    1.Phone weight is increasing.
    2.Back pannel pasting is very cheap, phone lossing gum.

            As I told you I have purchased the phone vivo v20pro in December 27 Today my phone suddenly hang of tamd display not working i don't know this is biggest manufacturing problem in your company I will strictly suggest to another pls do not purchase these phone because only 5 moth. Ha been gone and we did get theses type of problems don't waste your money I will suggest every one this is very fraud and cheapest comapny in in india

              I think this is a common problem when it comes to Vivo. The use of cheap tools is the result of this. Now, I want to know if this can be resolved. Vivo y20g is a gaming phone but it can't run games if it doesn't have a good gyroscope and it cannot have a good gps in the time of need. I sincerely want this resolved.

                  I bought V20SE in March 21. Within 1 month I was facing network issue. Because of lockdown I was unable to reach out to shop or service center. In may 21 I went to shop and asked for replacement but they denied saying replacement not possible as its 3 months passed after buying product. So then I visited to service center in pimpri opp.to PCMC building. But staff was so rude. Lady of front desk clearly said it's your choice to buy VIVO we have not asked you to buy this product. I am surprised what kind of peoples you are having as your representative in front of people. Now I am regretting why I bought VIVO phone. Totally disappointing with service.

                    I bought vivo v20 se in March-21. Within 1 month I got problems regarding network. This is dual sim phone but when I put two sims 1 got disconnected and only 1 active. As the april and may was lockdown period I was unable to reach to the shopkeeper and service center. In may I visit to shop and asked for replacement but they denied saying replacement won't happen as its 3 month passed. After that I visited to Pimpri kamala cross road vivo center opp. PCMC building and that staff was so rude. When I said I am not getting proper service from you guys then the lady available on front desk clearly said it's your choice to buy vivo. What kind of peoples you have as your representative in front of people. If we stopped to buy your products then what's the use of your company and production. I have never seen this kind service center behaviour anywhere. Now I am regretting why I bought Vivo.

                            Three days before I got an update of android 11. Installed with a great hope. But after installing this new update it ruined my all hope. All my favourite things had gone like the QR code scanner available at the top of the notification panel, beautifully designed data usage details at the notification panel now looks like bored, feeling some glitches while using my phone now. and now it's not showing the AM or PM with the time at the top of the screen and many more. Please solve these issues.
