I bought a Samsung fridge with stand and vigaurd stabilizer on 31st dec 2022. I have received fridge in few days but Till now I didn't receive fridge stand and stabilizer. Whenever I called them, they says same dialogue that we will deliver by it tomorrow but after the call they is no response from them.
I have spoken 2 times with live customer via website call, 4 times with delivery person and two times with sales person and two times with t nagar branch manager.. daily I'm calling to get my products but they didn't care about it.
Yesterday they called me and said they will deliver it yesterday itself.. but no response from them..
Worst attitude towards customer once purchase got completed.

    I bought Daikin 1.5 ton AC on 3rd jan 2023 at Viveks Nanganallur. But the outdoor unit supplied was damaged one and yet to be replaced. Worst customer service from them

      Yet again today a team from Viveks Nanganallur had come for installation and demanded for installation fee of Rs. 1000 inspite of Viveks having charged us Rs. 1300 at the of purchase of AC. The Viveks staff are putting us to mental torcher and stress. We request the concerned people to at least give us a refund of our charges paid by us for installation .

        We are regular customers of Viveks having purchased many products over the years like washing machine fridge mixie etc.
        We have been let down by the company this time in their service. We purchased a Daikin 1.5 ton split AC at Viveks Nanganallur Chennai on 3.1.2023. It was delivered 2 days later. But until now it hasnt been installed as promised by the company even after repeated phone calls and visit to the store again. The installation charges have already been included in the bill invoice but the service people who are being sent by Viveks are only willing to install at a charge again.
        We are very much disappointed with Vivek and co Nanganallur s indifferent behaviour towards a customer in this regard.
        I hope and look forward to a prompt resolution to this complaint. Thanks.

          I had booked a Glen gas stove in 19th Nov 2022
          I got it delivered on 21st Nov 2022
          From the very next day it was not working
          Then they sent a person to fix it
          It worked only for a few days
          Now two burners are not working
          I called up Selva from the mylapore branch to sort this out. He gave me Ramanujam’s number
          He picked my call once and from the second time they are not picking up the call at all
          Would appreciate if someone could look into at the earliest

            I had booked a 1 ton voltas split ac (SAC123VCZT3-R32 ) model through bajaj finserv in the month of Jan 2022..under emi and intial down payment...i personally went to viveks puraswakkam branch and they told me to pay 7421 rupees as initial downpayment... but after few days I got a call from viveks saying that the model I booked is no longer available and suggested me to go for higher model with higher price..but as I was keen on purchasing g the previous model and can't afford more at that time I asked to refund the money.i stay in madurai and I can't come often...inbetween I visited the purasawalkam show room 2 times..met the bajaj finserv person...he said payment is made to viveks directly by me hence they are unable to help...viveks showroom personnel has told to go mylapore branch and ask for the refund...pls see to this as it delayed so much and we are unable to come often for this issue. Pls do the needful.

              Dear sir,

              I am a resident of pocket a1 41 -76 Resident to mayur vihar phae 3 110096. In my locality several stray dogs are there who chase the people using the main street and it was very difficult to go to street and also they bark continuously in day and night. Yesterday a dog had bitten to one of my friend living in my locality. It is being dangerous to people living here as there no. Are increasing day by day so please kindly take immediate action to resolve this problem.

                We bought Vivek tv 5 yrs back.now its not working properly.so we took product to tnag branch by auto.there they guided to Mylapore home care.receptionist over there checked and accepted our product for service.once we reached home she calld us and told to took product immediately. we went next day ..she told service is in tnag . asked them to call.they told they will come to home next day by evening service person came took photos, plugged and told rs 3800 for board change.we are not interested in that so we told we will buy new tv.immediately he asked for rs 500 without giving any bill he took from us.totally we lost 1200 rs.is it a fair for a normal people?

                  I visited Viveks corporate office in Chennai for buying an Air cooler on 17th April 2022. There was one attender (who is said to be an new employee there). She showed us some air coolers but had no knowledge about products at all.. Full makeup but no brain at all.. Well you hire these employees with what, just looks and no knowledge? Fantastic.. So there is no respect for skills?
                  She did explain about coolers its advantages and disadvantages.. I finalized an Symphony cooler and she gave completely wrong description about the product. She said the outlet will be under but in actual the outlet is on the back side.. She said that there is a display which will show the water level when the pouring is full but the display never showed even showed any lever and water started to overflow from backside!! Also she said the product pricing is 5200, but its actually 5800..

                  Also, I confirmed the product (Symphony Kaizen Jr) somehow and asked for billing. The same girl went inside the storage and picked up an wrong item (Symphony Ninja) and billed it for 5200..!! When I checked while take away, it was different product, One guy (Leg limping) went inside to check the stock and sent back another women and she said "Sir, Its out of stock".

                  I got disappointed and requested for refund.. After some 10 minutes, the billing guy came back and rudely blabbered saying "The refund in cumbersome process, so please buy something else for the amount paid".. I got angered and shouted back at them, asking whose mistake was this? Why should I waste my money and buy something else which I am not planned to..? Then he says, "Sir, the item you wanted is of more price. You just paid for Symphony Ninja is 5200 but Symphony Kaizen Jr pricing is 5800, hence only we billed this.!! But they never checked or asked this while billing? Finally after a fight, I rechecked the product from outside as it was wrapped I was not able to check it completely.. And I took the product home..

                  Now the twist. When removed the wrapping and found the product delivered is old and again a different model was delivered me against the model which was shown in the display by the foolish attender.. Also the cooler is not working properly and not as described by the attender.. The cooler does not have any label mentioning Symphony.. My money is wasted..

                  How come Viveks has such an irresponsible employees!! If they are not interested to work on Sundays, do not run your store on Sundays..
                  They will do all wrong practices and finally blame the customer? And the customer is finally cheated.. Why cheat an customer?

                  Now, in case Viveks accepts their mistakes, they will say - "Sir, come back and return the product and refund not possible too, pick up something else!!"

                  Not only this, the same day, I visited another Vivek branch to buy an A/C Stabilizer, the attender was so rude and arguing.. The price of the stabilizer was so high when compared to the price mentioned in the Viveks Webpage.. The employee claims saying, thats online and this is shop.. So we do not care..

                  Highly disappointed with the service offered by Viveks.. I will never visit this shop and its branches in my life ever again... If I do this in my company, I will be fired, but these guys are enjoying there as if nothing happened.. Wow!!

                      I ordered 1ton Panasonic smart AC on March 27 in viveks t.nagar branch, The AC delivered on April 1st and installed on April 3rd but the product delivered is different. Also I requested the incharge and branch manager to replace me a new AC what they advertised to me they are properly responding me. Kindly replace me a new AC what I ordered.

                        We have purchased the LG refrigerator on 3rd April 2022 at T.Nagar Viveks and they told it would be delivered on 4th April. I have called them on 4th April and they told it would be delivered by 8PM but it not happened. I have called the customer care and showroom manager, both of them confirmed it would be delivered on 5th April but nothing happened. Because of this we are unable to plan our things. Showroom Manager Iyyappan is not responding, he always cut the call and send message( like will call back later).

                        We are not hurry on the product delivery, but we need some proper communication/commitment on when it get delivered. Not sure what they will get for false commitment and it wasting our time and routine.

                        There is no contact number for even the big branch in T. Nagar. If ask you to call the branch manager number and he doesn't pick the phone what should we do. This is ridiculous and don't know why they have customer care number which doesn't serve the purpose.

                          I have purchased 1 TON PANASONIC AC from Viveks Selaiyur branch on 20/03/2022. The AC was delivered on 21/03/2022 and the same was installed on 22/03/2022.

                          From 22/03/2022 - The brand new AC is showing error H11 when its turned ON. (H11 - Commnication issue between indoor and outdoor unit). I have reported this issue to showroom on 23/03/2022. I was informed it was due to stablizer issue and they asked me to replace it double booster stablizer but still the issue persisted and I reported back again on 24/03/2022 and the Viveks home service engineer came on 28/03/2022(Please note the duration the tech took to address the issue). Technician complained the power supply is not good and wanted to check the power connection in the house. I have hired local electrician and proved the power supply is 100% good.

                          Later technician confirmed everything is installed correctly but still he don't know why the AC is showing error. He said chief technician will visit the next day which is 29/03/2022 but no one visited to resolve the issue.

                          On 29/03/2022 i called the showroom and requested for update, staff confirmed they will replace the AC on 30/03/2022. Today 30/03/2022 no one visited yet to replace the AC. When i called back on 30/03/2022 now staff is saying one more engineer will come and check.

                          My question to your team: How many technician will come and check and for how many days\months\years i should wait for this issue to be resolved.

                          It would be very helpful if you can refund the money and take the AC back. I will look out for other options once i have the money refunded from your end.

                          Issue has been addressed & revert back to customer
                          No response from customer support yet. I called them and asked for updates and now the complaint is registered. I am not satisfied with services and process. Please refund the money and take back the AC.

                              I'd like to bring to your notice that one month earlier I purchased a LG refrigerator and ULTRA grinder from Viveks, Selaiyur.
                              During the refrigerator installation day the technician who visited to show a demo for the product had broken one of the hardened glass. He promised to make a replacement in 2-3 business days but there is no response from him for more than a month.
                              This is an inappropriate behavior of the technician and I request you to please take appropriate action on this .

                                March 23rd buyed Haier a c from Mylapore branch Vivek & co. That time told installation free only for out door unit stand will be charge ₹1000/- .
                                Yesterday came Haier a c Technician he will told installation charge wil Pay ₹1200/- and cotton roll charge ₹400/- then contact Mylapore branch a c sale person he said u will pay installation charge. Why buyed time told installation free and why now was i will pay installation charge....

                                Dear Sir I have purchased a Voltas Split AC Model No. 3S SAC 123V CZQ WHITE (1 tonnes) in Feb, 23, 2022 from VC Tambaram, Chandra Towers, 4, Rajaji Road West Tambaram Chennai-600045, Tamil Nadu (Phone no.[[protected]], GSTIN:33AAACV1186B1ZT The AC Unit purchased is not working properly and more noise has came from the date of purchase itself.

                                I was installed the AC on 26-Feb-2022, After installed my AC then turn on the switch then immediately we are getting more more noise was came, this noise front of AC person. But i was discussed with to AC installation person. He advise to use one or two days and let us know if anything else. Aftet that i said ok

                                After that i was used the AC, when i'm going to switch on the AC then immediately more more more noise was came.

                                1. Why more noise was came for that i was complaint to viveks storeroom, then viveks storeroom allocated to one AC persion, that person came and nothing to check he just switch on the AC and he advised to me this is normal noise only. After that, i said this is not for normal noise, it's was came more noise

                                2. After that, i was called to viveks storeroom again i was complaint to them and nothing to response
                                3. Again again i have try to called from viveks store room, But they are not responding to me.
                                4. And Finally i was went to vivek store room directly and i was meet at Tambaram Branch Manager and i shared my AC feedback to him. That manager advised to me i will take care.
                                5. After that and no one called me. I Have tried reaching him 5-6 times in the month of April and May but he has stopped responding to my calls, but he did not picked my call.
                                6. When switch on the AC then we are getting on more noise for that we didn't not able to sleep properly.
                                7. When i was purchased the AC more noise is came from the date of purchase itself.
                                8. Last one month i have followed daily wise to Branch Manager, but he didn't picked my call and not resolved my issues.

                                Request you to take strict action towards its replacement as its under warranty to Viveks Branch Manager side. Also request you to take action against your authorised dealer Viveks-Branch Manager who is not ready to entertain any complaints after the sale.

                                He has been using abusive words whenever I try to tell him the problem. This kind of after sale services are not acceptable from a reputed company like Voltas. Nor your dealer nor your authorised service centre has taken any action and has been taking the matter very lightly. If the problem is not solved in next 2 days I will not be left with any other option but to approach the Consumer Court. Request you to take immediate action towards it.

                                Note: Request you to take immediate action branch manager job termination. Why becuase, he not responding to customer side

                                  I bought Preethi alya chimney on 25th January, sales manager promised that delivery on 26th and 27th will be installed at home. We received the product on 26th However still the chimney is not installed. No action is taken till this time. We want the product installed today before 12 pm.

                                    Ordered a washing machine heir top load on 31.12.2021 frm VIVEKS PERUNGUDI OMR.requested for delivery after 5pm since all the family members are working on 1.1.2022 and the sales person acknowledged it as well.the delivery guy called and said will deliver in 10 mins otherwise no delivery today.
                                    Next day (sunday-2.1.2022) going hospital so NA..yet these ppl r so rude both person from the store named (govind ) and says will deliver in ten mins be available.is customer concern is joke for these ppl ?? WORST NEW YEAR TO BEGAN WITH.
