Hi Vivo India,

I have Purchased the Vivo X60 Phone in 2021. I got a Software Update on Day Before Yesterday and It automatically Updated in the Night and After the Update I got a Green Line Appear on the Display From Top to Bottom. I have Contacted to Vivo Service center Thiruvallur, But they Denied to Take a Service and also they are Asking an 13000 Rupees Amount for the Display Change. My Mobile has not any Physical Damage and it has as like a New Device this issue will be Appear after the Software Update. This is absolutely Vivo Fault but there is no point of asking Customer to Pay the Amount for Display. So kindly take an Action and Change my Display as soon as Possible.

    Hi Vivo India,

    I got a Recent Software Update for my Mobile Vivo X60 but after the Update I got a green line in the Display from Top to bottom. I got panic and went to Vivo service center. But they are asking to pay the 13000 rupees for display even though my mobile does not have any physical damage. This issue is appeared after the software update and this is Vivo company fault but there is no point of asking customers to pay the price for display. Vivo India Kindly take a Look on the issue and replace my display as soon as possible.

      Dear sar Maine mera mobile Vivo service center per back panel dalvane ke liye diya tha uske bad March mahine camera lens dalvaya tha vah service center se tab vah camere ke andar clarity nahin a rahi thi uske bare mein Maine service center per bataya ki sar ismein clarity nahin a rahi hai tab unhone mera mobile wapas open Kiya aur check kiya check karne ke bad mere ko vaisa hi phone de diya tha unhone vah phone khola uske Karan mere mobile ki back panel mein gap rah gaya tha vah maine customer care per bataya ki sar iske andar gap rahega mera mobile motor register hai abhi barish ka season hai to uske andar kahin Pani Na chala jaaye vah chij mein service center per Bata kar aaya tab tab service center walon ne mere ko bola ki sar iski back panel abhi available nahin hai vah 10 din bad aaegi FIR main 10 din bad Sunday ko wapas Gaya tab unhone wapas mere ko yahi jawab Diya ki sar do din bad aaegi 2 din bad Maine wapas visit Kiya call bhi Kiya to mere ko koi response nahin mila use chij ka uske next de mere mobile ke andar Pani chala gaya tha barish ke Karan vah back panel ki vajah se agale din Maine service center visit Kiya tab unhone mere ko bola ki sar iske back panel mein se Pani nahin Gaya hai vah speaker mein se Pani gaya hai jabki mera phone voter register hai vah galat bol rahe hain mere ko aur abhi mere ko jo bhi kam karvana uska mere se charge mang rahe hain to sar iske liye mere ko help chahie please

          Hi,
          Myself Dipayan Sur, I have purchased Vivo X60 on December 2021, recently after a system update i noticed green line appears on my x60 display screen, vivo service centers are asking me to pay approx 12000rs to change the display. But after purchasing it at a cost of 34000, within 1 year 5 months if i am asked to pay again Rs 12000 then its completely unfair and this is not expected from a flagship brand. If trust is broken then its difficult for us the consumers to rebuild again. This happened after a system update and i want Vivo to replace it free of cost as they are liable for this big mess.

          Hi, screen display was replaced by Vivo that time and it was resolved. Again that issue re-appeared, now tell me what to do? How many times i should change the display? Better you replace the phone to avoid any further issue. This is really disappointing from brand like Vivo.

              I am using vivo x70 pro for the last one and half years.Now I have a problem with this mobile is showing green line on mobile screen.My device is running on Android 13(Funtouch OS 13).Build No-PD2135BF_EX_A_38.20.2(This was my last update).I went to service center (Thrissur, Kerala) and explain the issue.They told me to replace the display and it will cost 13500.My phone condition is just like new one(not even single scratch).I don't replace display by paying 13500 for my mobile having green line issue.

              I don't know why this green line occur on display with normal usage.

              Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  I want buy vivo v17 pro display but worst company vivo say display not available u pay 25000 and buy new phone and my phone value only 20% less(5000) its a 30000 pay when i buy.i reccomend to all dont go Vivo because vivo does not have parts available...

                    The issue is now getting out of Hands the same issue the other users have found, my phone is about 1.8 years old I got this issue a 6-7months ago after updating the software the green line is taking all over my display...i contacted the vivo service centre because of scratch in the edge of panel they refused to do it...whose.mistake is it when the display is broken without a physical damage.fix this issue of my phone..there is no Dave's in the screen however they refused to do and asked to pay full amount of the display replacement...this is the problem of the manufacturer..

                        Dear Sir as I Rajen have placed the order for handset from iqoo.com (Vivo) for model Neo 7 8gb/ 128g and paid the online money 28, 500 after discount on 16march 2023 in there website it was mention after receiving the payment I will receive the mail with dispatch of the product between 24-48 hours, unfortunately they have not replied me and I requested them that I have cancelled the order and return my money back, I have cancelled on phone and on e-mail also, but they are not providing any updates to me, I am very disappointed I request you please help me with this situation.

                            I have been using Vivo X70 Pro for the last 1 .1 years and a software update as recommended by the phone, After updating few days later suddenly a green line appeared on my phone from top to bottom. It's seems like a software bug.

                            I hope that Vivo will fix this via software update or will replace the phone.

                                    I was using Vivo X60 pro for last 1 year and Last week i did a software update as per recommended by the phone, After updating suddenly a green line appeared on my phone from top to bottom. When i tried to contact local vivo service Centre ( Vijayawada ) - they considered it as a physical damage showing a small scratch on top of the mobile but i heard that it is happening to many vivo users and it should be fixed by vivo. Please consider my issue as priority and resolve my issue asap

                                      I've been using the Vivo X50 pro for the last 2 years. I have updated the software recommended by the phone, After updating suddenly a green line appeared on my phone. This is very much affecting the clarity and quality of the display. When I visited vivo service Centre ( Vijayawada - ChandraMouliPuram Branch) - they considered it as a physical damage showing a small dent on the bottom of the mobile frame (There is no scratch/dent on the display screen) and also it is not a dent proven by many vendors outside. This happened due to software update and it should be fixed by vivo. I have raised complaint in vivo portal and also mailed to [protected]@vivo.com but of no use. This issue, being raised by most of the x-series users and not getting fixed is of big concern. Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.
