Vivo Mobile India Customer Care's response Hi ankit diamond, sorry for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you that without the infrared module, in areas with dim lighting, the success rate of Face Access will be reduced. You can turn on Screen Fill Light in Settings>Fingerprint, face and password(Face and password)>Face to improve the success rate.
And for low voice recording, we request you to please follow some steps to get issue resolved: “Go to settings > More settings > App manager > Camera > Storage > Clear Data.
After following these steps if the camera issue does not resolve then kindly reset the all settings:
Step 2: Settings > More settings > back up and reset > reset all settings.
Step 3: If the issue still exists, please format handset after taking the “Data backup”.
“Go to settings > More Settings > Backup and reset > Erase all data > Reset Phone.”
If issue still remain then, you may visit at nearest service center with a copy of bill in order to get the issue resolved and before visiting at service center kindly take the Data backup.
