I had recharged for 719rs for [protected] through Bhim upi on 21st august, 2023 @11:03 am .The amount got deducted from my bank account.But no such recharge was done.I was told the amount would get credited (refunded)within 7 days.I called the customer care on 199 for many times.Every time they put the phone on hold for 30 to 45 minutes pretending to be transferring to a senior executive and then Disconnect. A few days ago I ported my mobile number from BSNL to Idea. After porting was accepted, I inserted the new Idea sim in the only sim slot of my iPhone. Then I called 59059 for tele verification as instructed. But the automated voice response said "this number is for new sim verification, for other services dial 199". And then the call got immediately disconnected.

I tried this 40-50 times. But every time result was the same....

When I am trying to generate UPC code from my Vodafone prepaid number, getting MSG. "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

I had visited Vodafone store and resubmit address proof and filled hard copy customer form on March 2023,
they said within 15 days issue will resolved, but...

Since morning today, I am unable to make any outgoing calls. Every number I dial it says the number is invalid. I am receiving calls and my plan is valid till 05th May. Tried calling the customer representative but was unable to reach them as the call gets disconnected as soon as I am transferred to the customer rep. I am located in aurangabad, maharashtra. I have been using Vodafone services since almost 2 years and recently a just over a month ago I opted for upgrading to postpaid from VI app. After a few days, on 1st March 2023(01/03/2024) I received a call from VI service agent asking for my address to deliver the sim. This is Kavitha, we have contacted the vodafone Agent for a SIM card for loan purposes, for getting the last 3 months bills in the month of oct 2022, we paid Rs. 770 for the concerned coordinator on 15th Oct 2022, in order to provide the last 3 months bills.(Previous month bills) for address proof.

They took money from us and did not give any kind of bills nor they did not answer my calls,...

I've called the vodafone mini store which is located in navyug market Ghaziabad but they didn't respond me knowingly and I've called them approx 25 times but they didn't respond one time they recieved my call but within a second they disconnect the call knowingly this is very rude behaviour from the vodafone mini store Iam very disappointed...

The plan is has a one time fee every 24 months and has free incoming SMS in any country outside India. I mainly needed this service for accessing OTP SMS. This is a repeated practice of Vodafone of charging for VAS without any reason, this is the reason I have switched from post paid to pre-paid a couple of years back. And always get a 3 months unlimited data and call pack so that there is no cash they can use frequently.
Recently on expiry of my pack, I accidently got a pack which had only data and no call included, since then even though I recharged with a Rs50 talk time as well,...

I got a new Vi sim card yesterday. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 hours and then I have to dial 59059 for tele verification. I have been trying for more than 9 hours but upon dialing 59059, the call keeps dropping. I am not able to complete verification. There are network bars showing on my phone for the sim, but I am not being able to get through to 59059 for tele verification...

Hi I have recharged a number [protected] on 1stJuly 2022 but wrongly i have made same recharge of 299 on 1st July, 2022, I have asked to Vodafone customer care, Aizawl regarding this but they said they will nor refund or carry forward the recharge. Two recharge will process at the same time.
