vivo v5s : after 1 yr of buying this product it started showing low performance

The phone stops the media sound by itself after some time and if i try to increase the volume then it shows the increase in call volume even when i am not calling. I have to restart the phone several time because of this problem.
Even it is showing a very slow response to show names when there is an incoming call even when the no is saved in the device.
Plz get a better upgrade as there are a lot of bugs in the current version...

vivo v9 pro notification issue

I have bought vivo v9 pro on 6th of november. Since that day i am not at all getting any kind of notifications from other applications (Except gmail, whatsapp). I tried all possible settings to get notifications but no use. This was not at all expected from vivo. Bought with very high expectations. This is very annoying. Help me out to solve this issue.
