I have purchased vivo v15 pro blue aqua blue 64 gb mobile phone through flipkart all[protected] and under warranty period pop up camera of my mobile is not working. Service centre they told me that it is not repairable. For replacement to pay around 6000 rupees for front camera and motor. I am already paid rupees 15990 for the mobile phone under the warranty period there asking me to to pay, it is simply ridiculous and the companies has cheated me hence i registering a complaint against vivo mobile india in this regard and i request you to refund my amount for replace a new handset thank you

I purchased a vivo mobile phone worth 29000rs in march last year 2019. Its screen is not responding properly. I visited the service center today since it is still in warranty. I asked the service center in dehradun please replace screen as it is manufacturing issue. They said pay 6000 rs and get new.
I need help as this covid era forcing me to work from home and this chinese company named vivo is not servicing its phone screen in warranty period.

My vivo v15 pro mobile problam is front camara not working
Our lockdown issu so not come to servicenter

It's not getting charged even though, kept for Charing since from 6 hours. Now I am unable to contact my parents in this India Lock down period. Hence it's requested to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Actually i bought vivo v15pro mobile before months.in between i had display problem that was resolved by your team.

But still some my display is not visible, after that the mobile itself get switch off and on itself. Again the display came.

This not acceptable, totally i unsatisfied with the mobile give some permanent solution for this. Some urgency time if it happen means what i will do.

I'm vinay kumar from kerala, thrissur. I'm ordered vivo v17pro phone on few minitues. Name, adress, and phone number will give. Price already paid through online google pay. But will not send the order confirmation message or call in my number. Actually wots that? Reply and take an action. Its selling through flipkart offer sale. But in flipkart site that offer is not valid. Please please take an action immediately and please refund my cash. 1799/-.

I am constantly facing issue with my new Vivo phone.
All the apps like youtube, hotstar are crashing after a minute of playing amd restarting.

I tried uodating the software, resetting phone, re installing apps, but nothing works.

I tried all the measures of resetting but to no avail.
Please look into it and resolve asap

Vivo v11 moble software crashed with calculated warranty time passed just over 30days.
The issues noted when screen were keen on booting and off, when i were trying to look for messages.

Later a day after discovering service centre, technician told the water stane noted on front camera, which might hv happened 6months before due to humidity in indian environmement.

The reason of failure explained is not justifiable, the service technician told to replace the mother board of mobile. Also i the data in mobile cant be recovered.

Its verypainful for such a special instrument we are keeping with us and become fully dependent.
Now company is raising their hands, with unresolved. Asking money 12000/- for mother board.

Its not acceptable at all.

After function stopping / scrap of instrument.. The instrumented coasted 2538/- monthly.. Which is very high for normal person.
Also in two days the loss of busininess i made is unpredictable.

I suggest not to purchage such a instrument which is not having after market service.

I've recently installed pubgm in my vivo v9 device and when i tried to play it the gyroscope latency was too high, the sensor keeps moving even after i stopped moving my mobile, and this also affects the google maps where it is highly difficult to navigate since the delay of the pointer moving is too high. Im totally dissatisfied with the product and now i dont want to own a vivo mobile. Literally vivo devices are just too poor for gaming it just provides those # cam filters with the lowest poor performance

I just brought the phone two to three days back and the app are crashing all the time.

I am getting wierd sound in pubg game. Can you please resolve this issue. The google chrome closing as soon as i open it. The camera app fails to open.

I m selected for your lucky number contest and company send vivo y 15 mobile but i didn't receive mobile, instead of that i received wallets of 100 rs. But i had pay 3500 rs. For mobile. I complained to particular company officer. More than 10 days passed but still i didn't get my money back or not receiving mobile. It's completely cheating with us. If my problem is not solve, then i should go for further action.
