling your customer care for more than 20+ phone calls. It was delivered without stabilizer and I went to Viveks Warehouse and collected the same.

    From the day it was delivered till today, I have ​called more than 60 phone calls to your useless customer care (daily min of 15 calls) and I have received the standard reply from your end is "You will get the call back in another 15 mins"​​. ​Till now, I didnt get any call from ​your end. I have visited Viveks warehouse 3 times and no use.

    ​Yesterday I met Mr. Viswanathan​, Senior GM, Viveks and informed the issue. He gave Mr. Kirubagaran contact number and promised that the issue will be solved. He is not picking up the call for the whole day. Today morning I received call from Viveks and confirmed that the AC is not installed and also he promised that, he will send a person to install the AC before lunch. I was believed your words and waiting for your visit. Its 10pm, I didnt received even a call from your end.

    I have never experienced such a pathetic, irresponsible, awful and agonizing customer service.

    Google review is the only place where you are responding so quick...

    Today AC has been installed. In addition to AC I have booked a Lumix Food Processor. Till now the item was not yet delivered. Its already 13 days gone. I have already visited your warehouse many times and dialled your customer care. No proper response from your end.

    Even today I have spoke to your customer care person and they informed me that we have register a complain. When I asked the status of my product, very cool they replied, "We don't know sir. You have to wait till we deliver the product. No other go".

    I am not really happy with your services. Very worst. Please improve.

    As I read all reviews in various forums about Viveks customer care, their irresponsible attitude is very clear. I will not recommend Viveks to my friends and relatives circle.
    By the way I am facing similar situation now. Ac has not been installed and no proper response from th team. Have made more than 30 calls to various people.
    I purchased Volta's AC from tatacliq online.. was delivered and installed promptly. Had an issue on indoor unit.. just after one email complaint, the issue was sorted out in just 24 hrs!

    Viveks team should be more proactive

      I bought a blue star ac from viveks expo 2016...The product was delivered after 8 days as opposed to will be delivered in 3-5 days... Ac was delivered and since then i have been calling viveks customer service (Rubbish name...Not a customer service for sure[protected]... They directed me to home serve 46467700...Another big rubbish service center...No one knows what they are doing...What sir..Sorry sir...Information passed to concerned department sir...Only these 3 sentences are repeated forever...I am trying to get the ac installed and no help so far on the 13th day... Finally one job was created and an sms was sent with job id and technician name..The next day i called home serve again and asked for technician mob number...They said they couldnt find out any info on tech and after many calls someone gave the technicians number...Called him and asked when is he coming...What a response..."i have cancelled that appintment long back...Am not coming...U arrange someone else...Ask those who arranged me...Dont call me"... Worst service so far from viveks...Made a very big mistake by going to the viveks expo... Another big mistake is buying from viveks expo...Suffering now...What to do with such careless and lazy companies who cant get things done? Too many calls to viveks cust care and home serve but no use...All calls just irritate you and annoy you.

        I have purchased panasonic 1.5 ton 2016 model ac on 15-apr-16. They have installed on 20-apr-16. The technicians who installed barely new basic things(Thats a different story). Since the ac is installed, ac indoor unit is making heavy noise. I am registering the complaint every single day and got the response as "today evening or tomorrow morning" but they are keeping the word every time. No one turned up yet. Even i visited the tnagar showroom in person and made complaint twice. I am very disappointed and not satisfied with viveks.

        I bought a AC in viveks poonamallee on 25 April, it is not installed till now at the time of buying showroom people agreed to install within 48 hours, it been three days there is no proper response when it will be installed

          I bought a o general split ac from vivek lmited, manapakkam, chennai-125. I bought it in 29/03/2015 . My a.C model ;asga18ftta .Reg.Name: my ac is not in a proper working condition and i have complaint to the service center of o general.They registered my complaint and a technician came to check and he just simply cleaned the filters and left and henceforth there has been the repeated same problem of poor cooling then again i have also registered my complaint the technician attended then again he just cleaned the filters and the machine worked hardly for three to four nights that too with low effect of cooling but again the problem resists i feel that they have given an old poor conditioned air conditioner because its been just a year since i purchased this and there has been a repeating complaints about the machine.We are shocked and didnt expect this kind of sales and services from you, it has been a kind of routine work.We had keep on filing such complaints and no response comes from other side.Requesting you to address this problem at the earliest as soon as possible

            Vivek conducted an expo in chennai during mid of april 2016. I bought 1 carrier a/c unit . They said that the a/c will be delivered in 7 days.Its been 10 days the a/c not delivered from the 7th day customer service representative replies that the a/c is out for delivery and will be deliverd before 9pm each day and getting response from call center is hell, it takes many trials to reach a customer care person at any time from 9am to 6pm ..Pathetic call center ...You go mad calling them...The recorded message says your waiting number is 5 then 4 ..3...2...1 the starts again5...4..
            After so much time it took to speak to agent ... Still nothing worked out, i went directly to viveks customer care at mylaproe and still no reply.. Yet to receive the a/c booked.

            Viveks bad service please stay away...I feel online is far better...Saves money and...Time

                Ordered an AC on 17apr in viveks & Co - Chennai trade center during their mega sale . They promised to deliver in 3days . One week past, nothe delivered. Worst customer care experience. The only number showing in bill is customer care number but your life will become Hell as it takes at least 20min to reach them and no proper response from them...No one is able to tell the status of my AC delivery. .Totally tired in last 4 days in contacting them.
                Like me I think lot of people are cheated and still waitingfor delivery.
                Don't ever think of buying anything in viveks .

                    I have bought Haier AC on April 13th to 16th 2016 expo..The bill stated the ac, stabiliser, outside unit..they are taking more than a week to deliver the stabiliser.Still no action taken from their end.The customer service is unable to connect.It is getting tougher to survice in this summer without a/c..Once when I got connected, the stupid customer service person says to get the ac installed first and to come and collect the stabiliser whenever it is available..

                    NEVER EVER buy a product from viveks.The expo is all eyewash..the products can be bought in much better negotiation in other stores.I curse their business should go down for such a poor service..

                        I had purchased a Daikin AC 1.5 ton on 19th of April at the Adyar showroom. They stated that the product would be delivered within 4 days time & on 22nd April they call and state that the Product is out of stock so could you please change for Samsung Ac. I asked them that since I wanted daikon that's why I have waited for few days of it was Samsung I would have bought of right away from the Samsung showroom itself. The marketing manager then said can you wait till May 1st week we'll deliver u the daikon product. ( What kind of service is this ?) finally after contacting them humpty no of times they delivered the Samsung ac on 22nd April night. Later on they call on 23rd April today and say that they would do the installation only on 24th April tomorrow. After speaking to them & argument they agree to install it today 23rd April. I seriously am vexed with their pathetic service and customer satisfaction is nil I would say. At the first place they need to learn business ethics. Horrible experience with Viveks would surely never step in to Viveks to buy anything in my lifetime, nor would I recommend it to others.

                          I wish to register a complaint. We bought a samsung led panel 43 inch tizen worth rs.62, 000 from trichy. We had specifically told not to deliver the display piece. But during delivery the seal is opened and it was the same the display piece which was kept in the showroom. That what is the role of customer?? Where is the customer satisfaction gone?????? Is this satisfaction you are providing to customer??? We want to replace the tv with the fresh one. We called viveks trichy office and informed about the issue. But worst response they are providing. I wish to take this to the top level management and take immediate action. We are thinking that viveks the great company, but such a worst response they are giving. They are not even providing the manager number to contact.

                          Viveks customer care or enquiry form is not working. If it is not working, then why you are providing the customer care number in your website or your mail id??

                            Viveks is the worst electronic outlet without any moral values towards customers. I purchased hp ac 101 tu for inr 35, 000 on 27-mar-16 during warehouse sale at manapakkam. Cost of the laptop was at least inr 3, 000 more than other shops and online rate. The laptop was defective one and not working due to hardware malfunction. I immediately contacted viveks customer care and sent mail too. I was asked by viveks customer care to contact nearby branch. On 30 mar 16, i went to porur viveks branch which did not even care to see the defective lapton but asked me to go to hp stores at parsn complex near anna fly over. As the viveks porur branch did not help me, i again contacted viveks customer care and complained about it. I gifted this system to my son who studies engineering and he was totally disappointed due to this defective system. He had an online test for which i had rented a laptop by paying rs.2000. In spite of many reminders and mails to viveks, they did not care and porur branch person in laptop section casually told me that it is the customer’s responsibility to go to hp and get the defective system repaired and viveks had no part in it. With great difficulty, i had taken the laptop to hp and after 10 days follow up with hp, i go the problem solved on my own. Do not purchase any more items from vivek is the lesson i learnt. This outlet does not have any moral responsibility as it does not attend to customer’s grievances. This is the second worst experience i faced with viveks. Earlier i purchased lg 32” tv and in that tv also i had issue. Be careful. There are many good electronic outlets in chennai offering competitive price and customer service.

                              My name is m.Velayutham. I recently order h072-lg frost free fridge 470lt rs glt 522 gnsl ns bst-nobel steel from chennai warehouse billed on 27/mar/2016. Till now not get my product. When i product order that time sales person tell max 4days. But now 11days finished not get my product. And not get any calls to delay product from viveks company side. I called 3 times customer care and asked my query. They said only one thing for 3 times that is " i recived your complaint and i arranged callback our end. But not get any calls viveks company to me.. Any good hearts please assist or help my problem solve.

                                Am writing this mail with full of frustration about your services…

                                I have purchased bosch wm & wak201601n washing machine @ viveks, mugalivakkam ware house sales on 26th march but still now i have not received my product yet (Past 10 days), i have contact your customer care number #[protected] for the past 8 days with total calls of 20 times.. What the hell services that you have i don’t know.. They keep on telling false promise day by day.. I never see this kind of response in my life..

                                Do you know what “customer service”….???????????? - i need my product today or else cancel my product and refund my amount…

                                  We bought electronic items as per the below mentioned bill. After repeated calls the delivery was stated to be made on 22nd of march around 3 to 5 pm, but it was not done.. After repeated calls from my parents we got an assurance that the products would be delivered at d 6 pm despite knowing the fact that there is a senior citizens. After the product got delivered at the destination and they have to travel two hours to us to reach their home, the project got delivered only around 9:30 pm. And the delivery man demanded a hefty amount to be given the service charge despite knowing the fact that the delivery charges are included in the bill. The product got delivered only around 9:30 pm.It brings us to have a disturbance in a minds despite the fact that having done such a huge purchase, we had to go to such inconvenience. Had the delivery person informed us of the proper delivery time beforehand my senior parents need not have waited for such a long time. Take this as a lesson to u from your esteemed customers, and stick to the original comitted delivery time so that we have a pleasing experience.

                                    Purchased a Widow AC at VIVEKS, Mugalivakkam ware house sales on 27th march vide bil no [protected] for Rs 23, 300/- 1.5 T, Voltas Ac with Free Stabiliser and installation.Delivery address - Hazel A 22, City Lights Appts, Nolombur, Chennai - 600095.

                                    The Ac was delivered on 28th and Installed on 29th. But the stabliser of Sakthi make was faulty and not working at the time of delivery/installation itself

                                    For the past four days I have contacted tthe various numbers given to me by Viveks staff[protected], [protected],[protected],[protected]-64550262,

                                    Each time I call the number they giver me a new number and ask me to speak there,

                                    One person informes that I have to take it to Viveks Porur branch to get a replacement. he does not say who I have to contact. who will pay for transport?? it was free delivery, so why should I go to Porur for replacement. Porur Vivek says that is was not sold by that outlet so they cant help.

                                    One person adviced me to contact the stabiliser manufacturer for warranty replacement. When a defective stabiliser was delivered by VIVEKS to my house why should I claim warranty from the stabiliser manufacturer?? It is Viveks responsibility to deliver a working stabiliser to my house.

                                    Viveks is advised to arrange for delivery of a new working stabiliser to my house within 24 hours or I will be forced to take legal /criminal action as VIVEKS has not delivered for payments received by them. Stabiliser is a free issue but is mentioned in the bill as the cost has been included in price of the AC for delivery.
                                    Moreover the stabiliser has no ISI/BIS or any other Government agency mark/stamp on it and so is not safe for domestic usage.

                                    Does VIVEKS support and advice usage of such sub-standard stabilisers which have no proper approvals from the related government authorities for safe usage??

                                    For the past 4 days I am having an AC but forced to not to use it and suffer the summer humid heat.

                                    VIVEK customer care does not care for its customers. Collects money and delivers faulty stabiliser. a stabiliser whch has no approval from any governmental agencies for safe usage, putting my family and my house at risk of shock related risk of fire and loss of property and life.

                                      I have seen my dealers, who apologies for their mistakes (Mistakes may happen) and immediate action will be taken. But here in viveks, it was horrible. I have purchased an inventer a/c and was delivered after 3 day. The installation person came after 2 days and said that the product was mismatch it was a 3 star a/c. Please call the customer care and replace the same. I have tried their customer care number 46468722 / 4213 1616. There is no proper response from them for 3 days. Daily have made 5 to 6 calls. When ever i enquire they said, we will call you with in 30 min & will be delivered asap without knowing the exact issue. After shouting they said it will take 3 more days to deliver. Still today a/c was lying in my floor. I have removed my old a/c for new installation but still, we are sleeping without a/c. They are not doing any free service, we asked for what we have paid….. Don’t buy anything from special or warehouse sale.

                                        Master in giving falls commitment,
                                        every call giving new and fake information.
                                        I have bought DAIKIN 1.5 Ton Inverter AC on 21st Mar 2016 from AC Bazaar showroom in TNagar, Chennai.
                                        When I bought it, the manager assured me that he will deliver my AC and will do all the installation with in 24 hrs.

                                        But the AC is not delivered !!!

                                        I am calling them since 22nd Mar 2016, a very next day of the date of purchase but no response. Everytime when i used to called them they generally dont give any info to customer, they disconnect the call by saying they will check and give me a call back. BUT THAT CALL NEVER CAME.
                                        I am seriously fed up. These people make fool of the CUSTOMER.

                                        Today when I called them in the morning, the manager said he need 3 more days to deliver and now in the evening he changed his statement and said he needs 10 more days to deliver.

                                        Every time he is giving fake information and lying on his last statement.
                                        We are totally disappointed with your service and fake commitment.

                                        After so much follow up from my side, now Manager informed me that DAIKIN is not supplying the AC, DAIKAN is suppose to achieve some target so they are booking the AC in the current financial year without the stock. I mean what a joke... after taking the full amount from the customer\purchaser DIAKIN company is not delivering the AC.

                                        IS THIS A CORRECT INFO ???

                                        I am surely going to share this info on social media, to aware common man regarding such fake policies of the DAIKIN company, so that no other person will get suffered like me.
                                        I will also share my AC invoice which I have attached to this mail.

                                        I hope I will get some satisfactory response from you.
