I bought the vivo z1x 128gb variant phone on 9th october 2019 which is only three days back. Everything was working fine until i started playing my online music app. Songs stops playing abruptly after the screen locks.

The issue isn't limited only to music apps. Other apps like gmail also stopped abruptly and i had to re-open it countless times.

It's a major disappointment.

Urgent assistance will be extremely appreciated.

    I just bought vivo z1x 2 days ago and apps like album, camera, music player keeps crashing every single time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling apps... Updated apps from playstore but nothing worked.
    Music keep stopping in between songs and it's frustrating that i cannot listen to more than 1 or 2 songs at a time, app crashes and i have to start from beginning every time. Tried different apps like music player, gaana, wynk music... All apps have same problem of crashing in between songs. Updated all of them.

      Writing this with a great disappointment. I bought a vivo z1x handset last week. All applications including default applications like camera, gallery keep crashing. The issue has been increasing day by day. I contacted customer support and they advised me to connect with wifi and do a reboot. I tried it but no luck.

        Hey i have just bought this vivo z1x smartphone 3 days ago from flipkart from the very first day the touch screen sometimes not responding properly and battery draining fastly. Also some app gets automatically closed while working. Also sometimes app gonna freeze. Today in the morning i was playing pubg mobile on this smartphone in middle of game the app got automatically closed because of this i was killed in that match. I baught this smartphone especially for playing pubg and this smartphone giving problem in playing the very game utterly disappointed by this. Because of its awesome features i thought that this will be the best mobile in budget range for playing pubg but got disappointed by its experience. We are middle class person we don't pose that much money so that we can frequently change smartphones. But if company made this type of products then our total money will go in vain. Kindly look into this issue. Otherwise i will not have more faith in this company.

          Hi,
          I recently bought a vivo z1x 64gb variant, while playing music app automatically crashing and music stops i've tried different apps gaana, saavn, even inbuilt music app also getting crashed. After screen time outs it's closing randomly sometimes closes after 2min sometimes after 5 mins. Please look after the issue. I've tried contacting vivo customer care service they asked me to factory reset my mobile after doing it also problem not yet solved.

            Hi,

            I brought a new vivo z1x handset on[protected] and now i m facing issues in my handset. During normal use it will automatically jump to main screen and closes whatever the application i am using it whether it is an app or browser. This issue was observed from day one but i thought it might be due to some other reason and i ignored it but now i think it is increasing.

            I don't know whether it is due to app crashing, software malfunction or any other issue but it is kind of feel like software is not relaible. Ive used only for 4 days and i am facing issue don't know about other handset as i am using vivo mobile for the first time and i am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

            I dont know if this complaint will help or not but still i am posting it in hope that it will resolve.

              I am also facing the same problem with vivo z1x.. All the default applications are crashing within seconds.. Can't even use gallery app. It is worst. Crashing increases day by day. I have contacted vivo support and they told me to connect the handset with wifi and reboot. I have tried it but no luck.

                I bought vivo y83 pro smartphone 9 months ago. Now its constantly getting swithoff. So i bring it to service centre and they said that it can not repair bcause mother board is not working. Its cost 6000/-. If this is the condition of phone after 9 mnths use how will i continue use this or trust or suggest vivo phones for others such a pathetic situation im facing...

                I bought vivo v15 it has 3 back cameras 12mp, 8mp, 5mp but the main camera of this mobile 12mp was not work they were cheat with the customers saying it has 3 cameras but it has only 2 camera 8mp and 5mp..you can check it with you fingure first use 1st camera and put your fingure on it you also understand what the problem it has..

                    I got problem with my popup camera - that is stucked many times and nowadays it shows an error message also that is : camera not pop up, the camera motor noise also hear abnormally. I just go yesterday to the vivo service center calicut named hajin trade india private limited. They people told me that will finish the work with in 1.5 hrs when i came early. I gone there early and give for service and wait till service done, after service i just asked them what is the problem they told me that the problem is related to your touch and display some dust found on display borders so we changed the display and touch (Replaced part name : display screen assembly v15 pro ruby red pdi832bf_ex (In) (Sh). Then also i found that my finger print is missing in phone storage... I cannot understand how it happened... Because they people dint do any updation in softwares... Both fingers deleted from settings... Then i made phish thats why i checked for viruses then found 2 malicious apps... Camera is not working properly till the time same issue persist... May i know why those people do this for customers...??? Reply me urgently... Iam going legaly and go to media related to this issue with service jobsheet and all...

                    As per vivo customer care. I again go to the service center they treated me very rudely. They asked me that all data will be lost so takr the backup.. i dont know for camera issue how the datas lost from my mobile...??? And one more thing there is no customer in that service center... then also they people told me that they need 1 day to check the problem... the problem is clear cut... that the popup camera motor problem.. then why they need this much time...
                    The customer care team compel me to go go again the same service center that i already cheated...

                      I have a vivo Y95 model handset, few days ago it was restarting again again so, i gone for service centre, they suggest me it will be change of mother board and that wasn't in her stock so they scheduled it for later ...one month ago ...till now they couldn't reply me .

                        I had purchesed a vivo y91 (3+32).. On 9th june 2019. While using the mobile somehow splash of water contacts the mobile so it have visited vivo service center on 15th june 2019 the problem was chargeable repair and total cost is 630 but part is not available. They didnt contact me when it should be available.. Then i went out of town and return in august part was also not available till then. Then i visited again on 23th sept.. They say mother board fault cost will be 6000. How it can be without using.. Its a new mobile onlt one day used.. This is totaly unconvincible i want my phone replacement as soon as possible otherwise i have to put a case about it.

                          I want to change my model because in my model lot of problems, the main problem is camera quality, automatically shot down, restart, being hot etc.
                          Please replace the same with another model. I am so irritated by my mobile.

                              I had purchased Vivo S1 on 08-09-19 from Croma store Ghaziabad. When I get back to home I used Facebook and found that the video quality is very poor (blurr issue) and YouTube video quality is also poor. Next day I visited store and showed same to the executive. He also accept the same and told to bring it at service center.I refused to take it at service center as I have purchased new phone and from the first day I am facing problems. They took my phone and told to come next day. When I again visited there they again told me to come next day. Finally they handover my phone on 11-09-19 by saying that they have get the phone checked by Vivo service center they are saying no fault reproduce. I was very disappointed as they are unable to deliver the concern.My Brother called to the customer care no. after the complete discussion the executive suggest him to visit at service center and showed them the concern if video blurr we will replace the product. I personally visited at Vivo service center and showed them the concern.They accepted that the FB videos are blurring. But they are giving excuse of fb as third party.After a very long conversation they saying to leave the phone they will cross checked the concern whenever another Vivo S1 comes. I had heard one of their executive saying "VIVO S1 new launch hua hai problem aati hai" They are not giving me solution. I also called at your customer care no. again they are listening my concern and assured me that we will provide you solution but when i told him to register my complaint they refused to register it .Again I left my phone at Service Center. Today i received a call from Service Center saying that your phone has been repaired please collect it from center. I asked them what they have done? they told me please visit at Service Center our Technician will talk with you. I was in my office so my brother visit there.They started our previous drama by saying that no fault reproduce. We have checked your phone.The videos which are blurring may be due to poor internet connection or camera issue during recording or may be currently Poor Internet connection. We asked them if so why these same videos are not blurring in another phone (In all brands these videos quality are good even that phone are cheaper than VIVO). My both phone are connected with W-FI same internet connection. But only in my VIVO S1 videos are blurring.Even they had not shown comparison with VIVO same model. I am highly dissatisfied with VIVO because as you know in today's world everyone inclined towards social media if i am not comfortable in using facebook in VIVO S1 in that case this phone is useless for me. Now I want my money back. I am feeling cheated by Vivo and Croma. Its my request from you kindly give my money back otherwise i am going to be legal against VIVO and Croma.
                              1. Being after paying heavy amount of 18000rs defective product provided to me or VIVO S1 quality poor.
                              2. I had purchased for my personal and professional use but 8 days has been passed away i didn't able to use my new phone.
                              3. Because of all this, i feel mentally/physically/financially harassed.
                              4.My rights are violated-As no customer complaint getting registered by VIVO call center. No customer satisfaction provided by service center and croma store.
                              5. No terms and condition told or given me in written before that you are not responsible for facebook videos. If VIVO told me so then firstly i checked the FB videos quality along with other features in DEMO and I Found the same issue in all VIVO Phone then i changed my mind for buying a VIVO phone.

                                6 july 2019 purchase vivo v 15 pro sdnly my phone display got black.. My phone touch working but display is black i don't know why. When call service centre he told me vivo not cover this type of issues.. He told me pay for screen replacement.. This is not fair sir.. No one help me regarding my problem.. Sir i request you to do something sir it's my humble request hope you do something

                                I repaired my vivo v 11 from authorized service center they fitted a defaulted display...after fitting this display my battery is draining very fast...i did not expect this from vivo authorized service center...i repaired my fone from badlapur thane service centre

                                  I am pankaj buy a vivo v 15 pro handset in the month of august.. From the starting i am facing a problem with the handset, call was disconnected and volume of the call is very low.. I am also change the sim and check the sim on another handset, its never create a problem.. Post this i am visited your service centre (East delhi - balbir nagar pin code-110032) for 2-3 times but they never assisted in proper way also not helping with any kind of service.

                                  In past m already buy a 2 handsets for vivo and facing problem like that, bit now its create a lots of problem from the starting..

                                  Its like i never buy a product from vivo, totally pathetic and useless service.

                                  Please solve the problem at the earliest, attached a bill copy for your refrence.
