Dear sir,
My daughter Mrs. Daisi Xavier purchased split A/C from your esteem show room Viveks Anna Nagar on 17 May 2011, initially it was working good but on 18 Aug 2015 A/C suddenly stopped, My daughter raised a complain and the complain was attended on 19th Aug 2015 reported as compressor not working and the service charge bill was made (Bill Attached). The compressor unit was dismantled and taken to work shop for replacement of compressor on guarantee period. (in service report engineer mentioned that compressor is faulty)
Today the 25 Sep 2015 after several time reminding/ making complains the unit was brought back to my daughter residency stating that the compressor is in good condition and they have changed A/C condenser coil. (Bill Attached)
I am sorry to say that I am working in merchant ship as an reefer engineer, in my 20 yrs carrier, I have not changed the coil until unless it is totally damaged, we used to carried out brazing if required, (if any leakages)
Kindly look into this issue at the earliest at your end and do the needful, I am having all the evidence (bill and compressor photos)
