I am unable to find a way how to connect an incoming phone call automatically to my bluetooth headset already connected to the vivo v11 pro. Vivo 1713 purchased through flipkart on 17th july 2018 phone's loud speaker is not working n touch screen also not working please provide some assistance for the service. I have vivo y69 model smartphone... I have one problem...
That is when i open to on hotspot 3 or 4 times... It gives some issue...
Eg : i set data limit in my smartphone but, large of datas gone to mobile...
My internet pack was closed early and less usage...

I had called the vivo service center[protected] which is the hsr sector 1, bangalore, to know the branch open & close timing so that i can take my mobile during that time to get the complaint fixed as the media volume wasn't working on my vivo v3 phone.

A lady picked the phone & was reluctant to tell the timing & was very rude over the phone. Asked me to not call again to the service center.

Hi.. I have vivo v7... I am facing issues regarding notifications. I am not receiving notifications from apps like ndtv and in-shorts etc. Even trucaller doesn't work.

I have switched on tthe notifications of all the apps and have even gone to battery settings and switched on the high background power consumption mode, but still not receiving any notifications.

Request you to kindly fix this!!...

I have purchased vivo v7 11 month ago. And three time i goes to the care centre of vivo and every time they do not solve my problem and only format my phone. For review they also add their own number and again and again my phone does not work properly. Worst phone ever and worst company. Worst staff. As we know that vivo v9 youth have 4.2 bluetooth version with snapdragan 450 octa core processecer, butr when i look into my phone application i was facing a problem connecting with m3 smart band which required 4.0 bluetooth version to connect or bind with your device and i am not able to bind my device with my android vivo v9 youth because of when i look into my device bluetooth version i got 3.0 version is installed....

I purchase vivo v9 just 3 months ago, my mobile problem is that the headphone not works properly due to sound defect, i call to the service center but the agents of service center are not solve this problems and the company gives the 6 months warranty of the accesories and my phone is in the warranty period so please solve my problem as soon as possible...

I have bought vivo handset in july/2018 that is so good and better performance but there is a little problem in hands free that is not working.
Not broken, not cut, not stretch i don't know what"s a problem but service center tell me that its is not replaceable in this condition
But replace my hands free if possible according to company policy....

When i bought vivo phone it was good indeed way better than other smartphone's but the problem starts when i update the latest version, now my vivo phone has poor network connection so at first i thought something was wrong with my sim but it was nothing wrong with my sim because i've tried my sim card on my other phone and it works fine (Running 3-4 mb/s) and now i can't even play online games on my vivo 1610 so vivo mobile india please...
