The set vivo v15 pro 6/128gb purchase on 26/05/2019 from ashirbad xerox, bidhan nagar, durgapur.

Two days back (I. E. On 10/07/2019), the liquid was observed to spread. Now the screen is totally black. The seller is not ready to take the any responsibility, though it is under warranty period.

I request to the vivo authority to issue a new set of vivo v15 pro 6/128gb on replacement.

Kindly look into seriously.

I visited the seller. I was sent to the main sales counter at vivo, junction mall, 2nd floor, durgapur, city centre, west bengal.

The engineer present there inspected and identified that the lcd screen to be replaced. The cost of rs. 6, 295/= to be borne by me.

If i would agree, the set was supposed to accept for repair.

I disagree with the arrangement. I am totally upset with such a high value handset but easy internal damage keeping the glass screen intact.

It being in warrantee period i am not ready to spend any amount.

Kindly deal the same suitably in order to keep a good relation with your valued customer.

I deposited the handset on 31st July'19 at 02:00 pm at the Collection Centre (VIVO-Durgapur) of Asansol Service Centre. The same was supposed to be sent to Asansol Service Centre within next two days.

On the same, in the evening at 06:15 pm, Asansol Service Centre called me and gave a message that the phone was opened at the collection Centre and found that the internal screen is damaged. She also informed that it is physical damage and not covered under warrantee. She also informed that Repair cost of Rs. 6, 295/= is to be borne by the customer.

I instantly asked the feedback in writing which is yet to be received.

In this respect, I would like to mention that there was no external damage found on the handset. Hence, there might be a possibility of manufacturing defect for the particular set.

Kindly look into the matter sincerely.

    I bought a vivo y17 mobile 1 week back, i bought the mobile mainly to play pubgm but when i installed and tried to play it the gyroscope latency was too high, the sensor keeps moving even after i stopped moving my mobile, and this also affects the google maps where it is highly difficult to navigate since the delay of the pointer moving is too high. Im totally dissatisfied with the product and now i dont want to own a vivo mobile, hence requesting to provide a do certificate so that i can buy some other mobile.

      Yesterday, when my phone was in my pocket the phone, started heating when i took it out the phone was extremely heated and it almost burned my palm, then i threw it on the ground it started burning and in a few seconds, it was all burned. This could have injured me in a very serious way. This is not expected to happen in such a way for company like vivo.

      Desired resolution -

      I require quick resolution to this. This is my only phone. I request for the replacement immediately.

        . Mere phone ki battery bahut jldi. Discharge ho jati. Hai. Jisse mujko. Bahut jyada paresani hoti hai. So please slow my problem.           It had been around 11 months since i have purchased vivo y71. At the time of purchase i was told that there is one year guarantee on handset .                         My phone battery backup ki very low, it comes 0% to 100% only in 4 hours max and i am very unhappy with this i have complaned in vivo care of gurgaon, but they refuse by saying its, okay.
                        And it is also under warranty, i have purchased it in october 2018.
                        I use my phone only when it is connected to charger.
                        So, please resolve my problem.

                            My mobile 's spyker are not given clear sound and given interrupted sound. I go to the service center of the vivo mobile at karnal and told the whole story and saw the phone to the employees of the service center but they did not check the mobile and also not given any response to me and refuse to repair my mobile. Please take action against these employees who did not care any one and taking salary free of fund. They are not responsible to their duty and make corruption in the service center. Please immediate action against these employees. Thanking you.

                              Sir I had order with your company through paytm. Paymemt of product has been deducted though paytm transaction for the Rs 1199/- on 13 Dec 18 with paytm UPI Id[protected]. But order has not been received till date. A copy of paytm transaction is att for ready reference please.

                                I have purchased VIVO Y17 mobile from flipkart 28 days back.It suddenly stopped working since yesterday.I showed it to costumer care, they told there is something wrong with software, so I demanded for replacement of new handset as it was covering guarantee, but service centre person refused for replacement as it was purchased On-line.I can't understand the policy, as it is customer's choice whether he wants to purchase Online or Offline.Please solve my issue.
