We have purchased whirlpool 340l refrigerator at viveks showroom, purasawalkam branch on 22nd july 2020. Product delivered to our home on 23rd july 2020. Whirlpool service person came for installation/demo on 25th july 2020, when he opened the box, we see dent on fridge back and right side and it was covered with warning sticker which is removed from fridge backside and they try to cover the damage with that sticker. We contacted vivek showroom immediately, they said they will check and get back. I tried calling them multiple time and no response then we went to showroom directly. They said whirlpool company will replace that defective product within 10 to 15 days and asked us to use that fridge till they replace. I have asked to write the same to me, but they are not willing to provide the same in written copy. Its clearly a cheating, knowing the product is defective, they covered the damage area with warning sticker and send it to customer. Either product new fridge to us or refund our money

      Hi Sir/ Madam

      I bought Bluestar Ac and V-Guard Stabilizer one month ago in Viveks Purasawalkkam . Now when I switch on the AC, my stabilizer wire connected to the AC is firing. Hence we are not able to use the AC. I called the customer care and straight away informed to the shop also. No actions yet taken.
      Kindly do the needful.

        Hey, i have been complaining abt this samsung ac bought from vveks not cooling its been 3 weeks since i had registered the complaints. Again last week i called up. A lady picked up and said you will attend to it immediately. We have elderly ppl at home and this hot sun its important to keep them safe. I do not know why this delay inspite of saying /requesting to take it as emergency.

        I should have asked for the ladies names from viveks who pick the calls i guess

            ac carrier not working. ic damaged.

            I bought ac carrier model through viveks on dec 25 2019 by paying ready cash, since may 2020 ac display always shows e1 and this june 3rd 2020 (Within 5 months) it's ic board got damaged that was verified by carrier service person. I don't want ic board replacement. Kindly provide me other ac model in same rate. Attached bill.
            Note: already i bought ac carrier same model which was used in my office since 10 months that has same problem...

            Hi,
            Last saturday 30-may-2020 i bought blue star water purifier with the price paid 11400/-inr and mentioned as free filter worth 849/-inr.
            Product name: majesto ro ma3wbam01 ma3bsam01

            When service engineer arrived to fit the purifier there is no filter provided in the box, i visited the luz store on the same day 4-june, it was mentioned to me that you need to purchase the filter worth 850/-inr which was never said to me at the time of purchase.

            I am one of the regular and loyal customer who purchase from viveks for the last 10 yrs and all my home appliances are bought from your shop, but this time i was completely disappointed with the service, appreciate you provide the filter as per the box.

                I am a regular patron of viveks for the past 30 years.
                I have purchased haier fridge 270ltrs vide modelhrf 2983 yr 2019 from viveks vadapalani on 16.02.20 vide order no soj[protected] trans id 115 115 t2 86077. To my utter dismay the fridge went out of order on 17.03.20. Based on my complaint service rep from haeir attended to my complaint and claimed to have rectified. But alas from 16.04.2020 the fridge again gone out of order with no life in it.
                For the past 20 days given the present state of affairs we are suffering like anything since we are unable to store even the basic items and our normal way of life is paralysed.
                In view of the above i request you to replace the piece immediately.
                Your early positive reply is appreciated.

                      My 9 months old voltas 1.5 ton ac which was bought on may 2019 from viveks unlimited, omr, kandanchavadi had a cooling issue last month and therefore booked a service. The technician who came on feb 18th said the compressor needs to be taken to the warehouse for repair. After me following up multiple times, another technician came on 24th feb and took both the units to viveks warehouse in mylapore chennai. When i checked with the customer service and their technician on the status, i was first told i'l get it delivered and reinstalled on 29th.. On 29th after me calling them i was then told its a mother board issue which needs to be fixed by shipping a new mother board from mumbai and that i will get the ac on monday 02nd march. But this was again a lie as i checked with them today and i have been told that they are not sure of the status and that they will let me know only next week.. As a customer, i really feel like my complaint is not been given any importance as all am. Hearing from them is misleading info or broken promise. This is the 2nd ac i had bought from viveks kandanchavadi in the last 2years and i have been given only faulty products. I cant take this agony as i believe i have escalated in the correct forum and i hope necessary action be taken to ensure i get the product repaired and delivered on the promised date or the soonest.

                      It has been a week since i raised this complaint and all i heard from Viveks manager on 7th was they need spare parts to be brought from the main office and AC will be installed on 9th.. Therefore i took leave on Loss of pay on the 9th thinking that the AC will be delivered.. But i got a call from them stating that it will take 2 more days and now they are saying they have ordered for a new compressor as a replacement and they need further two days to check.. I mean this is the slowest any company can function to fix a single AC they need 3weeks and yet could not deliver.. I honesty lost hope and i feel as a consumer i have the rights to question their integrity and the way they have treated me as a customer by breaking promise after promise. I demand some compensation from Viveks for the stress they have given me the whole month in treating me like an unimportant customer and also want my my product to be delivered no later than Friday the 13th..
                      We bought a Samsung LED TV from Vivek show room, North Usman Road branch and the item was delivered after 2 days and the delivery boy demanded more money than what is mentioned to us to pay to him. He threatens that no one will come for installation if the demanded amount is not given to him. I made complaint over phone to Vivek Customer care, they told the dealing official (Vivek show room, North Usman Road) will attend to the complaint. I also complained to Samsung On line complaint system. There is no response from both of them from morning 10 Am to 2 PM . It is very rediculous that once they sell the product, they are washing off their hands. They are not doing installation and also not attending to complaints despite delivering the product late and delivery boy threatening.

                        I have paid money 12, 999 for mi 4c pro 32' inches tv on monday 2nd feb 2020 in t. Nagar branch and they said we will deliver the package on tuesday evening and they called and explained some audit was going in t. Nagar viveks branch so we cannot deliver the product on tuesday so i said ok no problem. Today wednesday 4th feb 2020 i will try to get status of delivery no one is responding. Somebody has to take it serious and do possible to me. The way of doing t. Nagar branch vivek sales employee are make a customers unhappy.

                          The battery of my bike royal enfield is still in the guarantee period and i was asked by the bike showroom to give it to the gwalior authorized dealer to change the battery on their letter pad but when i reached the authorized dealer located at navagraha mandir in bahodapur so i refused to replace my battery and the customer was rudely talked to, they also said that i have not changed this battery mr. And when i talked to the bike dealer, he told me that you can change your battery from any dealer in gwalior, but the american dealer adinath enterprises refuses dissatisfiedly and says that you go sanger enterprises get it done when i reached m / s sanger enterprises located in phool bagh, they said that you can get the battery back from anywhere. We have had to worry a lot about the unsatisfactory information of this type of dealer.

                          I bought a samsung fridge on Feb 22.
                          However the product delivered had a dent.
                          The reason is because the product was carried by one person alone.
                          Don't you have humanity?
                          253 ltr fridge you make one person to carry from ground floor to first floor?
                          First you care for your employees then only you can care for customers.

                            We booked air-condition from viveks showroom on sunday evening, the person who attended told it will be delivered next day, but it reached us only on wednesday. We asked clearly the estimations as we went through finance loan, they gave some estimations. We had written in a small paper. After the product delivery, the company ppl who installed demanded extra money contrary to the ppl responded in viveks showroom. We called and asked the manager in viveks showroom n he sarcastically responded, yes we should pay n was telling he gave correct estimations. We had proof of what amount they told initially n till last that manager didn't listen. Worst response from viveks showroom. While getting any products from viveks showroom, if you are writing any told estimations in a piece of paper, pls get that also sealed n signed by the manager. The ppl who came for installation told, it's always headache only when you get products from viveks showroom. This showroom is in nanganallur. Worst response n improper communication. They don't even care for our loss of money. Manager is a liar n won't keep up his words. When you purchase from viveks, pls think twice. Worst experience from nanganallur viveks showroom. Even the cheapest rating given by customers, i don't know how they still run the showroom.

                              Only 2 days used after purchase of the gas stove from viveks royapettah high road,
                              Mylapore, chennai-600004, tamil nadu,
                              Model - elica cooktop 3 burner turno 773 ct dt vetro dt. 27 oct 2019.
                              Found gas leakage in the bottom of stove and found flame in the bottom area. Thrice complained and your team could not solve the issue, still problem exists. It is matter of my old parents’ life and death. Please resolve it permanently or replace with new one. If issue continues, i do not have option other than approaching consumer complaint cell.

                                We decided to buy an otg and visited viveks, selaiyur, chennai branch. Since we had only one brand philips showcased we viewed the same and decided to buy. The sales person was keen on billing fast and she did this quickly. But the worst part is we were waiting for the material to be handed over for 30-45 minutes. Since i had paid the money she did not really care to close our case and started attending other cases in parallel. After several reminders only she went to the storag room and brought the otg. To our surprise the carton was damaged and we insisted to open to verify the material. She refused and said this will be done only by philips person while installing.

                                After 2 days of follow up with the shop the philips person came on 3rd day for installation. While he opened the material it was found dents in the equipment. We called the shop and none picked up the phone. So we took an transport with material to the shop and asked for replacement. Since there was no other piece than the showcased one, we were left to pick the display one and again pay for the transport charges.

                                While we pay the money in full for the product, it was an pathetic experience and once for all we will not be visiting any vivek's shop in future.
                                I request the company to improve the service and teach their staff how to treat an customer in future.

                                  We purchased v-guard water heater at viveks porur on saturday morning (12/28/2019). Salesman informed that the installation will be happen on same day or maximum monday morning. But we did not get any update about this till now. I have follow upped with more than 4 times with viveks porur but not get any proper response. Now i am getting sr number and stated that it will be resolve in 48 hours.

                                  My question, why sr not raised the time of purchase the product. Do i need to wait for more than 4 days for this installation?

                                  Feeling bad about the service like this. Is this how viveks deals customers? Not at all happy about the responses and services.

                                  If i am not getting installation before 12/31 then i will return my items.

                                    Hi today my uncle bought an s1 mobile at nanganallur for 15990 in bajaj finance and they offered bluetooth, power bank sort off but i requested for 32gb sandisk ordinary instead they offered same with hd as a prize of 1500 and 15% discount and asked me to pay 460 but i requested to reffer with the senior official and said to pay 440 asked to round off as 400 which was not accepted, l didn't ask for discount instead i asked for samsung m series and they promoted s1 so without hesitation went for it after loan process they are arguing for this discount even though mobile color was not available i agreed to collect the next day delivery, if it was conveyed in beginning i wouldn't have bought there

                                      We are put in trouble by not informing us the extra cost on power cable of indoor unit for the panasonic inverter 1.5t ac.
                                      Ac installation team is not from vivek team. Persons with no vivek id and uniform come and do the work not a professional way.
                                      They do not check the gas pressure in the outdoor unit before installation and fixed the outdoor unit with 3 bolts; whereas it needs 4 bolts to have the outdoor unit secured from falling.
                                      Vivek needs to do the works in more professional ways, so that there will be a value for the hard earned money of customers.
                                      Viveks India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Technician came and checked for outdoor unit fixing. Showed the fourth bolt on the bracket in the alternate location and found Ok.
