My order ID[protected].

My Order is Vivo T2X 5G(RS.13, 999) on Sep[protected].On, that same day itself I cancelled the Order before Shipping.

They also the Refund will be initiated.More than 6days over.still now they didn't initiate my Refund.

And, If I asked means they are falsely telling the products is in warehouse.I cancelled before shipping.Then how it will go to warehouse.

I lost my Hope my death is full Responsibility taken by VIVO Only.

      Green Line & Pink Line in Vivo X60 Pro on Update about a week ago

      I bought Vivo X60 Pro Mobile about a year ago and suddenly a week ago i found green line and after a day all of sudden pink line appears, and i visited vivo customer care and they came up with reason that phone is damaged even phone in good condition and they just throw me back. So please help me on this and resolve my problem as soon as possible. And this is not my problem all Amoled Devices having the same issue in vivo displays...

      Vivo Mobile India — Green Line & Pink Line in Vivo X60 Pro on Update

      I hbe bought my Vivo X60 Pro Mobile Phone about 6 Months ago with good condition and its resell mobile with good Warrenty until warrenty expired about 4 months ago. My Trust and infact Trust of most Vivo Customers are in dilemma. Flagship Models having Amoled Screens are facing the similar issues on daily basis. The software is not optimised according to hardware and they ride on it using OTP updates. Probably the particular lot of models produced during[protected] are facing the similar issues rampantly. The Vivo X60 Pro has gone into turmoil with ugly pink line and green line on 30 Aug 2023.

      I have visited Vivo Service Centre, but they refused to do it. What is the guarantee that even after replacement the screen will not get the same issue. Should I urge for complete refund or wait for the promised resolution once the parts arrived as promised in coming 3-4 days. It is quite disgusting and mentally harassing for any customer who invests for atleast 4-5 years.
      The condition of the phone is as new as it was when purchased. By the time the line is single pink amd single green. Please expedite remediation so that we customers are not mentally harassed.

        I have purchased Vivo t2x mobile the Vivo company as sad that this phone has best product that's why their products name is turbo but I have use this product from last month this mobile has many problems this mobile battery drain is very fast I am charged this product full 100% and mainly work 4-5 hour and this is hanging very much I am gone Vivo service centre they also not giving reply properly they said this is normal problem I don't like Vivo service and product 😔😔

          With no physical damage on my vivo x50 phone it got green lines every where in my phones display now after using for 1.5 years the company ask me to pay around 10000 rupees to fix it. Which is there software glitch. After buying a phone for 40000 using it 1.5 years and now they just ask 10000 rupees for the problem which may be created by vivo to just loot the hard earned money. Similar case with one plus phones also but they accepted there fault and replaced the screen for free of cost ether the phone is under warrenty or out of warrenty. Pls help i have 3 phones of vivo and all three phones have same issue of green lines on screen bow is it possible.

            Today(31/08/2023) I have updated my phone from the time o[censored]pdate my phone showing me a notification came from vivo service

            "Detected customized type exception on the phone. The relevant communication future will be disable."

            But can't open that and i tried restart too.. It's not working. Guide me too resolve the problem soon.

              This is awful that my beautiful investment in Vivo X60 Pro on 1st April 2021 has gone wrong. My Trust and infact Trust of most Vivo Customers are in dilemma. The Vivo X60 Pro owned by me Rs. 49990/- has gone into turmoil with ugly pink line on 28 Aug 2023. I have visited Vivo Service Centre, but the part is not available. What is the guarantee that even after replacement the screen will not get the same issue. Should I urge for complete refund or wait for the promised resolution once the parts arrived as promised in coming 3-4 days. It is quite disgusting and mentally harassing for any customer who invests for atleast 4-5 years.

                  I have x50 after update or software I got green line on screen visited to vivo store they are sking for 10k bcoz of my back glass is broken but when I searched in YouTube many peoples are getting this green line issue after update then it's software fault not from the back glass many companies changing screen if back glass is broken like mi or OnePlus but vivo have excuse to take this action bcoz of they will how can get profit if they change in free of cost they want only money not valueble coustomers

                    I brought Vivo X70 Pro at the time of Pre-Booking on October 2021. On March 2023 after a software update pushed by Vivo, there was a Green Line on the display (at that time i didn't realized that it was due to software update) for which I had to pay 10500 and no proper reason for such problem was provided.
                    Now, there was a same update pushed by Vivo which I installed on 26.10.2023 which caused the same problem, this time as of now the green line is coming and going on it's own. I am sure even this time no proper reason for such issue will be provided by Vivo.
                    The problem is due to Software Update and Vivo should take full responsibility for it (just like Oneplus did).
                    I have bring my Complaint in front of this forum seeking for your help to please take proper action and help me out in this matter.

                      As i was purchased mobile (Vivo Y16) on dated 5th June 2023, after two months back now facing charging issue. The mobile battery is not fully charged. Also i have visited in Vivo gallery which is situated in Dombivli Kalyan but no any give positive response.

                                I am using Vivo X60. I really like this model because of its unique features and i bought it because its a flagship model. On april 23, 2023, i have repaired my phone's display at service centre due to green line produced on the screen because of software issue. At that time, they found a small scratch on the top left corner and they said that maybe the reason for green line produced is that but i know it was due to software update and i couldn't use the phone clearly due to so many green lines on the display. So, I had to pay amount of 9295 for changing. So i thought this problem was resolved and never come back again. Yesterday night there was no problem with my phone display. And when i looked at my phone today morning. The software was auto updated at night and suddenly a green line appeared today morning. I can't pay the amount of Rs 9295 again. Please see to it. The soft copy of the screen repair bill is attached in the mail. Please resolve it without delay.

                                      I am using Vivo x50 mobile phone...due to the recent update of the phone...it is showing green line and this same problem is face by many people...what is the point of buying such flagship phone if the company cannot adhere to resolving the glitch happend from their side...it is against consumer protection act and the violation of right to repair...my phone has not fallen aur pressed and it is pure technical problem associated with mobile update service provider...kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible
