I had initiated a request to port out of my Vodafone Idea number
Since then I have been receiving a call from the company every hour. Every time I need to explain the same reasons why I am porting out, and the customer service agents start cross questioning me on why I am doing it, start requesting to give them a last chance, giving unnecessary discounts
Several times the call just drops from their end, and I have to repeat the process again on the next call
On one call a senior executive told me that they have taken my port out request and I will not receive any calls from them, but just 5 minutes later I receive another call
I have attached a screenshot as a reference as well. All the numbers belong to VI customer care
I am not unsure if the port out request will be resolved
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Id update but they asking and reject same signatory documents multiple times due to this i am unable to operate my corporate number
