I had ported out of Vodafone postpaid on 13th August by paying all dues and having no outstanding amounts against my account.
2 weeks later the vodafone officials called and asked me to pay an hefty amount which was double the monthly amount that I used to pay while using vodafone postpaid. In the bill, I came across various undisclosed heads that had caused such an hefty bill amount. Such heads were classified as "Value added services" which the officials refused to further explain upon.
To avoid any inconvenience and harassment in future from Vodafone, which was a very frequent thing in my tenure with Vodafone...I decided to act as per their terms and paid the hefty some on that very day they had asked me to pay.
Even after such payment, even today I am receiving calls and text messages even whatsapp from Vodafone to pay such an amount again. Why should I face such an harassment in my busy schedule?! Such inconvenience and injustice being caused to me by such a horrible telecom company. In need of assistance.

    Hello!
    Just now received a msg from Vodafone that Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games,
    You have been charged Rs. 25
    Your balance is Rs. 74.45 but I have not given any consent to activate any game. Please advice to immediately deactivate this Handset Inbuilt games and refund the amount deducted.

      Am a vodafone prepaid customer and on 30th August 2022 at 11:40 am IST I got a message from 54300 stating that my caller tune is activated and charged 66.00 rupees.       I own an address [protected]@gmail.com for a long time. Recently, I have started receiving Vi postpaid connection payment due notification for the mobile number [protected], which is not mine. I have already sent emails multiple times to update their records and update the correct email address of that person who is having the mobile number. Did telephonic communication also on the same number and alternate number mentioned in the received email which is [protected]. Even after multiple complaints (written and telephonic), sadly they neither update the correct email address nor remove my email address from the above-said number.

      I just want to clarify that I own only the email address and not the mobile number [protected].

      Mobile number [protected] is owned by Dahyabhai Parekh (obviously he doesn't own the email address [protected]@gmail.com), they just need to get the correct email address from Dahyabhai and update the same in their record or just remove my email address from his account.

        I was recharged my mother mobile which is basic phone amount of 999/- i don't know that is internet pack. i request to customer care please convert my package to unlimited calling package after requesting so many times they are refusing to do that now i lost my amount and don't even got calling recharge also. Please help me to get my refund or at least convert the recharge to unlimited calling plan....

        I am vodafone user ([protected])since last 7 years and i had recharged my number
        for 01 year.
        Now i am getting message on my mobile that "Your request for English Seekho - 7 Days activation could not be processed due to insufficient balance".

        Such unwanted VAS has exhausted my balance amount without my consent. I want that my amount must be refunded into my vodafone account and such...

          In mid of June 2022, I have changed my Vodafone service from postpaid to per paid. After that, since I came to Ireland (3 months), sim is not working . I have contacted customer care and later escalated to their technical team

          1. Enable International Roaming: Goto Sim tool kit/Sim services/Vodafone Services/Tools - Roaming - International roaming

            Since I do have proper network in my area, I wanted to port my VI number to BSNL network but I am getting below message.

              I've called the vodafone mini store which is located in navyug market Ghaziabad but they didn't respond me knowingly and I've called them approx 25 times but they didn't respond one time they recieved my call but within a second they disconnect the call knowingly this is very rude behaviour from the vodafone mini store Iam very disappointed

                Past few months we have seen major drop in the network with no phone working in our office. Also many other in the premises facing the same issue.

                We are located at 7th, 12th & 13th Floor, B Square 1, Ambli - Bopal Rd, Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054.

                Request you to install network booster in our office as soon as possible.
