We have purchased 0w800c via bill no [protected] on 5th oct 2015 (Bill amount rs. 96200) from tnagar branch. We were informed we will get 3d glasses 2 numbers and a camera free but free items not in stock. They asked us to collect the free items one month later. After they said due to flood everything ceased and asked to collect after a month.... Finally they said camera not available but will give sound speakers instead and given speakers (But we prefer only camera-any way given something) and asked to collect 3d glasses one month later again. But till now we not receved the glasses (And they said bring your bill, after bringing bill they informed free items not mentioned there-very fraud).     I bought whirlpool fridge from viveks - tnagar.
    They promised to deliver and have whirlpool agent to install the fridge.

    The sales agent name is udaya (Udayakumar)
    He also told me that the person coming to install will also provide the stand for fridge @1500
    A person came home, claimed to come from whirlpool authorized agent - unpacked, plugged in and provided the stand as well and collected the cash. When asked about writing the details on warranty paper and receipt - he replied that those were not required.

    I had a problem with the fridge as it is draining water on the floor. When complained to the sales agent (Udaya) - he then called whirlpool to install & show demo. While i was confused as to why again install, i accepted given someone will come home to look at the problem.

    Only then we realized that the earlier guy was just a fake guy sent by udaya to sell stand and whirlpool was informed about demo only after i complained about the problem.

    This is totally unethical to send strangers to sell stand in the name of whirlpool agent - just to earn small money as commission for stand and stabilizer. If i didnt have this problem, i would have never realized this and my purchase would never have been registered for warranty with whirlpool.

    What about safety of customers?
    On calling udaya, he mentioned that he has nothing to do with this and it's done by vivek's itself.

    Request you to look into this issue and resolve the same.

    I had complained directly to Viveks customer care as well. They were prompt in responding back to my complaint and asked for all information - and promised to revert back in 24 hrs. Once, they spoke to the employee - he got a hint of the issue and immediately came home and fixed the problem in fridge. (Which whirlpool & viveks sales agent were discussing on who will pick the replacement and fix - today / tomorrow etc.) So, this forum helped in fixing one of the issue. But, the issue of sending unknown person as Whirlpool agent has got NO Response. Viveks seemed to have threatened the employee not to come to work unless he gets the issue resolved by me. The employee came home and requested me to have this resolved. So, I have closed this issue in your system. But, the fundamental practice of Viveks and Whirlpool - Trying to Sell Stand & stabilizer and who will make money is STILL ONGOING - each blaming the other for making profit. Even though Whirlpool advertises that stabilizer not required, THEY COME and SCARE Consumers that Fridge will have problem if they dont fix Whirlpool Stabilizer. The agent in turn blames Whirlpool that they have TARGET to achieve, etc. Whenever we buy Washing machine, A/C or Fridge, This is the USUAL SCAM followed by Big Electrical appliance companies (LG, Samsung, Whirlpool) - try to sell the accessories at exhorbitant cost. NOT SURE HOW this will be resolved...

      My name is Sudhir. Am based in Chennai. We bought Daikin AC 1.5 Ton from Viveks, and we got this product based on the customer service assured from Viveks. We are not happy with the product as there is more noise and also some times we get a smell from the AC as we get when a wire is burnt. When we complain about it, nobody is turning up for service and also the customer executives response is ridiculous. Even after I said that I would take it up with the consumer complaints forum or to the social media, am not getting a response. Companies like these should be sealed so that they will not cheat any customers further in the name of assuring self service for the products which do not have or very less customer service centres in the location.

      If possible I would like to go for a return of the product or immediate assistance would be needed.

        Dear sir/madam
        I am writing this letter with great disappointment on the service provided by your customer service department on the complaints raised with respect to ac.
        I purchased diakin airconditioner on 05th may from viveks - tambaram, but there was no cooling after using for just 25 days.
        I raised the service request with viveks, however i got the response that my name was not listed in the data base and since the name was not listed i may need to undergo paid service.
        Why do i need to go for paid service though my ac is under warranty period?
        Why my name was not listed in the data base though i have valid order no?
        Why do the customer needs to get penalise for the improper control that viveks has?

        Appreciate your response please.

        Also i appreciate that any one from the senior leadership team to look at this issue.

          Hi Sir/Madam,

          I have requested for my AC service on 29th April. But no body came for the service. Again I have made another request for the same service for 20th May.
          Technician came and within 5 mins he told there is an issue with GAS leak.
          He suggested to take the AC unit to the service center. Now today (22nd May), i have called 3 times for the same and customer service people are telling they will come on 24th May to take the AC unit and it may take 15 days to resolve the issue.

          In this hot condition, almost it took 1 month for Vivek to check my AC and now i have to wait for 20 days to get the complete service. Huh Pathetic..

            I had Booker an appointment for Ac service on 18 may 2017 but the technician did not arrive or called on that day no update from home serve I had to call them next day mrng Several times to get an technician after struggle he came at 12:15 pm
            And said ac fine jus cleaned the filter and charged ₹600. The home serve customer care executive said they will check and do all the test including gas leakage The person who came didn't do any thing other than cleaning the filter which he did in 10 mins . Now today the AC is not cooing up the room

              Hi,

              I have purchased and Samsung AC they given V-gaurd stabilizer with that but that stabilizer not working properly. Because of that stabilizer i am not able to use my Air-Conditioner.

              During the purchase they told Stabilizer is complementary but i don"t know that it was an duplicate stabilizer.

              Need immediate help to change my stabilizer...

                I bought an Voltas split AC in Selaiyur Viveks 09th Apr 2016. As per the policy they have to do 2 free service every six months within the warranty period which is only one year. The second service they have scheduled on 21 April 2017 exactly after 2 weeks of the warranty period. It got postponed again from their side and finally the technician visited on 3rd May and he claimed that theres a gas leakage and would charge Rs.3500 as it is out...

                I have purchased a tv and stabilizer by order number :
                Order numer soj16_00319337 from viveks expo conducted in the first week of the month of april.

                1. I have not received the stabilizer yet after multiple complaints
                2. No one has turned upto to install the tv
                3. This tv has setupbox as inbuilt add on, for which airtel dtv setup was provided as offer. No one has turned yet for this also.

                  Am very upset and frustrated with viveks just because i don't see any progress on product installation procedure.

                  I bought carrier ac on 21th april), and product was delivered on 22 rd, but nobody has come yet to install it,
                  I called customer care more than 10 times in last 4 days but they did not act on my complaint, they always say that they wouldarrange for installation from carrier compnay but none of them turned up/

                    I have taken AMC for my Voltas Inverter AC from Homeserve - Viveks

                    Raised a request on 15th April 2017 and till date no one had visited or called. I am fed up calling to the customer care team. When contacted the Customer care manager she had assured me to send the technician. But as usual no one had called or visited.

                    If you guys cant provide service why do you take AMC??...

                    I am very upset and frustrated with viveks just because i don't see any progress on product installation procedure.

                    I bought daikin AC on 16th April (Order number:S0J16_[protected], and product was delivered on 18th, but nobody has come yet to install it,
                    I called customer care more than 10 times in last 10 days but they did not act on my complaint, they always say that they would call me in hour time but never.
                    i called up the installation customer care and they kept on saying that invoice for my product is not reached them yet and they can not start anything until they receive it. so it is really frustrating and not happy with the way customer care replies for the delay. This is the first product i purchased from viveks and i don't think i would be interested in buying anymore products from viveks.

                      I bought water purifier pureit marvella ro uv genereator on 8/4/17. From the company they delivered at proper time and installed. After instalment of the water purifier the machine didn't worked properly. I called the showroom they didn't respond. 14 days since we are complained till they do not come and serviced.                         Dear team, i have purchased tv, washing machine and referigerator on 14th april 2017. Along with my tv, i had received as dvd player as a compliment and the same mentioned in the bill. I had received three products except the compliment which was assured...                           Dear Directors/ Managers,

                          I bring this to your kind notice that i faced some issues with the voltas Ac and contacted Viveks HomeServe.

                          When the customer care attended my first call, i was told as this product was in warranty period, i would not be charged except for gas filling. I agreed.

                          One technician came home and checked, he said compressor issue and went back without tacking the unit. He said another person would come to pick.

                          After a few days two persons came from HomeServe, checked it and said the issue was with compressor and took the unit.

                          I received some sms from the company as the spare part was raised and awaiting for it.

                          After few days some one called me and told as there were problems with contenser too!??

                          The horrible thing is they forced me to agree to pay for the repair and replacement even though its in warranty period.

                          I reached again with HomeServe guys regularly in recent days. They ( Rajkumari, Priya, and Punita) attended and their altimate answers were "tech will call back" and finish the calls even though i brought it as this was repeatedly the same reply.

                          Recently your tech called me and confirmed me that he was repairing my uniy and would be ready in one day (17th april 2017). Today[protected] i called again for the status. To the utter most shocking, i was told as no tech had informed me like that¿¿!

                          I have the recorded conversation had with the tech and customer care. I have attached in the mail.

                          Finally, i want to know that WHEN CAN YOU SOLVE MY PROBLEM?????

                          Please send me the higher level of escalation matrix to talk to or mail them.

                            I haven't received the fridge that was booked on 3/4/17, all the times when i call they are not properly responding i don't know what to do i am about to file a complaint with my bill copy produced by the viveks they are useless making people fools, they have been rotating my money for almost 20 days today it is 18/4/17.these guys themselves without having proper stock how are they taking orders that they can't deliver properly in the said time u guys have to give me proper resolution to the problem faced by me pls do the needful..

                              We booked a washine machine 10 days back in the warehouse sale but we are yet to get the machine delivered. The person named Kabali, who we contacted was very rude in his words and we have been forced to decide not to opt for Viveks products anymore. When the product cannot be delivered on time, why we have been told time limit. Is Viveks trying to cheat the customers. If we take the produce and dont pay for a week, will Viveks keep quite. Such a rude service from viveks. We have started hating viveks. You are ZERO in customer service. I want my product or money to get returned. Otherwize, Vivkes TIN number will be cancelled.
                              Irony is, the demo people have called us thrice for enquiring demo. Seems Viveks does not care about their customer. Its a whole crap

                                Hi i have ordered for fridge goorej 331 liters from warehouse sale. At the time of sale ppl from your side told me they will deliver the product within 4 - 5 working days. But till this date i have not received and if i call customer care ppl saying me your product will delivered soon and asking for time. So how long i can wait. No were such shop do like this really so embarrassed with viveks feeling very bad that y i have purchased from viveks. Kindly help me in this regard and say me the final delivery date.

                                  Raised a complaint for Washing machine service. Almost 3 weeks, since not fixed.

                                  Getting a call and informed it will be fixed but keeps on postponing .

                                  This is not the first time, already had faced the same kind of issue and after several phone calls/escaltions it got sorted out.

                                  Now the same thing happening for washing machine as well.
