new vivo phone hanging on day 1 after purchase. requesting for replacement but not providing solution

I bought a new vivo y15 phone on 9th nov. It started hanging and applications closed abruptly. This issue was found on day 1 wen i was trying to install applications and check phone features. I went to vivo authorized service center they updated software but still problem persisted. As it is not even 7 days i opted for replacement but vivo is trying to close matter by servicing. I request for replacement. Kindly help....

please make more optional recording setting

Optional recording setting of picture quality cannot be optimize, the high picture quality setting seems to came out blurry and pixelates when an image moving too fast, this is maybe because the fps is not high enough. Many other app today have that optional, its seem that smart recording need improvement, so please make option for 60 fps recording, thank you....

dual sim network issue

I have been using vivo1609 mobile. When i'm turing on the sim1 network, sim2 is shutting down, and vice versa. It has become a trouble since incoming calls and messages of sim2 are not reached. I'm expecting a valid solution and response for this issue. How can i use both networks (I mean both sim1 and sim2)?
I should keep on switching the mobile data to switvh this network. It's inconvenient i request you to help me get out of this....

vivo z1 pro camera issue

I am facing issue with my z1 pro camera. The slow motion video taken using this is not at all clear. I have complained about this on vivo support and followed the procedures told by them. But it was not resolved. Then they asked me to contact vivo service center. But they are also not able to fix the issue.

Please provide me a solution for this....

Dear team

I had ordered one vivo y71 mobile from vivo app on dated 13/10/2019 and expected date of delivery is 17/10/2019, but still the status is shown waiting for delivery and it is a prepaid delivery payment already done from credit card. Three times i called your customer care but no one give me satisfied answer. Mr ashutosh commit me that he resolve the issue but he not logged complaint and not given the complaint id....
