In response to the mentioned query and as per our discussion over phone, we have validated all the aspects with service center in regards with reported concerns.
As per the observation, while the diagnosis at service center engineer observed that there was liquid impact over mother board and FM board of handset, which is the actual cause for heating and hanging. Please find the remarks of engineer below for your reference:
REPORTED ISSUE: Auto on off issue, Hanging issue, Heating issue.
ENGINEER: Checked the handset fault reproduce by M BOARD & AN BOARD (handset water damage/water indicator red).
Here, in response to your query we would like to inform you that it is possible that handset is working with functions at the same time of impact on motherboard. However it is not recommended to keep using the same as the probability of critical misbehave is more while uses.
The engineer gone through with the complete unit and internal parts as well, hence advised you to replace the part. As the mentioned V7Plus handset is not under warranty in our records, also the impact appears due to liquid, the part can be procured only with charge payment.
It is important to understand mobile phone maintenance and servicing thoroughly so that you can use your phone safely and effectively and extend it's service life as much as possible.
