Hi,
Have purchased lg washing machine on 25th december 2018 from viveks perungudi omr showroom. But its was damaged and white bitten by rate. Lg installation person came and saw that and which he found that it's been bitten by rat. I don't know how the quality of inspection done hy viveks team before delivering the product. Not at satisfied with the product. I want to them to replace the product without any delay else i need to take some other action.

      We purchased water heater in mogapair west on sunday (2.12.2018), committed with in 48 hrs they will do installations., till now not happen,, today first half getting over till now no call from them., doubt today they will do.,. Even after follow up with call centre and show room visit,, this practice going on.,.

      Worst service and poor response which not seen till now in vivek., in past experience is good., now worst and worst.,

      This is my last purchase with this show room.,.

        I have bought a whirlpool fridge in viveks nanganallur on nov 25 2018 within two days of working the toughened glass tray have broke without keeping any heavy materials in that the same have been initimated to viveks in person. They gave confirmation that the same will. Be solved within 2 days but still the same has no been solved. If the same is not solved i. M gng to file case in consumer court.

            We had purchased a product of amazon fire stick on last saturday (24th nov'18), where they had sell me by informing that it will work in low range of 512 kbps, but when we installed in our home its not working properly, so we decided to return the product and replaced with some other product which was higher or same rate, but they are not willing to do so, we also requested your employees to come and install the same for checking it with our own expenses but they are willing to do so,

            And requested a gst invoice which was made with error but that too still in pending with your end.

            Requesting you to consider the same and do needful for good solution,

              Hi,
              I mr. Raja booked an voltas ac 1ton sac 123 vdzu 3s 2018 with customer id cus_[protected] and order no soj16_00816093in viveks showroom purasawalkam on[protected]. We have still not received the product. We went directly to viveks showroom regarding this on[protected], and they stated that they will deliver the product on[protected] but they failed to deliver and failed to provide a feedback for the delay. When we called the person (Saravanan) who took responsibility to deliver product on time, casually said it is getting delayed and we will be getting the product soon. I dont think viveks, pursawalkam branch has no effective service person to render service. We have waited for almost two complete weeks without any response from viveks. Please try to sort out this issue as earliest. Or else i will be forced to sue viveks for a compensation.

                I am extremely sorry to write that lg customer care dept. Is not providing satisfactory services to its customers. One of the poorest service. I am now thinking of why i had gone for the purchase of a 360l lg refrigerator at vivek and co., mylapore branch paying at one stroke rs.42000/- for a brand new unit on friday 19/10/2018 around 06.30 p. M. One mr. Arumugham and karthik were attending to our purchase. After the bill amount was settled i had received the unit still unpacked lying at my house. Karthik failed to inform the lg people about the purchase since i believe this is the service to be provided by the lg engineer. On monday we took the initiative of informing the lg people about the purchase and they gave us the following number
                Rnp[protected]. What is happening. Do you people think that the customers are fools to advance the money and be at the mercy of you people. Till now no one bothers to allow us to make use of the product at home and all the perishable items go to waste. The unit is still under package.. We will not open the package until your men comes and instals it.

                  I bought two hitachi window a/c, one ogeneral split a/c, washing machine and fridge from viveks in tnagar (Chennai) on oct 14 2018.
                  I had a horrible experience with the viveks team for deliver, installation, and un-installation of old equipment.

                  They delivered a/c without the stabilizer and sent installation people to go through with the install. Uninstalled window a/c units were not picked even after a week despite repeated calls to thangaprakash (Store manager) and suresh (Section in-charge). Most of the times they didn't even answer my calls.

                  One week after deliver of the items, my split a/c has still not been installed. Nobody seems to take ownership of this inefficiency in their operations. I will never go back to this store ever in my life. I urge other potential buyers to look out for other dealers who have better customer service and coordination.

                  Viveks sucks.. Very poor!

                    Bought a panasonic split ac in anna nagar viveks showroom they said one year warranty with 3 free services but still now no one reported for free service, we tried to connect with them mnay times but they said they will send service man to do service. Now we got a call from customer service staff and they are saying free service for our a/c is done and ths will be last free service. I didnt expect this from viveks company and now they are becoming a fraudulent company. This is worst behaviour of there staff shows how they are cheating the public by showing fake service is done.

                      Sub lg not keeping up their promises and inordinate delay in replacing defective lg refrigerator

                      I had purchased lg shiny steel refrigerator through viveks stores nanganallur on 5th sept 2018 against their bill no. 044218 model sbs glb 247 at the time of delivery while unpacking itself dents were noticed and brought to the notice of the delivery persons who had scanned the damaged portion and informed the concerned persons. I was conveyed that lg has offered 3 options and i could adhere to any one of these ie free extended warranty for 1 year replacement with new fridge or replacement of damaged door i had communicated that as i had invested huge amount for this fridge i wanted a new replacement which was agreed upon. I was informed that the new replacement would be made within a week

                      Now it is over a month but no replacement with new fridge so far further i was informed by viveks that lg mumbai has communicated that only door would be changed which is contrary to what they had promised this is not acceptable to me and i want a new fridge replacement only as i have paid for the fridge a big huge amount

                      Why this delay of over 1 month for new replacement

                      Is this the lg attitude to its customer does the policy of lg states going back on the promised deal why dented door was supplied to me in the first place

                        I bought this machine from viveks, adyar banch on sat 15th sept. The machine was delivered on 16th. Installation failed as the mechanic from bosch could not fill the water. It was dripping. May be the inlet valve is a problem. Kindly talk to bosch and have it fixed or replaced asap.

                        The customer support is asking me to contact Bosch instead of helping the customer. If I were to do all the leg work, why should I buy from Viveks when you get a good deal on online stores. I have a great admiration for Vivieks helping attitude and customer support for which I paid more. Kindly explain.
                        I bought LG 5 star AC. But I didn't receive cash back till now. Bought ac 5 months back through credit card EMI. 6 months emi gonna complete . Please call me [protected]

                          Dear sir,
                          I subscribed for viveks homeserve last month dated 04/08/2018 for my carrier (1.5t) and samsung (1 t) ac. Job no 1034754 & 1035189. Till date they have not been repaired and worst part is even after 40 days, they did not even diagnose what the problem is. They took 15 days after payment to pick up the units and now its more than 40 days, they don't have any clue about problem diagnosis & also not given spare ac for these 40 days. On top of it, they charge unreasonably for spares and gas filling, despite committing that gas filling and regular service are free under amc. They did not honour what they have promised. Pls look into issue & deliver what was promised to customer. Also exempt late delivery penalty charges (750/- for each ac) from bill & deliver the units at the earliest.

                          Dear md of viveks, is this a way to treat amc customer? Pls look into issue and deliver the units at the earliest. (It has been 1.5 months, since i paid)

                              I purchased a ac (Voltas 1.5 ton inverter) from viveks showroom on 14-apr-2018, and it was installed on 21-apr-2018. While installation itself the swing did not work properly. When inquiring the installation person he said please call the service center and book a complaint. I called viveks service centre on 21-apr-2018 and register the complaint, only after two day the service person came and rectified it. As soon on the next day 24-apr-2018 there was a heavy ice throw from the indoor unit, in-spite of calling their customer service center repeatedly there was no response and keep on telling we will sending a techinician. Meantime i have directly called voltas toll free customer service number and arranged. The remote was not working at all. The vertical louver is not closing and opening properly. The horizontal louver is also manually so that we feel uneven room temperature. Only one particular side is receiving air flow and the other areas in the same room are hot. Though we went to viveks showroom and met the manager several time, the reply was not acceptable. Also we continuously hear horrible sound from the indoor unit. From the day one we were calling the viveks customer care for each and every problem. They have surely supplied a manufacturing defected product. Also their technician are with lack of knowledge. They also outsource people in our area by giving contracts and they are the ones who will handle your queries.

                              Its very pathetic that we lost our hard earned money.

                              We are asking for replacement from the 3rd day itself as there is many problem in the new unit. They still prolonging it.

                              Customers please dont buy anything from viveks its my humble request.

                              They run their own service center so whatever brand you buy you will not get any service from the brand. We are also told from voltas technicians that if you buy a product from any showroom other than viveks it would be easier for us to replace. But they run their own service ceenter hence we are not able to attend to your queries.

                              Viveks customer care service center is worst.
                              Techinicians with no uniform / no id and no acknowledgement given will enter your house anytime.

                              Persons notified.

                              Viveks customer care team head - mr. Tulasi narayanan.
                              His call center team with executive, ms. Reshma, ms. Monica. And their installation team executive mr. Harish are doing useless job.

                              Has visited and promised to replace a new one and also agreed the remote is also not working, but still we are have the old remote which is unusable.

                              Viveks showroom manager - mr. Stephen (Purasaiwakkam)
                              Alternate days we are walking to viveks showroom puraisaiwakkam, and also given a request to managar mr. Stephen to replace the product has it is not satisfactory for us from the day one. And we are not using the ac due to all these issue. But no action taken from his side.

                              All customers stop buying any electronic product from viveks as they supply defected product and also no proper customer service after sales. Neither you are not suppose to get it serviced by the product brand which is a big head ache.

                              Worst product. Worst service. Bogus & fraud company.

                                I went to buy for symphony air coolers but Viveks porur branch forced me to buy Bajaj air cooler by telling lie that Bajaj air cooler is best we dont have stock of symphony air coolers. they did even demo me Bajaj air cooler.

                                After purchased Bajaj air cooler it not even throwing normal air its throws hot air even after pouring ice cubes and Ice water

                                  I have purchased 2 volta's ac 1.5 ton model vertis premium 3s at vivek showroom vadapalani on may 2010, recently i have shifted my home and raise for installation in volta's, ac technician told one ac is copper and another is aluminium because of that gas is leaking, now only we came to know that difference in coil but we paid same price for both ac, replace copper coil and do the needful at earliest.                                     I have purchased 2 voltas split ac1.5 ton model vertis premium 3s at vivek showroom vadapalani on may 2010, recently i have shifted my home and raise for instalation in voltas, ac technician told one ac is copper coil and another is aluminum because of that gas is leaking, now only we came to know that difference in coil but we paid same price for both ac, replace coppercoil and do the needful at earliest

                                      Hi i am lakshmi mob:[protected],

                                      I have bought an ac in viveks showroom on tambaram, shanmugam road branch. They have charged for installation fee for rs.500 and also we have proof for that in the invoice they have provided
                                      But today while techinician came to install they are again and again asking for installation money and they are forced us to buy clamp for compressor which is not necessary for my residence.

                                      We have made complaint on this to viveks showroom and the respective person for service in-charge named as harish-[protected], they are not polite and they are not taking proper action on this.

                                      Kindly do favour on this issue and take action on those persons who involved in this matter.

                                        Hi i purchased ac in viveks purasawalkam showroom they told me it will delivered in 2 days, more then 5 days it's gone but still not received very pathetic customer care centre and there is no proper response from show room..

                                        It's very worsed service in delivering the product and produced the service..

                                        When we went to showroom it's showing viveks it's branded show room everything we will do best, this all are really worst one.. So pls don't trust viveks people

                                        please dont buy anything from viveks. they will make you mad and idiot.
                                        I have lot of bad words for them.
