My self moorthy,
I was purchased new mobile vivo v 15pro at supreme mobiles, hosur on date 26.08.2019, my mobile display not worked blinking and offed the display but we are not fell down the mobile in ground and no damages in the screen,

vivo s1 pro

Dear team,

I have proudly purchased the vivo brand being made in india on 18 july 2020.

Within three days o[censored]sage i got several comments while speaking, from the opposite person that he is getting an echo (Hearing his voice again).

I thought it may be a network issue.

Within a week almost more than 70 % of people start complaining about the echo sound.

radio off problem

vivo service notification

I updated my phone on 31/07/18 on that day from my phone showing me a notification came from vivo service

But can't open that and i tried restart too.. It's not working. I have tried every setting that i can see to resolve this problem but nothing is working.

to get details about a notification shown from vivo service

vivo v5 not responding

My vivo v5 more than a year old that was working perfectly fine is dead unexpectedly. The phone showed no signs of any problem. Overnight it has completely switched off (Had sufficient battery) and is not even charging now. Seeking assistance in getting the phone repaird. The vivo service centre at bangalore has shown least interest over the call in helping resolve the issue. Calls are being ignored or repeatedly disconnected by the operators....

Mobile goes off while on call

Notification problem

I am problem with the notification settings... notifications does not appear at all . and if at all notification i receive does not stay in the notification tray for longer period. it just stays and disappears after 5 min.     • Order Date: 11th December 2024
    • Expected Delivery Date: 17th December 2024
    Product- vivo t3 prob- 24999/
    2. Issue Faced:
    Despite the promised delivery date, I have not yet received the product as of today, 20th December 2024.
    Additionally, I have reached out to both the delivery service and Vivo’s customer support multiple times, but their responses have been inadequate and unhelpful.
    3. Impact and Request:
    This delay has caused me inconvenience and frustration. As a consumer, I believe my rights have been violated under the Consumer Protection Act.
    I kindly request:
    • Immediate delivery of the product.
    • Compensation of ₹10, 000 for the mental stress and inconvenience caused.

      Dear Consumer Complaints India Team,

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against iQOO India regarding a manufacturing defect in my iQOO 9 Pro 5G smartphone that I purchased on 17th August 2023 for ₹44, 990 through Amazon India.

      Details of the Complaint:

      1. Product Details: iQOO 9 Pro 5G (12GB RAM, 256GB Storage)

      2. Purchase Date: 17th August 2023

      3. Defects Identified:

      A vertical green line appeared on the display within one year of purchase.

      The device has heating issues during normal use.

      Battery backup is poor and performance is below expectations for a premium product.

      My Experience:

      I approached the iQOO service center at the Attapur Service Center, Hyderabad, where the technician acknowledged the display defect but refused to replace the device. Instead, they offered a free display replacement, which I find unacceptable for a premium product with multiple defects caused by a manufacturing issue.

      The refusal to replace the phone indicates a lack of accountability for delivering a defective product. I purchased this device expecting quality and durability, but instead, I have experienced inconvenience, dissatisfaction, and wasted time trying to resolve these issues.

      Relief Sought:

      1. Replacement of the defective product with a new device of the same model.

      2. Alternatively, a full refund of ₹44, 990.

      3. Compensation for the mental agony and time wasted in dealing with this issue.

      Supporting Documents:

      Purchase Invoice (attached).

      Photographs of the defect (attached).

      Email correspondence with iQOO customer support.

      Service center visit details.

        This is my order number -

        for which i had paid and my money was deducted from my credit card even though order is showing closed
        where is my money
        who has taken my money
        my bank customer support telling me that my money goes to Vivo
        help me as soon as possible
        when I mailed my problem they replied me with this :-
        We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

        In response to your mail, we would like to inform you that we received the amount against the order #[protected] the refund will be initiated from our end within 24-48 working hours. Post that the bank will credit the amount within 3-7 business days into your source account/mode of purchase.

        You are requested to kindly wait till the time frame.

        but after many days passed Vivo still didn't refund my money then I again mailed they sent me mail that I didn't provided the required details. What details? They had not asked for any details ever. Plus, they have all the details they need. They need to refund to the source that doesn't require to add any detail.
