I Have recently done MNP from Jio to Vodafone. Have done recharged FRC with retailer, before the recharge as I confirmed with Vodafone customer care, they suggest me for make a outgoing calls should recharge pack RS. 647.
I have done this recharge 14 jan 2020 with retailer. I had recharge confirmation from Vodafone but, I’m unable to make a outgoing calls as well internet browse.

So, I have reached with customer care...

Not able to contact from Vodafone prepaid and postpaid numbers to [protected] and other numbers starting with 1860. When we try to contact these numbers, it is saying: it is a special number, you will be charged 2.5 paise per second and then call is disconnected every time. Contacted to Vodafone customer care many times but the problem is not resolved till now....

I am being charged for unwanted VAS services which I haven't used. My bill amount is exceeding the dynamic credit limit. Vodafone is not justifying there act rather asking to pay the due amount within the due date.
I'm very clear in my state, that vodafone is not informed me about exceeding my credit limit by any manner. Also vodafone is not informed me about changing my plan to dynamic credit limit.

I have ported out from vodafone to another operator, however i am still receiving calls. I have informed their executive that i am no longer a customer of vodafone and requested them to remove my number from their database. Even after so many request i keep getting calls from them every 15 minutes. Can anyone help me stop these annoying calls, it's getting really frustrated...

I am unable to make calls to any bsnl landline since many days. Initially was under the impression that it's bsnl problem but. I had done a recharge of rs.169/- which has a validity of 28 days. After the 28 days validity the incoming calls has additional 7 days validity, (As confirmed from the executive), but as the pack expires on 28th day the company stops my incoming facility. I am a postpaid member of vodafone and have taken a plan of rs. 399 which turns out to be rs.472 after 18% tax (As told by vodafone cc) which i pay regularly.
In 2018, i was given amazon prime subscription for free by vodafone and it got expired in october 2019. To renew it, they added it in my bill cart along with the bill of rs. 472. So instead of buying it from amazon, i decided to buy it from vodafone again. Upon asking for clarification...
