Had signed up for a new connection in October '23, a data card with the Vi datacard device for which I paid 2000 in addition to SIM charges. In november I did not use it much but in December '23, the data card was not functioning at all. It just connected for 10 minutes and dropped off.
During the flood period I faced numerous difficulties due to lack of service from this data card. I had raise not working complaints and it was auto acknowledged but no rectification was done.
Subsequently, when the bill got generated by end of December, I requested for cancellation of the data card. Again, no response from customer service.
They sent my details subsequently to collection team and started harassing me constantly. I told them how I can pay for a service that never worked properly; complaint was not addressed properly too not responded.
Now another bill had been generated for Jan '24 for which I have not used the device, did not even switch it on. Need them to cancel the sim and reverse all false charges
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
