I bought vivo z1x on 05.10.2019 through amazon. From the next day i am facing the issue of application crashing mainly in album & you-tube. Right now i had seen in this two application only. I had already rebooted my phone once but the issue has not been resolved yet. Suggest a better way to resolve this issue.

Kindly do the needful to resolve this issue.

I recently bought a vivo z1x 64gb variant, while playing music app automatically crashing and music stops i've tried different apps gaana, saavn, even inbuilt music app also getting crashed. After screen time outs it's closing randomly sometimes closes after 2min sometimes after 5 mins. Please look after the issue. I've tried contacting vivo customer care service they asked me to factory reset my mobile after doing it also problem not yet solved and i have checked and tried all the settings option like autostart, high power consumption etc. No improvements.
Please help on this issue

It seem that xiaomi is ahead in custom update, they heard their customer complain, but why not vivo. Today gaming is a head issue of buying phone and internal audio recording is the major asset for buying the phone. Please update funtouch os to have internal audio recording like many other phone already have. I'm using vivo iqoo, gaming phone that should have that feature, thank you.

#vivoz1x facing following issues purchased from flipkart on 3 oct 19

I am facing following issues on the newly launched vivo z1x.
I have hard reset my mobile as flipkart customer care told me to do so and also they have arranged a technician who had also hard reset my vivo z1x second time. But still the problem prevail.

I have also write to vivo support using the vivo app in mobile but have no reply.

Vivo os not giving best result and i not sure whether it is some hardware problem or software glitch.
1. Apps are crashing down
2. Music app closing while running in background
3. File transfer mode in windows 10 failing to transfer the file connection is terminating adruptly
4. Having headache while talking using phone normally over ear

When multiple users are facing same issue please respond or provide resolution openly, so consumers facing the same issue will save time not questing the existing issue which vivo is trying to cover up with out any official statement.

Vivo z1x all apps be it games, music, prime video crashing after few minutes.
Please provide a resolution.
Also please advise how to take bokeh photos as no option is available for the same.
I have installed a auto task killer in my mobile. Should i remove it? Please advise on urgent basis as it is causing lot if problems while multitasking.

I recently bought vivo z1x 128 gb and the apps on it like photos app or gaana app crashes in between suddenly. So basically it suddenly stops the app and returns to the home page. Sometimes it happens in 5 mins of app usage and sometimes after 2 mins itself. I tried restarting but after that also it doesn't work. Request you to please help on this as it's really annoying and so not acceptable.

I recently purchased vivo z1x from flipkart, from day 1 iam facing problems like apps crashing and data not copying from laptop
I contacted customer care, they said to factory reset, i tried it several time but this problem is not resolved.
Please do something about my problem.
Because this is my new phone and iam facing such issues.

I recently bought vivo z1x 128 gb variant in flipkart big billion day sale. Its not even a day and i m facing applications closing automatically problem. Even after researching and trying different setting my problem it not solved yet. Applications such as gaana, saavan, wynk music are closing when i turn off my screen. From my end i have done every setting and even done factory reset. Also my friends are facing the same issue, it has to be vivo battery management which is closing every third party app. I m even not able to do online transcations as apps closes when we minimize the app some times. Vivo need to release software update urgently.

I bought the vivo z1x 128gb variant phone on 9th october 2019 which is only three days back. Everything was working fine until i started playing my online music app. Songs stops playing abruptly after the screen locks.

The issue isn't limited only to music apps. Other apps like gmail also stopped abruptly and i had to re-open it countless times.

It's a major disappointment.

Urgent assistance will be extremely appreciated.

Hey i have just bought this vivo z1x smartphone 3 days ago from flipkart from the very first day the touch screen sometimes not responding properly and battery draining fastly. Also some app gets automatically closed while working. Also sometimes app gonna freeze. Today in the morning i was playing pubg mobile on this smartphone in middle of game the app got automatically closed because of this i was killed in that match. I baught this smartphone especially for playing pubg and this smartphone giving problem in playing the very game utterly disappointed by this. Because of its awesome features i thought that this will be the best mobile in budget range for playing pubg but got disappointed by its experience. We are middle class person we don't pose that much money so that we can frequently change smartphones. But if company made this type of products then our total money will go in vain. Kindly look into this issue. Otherwise i will not have more faith in this company.

I brought a new vivo z1x handset on[protected] and now i m facing issues in my handset. During normal use it will automatically jump to main screen and closes whatever the application i am using it whether it is an app or browser. This issue was observed from day one but i thought it might be due to some other reason and i ignored it but now i think it is increasing.

I don't know whether it is due to app crashing, software malfunction or any other issue but it is kind of feel like software is not relaible. Ive used only for 4 days and i am facing issue don't know about other handset as i am using vivo mobile for the first time and i am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I dont know if this complaint will help or not but still i am posting it in hope that it will resolve.

I bought vivo y83 pro smartphone 9 months ago. Now its constantly getting swithoff. So i bring it to service centre and they said that it can not repair bcause mother board is not working. Its cost 6000/-. If this is the condition of phone after 9 mnths use how will i continue use this or trust or suggest vivo phones for others such a pathetic situation im facing...

I got problem with my popup camera - that is stucked many times and nowadays it shows an error message also that is : camera not pop up, the camera motor noise also hear abnormally. I just go yesterday to the vivo service center calicut named hajin trade india private limited. They people told me that will finish the work with in 1.5 hrs when i came early. I gone there early and give for service and wait till service done, after service i just asked them what is the problem they told me that the problem is related to your touch and display some dust found on display borders so we changed the display and touch (Replaced part name : display screen assembly v15 pro ruby red pdi832bf_ex (In) (Sh). Then also i found that my finger print is missing in phone storage... I cannot understand how it happened... Because they people dint do any updation in softwares... Both fingers deleted from settings... Then i made phish thats why i checked for viruses then found 2 malicious apps... Camera is not working properly till the time same issue persist... May i know why those people do this for customers...??? Reply me urgently... Iam going legaly and go to media related to this issue with service jobsheet and all...
