Every time when i m visit service center, they haven't any parts of mobile to repair it..and then they are said to me visit after 3 day..and again i visit center again say 3 more days..

I m very disappointed by type of solutions.
And my mobile is in warranty..

    Dear vivo team,

    My vivo v9 pro has been dead yesterday eveving and i was facing slow finger sensor responce and phone lagging in inbuild apps. I have visited vivo authorised service center in ahmedabad. And explained the problems that i was facing but your engineer has forced me to update from android 8.1 to 9.0. Still i am not understanding if i have not updated my phone then it directly dead and what is corelation with hardware issue with software update. Today on 12.30 pm i have called call center on[protected] and talked with ms. Priya and explained her all the issues and incident happen with me at your service cetner but she also forced me that after updating new android version 9 you all hardware related issues will be sorted out. I have requested ms. Priya for providing me sr / reference number that i have raised my complaint against service center but she refused to provide reference number and disconnected the call.

      My vivo z1 pro phone was lost on the way while i was enroute to my home i am really upset about this matter please can you please try to help me with this matter it was really a shock for me to handle a lot yesterday please try to help me i want this issue to reached to higher hands and dealt with the matter it was a very costly phone as am going through a tough time!!

        I go to service center in noida sec 15.
        They refused me to repair my phone. They told me this problem is creat by you. They bring me 5000rs to repair phone.

        But i always advise other

          I have a vivo y55 handset that is automatically switched off and not starting,

          I had problems in the phone before, whenever a call came, the phone's touch did not work, due to which i could not pick up the call.
          Mobile screen is auto showing vivo on off and touching problem, it's my first mobile of vivo, and i want to say to you that it's very bad experience, i am really disappointed by vivo

            Kindly note that i purchase a vivo product (Mobile) y17, 19 june 2019, simna communication in bareilly for 16200 rupees only.
            Today when i come back my home i took my mobile from my purse i am shook my mobile screen is crack many places. I use touch guard and cover in my mobile.
            Vivo y17 display quality is so bad only 3 months use my mobile display is damage i am very disappointed your vivo product.

              My mobile could not receive or call from bsnl sim. Service centre demands 8000 rupees for board replacement. Phone is just 13 months old. I feel this as a big cheating by vivo as a i am from a middle class family. I spend 17000/-to buy this phone.

              I contacted bsnl they showed me other sims are working
              Then i approached hai jin trade india private limited, alappuzha[protected], they updated the software and advised to change the board ny paying 8000/_
              They are simply saying it is the company policy and they cannot do anything with it. My last phone was lenovo and i used it for 6years. I never had any bitter experience from any other brands
              Above mentioned is my complaint which i posted earlier.
              But no response yet, thats why i posted it again.
              Please take necessary steps to resolve the complaint.
              Now no sims are working in the mobile.

                    I purchased this product on april 2017, this devices poor response to the weak signal, it supposed to act at near to the bts within range. So much time rush to the service center and i told briefly please change the antenna. But they change the complete mother board and told change sim with some other service provider. I done the same thing, problem not resolved still.. I request you to acknowledge to my problem

                      Hi,
                      I purchased a vivo y15 mobile on 31.07.19 for my spouse at poorvika showroom moulivakkam branch chennai. I went to purchase samsung model but the sales person misguided me to purchase vivo mobile stating it's good. I also sailed through the words and purchased vivo y15 mobile. From last week observed that the video call quality and charging is not up to the mark. Yesterday (11.07.19) around 9pm i went to the showroom and complaint the same. At the time of purchasing sales person told that any issues with the mobile within a month will be replaced. But yesterday the behavior of staff and supervisor is totally arrogant and they started abusing me that i'm behaving cheap. They further added me to visit service center.
                      I doubt that the revenue they earn more in vivo mobiles than others and hence misguiding the customers to purchase it. Complaints thereon should be dealt by customer directly.
                      Please assist me to take an action.

                        Dear sir,

                        Greetings for the day.

                        Kindly treat this matter as utmost urgent with top priority.

                        Kindly note that i purchased a vivo product (Mobile) model y17, imei number [protected], on[protected] thru shree radhey communication in vrindavan dham for 16, 000 rs (Rupees sixteen thousand only).

                        I must honestly admit that your product & service both are unsatisfactory. I have a strong negative rating for your product & after sales service.

                        9th aug, evening, when i reached back home, i took my mobile from my bag but to my shock & surprise a big black spot was visible on display screen. Neither the mobile fell somewhere nor the screen is cracked at any place. I consulted your vivo customer care service & they advised me to visit their authorised service centre in mathura for rectification, since the product is just 3 months old & is covered under warranty period.

                        When, i approached your service centre in mathura in person, i was assisted by executive at complaint desk & she bluntly refused to entertain my request & gave the reason as damaged display screen. Without any physical drop, wear or tear if your product develops such symptoms, it vividly/clearly points that vivo products are highly unreliable/undependable in nature.

                        Your executive gave me a product repair (Folder cost) of around 3, 700 rs for a 90 days old mobile.

                        Your company wants customer to pay a big sum of 16, 000 rs for y17 mobile & another 3700 rs within 3 months time to get problem rectified.

                        I have observed that your mobiles are most expensive & unreliable in nature. Your competitors are selling mobiles with improved features, minimal price, maximum efficiency & reliable after sales service.

                        I am repenting after purchasing your product. I will never buy any vivo product in future nor will recommend any of my close associate to buy vivo product, which are highly unreliable in nature.

                        I have instructed/directed my advocate to file a strong complaint/case in consumer court against vivo product/service with hefty penalty clause. I would also be forwarding my complaint/grievance to all leading national newspapers & tv channels.

                        I was not satisfied with your product or services.

                        In case you can opt any justified solution, kindly let me know. I was even ready to pay 200 -400 rs (Actual company cost of folder), but your executive was demanding 3, 700 rs for 3 months old mobile.

                          Vivo v9 not getting any android update.2 updates have to be give by every company, and others are giving that, but in case of vivo v9, they gave only 1 update and that also instantly after launching the phone in market. That is very annoying thing. Thats why lot of people are changing there mobile handsets with other companies. So i request you very kindly, that give an update for vivo v9

                            I have purchased vivo v15 pro on 15th july 2019. The phone is good, but the quality is not upto to the mark than i expected. On 7th august 2019, suddenly i could not see the phones display and it came as blank, but everything looks fine, that is, i can get the calls, messages, but cannot see the disaplay as it was not working. I took my phone to the vivo service center near me in bangalore, they said that internal display got damaged?? I do not know how the internal screen damaged for a brand new phone less than 30 days??? Everything looks fine including touch screen not even a single scratch/crack on the phone screen??? Since i had some emergency i had got the internal display replaced by the vivo service center guys. They gave me a bill of 6295.

                            Now the actual concern is, first of all i generally do not buy costly phones, but i bought based in the camera config and trusted vivo's quality. I had bought this phone for 26990 (Hope you understand that is not small amount and hard earned money) the phone is good, i had to spent extra 6295 for the display replacement total of 33285 rs including (Phone cost + display replacement)?? Common, not sure if i have got the faulty piece and had to face trauma??

                            My pain point is, why should i bear the internal display damage though i did not do any harm to the phone??? Once you share email id, i will send my phone invoice and vivo service center guys invoice..

                            I need justice on this please.

                              A large smartphone company like you guys are lacking a standard vivo community where we can get our problems solved or technical issues being fixed. Is this what you claim to be a smartphone company? Shame on you guys. It's really frustrating for people like me to see a solution of a problem and seek help from a stupid fellow who always waits to show up his hacks of making things done. Why it is like that? I can see vivo and oppo branding everywhere - in the bus stand, in buses, autorikshaws, over the flyovers, full of tv ads. Does sales matters to you allot? While neglecting the problems consumers faces? Not a single forum, no community. Only customer support? For money? Plz create a community where we users can post a problem and seek help. And need not to go to a hacker. Thanks

                                I have vivo v5 plus mobile after updating system update pd1624f_ex_a_3.11.0 mobile stopped working video calling through volte even from jio call app. When i am video calling from jio call app message display "your phone volte support" and its go normal dial pad.

                                I have contact to customer and they told before video calling facility was temporary and now its was stopped for this mobile handset v5 plus model. And some software update working is going by the team.

                                But when i have visited the service center regarding the issue they told that there will no further update will be available for this model handset.

                                How the mobile company stopping the the function by providing the update and making the customer to purchase new mobile.

                                    Last night, dated 5/8/19, my phone memory got erased by itself, and so i have lost all my pictures, music, important documents and videos. Since i have not backed up any of these files in any other devices, i need a way to restore them as they are o[censored]tmost importance to me. Moreover, i did not delete or remove any files, the device just wiped it clean by itself.

                                      Yesterday dated -29.07.2019 i was observed at 1.00 pm in the afternoon a colour spot occured on the mobile screen, i was shocked how could it happened. So i have talked with customer care & they told me to go nearest customer support shop of vivo.

                                      Again in the morning i was shocked that the display screen of coloured spread all over and no screen shows any folders and not operated well.

                                      Now, i was think that no mobile is damaged not any water droplets go inside the screen and how it possible,

                                      I have purchased my phone in the month of 29.10.2018 from amazon,

                                        The set vivo v15 pro 6/128gb purchase on 26/05/2019 from ashirbad xerox, bidhan nagar, durgapur.

                                        Two days back (I. E. On 10/07/2019), the liquid was observed to spread. Now the screen is totally black. The seller is not ready to take the any responsibility, though it is under warranty period.

                                        I request to the vivo authority to issue a new set of vivo v15 pro 6/128gb on replacement.

                                        Kindly look into seriously.

                                        I visited the seller. I was sent to the main sales counter at vivo, junction mall, 2nd floor, durgapur, city centre, west bengal.

                                        The engineer present there inspected and identified that the lcd screen to be replaced. The cost of rs. 6, 295/= to be borne by me.

                                        If i would agree, the set was supposed to accept for repair.

                                        I disagree with the arrangement. I am totally upset with such a high value handset but easy internal damage keeping the glass screen intact.

                                        It being in warrantee period i am not ready to spend any amount.

                                        Kindly deal the same suitably in order to keep a good relation with your valued customer.

                                        I deposited the handset on 31st July'19 at 02:00 pm at the Collection Centre (VIVO-Durgapur) of Asansol Service Centre. The same was supposed to be sent to Asansol Service Centre within next two days.

                                        On the same, in the evening at 06:15 pm, Asansol Service Centre called me and gave a message that the phone was opened at the collection Centre and found that the internal screen is damaged. She also informed that it is physical damage and not covered under warrantee. She also informed that Repair cost of Rs. 6, 295/= is to be borne by the customer.

                                        I instantly asked the feedback in writing which is yet to be received.

                                        In this respect, I would like to mention that there was no external damage found on the handset. Hence, there might be a possibility of manufacturing defect for the particular set.

                                        Kindly look into the matter sincerely.
