The set vivo v15 pro 6/128gb purchase on 26/05/2019 from ashirbad xerox, bidhan nagar, durgapur.
Two days back (I. E. On 10/07/2019), the liquid was observed to spread. Now the screen is totally black. The seller is not ready to take the any responsibility, though it is under warranty period.
I request to the vivo authority to issue a new set of vivo v15 pro 6/128gb on replacement.
Kindly look into seriously.

No response has yet been received on complaints lodged on 12/7/2019.

I visited the seller. I was sent to the main sales counter at vivo, junction mall, 2nd floor, durgapur, city centre, west bengal.
The engineer present there inspected and identified that the lcd screen to be replaced. The cost of rs. 6, 295/= to be borne by me.
If i would agree, the set was supposed to accept for repair.
I disagree with the arrangement. I am totally upset with such a high value handset but easy internal damage keeping the glass screen intact.
It being in warrantee period i am not ready to spend any amount.
Kindly deal the same suitably in order to keep a good relation with your valued customer.

I am very sorry to say that vivo customer service is silent against the latest update. I am totally confused on the attitude of the vivo customer service.

Updated by amal020869 I deposited the handset on 31st July'19 at 02:00 pm at the Collection Centre (VIVO-Durgapur) of Asansol Service Centre. The same was supposed to be sent to Asansol Service Centre within next two days.
On the same, in the evening at 06:15 pm, Asansol Service Centre called me and gave a message that the phone was opened at the collection Centre and found that the internal screen is damaged. She also informed that it is physical damage and not covered under warrantee. She also informed that Repair cost of Rs. 6, 295/= is to be borne by the customer.
I instantly asked the feedback in writing which is yet to be received.
In this respect, I would like to mention that there was no external damage found on the handset. Hence, there might be a possibility of manufacturing defect for the particular set.
Kindly look into the matter sincerely.

I m very disappointed by type of solutions.
And my mobile is in warranty..
