Hi i have ordered for fridge goorej 331 liters from warehouse sale. At the time of sale ppl from your side told me they will deliver the product within 4 - 5 working days. But till this date i have not received and if i call customer care ppl saying me your product will delivered soon and asking for time. So how long i can wait. No were such shop do like this really so embarrassed with viveks feeling very bad that y i have purchased from...

Raised a complaint for Washing machine service. Almost 3 weeks, since not fixed.

Getting a call and informed it will be fixed but keeps on postponing .

This is not the first time, already had faced the same kind of issue and after several phone calls/escaltions it got sorted out.

Now the same thing happening for washing machine as well.

Service is not good and no timely feedbacck...

With reference to my complain t number 963340 . I have complained that my AC gas ran out due to leakage problem which was caused during installation time ..It's been more than two months but no action has been taken .It's still in its warranty period only .I'm ready to go even with paid service but service center is not even facilitating with that service ..What kind of service you people running??? My friend cum Brother Sabapathy - Saidapet has brought LG LED TV from VIVEKS - North Usman Road on 13.11.2016 vide their invoice no : SOJ[protected] for Rs.32300.

I brought 2 split samsung AC from viveks. and got AMC for the next year. everything was good for one year. the next year i had a complaint for 1 of the AC for no cooling effect, so they send some engineers and took the outdoor and indoor unit to mylapore work shop and rectified in 10 days. they reinstalled and with in 2 days i faced the same problem so again they took outdoor and indoor unit to their work shop and fixed it after 10 days....

Mr. Inayathullas -6464 has come 0n 20 oct 2016 and taken our ac (Outdoor and indoor unit) to address the breakdown issue. Viveks committed that with in 2 weeks they will address the problem and install it.
