I hate the display of this product as there is lots of problem like..

1.Screen Blinking During Incoming call.
2.Thirty party apps not working(example YONO SBI) & also many apps are lagging.
3.Batery charging drains like WATER.
4. Mobile hanging, freezing & heating.
5.Whats up camera hanging.
6. Very low audio

Overall feedback is very bad product.

    Mobile will be good looking, but software will be not properly. mobile will be over heated when call and useing internet. ones put on charger mobile will be blinked then no on on display. I HAVE APPLY ON REPLACEMENT ON SERVICE CENTER . HE WILL BE APPROVED. BUT LAST 4 DAYS MOBILE NOT DELIVERD AND SO NO RESPONCE ON OUR SIDE.

        Purchased vivo y55s (Model number - vivo 1610) in 2017 in Solapur. From last few months onward, it has started suddenly shutting down without any reason. Then it shows black screen with vivo logo and don't start at all. Then i need to long press power button to switch it on. Since last few month, it definitely shuts down at least twice daily without fail. Sometimes, during an urgent call or some work in app, it switches off and important call or work is lost. Sometimes it automatically turn on but this time not able to use Wi-Fi hot-spot and while playing YouTube video or what's up video it shows black screen and only voice is audible.

          I am not happy with the Vivo support team including phone support / facebook & Twitter support, Service Center Support and finally with the Service center support.

          No one is supporting for my brand new Vivo V17 handset. Please align some responsible technician who can fix the issue or please initiate a refund for my device.

          I am still waiting for either right support to be provided or my money (20k) to be refunded.

          As far as yoru DM messages are concerned. I don't see any DM. Can you please where you sent those DM, my registrered e-mail, whats app, text message... where...?????

          And why any DM message is required, please update me here only and let the whole world know that how Vivo India team is providing support to deemed customers. No need to play hide and seek.

          Also I always welcome if someone from leadershipt team can call and just talk to me first.

          Still awaiting for the ethics based response from Vivo team.

                    I brought the Vivo mobile model no S1PRO on 27/07/2020 and i am not at all happy with the product as expected.
                    The problem is at very high level for me because its very important thing in my life, All my work is done with my phone. And this phone has become useless for me.
                    it's display is not working properly, network goes off anytime and mobile is getting Switched off Automatically. I am really sad about the situation of the new mobile. Kindly REPLACE my new defective mobile as i don’t have trust for repair. Invoice copy has been attached, kindly go through it.

                      I bought vivo v15 pro on 18/10/2019 just a month the display gone and i went to the shop and asked to change the mobile they didn't and told me to check the service center and they changed the display the told in that way but after that the display will become black and i need charge then they display will work it happened the whole year not the display gone but there is still 25 days warranty time is there but the authorised service center is rejecting to change as this is coming under damage and not able to do in warranty and need to pay the service center address is below.

                                I am purchase vivo mobile last year whose-has battery problem i got battery changed from local shop in m2k my phone after a few days of changing the battery it’s display was damaged.
                                My phone display was broken i changed my battry that shopkeeper told me that it’s display will be found only in the service center which is on our first floor i told him plz resolve that issue on your level.
                                Next day i request the shopkeeper to submit my phone to the service center.

                                Shopkeeper submit the phone to service center and he told me you have to pay 4295rs
                                For display damaged.

                                Next day he give me the phone ok conditions.

                                After 10 days my phone display again demage
                                I go to same shopkeeper to repair my phones display.
                                But he told me now i am not able to repair your phone you have to go to personally at service center.
                                Next day i go to m2k vivo service center and your executive mr parmod told me i am not repair your phone because you are fourd and choor.

                                  I have a mobil of vivo company and when the mobil display went damage went to customer care then he said tjthat it has been water two custmer came before me also said that water has been poured your custmer care small part for free.when it is display thay say that there is water.there is no gurantee of your mobil and you are selling mobil by lying.i am also getting out its news paper.so that people can avoid the lying company.

                                        I bought a vivo y50 iris blue 8gb + 128gb mobile phone from your retail store sargam india electronics pvt. Ltd on 31.07.2020, vide invoice no.-np2-20-865. I regret to inform you that i am facing below mentioned problems within a few days of it’s purchase.

                                        1. Heating problem: phone temperature is too high at the time of online classes. We are not able to use the cell phone. It is hazardous to human health to use it at this temperature and it may blast and cause injury to the child (Temperature shown 48 deg. Screenshot enclosed).

                                        2. Hanging /network problem: while using the cell phone some time it hangs and closes the running application itself and also shows network error. (Screenshot enclosed)

                                        I have contacted sargam electronics pvt. Ltd. Regarding this problem and they have suggested to visit the vivo customer care centre. I visited to vivo customer care centre (Lajpat nagar) on 11/08/2020. I have shown the problem to them and they have verified the same problem in their system that the temperature of the device is too high but they have just updated the software in the device and not resolved my problem.

                                        I feel cheated to have such a defective mobile phone after spending more than rs.17000/- it is quite unfortunate that even after visiting the customer care centre my problem has not been resolved.

                                        I am following with vivo mobile india pvt. Ltd. On their official mail address "[protected]@vivo.com"since 11/08/2020 but still problem is with the handset and i didn't get any satisfied reply from their side.

                                        Google reviews also verify the heating problem with model vivoy50 as under. It seems that your product is not up to the mark and we cannot take risk of our child life because it may burst.

                                        Please look onto this concerned matter.
