On 24th may 2018 i bought a vivo y71 gold mobile phone from memo global telecommunications pvt. Ltd (Big-c) d/no. 30-6-1, beside bsnl office, dabagardens, visakhapatnam-530020. Phone - [protected].

I have discovered that the phone has no safety norms, the reason, it got blasted, with hefty smoke and the piece got burned. This was a miracle escape of my life, which after noticing in my right pant pocket with heat radiation on my thigh skin. Immediately i have removed it and thrown outside the car in which i was traveling, which is publicly noticed by my 2 colleagues along with local public.

I have purchased new vivo v9 black colour mobile 3 months back and even i using with back cover still there are alot of scraches in my phone back pannel its compeletely company default and i want to replace my phone.. The scraches been Spreading overall my back cover automaticlly and its not the actual scrach it is like water mark in the back pannel which is going to spoil my Phones back pannel soon please help me

    I'm a Army Person and my earphone didn't work properly.

      My phone 'vivo v3 smart' approximately from two to three weeks back started getting discharge very fast while in use & hence required to charge frequently, though everything is working alright, yesterday i changed battery with newly purchased battery from 'flipkart', thinking it might have gone weak but still problem insists after replacement of new battery, indication of charging appears for awhile & then after a moment disappears charging symbol on display with a message 'unable to charge please contact our after sales service center'. Please guide me to solve the problem soonest & oblige.

          This is regarding back panel glass broken, raised the issue at customer care service center in Cunningham road. i tried reaching them after 15 days over the call they said out of stock, i was supposed to get an update by 12/15/2018. but no one is receiving call in this Vivo authorized service center. last time I've put the complaint on this website. they started calling me asking for the same what I've explained earlier. seems like your service center guys portraying as they are working but no response no immediate action taken, if this is the case again i won't let anyone to buy vivo phones.

            Dear sir/mam,

            I have bought a vivo v9 mobile on 25.06.2018 from fast information network, metropolis mall, kolkata. It's been five months since i bought, i have been facing so many technical problems like frequent hanging, web apps, making calls, all contacts lost on auto restart. And also, i couldn't able view the call lists and not able to attend the calls or make calls while the phone is hanged. While making calls phone becomes hanged and screen looks dead sometimes.
            The dealer mentioned that the handset is not capable of handling so many apps whereas in internal storage, 31.37 gb is still showing as available space.

            I want an immediate redressal of my grievance with the replacement of the handset of vivo v9 and not servicing as the phone had gone to service centre twice before i brought forward the complaint to you or else i would have to take necessary legal actions against your company for providing defective handsets.
            Hoping you will take an immediate and strict action for the above.

              I have purchased Vivo mobile two days back. I am completely disappointed with the phone as it is not properly functioning the basic requirements.

              Notifications are not coming for many apps Example, Zohomail and Outlook apps ( mailing apps).

              Verified with all the setting and contacted customer care more than 5 times. Every time informing different changes in setting but the problem is still exist,

              Now asking me to visit nearest service center or asking me to contact app providers for solution.

                I had purchased y71i phone from udupi Sangeetha mobiles 2 days back.But its very hanging and it seems like used phone.Because there is already preinstalld apps other than vivo app like beauty plus MX player etc.Today we had gone to the showroom and asked about this and we told our problem.They were like it's not their mistake it seems and they were very rude.So we felt very bad and we will take action about this and we need new phone from vivo side either same model or other we are ready to pay if it is more than this.I had attached bill copy also.

                    Already mailed 3-4 times from my mail i'd [protected]@gmail.com but still same reply received. I had explained my entire phone issue both via mail as well as call received from vivo centre, but still getting same reply. My phone was with dealer for almost 48 hrs after purchasing new one (Which hampered my personal as well as office work), with no option left i have to take back that phone itself, since i will be visiting bangalore for almost a week. I had already informed this today afternoon to one of vivo centre employee (Santracruz) and also told her that my mobile was already taken to vivo centre (Santracruz) once on 13th by dealer, but on mail i almost got same reply. With great expectation i had switched from mi redmi to vivo, but sadly i was wrong.

                    This is getting more and more irritating and intolerable now. I have made already coordinated with Santracruz Vivo centre(Mumbai).I have mentioned this in my mail before also. My both front as well as back cameras are in worst condition in dim light from day 1 when I bought the phone v11.Its been 4 days now I am getting same reply again and again. I cannot wait so long now.I am attaching Purchase details of my phone, if no support is possible plz tell me the resale value of this product so that I can get another compatible product, as due to compulsion and limitation I cannot wait so long now. It's almost been 5 days now.

                      I’ve purchased my mobile (Vivo y83 pro) on 8th nov, 2018 in bigc mobiles (D. No. 28-1-53, ground floor, near rama mandiram, eluru road, vijayawada, a. P). The main problem with my mobile is “hanging” i. E, applications like google maps, youtube, instagram etc., are hanging so i approached to the vivo service centre located in kukatpally, hyderabad. And i want to replace my mobile with a new handset of another company. So, the engineer of vivo centre (Hyderabad) said “if you want to exchange the mobile with a new mobile of another company then you should approach the nearest vivo service centre to which the mobile is bought. So as said i’ve approached the vivo centre located in vijayawada. And they have approved the problem in my mobile since i showed them with proof (I’ve recorded my mobile screen (Vivo y83 pro) when it is hanging with another mobile). But here is the problem, the manager of vivo service centre is making argument with me that he is not going to exchange my mobile with a new handset of another company (How can exchange policies of two authorised service centres of the same company are going to differ?). Keeping this issue a side, the manager of the vivo service centre (Vijayawada) is not going to give the new handset with a sealed pack (How can i trust the mobile going to give me is not a refurbished item?). So, please kindly solve my issue (Please kindly read my conditions) with in 15 days or else i’ll file a case an issue against both the vivo service centres (Vijayawada, kukatpally-hyderabad) under consumer protection act, 1986.

                      Conditions:
                      1. Service centre located in vijayawada should exchange my mobile with a new handset issuing dol to me referring big c mobiles (In vijayawada) since, exchange policies of two authorised service centres of the same company can’t differ.

                      (Explanation of the 2nd condition can be explained by me, as the manager of the vivo service centre (Vijayawda) is constantly saying he has no right to implement/make his own decisions with out consulting the higher authorities so the same is going to happen in every authorised vivo service centre. So the engineer of vivo service centre (Kukatpally-hyderabad) can’t issue dol to any customer referring the near by mobile stores to exchange mobile with another mobile of another company with out referring higher authorities).

                      So, either manager of vivo service centre (Vijayawada) is partially following the guidelines of vivo 30 days exchange policy or engineer has given me the wrong information about the policy. So i’ll file a case section 20 under right to information act.

                      (Or)

                      Either of the two vivo service centres has to show me the complete information about exchange policy of vivo and has to give me the explanation why both exchange policies are entirely different (I’m asking this question as a general citizen rti act)

                      (Or)

                      If the engineer of the vivo service centre is correct to his information provided to me, there is no way to the manager of vivo service centre of vijayawada has to request the higher authorites of vivo company to kindly issue dol to me referring big c mobiles to have a exchange with a new handset of another company

                      Please help me solving this issue i'll choose another brand over vivo..

                        I am vivo customer i buy vivo v9 in april and after few weeks i came to know that there is dead pixels in mobile. I contact the customer care and after few discussion i replace my mobile phone. From that date toll that date mobile was good but sometimes hang. From 2 days i noticed that there is display problems. When i contact vivo care in my city he told me that my shop will be closed for 2 months if it is urgent you can contact sangrur vivo care. Listen vivo company i can't go anywhere this is your problem not mine. I give you 2 day if my problem not solves i file case in consumer court against vivo company. I want company for wastage of my time, delay in my work, unable to use mobile properly etc. I wants 2 mobile phones from vivo name vivo nex and vivo v11 pro as compensation. So that this problem can't be repeated again by vivo. I am waiting for your answer.

                            I've purchased vivo v9 (Youth) mobile 5 months back, they've give earphones, now those are not functioning properly. On both the side. Sound is coming very slow. So i want replacement for that. I have warrenty for 6 months and it is written in guide that if any complaint on accessories before the 6 months of purchase it'll get replaced or get it repaired. Now i want my earphones replaced or repaired as soon as possible. I've attached my purchase bill to this document. Please go through it.
                            Hope my problem will get solved as soon as possible.

                            I had purchased y71 vivo mobile headset last month and yesterday it hanged and could not use phone at a crucial moment. gets heated up.when I went to ur tambaram service centre he says software updation should be done and all data will be erased. How a new phone not work like this. Didn't have this problem ever before. How will you compensate me?

                              The phone stops the media sound by itself after some time and if i try to increase the volume then it shows the increase in call volume even when i am not calling. I have to restart the phone several time because of this problem.
                              Even it is showing a very slow response to show names when there is an incoming call even when the no is saved in the device.
                              Plz get a better upgrade as there are a lot of bugs in the current version of the ui

                                I have bought vivo v9 pro on 6th of november. Since that day i am not at all getting any kind of notifications from other applications (Except gmail, whatsapp). I tried all possible settings to get notifications but no use. This was not at all expected from vivo. Bought with very high expectations. This is very annoying. Help me out to solve this issue.

                                  Dear team,
                                  I have bought a vivo v9 pro[imei no: [protected] mobile on dated:[protected] at amazon. It's been five months since i bought, i have been facing so many technical problems like heating issues, frequent hanging while using camera, web apps, making calls. And also, i couldn't able view the call lists and not able to attend the calls or make calls. While making calls phone becomes hanged and screen looks dead sometime.
                                  So, i have taken the mobile to the nearest vivo service center on date[protected] and informed the same. They have checked the mobile and said need to do some updates and done the same. But after this update also am facing the same issues again and again. When, i called them and said the problem they are not responsive and they asking to send you a mail regarding the same. Am totally upset and frustrated with this problem. So, kindly look into the issues which am facing and try to solve it asap

                                    I had visited this authorises service center in bo 339 first floor, m. T. H. Road ambattur chennai 600053. To claim headset xe860, my earphones volume was too low to hear and they said it has a physical damage, but there is no damage and my left earphones was different than right side and i have a proof, the left part was different than right part, so i was unable to exchange earphones, kindly get me we earphones xe860 or i ll apply consumer case

                                      I am a buyer of this phone vivo v1 max on december 25 2015 from the last 1 and half year onwards it will not updating once also now latest version of android is 9 my phone android is 5 lollipop i am continuously facing problems with this version of my phone please i wish i want a update from vivo guys at least android 6 version if not i'll definitely not recommend this vivo brand to anyone.
