My name is s manikandan from chennai, tamilnadu, i am using vivo v7 plus, within 1.5years, mother board failure, i surprised, it requires rs 10500 for replacement. I totally unhappy to spend this premature failure, also on what confident i can change, i need free replacement of mother board or new phone. This type of failure is giving lot of stress and pressure. Need free replacement of new phone to compensate this, also need compensation for undue stress to me and my family members.

      Im using a vivo v15 phone it doesn't have scrolling icon to scroll images and schedule message options,
      Is there any possibilities to fix these through upcoming updates?im bought this mobile just a week before iam okay with the other systems and all but i was really disappointed when i was trying to send a schedule message in sms but it wasn't there and image scroller is also not available, i[censored] can fix this pls do it.

We would like to inform you that without the infrared module, in areas with dim lighting, the success rate of Face Access will be reduced. You can turn on Screen Fill Light in Settings>Fingerprint, face and password(Face and password)>Face to improve the success rate.
        And for low voice recording, we request you to please follow some steps to get issue resolved: “Go to settings > More settings > App manager > Camera > Storage > Clear Data.
        After following these steps if the camera issue does not resolve then kindly reset the all settings:
        Step 2: Settings > More settings > back up and reset > reset all settings.
        Step 3: If the issue still exists, please format handset after taking the “Data backup”.
        “Go to settings > More Settings > Backup and reset > Erase all data > Reset Phone.”
        If issue still remain then, you may visit at nearest service center with a copy of bill in order to get the issue resolved and before visiting at service center kindly take the Data backup.

        My vivi v15's displat folder has broken when i had gone to the service center, they told me tha its bend and broke mother board but when i called it ringed up how it can possible to broken mother get ring when i called on it

            I owns a vivo v5, it has network problems like it only catches 4g network of jio. When i insert my airtel and vodafone sim, it only shows 3g (H+), despite i have full 4g network of airtel and vodafone, i inserted them in my galaxy j7 max, the problem is only in vivo v5, please help me as i want to change sim as jio doesn't work properly. There's no chance that i will get 4g signal for airtel and vodafone in vivo.

              Installed and configured android auto on vivo 15 pro mobile

              Issue i am facing is, android auto is disconnecting frequently.
              This is really annoying and causing attention issue while driving which is very dangerous. This could lead to fatal accident as well.
              Vivo 15 pro purchased on 5th may 2019.

              My car is s-cross and 6 months old.
              My earlier phone oneplus3 was working properly while using android auto. Never faced any issues.

If there is display & switch problem that could be manual defect. But having mother board issue with in one year. I am not admissible for that.                       I request vivo to kindly generate a software update to all vivo y83 pro phones for better camera performance and sharpness in camera as images captured from the camera are not that much great compared to other phones of same price. The pics captyred are not sharp enough and the protrait mode should be improved tge edge detection should be improved by a software update as soon as possible.

                      Vivo V11 mobile was purchased in September 2018 in Chennai. It was working well, on 1st May 2019 after using mobile kept on table and after 1 hour found the mobile was off. Trying to switch on but not getting on. Mobile kept on charging for four hour even then not getting on.

                          I had just own a new phone if vivo y83pro.
                          It's been only 5 months now and after 5 months I am facing problem of charging.
                          In other vivo charger my phone charges normally but in my charger phone is charging too slow... 5% in 1 hour...
                          Make sure that your chargers works properly and you have to work on your complaints... I have to buy now a charger which cost me rupees which is not a good for your company... Your reputation goes down

                            There is hanging problem in my handset vivo y53i. I call to customer care many times but they told us the officers are busy so they call back later but i am waiting till now but they don't response at my complaint so please solve my problem.
                            I shall be thankful to you if you are solve my problem. The problem of hanging in my vivo y53i handset, i clear the junk daily and clean the damage data those cause of hanging and don't install to much apps but after that do all things there is hanging problem in my handset. I care about my phone and i don't install harmful apps. But after all these things it hanging to much. My handset in warranty period so please solve my problem.

                              Dear team,

                              I am using vivo v9 smart phone and the face unlock feature of this mobile is not secure because it can be unlock by my real brother also. There is a high risk to my confidential information saved in my mobile phone.

                              Not happy with the performance of vivo v9 smartphone because there are so many applications where i have enabled this face unlock security feature but it is not working properly and can be easily unlocked by someone other than me also.

                                I have been using vivo v7 from 1.5 years its selfie camera was best upto now but after the update android 8.1 its camera quality is not coming is good quality. Please do the correction in camera quality otherwise it's been no use of this phone 😑😑😑😑😑, i want you to make old version of camera or do something it's iso always getting very high like 2000, lastly it's coming in 100 200 please find the problem and resolve it's as soon as possible.

                                  I had purchased a vivo handset model y95 on 23 rd of march 2019 from shop feelings mobile situated in varanasi sigra few days before i checked that the model i got is y93 and imei no also changed from what they billed. I visited the shop regarding this but they are not giving me satisfactory answer daily they are saying come tomorrow. The bill is attached for your reference and the imei no of y93 os also attached please go through this and reply me as soon as possible.

                                    Here i purchase this mobile in november i think, at that time camera issue i was not taken seriously but randomly its neither become fine nor yet i take clear images in day/night time also.
                                    Time goes on continuing and issue of camera not taking clear images is still a problem for me. It's also a opposite i got as vivo mobile advertise about 'best in camera'.

                                      I bought vivo v11 pro mobile 4 months earlier... Initially it perform well in terms of camera clarity but now i feel the mobile is not functioning well. The pics are not as cleared as i take pics from other mobiles. I think i made a mistake in choosing the vivo mobiles only for camera purpose and waste the huge amount of rs 24000 in purchasing the vivo v 11 pro mobile.

                                        Here i want to to tell you about feature of recorder,
                                        When ever i am recording voice if i get any missed call or call, audio will be saved but it doesn't recording again.
                                        In mi phone if we get missed call also voice is recording continuously
                                        We want that feature that is recorder has to record the audio continuously in vivo phone
