I've purchased vivo v9(youth) mobile 5 months back, they've give earphones, now those are not functioning properly. on both the side.sound is coming very slow .so I want replacement for that.I have warrenty for 6 months and it is written in guide that if any complaint on accessories before the 6 months of purchase it'll get replaced or get it repaired.Now i want my earphones replaced or repaired as soon as possible.i've attached my purchase bill to this document.please go through it.
hope my problem will get solved as soon as possible.

    Am buying vivo v9 mobile 5 month before but now a time my earphone are not properly working. Am going to near by vivo aurthorised service centre but vivo service engineer not responsed me and they are told to you will pay buy new ear phone
    Note:
    Accesories warranty 6 months

    Pls resolve my pblm or replace new ear phone

      Hello,
      I've purchased y55s 1.5 years back. The phone is getting restart even when there is a call going on. The phone hang 10-15 times a day. It is very irritating when there is an important call going on and the phone stopped working. I show this to vivo service centre ahmedabad. They said to put my phone for at least 15 days which is also very harassing. Kindly provide me solution in time.

      Yeah well...in vivo v7 basic model(1718) i had problem with it ...i had installed very few apps after installing very few apps the internal storage of the memory is decreased...like even after downloading 10 mb apps it showing me the storage is full with that problem i can't instal other apps

        I purchased a phone vivo v 9 in sep. 2018. But last week i lost my many contacts automatically from my device. After that today also noticed that many of the contacts have been merged in a single contact name/no.

        I have a Vivo V5 s, its rear camera is not clear at all from last few month. I dont even remenber when i was able to take a clear click. Its headphone jack never connects with headphones properly.
        There is one more problem; sometimes data is turned off. I am not able to use this phone as per company's tag line that is "CAMERA AND MUSIC".

          I have purchased vivo v9 3 months my phone headphone is not working i have visited vivo service center to replace my headphone but they are saying replacement not possible because of dust particles one of the most cheap services provided by vivo company. And they are saying call to contact center they will help... Policy was changed after purchasing phone then refund my money which i spend to buy vivo v9.. Why should we follow the instructions.. Thats company problem they have to replace my headphone or else refund my money. Pathetic policy and pathetic services

            I have purchased a vivo v11 pro (6gb ram, 64gb rom) last week. I am unable to find a way how to connect an incoming phone call automatically to my bluetooth headset already connected to the vivo v11 pro. While in my other phones an incoming call is automatically connected, i mean after a preset time, the call is picked up by the paired bluetooth headset but there appears to be no such feature in vivo v11 pro. And if there is this feature in this phone, please let me know asap. Thanks.

              I named D.Venkataraman Reddy have discovered that the phone has no safety norms, the reason, it got blasted, with hefty smoke and piece got burned. This was a miracle escape of my life, which after noticing heat sensation on my right thigh with covered kerchief in pocket, i felt severe heat radiating on my thigh skin. immediately i have removed outside and all of a sudden smoke is escaping from the mobile with loud sound. Immediately i have thrown outside the car in which i was travelling. All this incident is watched by the public, along with two persons who are travelling with me in the car. I would request the consumer authority to take a legal action for breach of contract for which am entitled for compensation for my secured life along with replacement with new mobile phone of my brand choice and i would request to file a criminal proceedings by serving the Vivo mobile company with legal notice.

                  For past one month i went to all vivo showrooms (Mg road, indiranagar, banswadi) in bqngalore to get a vivo x21 screen protector but no one was able to provide me one. When i purchase the handset in july 2018 they provided an offer to get screen protector from any showroom in bangalore whenever needed for next one year. Seems like it was just a fake advertisement to show customer how great their services are otherwise how can you believe that for entire one month they were not able to provide a screen protector for my devices. Next time you see this advertisement dont believe them as they are literally false.

                      I have vivo y69 model smartphone... I have one problem...
                      That is when i open to on hotspot 3 or 4 times... It gives some issue...
                      Eg : i set data limit in my smartphone but, large of datas gone to mobile...
                      My internet pack was closed early and less usage...
                      Then i reset moblie after good condition...
                      But its not compatable i reset my mobile lot of time and updated 6 or 7 times...
                      Please accept my complaint and clear the issue...
                      This problem only have my phone...

                        I had called the vivo service center[protected] which is the hsr sector 1, bangalore, to know the branch open & close timing so that i can take my mobile during that time to get the complaint fixed as the media volume wasn't working on my vivo v3 phone.

                        A lady picked the phone & was reluctant to tell the timing & was very rude over the phone. Asked me to not call again to the service center.

                        These kind of people who works for vivo are the black mark to the company itself. Because of these kind of response from the lady no body would even like to buy vivo product.

                        Hope you will take necessary action on the same. Also hope you will hire right person for your company who has patience while speaking.

                        I am frustrated with this kind of behavior & would never buy vivo coz i dont have to face these kind of * behavior when there is an issue.

                        That lady should be chucked out of the job as she is not fit for the job what she si doing.

                          Hi.. I have vivo v7... I am facing issues regarding notifications. I am not receiving notifications from apps like ndtv and in-shorts etc. Even trucaller doesn't work.

                          I have switched on tthe notifications of all the apps and have even gone to battery settings and switched on the high background power consumption mode, but still not receiving any notifications.

I work in kiit university as hr manager and was suggested by my employees to purchase a vivo phone. And i brought a vivo y81 in this dussehra with my bonus. But its only 3 days of purchase and the internal speaker is damaged which is the manufacturing defect. I went to the vivo care in bhubaneswar and asked for a replacement but they behaved very rudely by saying they will not support for replacement. As well as they wrote wrong complaint, i. E, slow voice due to my network which i did not mention at all. Why should i repair a new phone of 3 days? Please provide me with support from your end.
                                The jobsheet number is ainodo[protected]. Look into the matter as soon as possible. Otherwise i will not suggest my employees to buy a vivo phone in kiit university. I am hoping a quick action from your side. Please intimate me as soon as possible.

                                  As we know that vivo v9 youth have 4.2 bluetooth version with snapdragan 450 octa core processecer, butr when i look into my phone application i was facing a problem connecting with m3 smart band which required 4.0 bluetooth version to connect or bind with your device and i am not able to bind my device with my android vivo v9 youth because of when i look into my device bluetooth version i got 3.0 version is installed.

                                    I have already email on vivo customer care so manytimes but they not provide me solution or never try to contact to me.

                                    I Medha Sinha, I have Vivo V7Plus phone. I have also update my phone's software but i am facing heating, hanging or poor battery backup problem in my phone.

                                    I have called so many times on your customer care but no resolution provide they guide me visit service center again and again.
                                    I had visited your service center in Laxmi Nagar Vikas Marg Delhi -110092, for repair of my phone but service center.

                                    visit details
                                    laxmi nagar service center on sunday 7-oct-2018 but service center told me come tomorrow.
                                    Again visit 08-oct- 2018 then service center at 5.50 pm but service center not agree for submit my phone and not ready to check my phone.

                                    again visit laxmi nagar service center for repair my phone but service center engineer not agree to check my phone infront of me and i submit my phone to service center.

                                    i have called in service center they told me your phone's motherboard is not working.

                                    Please explain me if my phone’s motherboard is not work how can be possible to use phone for calling and watching videos, i have already used this phone for calling.

                                    when i visit again in service center engineer told me your phone is liqvid or water damage.
                                    you have to pay 11000 INR for repair your phone.

                                    Moreover they refused to check my phone in front of me. my phone is not water damage. Its fake statement from service center. i am not agree to pay 11000 INR even my phone is under warranty. i want replace my phone.

                                    Service center told me you have to come on next day for submit your phone but the phone was submitted in service center upon my request.

                                    I have got my phone. but my problem not solve in service center. i am facing again same problem in my phone like high heating auto touch problem. By using only one hour phone the battery turns 100 percent to 60 percent.

                                    I noticed overheating in the device and take screen shot of phone temperature is 49'temp or 50'temp. its too high temperature. I do not want to use such a default handset, I have submitted it to service center for check my phone. but service center -says their tests show no fault. they give me my phone with out solve my problem. service center said that pay 11000 rs. for motherboard repair charges. my phone not water damage its working heating, automatically power off on problem and hanging problem.

                                    I have paid 25000 INR for this phone its my biggest mistake of life.

                                    The service center only understands the customer as stupid and those people return the updated phone by updating the same updated software again.

                                    I have paid 25000/-Rs.for handset. I do not have time to go to the daily service center and sit there, I am requesting you please replace my phone.

                                    In response to the mentioned query and as per our discussion over phone, we have validated all the aspects with service center in regards with reported concerns.

                                    As per the observation, while the diagnosis at service center engineer observed that there was liquid impact over mother board and FM board of handset, which is the actual cause for heating and hanging. Please find the remarks of engineer below for your reference:

                                    REPORTED ISSUE: Auto on off issue, Hanging issue, Heating issue.
                                    ENGINEER: Checked the handset fault reproduce by M BOARD & AN BOARD (handset water damage/water indicator red).

                                    Here, in response to your query we would like to inform you that it is possible that handset is working with functions at the same time of impact on motherboard. However it is not recommended to keep using the same as the probability of critical misbehave is more while uses.

                                    The engineer gone through with the complete unit and internal parts as well, hence advised you to replace the part. As the mentioned V7Plus handset is not under warranty in our records, also the impact appears due to liquid, the part can be procured only with charge payment.

                                    It is important to understand mobile phone maintenance and servicing thoroughly so that you can use your phone safely and effectively and extend it's service life as much as possible.

                                    Please visit at nearest service center accordingly and get the required service done through part replacement.

                                      On 5th of October I purchased vivo y71 mobile from nearby centre n immediately after a weak the speakers are not working. I cannot hear any call without putting either earplugs or putting them on speaker. It keep hanging like anything. Such a bad quality of phone I am experiencing.
