Regarding refund not received for Cancelled order from past 55 days

Hi Team,

I have ordered a mobile phone on Vivo store from my Registered Email account: sunilpotnuru.[protected]@gmail.com on October 9 th after few days I got mail stating that my order with order I'd:[protected] has been cancelled and refund has been initiated they mentioned the refund reference I'd as:[protected]

After that i contacted my credit card bank they said that they haven't received any refund...

Pink line on my Vivo x60

I am facing Pink line issue on my Vivo x60 display after software update. I visited below service center but the person over there just makes false stories and not helping. He also abused me in local language.

Mobile - VIVO X60,
Last two days back I have update software after update mobile restarted, Then screen line came, I have visited near vivo service center, He told after update software happen some mobile. How can acceptable software update is Mandatory it given mobile update i[censored]pdate like that happen means how to buy vivo mobile,

      Vivo money not refunded

      My vivo t2 pro cancelled on 20 October 2023.they told to wait till 10working days.but they mail there is a technical issue in payment account .so give us new account.so I sent a new account.but now they told to wait for 7days .now 10 days completed .they don't give refund reference id and not gave my refund....

      Ordered mobile 15 days ago, Not delivered & Money not refunded

      I ordered mobile on 8Nov(Iqoo Z7pro) on vivo website. I checked the status of it on 15th Nov in delhivery site I see still merchant hasn't dispatched it. Order Id[protected]

      I contacted customer care they said to wait for 24hrs you will get a call, I waited and haven't got any call, again next day I contacted again, they said to wait for 2 to 4 hrs we will arrange a call back,
      again I waited and haven't got...

        Green line problem

        I purchase a vi vo x 6o mobile 1/5 year ago
        I face a green line problem in few months ago. I am going to the vi vo store he shaid
        Warranty is over and the very fecation is not coming. This cose you pay 8100 and repair the phone. Please solve my problem....

        Full wallpaper is not set in Vivo phones and the times are changing, it costs money, it is not like this in other company's phones, everything is free in other company's phones. And in the phones of other companies, full wallpaper and themes are set and there are no charges. Please help, I am a very old customer of yours.

          Ordered 5 mobiles of vivo t2x from 5 different accounts on 10 October, 2023. The order was supposed to be shipped within 48 hours, but it never arrived.
          Then, on October 12 2023, I contacted them for early delivery, and they told me for the bulk order, "Your entire order has been cancelled, Sir."
          " I told them, "Okay, no problem." "Please initiate my full refund." They told me to please wait 24–72 hours. We will highlight...

              I recently installed the latest software update on my device vivo x60 pro+, and unfortunately, I have encountered a significant problem with the display. A prominent green line has appeared on the screen, affecting the overall user experience and rendering the device almost unusable.

                Hello Vivo Team,

                I have Bought Vivo V27 mobile on 10th May - 23 with No cost EMI offer along with cash back offer from Vivo shop so the Vivo shop Manager told me that it will be credited in 90 days, till today it is almost 135 days over but cashback is not yet credited. Is Vivo running some kind of scam for cashback.

                The total cash back = ( 2500 ) + 1436 ( no cost EMI ) should be credited but not done yet.

                    I have purchased Vivo X60 on December 2021, in the month of April 2023 i faced green line on display issue, i approached service center and got the display replaced. Again same issue occurred in my phone, same green line re-appeared on my phone display, which is very much frustrating and much disappointing from a brand like Vivo, so again i will get the display changed and after some months the issue will appear again, is there a permanent resolution on this? Can you provide me better display or change the phone itself so that myself do not face further hassle for this irritating issue.

                      I have bought a new Vivo mobile from Jaiswal Mobile Store Saraidhela Dhanbad Jharkhand.

                      It's screen is showing nothing sometimes when I am getting aby incoming call. It's happening sometimes in 60% of the calls I get in a day.

                      I had requested to replace the mobile as I can't keep a mobile like this having problem and paying RS 29000. Theg are clearly denying to replace the mobile. Please help and issue me a new mobile so that I can understand that Vivo is a brand who take cares of its customers having genuine problems.

                            My order ID[protected].

                            My Order is Vivo T2X 5G(RS.13, 999) on Sep[protected].On, that same day itself I cancelled the Order before Shipping.

                            They also the Refund will be initiated.More than 6days over.still now they didn't initiate my Refund.

                            And, If I asked means they are falsely telling the products is in warehouse.I cancelled before shipping.Then how it will go to warehouse.

                            I lost my Hope my death is full Responsibility taken by VIVO Only.
