I am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When I am trying to generate porting code I am getting the below message.
"UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"
The Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and their network service is worst after their coloration with the idea.

It happened several times. Without any customer request, the services are getting activated and amounts are charged . Now the games is being activated and the ₹25/- got deducted.
Please deactivate such gaming portal useless...

Point to be noted. Without customer knowledge or any service request the prepaid amounts are getting deducted. VI customer care executives are also not helping. Please resolve this...
This is Kavitha, we have contacted the vodafone Agent for a SIM card for loan purposes, for getting the last 3 months bills in the month of oct 2022, we paid Rs. 770 for the concerned coordinator on 15th Oct 2022, in order to provide the last 3 months bills.(Previous month bills) for address proof.

I am using vi sim from last 10 years, and i am using prepaid sim with mob number [protected] . on 26 june 2022 i had done the prepaid recharge of amount 3099 Rs with validity of 1 year with transaction id[protected] .with that recharge my recharge supposed to be valid from 26 june 2022 to 25 june 2023 but vi company terminated my sim service in the middle of the active prepaid pack on 4 oct 2022, after that i have reached to the vi outlet...
