      Rohtash nagar vivo service centre beside dena bank is giving poor service my phone battery reduce itself i go to service centre they upgrade my phone who upgrade by me before 2 days before visiting service centre a latest security patch but after it they upgrade it and say sir now battery works better but my phone battery still reduce then i again visit they tell me how i used my smartphone... They said you must down brigtness at 0% stop the autostart app and mobile data used only need and don't use youtube it consumed much battery i said when i buy it its battery working superb i used as when i use now then the say sir follow our instruction that time its new mobile now it's used etc... I am not satisfied from vivo

        I am using vivo v9 from 10 months onwards recently it shows software update then i update my mobile to new version from then onwards phone was hanging too much. I am very unsatisfied with vivo so please do needful, whenever i take calls it was lagging for every call it was too frustrating. First time i changed to vivo but this is the last i think so.

        I give vivo y83 mobile before 6 months and I got starting battery back up problem and hanging problem after 3 months completed then I go to Vivo service center in pompano chinchawad but my problem is not solve by properly still I got problem while starting application and when working on internet.           I purchased vivo u10 device about three weeks ago. It's an android 9 version. Since then i'm not receiving any otp from bank or any other app like uber or for any other official transactions.
          I am receiving normal text messages but otp msg is either not coming at all or coming too late.
          Please suggest how to solve this matter asap or else i cannot use the device any further.

            I bought a new vivo y15 phone on 9th nov. It started hanging and applications closed abruptly. This issue was found on day 1 wen i was trying to install applications and check phone features. I went to vivo authorized service center they updated software but still problem persisted. As it is not even 7 days i opted for replacement but vivo is trying to close matter by servicing. I request for replacement. Kindly help.

              I took the phone on 9th nov. I bought the phone from reliance digital. On using the phone, from the 1st day itself, i observed lagging in the settings option. The screen scrolls to a blank page and then the options load up after 2 seconds. After observation for 3 days, i went to reliance digital asking for a replacement as per their 1-week replacement policy. But they denied me a replacement and asked me to go to a vivo service center. They're they flashed my phone with fresh rom but still, the issue persists. Although i asked them, i want a replacement, they denied my request. Following that, i called vivo customer care who also didn't respond to me properly and denying me a replacement.

              I thought of becoming a member of vivo family but seeing such kinds of responses, i am very upset. I have never experienced such a worst service from any other vendors like mi, one plus.

              It's not even a week old and i am already suffering with my new phone. I want a replacement or my money refunded.

                  Hi, i am using vivo v11 pro.. While connecting to android auto.. Its always disconnecting... No other phones have this connection problem with android auto.. I updated all drivers and firmware.. But no result.. I changed a number of cables.. I trust vivo india to resolve this issue please help.. I am using vivo v11 pro..                     Vivo iqoo is a gaming phone that have feature to smart screen recording.in the recent update, vivo provide more option to record high picture quality, but it is not 1080p, surely this can be fix by the developer. So please provide 1080p screen recording, with 60 fps. This feature should be present on a gaming phone on 2019. As i aware, this is my second complain, to make my statement more clear. Please make 1080p 60 fps and 720p 60 fps for smart screen recording on vivo iqoo, thank you.

                    I'm sorry for the inconvenient, i also have issue on receiving call, i like to point out the solution, seem that smart screen recording on VIVO IQOO have already set to 1080, 60 fps, but the blurry is because the bitrate is to low, please increase it to 40 mbps, or give more option to the bitrate that suitable for gaming, Thank You.

                      Background - on 20 march 2019, i bought a vivo y95 mobile handset (Sn-a807sc506c00) from a retailer shop, m/s hello mobiles ([protected], [protected]@gmail.com) in port blair. After a period of about seven months, on 03 nov 2019, graphics of the phone display distorted and cluttered with multiple red lines and by 04 nov 2019, the display totally gave up. It is pertinent to mention that the phone was never dropped on hard surface or immersed into the water. It had no physical damage or traces of water, when produced in front of the service center staff. However, since purchased, formation of moisture inside camera lenses was often a problem, especially whenever it was exposed to the air-conditioned environment for prolong duration. As, the remaining functions were satisfactory, i didn’t approach service center for any assistance until the display malfunctioned.

                      Grievance on the incident - as the phone is under warranty period for one year from the date of purchase, i preferred to approach m/s yingjia communication pvt. Ltd., the only authorized vivo service center in port blair. However, instead of rendering support with positive response, the staff at service center resorted to weird allegations based on all sorts of assumptions/ speculations just to disagree for repairs under warranty. Assumptions were made to such an extent that even the laws of physics were amended to support their own argument with illogical statements that the water inside phone evaporated and converted into moisture. Whereas, it is a basic concept that moisture is formed as the air condenses. Undoubtedly, it is a case of material failure, wherein the body of the phone could not withstand low temperatures of domestic air-conditioner, when exposed for prolonged duration. This led to formation of moisture and subsequently white patches over a period of time due to ion effect of air impurities. Obviously, a user cannot go to space or shelter himself inside vacuum for making calls or using handset. External environment will have its effect and cannot be neglected.

                      Conclusion - it is submitted that the breakdown of mobile phone display is purely a case of material failure and i cannot be held responsible for this. As no traces of water was observed, when the phone was offered at the service center, it cannot be stated with certainty that the phone was damaged because of liquid contact. However, if the company has already set its policy not to entertain any warranty defects and to levy cost of spares and repairs on the users, the service centers are free to trap vivo users with hundreds of reasons only on the basis of assumptions, for declaring the warranty null and void. Such indifferent response from the vivo service center, blaming its user for no fault is extremely disappointing and a cause of concern. Accordingly, with full generosity, i make a humble request to vivo company to address my problem at the earliest and issue necessary directives for repair of my vivo handset under warranty.

                      I am strongly not in agreement with whatever story service center agent has cooked up over the job sheet merely to prove his point and to extract money for repairing handset that is under active warranty period.

                      Background - On 20 March 2019, I bought a Vivo Y95 mobile handset (SN-A807SC506C00) from a retailer shop, M/s Hello Mobiles ([protected], [protected]@gmail.com) in Port Blair. After a period of about seven months, on 03 Nov 2019, graphics of the phone display distorted and cluttered with multiple red lines and by 04 Nov 2019, the display totally gave up. It is pertinent to mention that the phone was never dropped on hard surface or immersed into the water. It had no physical damage or traces of water, when produced in front of the service center staff. However, since purchased, formation of moisture inside camera lenses was often a problem, especially whenever it was exposed to the air-conditioned environment for prolong duration. As, the remaining functions were satisfactory, I didn’t approach service center for any assistance until the display malfunctioned.


                      Grievance on the Incident - As the phone is under warranty period for one year from the date of purchase, I preferred to approach M/s Yingjia Communication Pvt. Ltd., the only authorized Vivo service center in Port Blair. However, instead of rendering support with positive response, the staff at service center resorted to weird allegations based on all sorts of assumptions/ speculations just to disagree for repairs under warranty. Assumptions were made to such an extent that even the laws of physics were amended to support their own argument with illogical statements that the water inside phone evaporated and converted into moisture. Whereas, it is a basic concept that moisture is formed as the air condenses. Undoubtedly, it is a case of material failure, wherein the body of the phone could not withstand low temperatures of domestic air-conditioner, when exposed for prolonged duration. This led to formation of moisture and subsequently white patches over a period of time due to ion effect of air impurities. Obviously, a user cannot go to space or shelter himself inside vacuum for making calls or using handset. External environment will have its effect and cannot be neglected.

                      Conclusion - It is submitted that the breakdown of mobile phone display is purely a case of material failure and I cannot be held responsible for this. As no traces of water was observed, when the phone was offered at the service center, it cannot be stated with certainty that the phone was damaged because of liquid contact. However, if the company has already set its policy not to entertain any warranty defects and to levy cost of spares and repairs on the users, the service centers are free to trap Vivo users with hundreds of reasons only on the basis of assumptions, for declaring the warranty null and void. Such indifferent response from the Vivo service center, blaming its user for no fault is extremely disappointing and a cause of concern. Accordingly, with full generosity, I make a humble request to Vivo Company to address my problem at the earliest and issue necessary directives for repair of my Vivo handset under warranty.

                        I bought this mobile with charger on 6/11/2018. Today i heared a great explode sound around my home and sudden current break down. After some i notice my charger and data separated. Then i connected them together and switch on the charger at my friends place and found their is no power supply. After the that i noticed the burnt on the cable and chord. And found the reason for blast and shutdown is because of charger explosion. I didn't get any wound because of god's grace. But still i can't get out from that explosion trauma. I even felt hard to sleep because of that incident. There is a possibility of great disaster. I am not even in the sense while that blast happen. I don't even have small bit of idea that the charger might become an explosive stuff.

                          I had just given my mobile for repair at dilshuknagar, hyderbad as in my mobile charging is not happening. They told that they will contact me within 2 hrs but didn't called from last 4 days. I called customer care and i was told that my job sheet is closed without contacting me. Customer care disconnected my call without resolution. I want a resolution as why job sheet was closed without contacting me. Customer care was helpless and disconnected the call i want a compalint to be raised on particular service center and want the complaint number, if this is not resolved here i will directly reach your escalation matrix

                            Optional recording setting of picture quality cannot be optimize, the high picture quality setting seems to came out blurry and pixelates when an image moving too fast, this is maybe because the fps is not high enough. Many other app today have that optional, its seem that smart recording need improvement, so please make option for 60 fps recording, thank you.

                              I have brought my phone on 12th of october from kanpur and the shop employee say u buy vivo y17 this phone is better experience and your gaming will better experience and no problem in this device and if any case the device not work properly and any issue in this device there is a option counter replacement so, no doubt u will buy this without any problem if any problem i'll there these words from shop employee. After buying, this device is working properly but now like 5-7 days this device has hang and game will not good to play in this device and i'm going to shop yesterday i tell them all the problem he said u go to service center they will help u i'm not able to help u.                                     I purchased vivo v15 pro on may 11 2019 (Still under warranty period). From 25th oct 2019, charger stopped working. Mobile is getting charged on other chargers. When i called the customer care & asked for the replacement of the product, they denied for it. They mentioned that i should visit the nearest service center & get it checked. Service center is very far from my place. If a product seized working within the period of 6 months, the company is supposed to provide the replacement warranty. They should not trouble the customer to visit the service center. This is one the instance of a bad customer service.

                                      When i bought vivi z1x phone there is a problem with auto crash of app like music, gaana, yt music, saawn etc. I make complain then i got trouble shoot from vivo and problem resolved. But after few sdays got a system update and after update same problem start occuring. Got irritated. Unable to listen music in background. Its auto closed after few times of screen off.

                                        I have been using vivo1609 mobile. When i'm turing on the sim1 network, sim2 is shutting down, and vice versa. It has become a trouble since incoming calls and messages of sim2 are not reached. I'm expecting a valid solution and response for this issue. How can i use both networks (I mean both sim1 and sim2)?
                                        I should keep on switching the mobile data to switvh this network. It's inconvenient i request you to help me get out of this.
