With reference to my complain t number 963340 . I have complained that my AC gas ran out due to leakage problem which was caused during installation time ..It's been more than two months but no action has been taken .It's still in its warranty period only .I'm ready to go even with paid service but service center is not even facilitating with that service ..What kind of service you people running??? Try to solve this issue as soon as possible.

    My friend cum Brother Sabapathy - Saidapet has brought LG LED TV from VIVEKS - North Usman Road on 13.11.2016 vide their invoice no : SOJ[protected] for Rs.32300.
    This TV got issue 3 times before end of January 2017 - i.e before 3 months from the date of purchase. LG has repaired it repeatedly and finally on 29.01.17 they inspected and confirmed that LED PANEL (picture tube) is defective and needs to be replaced.
    We clearly understood that it is an sub standard product manufactured by LG INDIA. LG India is not understanding the customer's pain instead arguing to avoid replacement of TV which is totally not acceptable. If they cant replace the TV, let them give it in writing stating their products for failure free. So that all LG customers can be aware of their quality level and raise the concern if situation arises. VIVEKS is not showing much interest in resolving this issue even after it was escalated to their product head

    VIVEKS PVT LTD. IS NOT SHOWING INTEREST IN RESOLVING CUSTOMER PROBLEM. THEY ARE UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER'S PAIN. LG TV WHICH FAILED WITHIN 3 MONTHS SHOULD BE REPLACED ON FOC BASIS INSTEAD OF REPAIRING. IF THE PRODUCT FAILED AFTER 6 OR 8 MONTHS, THEY CAN TALK ABOUT WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND NOT FOR THE PRODUCT FAILED WITHIN 3 MONTHS. THE SUB STANDARD QUALITY LED TV HAS BEEN SOLD TO US AND IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF VIVEKS PVT. LTD TO ARRANGE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME. IN TURN THEY CAN PENALIZE LG INDIA FOR SELLING SUCH WORST QUALITY PRODUCT TO THEM AND HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS OF REPUTED VIVEKS CUSTOMERS..     INVOICE NO : SOJ[protected] / 13.11.16 - LG TV - FAILED ON 29.01.17 WITHIN 3 MONTHS. NEED REPLACEMENT TV OR ELSE WE WILL GO LEGALLY AGAINST VIVEKS AND LG FOR SELLING SUB-STANDARD QUALITY PRODUCT. YOU ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING THE CUSTOMER'S PAIN. ALREADY WE STARTED POSTING ABOUT THIS ISSUE IN FACE BOOK. SOON, IT WILL BE DONE THRO WHATSAPP AND TWITTER WITH SPECIFIC NAME ABOUT VIVEKS AND LG INDIA TO SAVE CUSTOMERS HARD EARNED MONEY.

    PLEASE DONT TALK ABOUT PANEL REPLACEMENT. IF LG IS NOT SUPPORTING YOU TO RESOLVE YOUR CUSTOMER ISSUE, WHY YOU ARE SELLING LG PRODUCTS ? DOING REPLACEMENT IN WARRANTY IS NOT AN IMPOSSIBLE THING.     Very bad service, it's really irritating too much, they don't really in a proper manner. In beginning they were going nice speech, but services is really bad, i will not refer anyone for onida.

      Dear Sir,
      Yesterday I purchased one 10 Ltr Water Purifer (Pure it - Hindustan Levers) for Rs. 17000/- from Vivek and Company Nanganallur, Chennai 600 061 vide Bill No. SOJI6_00249441 dt .7.2.17 time 01.17 pm.
      The sales person name is Mr.Arul Das and his mobile No.[protected] . After giving a beautiful demo he convinced us to purchase the water purifier and finally told us that there is no stock of that model and he has to get it from vadapalani branch godown and deliver at our residence for which dellivery charge of Rs. 300/- has to be paid extra. I told him that it is their internal issue of stock unavailable at their Nanganallur shop and to be brought from Vadapalani for which we are not liable to pay dellivery charges. However finally i agreed and to my surprise he brought the machine in his own byke and took Rs.300/- delivery charges in cash without giving any receipt.

      Today, for installation one person named Mr.Vijay Mob No. [protected] came for installation of water purifer at 6 p.m and while installing he noticed major problem of circuit board not working properly and all lights were blinking in Red. He told that that machine has been by mistake not fitted with fuse and hence all lights are blinking in RED. Hence he discontinued the installation and left the machine and spoke to Mr Arul and informed him that the product is defective and could not be installed.

      I also spoke to Mr.Arul the sales person to immediately replace the defective water purifer delivered by him and he has not assured me for replacement but told that he will speak to his management and revert.

      I regret for having purchased a defective product from Vivek and company and Mr.Arul sales person not taking responsibility for replacing the defective product delivered to me. I hereby request Vivek and company management to immediately intervene and arrange to replace the defective machine with a new machine and also arrange for installation of the same

      Dear Sir,

      Complaint is almost 1 week as on date and no action has been taken from Vivek and co end for replacing the faulty and defective PureIt 10 ltr Water filter delivered at my house.

      I bought the product on 7th feb and today it is 13th feb and every one are keeping quite and silent since you think you job is over as you have collected Rs. 17000/- for the faulty and defective product delivered to a customer and more over collecting Rs.300 as delivery charges for delivering a faulty and defective product.

      I request you to kindly take immediate action for replacing the faulty and defective water purifier delivered.

        I brought 2 split samsung AC from viveks. and got AMC for the next year. everything was good for one year. the next year i had a complaint for 1 of the AC for no cooling effect, so they send some engineers and took the outdoor and indoor unit to mylapore work shop and rectified in 10 days. they reinstalled and with in 2 days i faced the same problem so again they took outdoor and indoor unit to their work shop and fixed it after 10 days. Now almost after 6 months i faced the same problem. they came and took both outdoor and indoor unit, after i week they called me and told we need to spend 10, 000/- as they found that the coil is damaged.when i asked the reason they are telling we cannot explain everything to all customer, very rude behavior. there is no proof with them that actually the coil is spoiled. i know they are selling it to other shops/customers outside their company. Even they told me for the other AC that the GAS has been leaked but i told them not to touch it and i request an local AC specialist to verify and he told everything is fine. no issues...Now it is very clear that they are trying to loot the customer as much as they can... Now i want to complain to police and want to file a case in consumer court. kindly someone assist.

          Since our ac is not working we registered a complaint with viveks.

          Mr. Inayathullas -6464 has come 0n 20 oct 2016 and taken our ac (Outdoor and indoor unit) to address the breakdown issue. Viveks committed that with in 2 weeks they will address the problem and install it.

          Almost 2 months over. Weekly twice we are following up with viveks customer care. The reply from customer care is spare is not available.

          Viveks is dealer of og ac. Why it is not possible to get the spare parts in time.

          Kindly analyse the situation with your technician and update us exactly the spare parts availability and rectification of our ac.

          If viveks is not able to get the spare parts and do the rectification of the ac, kindly send back our ac (Indoor and outdoor unit) without any damage.

          Elac warer hearter purchased on last 3rd dec 16, Still the installation not complete.

          Worst customer services

          Even: Elac services manager said they will come today, But he never the pick the phone.
          Worst customers services i order a lg 43 inch led tv on 01/01/2017, still not delivered. They are not responding, one of the worst electronic company. Pls dont any thing from this company vivek.

            Hi all
            I have brought TV last month date 23rd 2016 Nov,
            After a week they came installed the TV and its worked fine for 1 day after installation gets over, suddenly got cracked in display planel and i have complaint about this issue,
            Sony service person ( Dont knew he had well knowledge or not ) came and checked, he said physical damage, really god how come its physical damage i dont knew because i have brought week a ago, i am sure viveks sell damaged TV and if i ask they replied this not our problem,
            Can anyone explain how could sec day of installation TV gets cracked .
            Take it as serious issue and need to replace it.

              Hi my voltas ac is not working when i called them and they verified and told that my compress has gone.They have taken my outdoor unit on aug 18th 2016 and till now it is not fixed it is almost more than 2 months and when i call the customer care they told me that voltas compress needs to be replaced with toshiba compresssor and after that they told me the compressor not available in local and they update me almost after 1 month and they told me the ordered compressor has been replaced with some other compressor and they update me that the specific compress not available in local, i do not know what they are doing for almost for 1 month and they told me they have outside chennai and after 1 month (2nd month) only they are telling that they have received the compressor even after receving the compressor they are not ready to return and they are telling it will take another 1week as monitoring is going on they keep on telling the same thing again and again but they are not able to resolved the pblm.It is very difficult to be without as the climate is very hot.

                We have booked and paid for for lg 49 inches tv on 22nd oct and they confirmed that will deliver the same on 26th oct.. today is 29th oct but we didn't get it yet.. see we have booked this tv for diwali but we didn't get it.. i have bought many things from different viveks show room and other show rooms too.. but this is the very very worst response i got which is from adyar branch. i called the customer service too but they can't even deliver the product on time.
                Very worst service ever!

                  This is in regarding a washing machine which i had purchased on 11th september 2016 at above said show room,
                  Bill details order no: soj16_00088950
                  Whirpool semi automatic 6.5 ace sup plus,
                  Amount 11775/- discount 875/- payable amount after discount 10900/-
                  Delivery charges 200/- total amount paid at counter number as mentioned in bill 112-t1, at 03:22 pm,

                  1. When ordering the machine sales executive said it will take two days for delivery which i accepted and called up your call center third day on 14/09/2016 to check the status of the product, they informed me stating that they will make show room people to get in touch with me, i received a call from show room saying the delivery of the product is possible only by 15/09/2016 as when i asked the reason behind the delay, they gave a pathetic answer saying the delivery person tried calling up my mobile number and it was not reachable so he has gone for some other delivery and i replied saying i have given alternate number, the executive said it was also not reachable, i quickly replied saying i had given landline number and i don’t think landline number never be unreachable at any cost, finally i had told the executive if i don’t receive the product by 14th evening i will be forced to cancel the order due to delaying the order, finally i received the product at night on 14th september 2016 by around 08:30 pm,

                  2. Second supervise the machine which i ordered and received were same, but when i looked at the label on the box it mentioned as 10775/- inclusive of all tax, i called up customer care on 15/09/2016, and complained saying i have been charged higher than a mrp value, again the call center executive said he will get the show room people to call me back, i received a call back form show room people and the executive said he want to visit my home and check the machine, which quickly he visited my home and took a snap of machine and called me stating the product which i had ordered only i had received but regarding the price difference he requested for two day, which i agreed, and told him please get back to me with a valid reason that why i have been charged higher than the mrp,
                  I called up again to call center on 20/09/2016 five day after the executive who request me only for two days to get back to me on price difference, call center said the same thing stating they will get back to us after checking with show room people,
                  Finally i myself visited the showroom on 20/09/2016 and meet the manager personally,
                  Was supervised with manager as when i explained everything, manager just said sorry and he is waiting for the replying from his corporate office, i asked him i am being suffered for the unfair trade practice which you people have done, but manager clearly said it was not a show room people mistake as whatever appears in the system they have charged accordingly because all the update is been done by corporate side,
                  So finally i asked him why i have been charged higher from mrp value for that he had no answer and said they are awaiting reply from their corporate office, he was not guilty of me being charged higher, in spite i told i have no option then to knock district forum court for filling a case against vivek’s, as this is unfair trade practice charging more than mrp value to the customer, he gave me a green signal stating sir, you can go-ahead,

                  I had sent two mail to their customer care i just received just a acknowledge emails and few phone calls stating they are still awaiting for the reply from corporate,

                  I have been calling call center and calling your show room and visiting your showroom, but from dealer side i get a pathetic response,

                  How vivek’s going to answer my questions and going to compensate and refund the amount,

                  Why i have been charged higher than the mrp, what so ever the reason could be,
                  It’s straight away a unfair trade practice which is been done by vivek’s,
                  I wonder if i am only the sufferer, is this the vivek’s business ethics,

                  I demand a genuine compensation by your organization and a refund of my balance amount, because of your negligence and unfair trade practice and the amount of pressure and metal agony i had gone through,

                    This is to inform you that i had bought two 1.5 ton inverter ac from viveks showroom at t nagar in chennai (Tamil nadu) this jan 2016.

                    Ever since i have bought it on of the acs is continuously having problems. First it was the sensor panel not fitted properly, then the sensor light not working, then ac not cooling, ac making excessive noise and lastly now the ac not working. The second ac fortunately is not having any problem so far (Touch wood).

                    I fail to understand that how a reputed company like yours can make such sub standard piece, that to the model is the top of your line model.

                    Furthermore, the services of home serve from viveks is also pretty slow. I complained regarding the ac on 22 aug (Mon) job no 937972 and the ac was only collected on sat (26 aug) job no938469, that to after reminding then on three consecutive days and getting after them.

                    I am now without an ac for the past 10 days.

                    I hope you shall inquire to find the issue/ problem with home serve/ viveks and resolve it.

                    I am not sure if it would too much to ask for a complete replacement for the defective piece, but i do hope so.

                    Please make sure i have an ac at the earliest which runs without any problem.

                      Hello sir, we have purchased ac from warehouse of vivek located in mugalivakkam main road opposite to dlf on[protected]. The order number is s0jl6_00047536. While purchasing ac, at that tym mr muthu (Vivek executive) promised us the ac will be delivered in 3-4 working days. But as of now[protected] ac has not been delivered. I keep on tried to call his number but the response was very poor, he did not bother to receive my call. After that we went to omr vivek show room again they told we need to contact ware house and customer care, i paid whole amount at that time. Now vivek executive are saying the order is out of stock. Is this my fault, last 20 days i am suffering for this things. Please take apporopiate action

                          I have purchased KDL-50W800D from Viveks located in hypercity, Kundalahalli gate. TV is used for 1 hr and LED stopped displaying the picture and turned-off and never booted up again. Service person initially mentioned it could be software issue and later LED issue after try installing the software.

                          Vivek electronics who is the dealer of this product taking no responsibility of replacing defective piece nor making refund. Instead the person who sold the tv and the outlet head stopped picking up the phone.

                          I have paid 81000 Rs for TV and got a defective piece.

                          Date of purchase: 7th Aug 2016.
                          Delivery: 10th Aug 2016.
                          Installation from Sony technician:13th Aug 2016
                          LED problem and TV stopped working: 14th Aug 2016
                          Visit of service technician : 17th Aug 2016.

                            I have purchased sony kdl-50w800d tv from viveks hypercity near kundalahalli gate. Right after 1 hr o[censored]sage, lcd stopped working. Immediately contacted viveks. There is no quick action to replace the defective piece. I am disappointed with viveks.

                              I purchased voltas 1.5 inventor a/c (183 vey) on sunday (7th august 2016) from the warehouse sale. the ac was delivered in my house on monday morning and installation happened on wednesday late evening (around 6.30 pm). the ac did not work after the installation and the technician told as it was very late, he would come the next day morning to fix it.

                              The next morning after my follow up the technician came to my house and check the ac unit. he updated that the outdoor unit is not working and a replacement product will be given.

                              Until now (friday evening), there is no response either from viveks or home center on when the product will be delivered. when we reached out to the customer care, they are not sure about the when the product will be delivered.

                              The most frustrating part is taking ownership and accountability and set the right expectation. every time when i call the customer care, they tell that they will get back to us in another 1 hour and no body will contact us.

                              Now, i am sliding and advising my friends/family towards purchasing these type of product in online and through these dealer, as we dont get a proper feedback and service from them.

                              I hope viveks get back to me and fix it by today.

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I had brought blue star 5 star rating a/c from viveks tnagar, they had offered an extended warranty of 1 year with additional cost. My a/c is not working from the month of june, when i had called for service, the technicians came and said that it has some problem and it has to be taken to their service centre, and they took another 1 weeks time to take the a/c from my home and on 30.06.16 they had taken the a/c and till date it has not been delivered. They said that the coil has to be replaced and on continuous follow up also they repeat the same answer of delivery within 2 days. Since because it is under extended warranty they have not taken any step to replace the coil. We had gone to their service centre directly on 09.08.16, and spoke to mr. Kirubakarn-head and he assured that the a/c will be delivered but again when we spoke to them they say that it is not ready. Am fed up with their customer care.

                                Who is the higher authority, to whom i can take this further. We never asked for an extended warranty, they had offered and we paid for it but when it comes for service and replacement they show their real face and treat us very badly and start threatning us stating that it will take time.

                                How should i treat this issue, pls answer

                                  Let me brief my issue summary, i bought an daikin split ac (1.5 ton) in viveks (through an itshow which was conducted in trade centre) i recently migrated from singapore since i lived there for long time i had an very good opinion about expo kind of sale. i was in an impression that viveks is an reputed branded company which will have a good customer relationship portfolio. but here came the sad story which made me to think they are the worst service providers who was not fit to do business. after my purchase they took 20 days to do the intallation which was also carried out after 50 calls. the most lethageric customer service which i had faced so far. after installation my ac was running only for 20 days after which suddenly it got repaired, then they took another 20 days to visit my home to check for the problem. then later they said gas was leaked and they dont how it happened such a messy answer. then i had asked for the replacement since it has ran for only 20 days so this discussion costed another 20 days i got fed up and asked for the repair atleast. and allowed them to dismandle the unit and carry to workshop as per viveks request with the agreed commitement which viveks made by agreeing they will do the replacement when it happens again or if the unit is damaged heavily. but for getting into this sort of agreement i need to do 100 phone calls and and i need to goinperson multiple times. now again after running for 20 days the same problem persist again. when i made the complaint the same story is continuing now its almost 11 days past my complaint. i am registering my experience with such an frustration which made me to think should i register the comaplaint to consumer court where i already made the nesscary arrangement to register this complaint. i am totally not sure whether viveks is reponsible for this worst service or daikin is the one. anyway i have all the nessacry evidence to submit consumer court regarding my complaint. i am hoping atleast viveks or daikin will reply to my post by today. other wise i dont have any other options rather than registering an complaint in consmer court and posting my dislikes and bad service experience in all sort of social networking if possible in media also.

                                    Here is a frustrated customer because of vivek's service. We purchased a diaken ac 1.5 ton 6 months ago at chennai thoraipakkam and there was a pc board issue. The mechanics from viveks came and collected the board quoting 48 hours of repair time. It's been 5 working days and nothing happened. The customer care is so dumb to not even know what's going on with this issue. They sing the same song that they understand our problem and the urgency to get the repair done. The ac is still in warranty and i have a small kid at home based on which i wanted high priority attention on this simple board replacement. When something has to be done free of charge it's so difficult for these people to keep their words. Always buy in showrooms which offer proper customer care and value customers or who even know what's customer care.. Not from these electronic shops that sell lot of along with the products.

                                      I am saravanan from kolathur, chennai. I have bought daikin split ac (1.5 ton) in viveks (Manapakkam branch) on last week of march'16.. Technician installed ac in my home... From the day of installation i have faced several issues on ac. (Not working properly). Immediately i have informed customer care to solve my ac problems... After several calls technician came to my home after 1 month checked my ac and informed me that indoor unit of ac need to be checked.. So they dismantled ac and they carried ac with them on 1st week of may'16... And then there is no response from the technicians about my ac statua.. Again after repeated call, they informed me that indoor unit is ok and now they need to check outdoor unit... Now they carried outdoor unit with them..
                                      I surprised to hear from them what kind of technician do diakin has?.. Now again they carried outdoor unit and repeating call to them by me to know the status.. Now they informed me that total ac unit working in good condition and problem occurred due to improper installation... Now i am really got fatigue regarding this activity and my main purpose o[censored]sing ac during summer was spoiled by improper technician from your side..

And they committed the time based on mutual understanding but not delivered the product on time. Even after contacting customer care their response is very poor..
