    I have purchased KDL-50W800D from Viveks located in hypercity, Kundalahalli gate. TV is used for 1 hr and LED stopped displaying the picture and turned-off and never booted up again. Service person initially mentioned it could be software issue and later LED issue after try installing the software.

    Vivek electronics who is the dealer of this product taking no responsibility of replacing defective piece nor making refund. Instead the person who sold the tv and the outlet head stopped picking up the phone.

    I have paid 81000 Rs for TV and got a defective piece.

    Date of purchase: 7th Aug 2016.
    Delivery: 10th Aug 2016.
    Installation from Sony technician:13th Aug 2016
    LED problem and TV stopped working: 14th Aug 2016
    Visit of service technician : 17th Aug 2016.

      I have purchased sony kdl-50w800d tv from viveks hypercity near kundalahalli gate. Right after 1 hr o[censored]sage, lcd stopped working. Immediately contacted viveks. There is no quick action to replace the defective piece. I am disappointed with viveks.

        Hi,

        I purchased voltas 1.5 inventor a/c (183 vey) on sunday (7th august 2016) from the warehouse sale. the ac was delivered in my house on monday morning and installation happened on wednesday late evening (around 6.30 pm). the ac did not work after the installation and the technician told as it was very late, he would come the next day morning to fix it.

        The next morning after my follow up the technician came to my house and check the ac unit. he updated that the outdoor unit is not working and a replacement product will be given.

        Until now (friday evening), there is no response either from viveks or home center on when the product will be delivered. when we reached out to the customer care, they are not sure about the when the product will be delivered.

        The most frustrating part is taking ownership and accountability and set the right expectation. every time when i call the customer care, they tell that they will get back to us in another 1 hour and no body will contact us.

        Now, i am sliding and advising my friends/family towards purchasing these type of product in online and through these dealer, as we dont get a proper feedback and service from them.

        I hope viveks get back to me and fix it by today.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I had brought blue star 5 star rating a/c from viveks tnagar, they had offered an extended warranty of 1 year with additional cost. My a/c is not working from the month of june, when i had called for service, the technicians came and said that it has some problem and it has to be taken to their service centre, and they took another 1 weeks time to take the a/c from my home and on 30.06.16 they had taken the a/c and till date it has not been delivered. They said that the coil has to be replaced and on continuous follow up also they repeat the same answer of delivery within 2 days. Since because it is under extended warranty they have not taken any step to replace the coil. We had gone to their service centre directly on 09.08.16, and spoke to mr. Kirubakarn-head and he assured that the a/c will be delivered but again when we spoke to them they say that it is not ready. Am fed up with their customer care.

          Who is the higher authority, to whom i can take this further. We never asked for an extended warranty, they had offered and we paid for it but when it comes for service and replacement they show their real face and treat us very badly and start threatning us stating that it will take time.

          How should i treat this issue, pls answer

            Hi this is senthil,

            Let me brief my issue summary, i bought an daikin split ac (1.5 ton) in viveks (through an itshow which was conducted in trade centre) i recently migrated from singapore since i lived there for long time i had an very good opinion about expo kind of sale. i was in an impression that viveks is an reputed branded company which will have a good customer relationship portfolio. but here came the sad story which made me to think they are the worst service providers who was not fit to do business. after my purchase they took 20 days to do the intallation which was also carried out after 50 calls. the most lethageric customer service which i had faced so far. after installation my ac was running only for 20 days after which suddenly it got repaired, then they took another 20 days to visit my home to check for the problem. then later they said gas was leaked and they dont how it happened such a messy answer. then i had asked for the replacement since it has ran for only 20 days so this discussion costed another 20 days i got fed up and asked for the repair atleast. and allowed them to dismandle the unit and carry to workshop as per viveks request with the agreed commitement which viveks made by agreeing they will do the replacement when it happens again or if the unit is damaged heavily. but for getting into this sort of agreement i need to do 100 phone calls and and i need to goinperson multiple times. now again after running for 20 days the same problem persist again. when i made the complaint the same story is continuing now its almost 11 days past my complaint. i am registering my experience with such an frustration which made me to think should i register the comaplaint to consumer court where i already made the nesscary arrangement to register this complaint. i am totally not sure whether viveks is reponsible for this worst service or daikin is the one. anyway i have all the nessacry evidence to submit consumer court regarding my complaint. i am hoping atleast viveks or daikin will reply to my post by today. other wise i dont have any other options rather than registering an complaint in consmer court and posting my dislikes and bad service experience in all sort of social networking if possible in media also.

              Here is a frustrated customer because of vivek's service. We purchased a diaken ac 1.5 ton 6 months ago at chennai thoraipakkam and there was a pc board issue. The mechanics from viveks came and collected the board quoting 48 hours of repair time. It's been 5 working days and nothing happened. The customer care is so dumb to not even know what's going on with this issue. They sing the same song that they understand our problem and the urgency to get the repair done. The ac is still in warranty and i have a small kid at home based on which i wanted high priority attention on this simple board replacement. When something has to be done free of charge it's so difficult for these people to keep their words. Always buy in showrooms which offer proper customer care and value customers or who even know what's customer care.. Not from these electronic shops that sell lot of along with the products.

                I am saravanan from kolathur, chennai. I have bought daikin split ac (1.5 ton) in viveks (Manapakkam branch) on last week of march'16.. Technician installed ac in my home... From the day of installation i have faced several issues on ac. (Not working properly). Immediately i have informed customer care to solve my ac problems... After several calls technician came to my home after 1 month checked my ac and informed me that indoor unit of ac need to be checked.. So they dismantled ac and they carried ac with them on 1st week of may'16... And then there is no response from the technicians about my ac statua.. Again after repeated call, they informed me that indoor unit is ok and now they need to check outdoor unit... Now they carried outdoor unit with them..
                I surprised to hear from them what kind of technician do diakin has?.. Now again they carried outdoor unit and repeating call to them by me to know the status.. Now they informed me that total ac unit working in good condition and problem occurred due to improper installation... Now i am really got fatigue regarding this activity and my main purpose o[censored]sing ac during summer was spoiled by improper technician from your side..

                  Very worst response from customer care.. I have ordered refrigerator one day before. And they committed the time based on mutual understanding but not delivered the product on time. Even after contacting customer care their response is very poor.. I feel it is the very worst service and these types of service caused india to never grow up...                     I purchase a panosonic tv in vivex showroom mylapore while buying they said one year warenty with additional one year extended warrenty. but my tv is repair and i launch a complaint they said your tv warenty is only for one year and it also finished and i ask them to service it but inspite of many calls they are not come to collect the tv then after many calls they come and collect the tv on 31st may 2016 anbd they keep idle for more than 20 days with thid period i called several times about the status of tv they said we will inform but now they say 240000 to be paid for service as charges what a fraud it is the tv it self is below 24000. vivek service i never see such a worst service please dont sell the product which can not be serviced are quickly repaired i want to file case in this regard in customer forum please do needful to take action inthis regard

                      I will purchased 1.5 ton LG split AC from viveks at tambaram they send this team myhomeserve india for installtion purpose but home serve team not done the installation process good .very worst they can wrongly connect the supply so ac did not work for 2 days we called him but they not response well.Then we arranged some person and solved.home serve india very worst we given 1000 rupees for stand fixing and also extra 400 charges for we arranged other person to reconnect the correct supply.so much of waste 1400 amount.

                        I have taken an amc with viveks home serve for a 1.5 tom daikin inverter model ac purchased from viveks itself. As for the ac, it was not working and i called for a service from viveks home serve on april 26th 2016. They turned up after 3 days and said it would be ready in 2 more working days. The date today is 16th june 2016 and they still are not able to give me a solution and have stolen my ac parts. People come to the place every 3 days from viveks home serve and little by little they first started taking out the pcb of the indoor unit and then the pcb of the outdoor unit and then the fan and the fan motor. Now my ac is just a shell with the compressor in it. I have attached pictures on the state of the outdoor unit at present. This is how they have left the ac lying around for 2 months during rain and sun. They do not respond and use unparliamentary words when called to the customer care.
                        Viveks homeserve is a fraudlent company started by 7 members mainly for having a look into the customers place and plan for a theft sometime later and also they are into stealing the appliance parts and selling it off elsewhere. This is the lamest service ever provided, ofcourse rhis is the kind of service a fraudlent company can provide.

                          My ac got repaired on may 4th.complaint registered at viveks purasawakkam on 5th may.home serve people came and removed unit on 19, bur they sent sms on 26 that .they told condensor, coil damaged, has to be replaced.i replied that it was in warrenty period only, that to in your workshop only, they said they will talk to samsung people and the repair done.from 19 th may to 13th june no progress on ac service.viveks is doing very worst sales and after service, for doing ac service they take 45 days, if they can not give proper service they can guide very well the customers to go directly samsung service center.kindly look in tothis matter and do the need full

                            I bought an AC in Viveks on March 16. Not even two months completed, got issue for the second time.. The product which I have received is not satisfied to me and am very much frustrated.. When I raised a complaint, the service is not on time and it was worst and not even satisfied with the response and service.. Finally Last week, home serve people came to home and taken the mother board of AC, and I have been told that I will receive the calls in two hours. Almost 9 days over, Still I didn't not receive any response but suddenly got a call yesterday, from a lady in viveks.. She is asking me the feedback of the delivered product...

                            Almost more than one month completed, since there is no response from viveks and no proper solution.

                                Bought a Sony 40inch TV, airtel dthand a washing machine . they promised to deliver a day later of purchase but they didn't deliver even after so many follow ups . Finally they delivered three days later after so many inquiries. Then the same problem started with the installation. Pathetic service. Don't ever buy the products from viveks . still am waiting for my airtel DTH .

                                  Recently i bought 2 AC's in viveks show room for 60000. One of the AC is not at all working. We didnt use the AC from the time we bought. We raise the complaints but still no use.

                                    Their service is pathetic. The call centre is a a total scam. Nobody picks up the call. The branch in porur asks us to go the warehouse to know the status. The warehouse staff say that the sale is not registered. We have been harassed to the core. We will never ever buy or refer viveks to anyone.

                                      This is the worst service ever received, we have ordered a washing machine which was in stock on 2nd May and wanted to have it delivered on the same day but they told it will be delivered by 3rd as my residence was near .

                                      Inspite of having bitter experience earlier were they delivered the washing machine after week we have told them clearly it has to be delivered asap and since they confirmed we went and placed the order and till now it is not been delivered .

                                      Even after making several calls to the manager and to the showroom they have not delivered trusted them again is the big mistake that we did and never we will go to this place again .

                                        We purchased, a vidiem 3 top during the trade center expo from vivkes on 17th april, 2016. We were promised for the delivery by 19th evening. However, still the delivery was not happen also cusotmer care is not reachable. We visited you t nagar branch couple of more times for enquiry. One mr. Vijaya kumar, informed us the produce was already loaded in to the truck for delivery with the help of delivery excel sheet and given an assurance that the delivery before 21st of april before 11.00 am but not done.

                                        He also shared a mobile contact no of mr. Sakul hameed but, he is not at all picking up his mobile. Very very poor ineffective customer care, no contact details of branches, irresponsible managers and delivery guys, also shutting down all their communication channels.

                                        I also visited mr. Ravi shankar on 24th april at mylapore office. He took almost 45 minutes time for collecting my details and assured me that the product will be delivered before 27th april. We were waiting till friday (28th april) and again i called customer care to know the status since, other contact details are unreachable and temporarily out of service. Finally i could connect with one guy, he also said that he could not do anything since, customer care handling only service issues. He was very reluctant to transfer the call to his manager/supervisor after 2-3 repeated calls (Surprised to talk to the same executive again and again) only they took my request and register a ticket. I wanted my money back since, viveks is unable to deliver the product in time.

                                        In the evening(29th april) mr. Manimaran called us and assured that the product will be delivered on saturday itself. I also, said that if they could deliver the product on the same day even in the mid night also, we were ready to take the delivery otherwise, i wanted my money back. But, again they could not keep their promised and failed to deliver the product.

                                        Today, morning the customer care guy called thangaraj was telling that they thought that the product might have been delivered last saturday itself also as a customer care executive he did not know who is manimaram, who interacted with us on saturday (29th april) (Manager customer care)

                                        So advise me to take a legal proceeding against viveks and claim demurrage charges.

                                        Viveks — kent water purifier

                                        We need immediate attention to the purifier we purchased from viveks showroom vadapalani in August 2014. Else I will take this issue with photos and proofs in all social networks in addition to going to the consumer court.
