Verybad!! We booked a daikin A/c and we got it delivered. No one came installing it for almost 2 weeks, so what we did was we installed it with a A/c mechanic for 500rs, then the stabilizer which they gave was faulty. So I went to inquire about it, where I discovered they canceled our warranty. They said the warranty is active only when the company members come and install themself!.. They asked for, 1500rs installation fees too. So because the company didn't care about installation, we did ourselves.. And we get punishment as "No WARRANTY "?? What kind of business you people do??.. The warranty is for the compressor and what it had to do with the installation?? Very bad! I will not recommend viveks for my friends and family.

Hitachi 1.5 ton split A/c. Invoice No:[protected] dated :06/04/2014 . Not yet received the Installation report or warranty card . Registered thro customer care and over phone no response.

    Hi I bought panasonic Tv in viveks showroom at porur branch. Actually my purchased TV has two years warranty (1 year panasaonic warranty+ 1 year viveks warranty). last month I have got a power problem in my TV. so I visited near by viveks showroom and complaint about this. they registered my complaint on nov 18th 2015. They said that with in one week you will be get a call from from our service center and service your TV as soon as possible. one week gone but they never turned ON, so I just called them and said regarding this, they gave a commitment that on monday (23/11/2015) we will send our technician to solve the problem regarding issue on your Tv but on that day too they never turned ON. Again I called them they gave commitment again on 26/11/2015 but on that day too they never came and finally they came to my home on 28/11/2015 and took my TV and said It will took one week to service my TV. Today the date is 13/12/2015 which means it is going to be nearly one month from the date of my complaint registration and still they doesnt return my TV will fully serviced. still they are asking me "gave us one week time when I call and ask about my Tv" so I just want to register a complaint against Viveks service team. And for people attention please dont buy any electronics things in viveks If you need a good customer service. This is my humble request to all. viveks has worst customer service when compared to other showrooms.

      I am located in chennai. I recently booked a ac 1.5 ton daikin and they didnt delivered as they said. Also still there is ac installation pending. Called several times to showroom and service center were still no one updating proper response. Finally the technician came to house today(14/11/2015) for installation but he could not fix the ac due to he is feeling uncomfortable because of our flat is in 1st floor. I really frustrated because of the customer service from Viveks. If Viveks has anyone who knows about customer satisfaction, hope they will understand my email. If there is no person to install ac then they can go ahead for takeback the product and refund my money. Can any one please help me further on this. Thanks, Sreeja

        I had extra usage of Data last month so I had opted for an Add on for 250 RS for 1 GB 4G data. When I asked to cancel it this month (next billing cycle), the customer care says that, If I cancel the money RS 250 will be charged and at the same time the 1GB data will be removed of my package. So they say I will lose my money for no reason. I mentioned can you please stop auto renewal? They mentioned that I have call up on 10th of next month exactly to stop the service. They are not ready to accept a post dated request as well. It's not possible to call exactly on the day as it's very easy to lose out the days. This is such an unfair practice followed by Airtel. I have already raised a port out request. The relationship manager was helpless about this as well. Very bad way to treat your customers. This is just a way to increase your revenue.

          I am located in chennai. Last week, Viveks selled products in Chennai Trade center.Purchased Microwave oven and paid the whole amount on 24th Oct 2015.They promised me that they will deliver the product the next day on 25th Oct 2015.Till now i have not received the product.I am giving call daily to their customer care number multiple times and they are saying product will delivered ASAP.two days before i got a call and they told me it will delivered by yesterday which was not done yet.Please some one guide me whether i can take a legal action against Viveks .             Hi there. my name is vivekananth vasudevan who owns a beat from 2011. In the last 6 months i see that the cover on the gear rod is breaking into pieces and falling off. Its extremely irritating and shows how terrible the quality of the plastic used is. When i showed this to your showroom in coimbatore they said that they cannot do anything about it. It is clearly a manufacturing defect as there is no way that i can mishandle the gear rod.               Purchased Diakin split AC 1.00 ton Bill no [protected] on 29 September 2013. Installation was not proper their was water leak after many attempts it was rectified. On march 29 2015 the ac did not work. Technician from viveks name (therumani) came and told gas leak unit has to be taken. On 31st march 2015 the unit was taken and they promised to return in a week. Their was no response from Home serve their service people. After a month two technicians from Vivek came to take the unit and I told the unit is already taken and I asked him what is the problem no response from there. The technician name Saravanan asked Home serve and told that their is compressor problem and they need bill copy. Immediately I gave the copy. That is in April from that day I rang everyday to Homeserve no proper reply. Everyday the same reply we will call u back but no call will come. On May 3 I asked to give the unit back as I have to go out of station immediately and told them to keep the compressor ready and I will send the unit when I come. I came back and send the unit again on 21 August 2015 from that till now no proper response. Today that is 28september 2015 they promised to send but they rang and said still their is problem we have to check. Why are the delaying ? Very simple to order a compressor and fix. Not even a year old AC. Fed-up with the Homeserve person. Pls. Try to rectifiy soon. Job no 866206

                Dear sir, My daughter Mrs. Daisi Xavier purchased split A/C from your esteem show room Viveks Anna Nagar on 17 May 2011, initially it was working good but on 18 Aug 2015 A/C suddenly stopped, My daughter raised a complain and the complain was attended on 19th Aug 2015 reported as compressor not working and the service charge bill was made (Bill Attached). The compressor unit was dismantled and taken to work shop for replacement of compressor on guarantee period. (in service report engineer mentioned that compressor is faulty) Today the 25 Sep 2015 after several time reminding/ making complains the unit was brought back to my daughter residency stating that the compressor is in good condition and they have changed A/C condenser coil. (Bill Attached) I am sorry to say that I am working in merchant ship as an reefer engineer, in my 20 yrs carrier, I have not changed the coil until unless it is totally damaged, we used to carried out brazing if required, (if any leakages) Kindly look into this issue at the earliest at your end and do the needful, I am having all the evidence (bill and compressor photos) Thanking you, Yours truly,

                  28.03.2015 I purchased a new VND 400 digital stabilizer for 1.5ton airconditioner. 1st day onwords it is showing OH indication it is not giving power to A.C. thrice service people attended the issue. No solution. Both dealer and V.Guard not solving issue. every day we are suffering due to this. I think i am cheated so I need new stabulizer from V.Guard.

                      Viveks home serve has taken my indoor and out door unit of split a / c on 26. 06. 2015, saying gas leak and it has to be taken to workshop for filling. Today the 7th july 2015, since 12 days are over, i don't what has happened to my a / c. I have spoken to so called customer care unit may times, telling my story of a / c when it was taken for workshop. But immediate response they we will inform to the concerned department and till now i don't know what has happened my unit. But on 01. 07. 2015, i got sms stating that the service charge is rs. 3020 for my job no. It is rediculas and viveks home serve are cheating and i think they have sold my unit and made money. I advice my dear friends and to all citizens of india, don't go for any amc with the cheat vivekes home serve,

                      Until this type of cheat viveks home serve are in our country, this country will never come up in the field of service.

                        I had purchased an Panasonic 1.5 ton Inverter AC from Viveks Mega Expo-Chennai in April-2015. Less than a months time, the AC malfunctioned & was diagnosed by technician next day, stating that the board from the outdoor unit was faulty. I was told that new part will be replaced within a weeks time. Its now over a month, since the AC stopped functioning, But, until now I have not received valid response from Viveks consumer care. They keep telling that the part is yet to come from Panasonic.

                        Same story for my samsung AC. They keep on updating that it is pending approval from Samsung, but Samsung person says no approval is pending. I dont know what to do now. Worst experience..

                          Ordered an lg ac which was promised to be delivered the next day. But even after 4 days it wasn't delivered! When enquired, they very casually replied 'no stock'. There is no proactive communication from ac bazaar, we have to follow up with them to find out the status. Applied for refund, its been a week now, cheque is yet to be issued. Don't know when i'll get my refund. Worst customer relationship!

                            Dear All, First of all I don't know this complaint will go right place. I purchased LG split AC on 30/05/2015 @ T Nagar they told next day delivery and we came with good services. Next day I called to him for AC delivery. They told before 6.30 it will reach so don't go anywhere they(31/05/2015). After 06.30. No response from viveks still now 02/06/2015. Please kindly take this complaint to higher level.                               Bill No: [protected], Product: Bosch Washing Machine 7 KG Front Load Silver I ordered the washing machine on 24th may but they didnt deliver it on time as they told finally delivery made at night 10;30 p.m. Thank God it didnt go beyond it. The people came from BOsch to install it, they also got shocked after seeing the machine n asked whether second quality, and also the bill. They said they will put a job card & also asked to inform the store too. Here starts the real problem. Worst store manager n sales person who responded to me. Manager says they will never do like that but they didnt even replaced a machine from the place where it was taken and delivered to me. Manager is arguing back what is wrong in supplying like that as they didnt wash (use). To hell with his logic. Finally after an argument they are saying that " as you are not satisfied with the product wait till we change it to new one" how clever !!! For scratches no reply. Guess by cheating only they celebrate 50th anniversary. Lot of contradictory statements too. Like "we usually deliver display pieces except tv" " we will never deliver a display piece" " there is nothing wrong in it". The sales person (his no:[protected]) he doesnt even know respect. while talking he says " machine vandha odane solraen NEE vandhu pathu ok sollu" I dont really understand how many times i should go to him for buying a single washing machine. Also need to wait till they arrange for a new piece after paying fully. Most disgusting experience ever. Worst Store.. Worst manager n worst sales person (his no:[protected]). p.s: In the pic near the flash u can even see the pen mark.. also lot of scratches completely.. pic take by Bosch officials who came for installation so bit low quality n not very clearly visible.

                                I purchased Tata Voltas AC from Viveks on 12/May/2012, Chennai, Adyar. Bill No :[protected] for RS 32300. I was about to purchase 3 star AC, but the Viveks sales guys encouraged to take 5 star A/C instead for better power savings so paid extra 5000 rupees. Later i learnt that 5 star comes with aluminium coil and it does not last long more than 2-3 years. There was a gas leakage problem within a year of purchase, the service engineer (N Manikandan) just filled the gas (02/4/2013) but did not fix the problem. I had an AMC contract from Viveks between 2013 May to 2014 May and again there was a gas leakage problem and again the service engineer just filled the gas and failed to fix the problem. Now i am not in AMC, but the gas leakage problem has reoccured again and A/C is not functioning properly. When i called them, they said they need to change the aluminium coil and it may take around 4000. The actual problem occured during the warrent period as well as during AMC which they failed to fix but now they are charging for fixing the problem. Kindly help to resolve the problem.                                   The said AC was purchased from you and the same were installed on16/4/2015 by Mechanic of volt as Mr.T.Prabu, mob.no.[protected]. He was suppose to come on the next day to show the full demonstration as the same were installed very late on that date. Moreover he has taken 2 Remottes of other our rooms of Elgee without our knowledge. We have phoned him several times but he failed to come for demo and returning our remotes.                                     I have purchased AMC 909681 in the month of October 2014 from Viveks Home Serve. I have paid 2520 as AMC charges and the same got debited from my Bank account within a week. As per the plan I was assured of 4 services which will be done every quarter. In the month of December I had to shift the ac outdoor from second floor to 3rd floor for which they charged close to 8000. Its been 7 months since the AMC has been taken not even single call I received from home serve or they have come and have done service . This month I called them twice. First time on 2nd May and spoke to Ms Narmada . I explained her that AMC was taken to make sire that periodic maintenance is performed which will help to better performance of the AC. She informed me that they have forgotten to call me and have missed servicng my AC for the last 7 months. I wanted for a call back from a senior guy which I was assured that I will receive in 10 mins. It was around 5:30 when I spoke to customer care of Home serve. I waited for 30 mins and never received any call from Home Serve. When I rang them back got a voice message saying that they close the call Centre by 6pm. I waited till Monday and again called the customer service of Viveks Home Serve. This time i spoke to Ms Jaya . I got the standard reply.I lost my cool and asked for a refund of my money. She asked me to send a mail to customer care. I demanded for a call back from a senior official .which I have not received till date. Really shocked that reputed brand like Viveks can cheat people and not provide proper solution when highlighted. The Sales person from Viveks was very aggressive in selling his plan but service is pathetic and no response from call Centre.

                                    Home serve executive has assured me that I will receive mail with regard to AMC extension by 2 months . As there was delay in servicing for over 7 months.
                                    I am yet to receive that confirmation

                                      Sir.im m.prakash from chennai periyamathur ch600068. On 11april 2015 in viveks electronic annanagar paid totaly for a ifb washing machine model senorita aqua sx but on the net day got delivered ifb vx... On 20th the service gut came for assembling it and found the product is different from the billed one...complaint has been done on the viveks costomer care... They assured that the product will be replaced on the similar day on complaint was made...on 20th april 15.. But till now no action has been take ..pls help

                                        pls dont buy viveks I buy a new split ac during the expo on Saturday 11.04.15. But till date I am not received AC.I tried to contact them, I have to wait for more then 15 to 20 mins to speak the customer care people just wait 1 hour i will update. every time but i am waiting more then 10 days till now i am not getting answer from viveks people I have seen poor customer service, but this is the very very worst. I think viveks selling a product after 20 days cancelled the bill just making money rotation from public. Now I want to cancel my order .I suggested no body buy the any product from vivkes please .Their worst customer service shows they care dam about their customer care. this is my no [protected]
