Before the update, this problem does not occurred. The recording is now fix and unchangeable with other app. When the setting is set to 40 mbps and 30 fps, the results of the video is still 8 mbps and 60 fps that is fix and cannot be change. This problem does not happen before, app like screen recorder no ads by kimcy 929 in playstore is now infected by local system setting. Please make it seperatable, thanks you.

    Dear Team,

    I have bought a vivo mobile from Reliance digital store Bhilai C.G. on dated 06.06.2019, using not so far as their back cover has been scratched automatically fro inner side, i personally informed to authorized Vivo service centre bhilai but that concern person have denied to resolve the problem over meet nor he suggest anything except their same problem appear on many mobiles .
    I'm a premium customer of Reliance digital stores, also have a strong fath with your brand & i personally recommended to many of my friends for the same.

    Kindly consider it as manufacturing defect & do the needful asap.

      I bought a vivo y17 mobile 1 week back, i bought the mobile mainly to play pubgm but when i installed and tried to play it the gyroscope latency was too high, the sensor keeps moving even after i stopped moving my mobile, and this also affects the google maps where it is highly difficult to navigate since the delay of the pointer moving is too high. Im totally dissatisfied with the product and now i dont want to own a vivo mobile, hence requesting to provide a do certificate so that i can buy some other mobile.

        I ordered a prepaid handset on Friday 10th Jan 2020 (order id-[protected] )from vivo estore, on their website it was clearly mentioned that my order 'll be shipped in 24 working hour i contact them again on monday evening i saw that my order was still not shipped i contacted again to provide me my shipment id so that i can check but they again came up with 24 working hour wait..then i wanted to know how to cancel my order if i want to they sent a message which i replied with confirm.? Without repling to this they canceled it..i still asked to modify but then they stated that my address is unreachable..so i talked again and asked if my address is complete or not they replied no issue with my address and next day i got a mail that my order is in cancellation process ...i want my ordered to be delivered..i need a help on this..!

            I am facing this issue since last one month. Firstly i talk vivo online helpline support. I folow each and every step whatever they told me like clear cache, phone reset etc but it could not solve my problem. After that i visited vivo service centre karnal they also didn't take seriously my problem and returned it to me after updated in just 10-20minute. Even they didn't provide me any jobsheet regarding phone service issue. But still the problem is same what i do now.

            Android Auto hangs every 5 minutes in Hyundai Verna car 2019 model.
            Phone in latest OS with all firmware update.
            Model VIVO V11 PRO.

            Really frustrating. The car head unit hangs and everytime I need to plug in and plug out the USB cable while driving in the middle of the road.

              I purchased vivo y66 (Model number - vivo 1609) in april 2017 in pune. From june month onward, it has started suddenly shutting down without any reason. Then it shows black screen with vivo logo and don't start at all. Then i need to long press power button to switch it on. Since june month, it definitely shuts down at least twice daily without fail. Sometimes, during an urgent call or some work in app, it switches off and important call or work is lost.

                I purchase my a vivo v15 model on june 26 - 2019.

                And i have using earphones past one month but ear phones are not clear to hear any songs and voice calls i have warranty to replace the accessories also ear phone was not physically damaged.
                But the service person was saying ear phones have some ear dust so we don't take it in warranty i'm suppose buy a new ear phone.

                I have small question?
                Why they give earphone with warranty when they are not suppose to clear the ear dust and warranty claim

                    My vivo v15pro given for reapir from where i bought it.. They repaired and charged rs7100/- saying there is no warranty for my handset but not issuing bill for the 7100/-amount... So had doubt wether they did it under warranty or not.. If not why they are not issuing bill... So i have doubt that are they cheating me as it done under non warranty.. Iam here enclosing the bill of my purchase...

                      Hi, i'm dhivya. I have been using vivo y51l for past three years. I was highly satisfied with that and so i planned to get a new phone from the same brand. Two days back i bought vivo y19. I am really shocked to see the picture that i took on y19. I took the same pic with y51l which i am still using and that was awesome. I compared both and highly disappointed with y19. At least release some update to rectify this.

                      I am from Pune, recently purchased V17. First costumer from Pune. All other teachers are good but Voice recorder and Video voice recording is very poor quality. Very low volume. Shown to Service but no response. I have exchanged my good mobile for this. This is very discouraging. Hope you will attend to it.

                        I am rohith raju. I had been invited to an event that happened in cubbon park named vivowalks that conducted by vivo india as a promotion. They invited me and told to come on cubbon park at 4pm and also they asked my id card details also i send it to there official verified instagram page vivo india. But no one called me and they done the event may be by there own people. I waited for 2 hours and they wasted my valuable time. I dont know this event is real or not may be it will be a fake promotion and doing with there own friends or preferred people. I am including the screenshots that about there invitation and messages from the instagram page vivo india. Please dont make fool and cheat people like this. I asked where should i come and all to this instagram page that those who invited me before they seeing it and never give reply. Also they posting pictures of the event same time they didn't gave reply also even by seeing it. I got really irritated with this fake promotions and cheating by vivo. I am going to complaint to consumer court for this fake promotion. Dont make fool people like this any more

                          Complain is such that application icons imprint comes on every page even battery icon and all are seen on every working page in both mobiles... It was happening before warranty and after also... I came to know it will be resolved by system update... But it dosent worked and now complaining the same to service centre they say this is hardware issues...

                            This is regarding the product vivo v9 pro as i have purchased on 7/11/2018 through flipkart and within this time its display is coming out and the phone is not responding properly i have visited vivo service centre at govind nagar kanpur, up on 30/10/2018
                            They told me that it would be repared which will cost around 6500/- they told that its physical damage so they will not provide the service in warranty period. But there is no dent in my phone so there is no physical damage how the service centre is saying that its physical damage.
                            I felt that it's very pathetic thing that i have purchased this vivo phone as the company response is so negative so i will keep in my mind that i would not suggest to anyone to take the vivo phone.

                              I have bought vivo v15 pro mobile @ monika mobile world valasaravakkam chennai on[protected]. I am not interested to buy this mobile but ur sales person pushed me to buy this phone. Last 4months i have complaint that battery worst & hanging, battery is draining fast and it is over heating, many problems facing. But now in 3-4 hours it drains completely. I am in busy schedule unable to give service managed. Today visited service centre in t nagar by 5.04pm waited for 40min met one agent at 5.44pm given complaint she says now we r in closing time already 15 mobiles in hand today not possible to delivery u will get mobile by tomorrow after 11am we will update software & give to u. But during the time of sales vivo promoter says u will get service within 30min. Why you people giving wrong commitments to customers. You people just concentrate on the sales but not on servicing. The sale of mobile is high.. I would suggest none of my friends and family buy a vivo mobile. Want a response how to sort out or replacement of the phone as i am not happy by paying such huge amount i get a phone which has issues. I need response from vivo team or i look in to consumer court.

                                Hello friends don't use vivo mobiles. They didn't services to mid range mobiles and low budget mobiles. They didn't release new version funtouch os updates for low and budget mobiles also andriod updates. They cheating very much. They didn't respond properly, they didn't answer proper answers also. Spread this news everyone who are try to buy vivo mobiles in offline and online. #boycott vivo mobiles in india.

                                  My device vivo y83 pro. I'm using this mobile last i didn't get any upgrades from vivo only i'm getting updates like security patches and minor bugs updates. I'm purchase this 16, 000/-. Vivo didn't release any updates for this device and telling not to plan for this device. I'm paying 16, 000 for this devices for better experience and andriod updates. They didn't privide.

And she was saying billing has been done .so we can't so anything .if your staff working in this way. Means standard is dripping down. Her behavior was quite rude.                                       Hi,

                                      I purchased vivo y95 on may 27 2019 (Still under warranty period). From 15th nov 2019, suddenly my earphone stopped working. Other earphone is working in my mobile. When i called and visited the customer care & asked for the replacement of the product, they denied for it. They mentioned that earphone is damaged and also convince purchase new earphone. But my earphone is not damage i brought earphone with handset in same as photo which i have uploaded and work properly till 15 nov.2019. If a product seized working within the period of 6 months, the company is supposed to provide the replacement warranty. They should not trouble the customer. This is one the instance of a bad customer service.
